We just had a great experience at this Subway provided by Malik. Malik immediately greeted us when we walked which made us feel welcomed. While building our subs, he made pleasant jokes and made it a joyful experience. Thank you for going above and beyond for our order, Malik!

I always order the Veggie Delight. And it seems no matter which Subway I visit, they tend to skimp on the veggies; perhaps, because most orders involve some sort of meat. I guess. Aside from that, the store was exceptionally clean, the staff was extremely courteous, and I will most likely visit again.

Prices have increased significantly…quality has not. Ordered a specialty 6” sandwich that was overpriced and came half empty. If you only give so much protein at lease you can fill it with veggies, cheese and condiments!! Very disappointing.

If only it looked as good as it did in the commercial... The food was awesome but the service was terrible. 0% manners and they've given me the wrong sub about three times, I clearly say BLT and they give me a BMT. Terrible manners and service. The people working there don't even talk clearly, they mumble!!

There were three other people and the service took too long to get to me. The service was not only slow but incredibly lazy and un trained as one of the employees left the store mid-sandwich making and asked his off duty friend to cover him to attend to a personal matter.

There were not enough staff for lunch time, besides that there was a girl making the sandwiches with headphones on, and that made her take much longer to make the sandwich besides the fact that they had to repeat to her twice the things. When we asked for a straw they told us that they did not have anymore... Overall they need to improve the customer service here

If i could give this place no stars i would have, this place has horrible service. Nobody there that can speak English no type of management in site to assist you. Had. A coupon for 10$ dollars off of min. Of 20$ spent i had a bill for 30 dollars the lady at the register tells me that i can't use my coupon after, previously telling me before making the sandwiches that i can.

I was in that store August 18. It was 9:00 pm and I went to order online. The employee told us you can't eat here because today they're going to close early. When the hours are until 10:00 pm, we felt humiliated and mistreated. A man with an Arab appearance and an Argentine accent. I think if the subway continues like this they will soon cease to exist, there is a lot of competition outside.

The guy doesn’t wash his hands and handles money. The Turkey sandwich I had the meat was spoiled. The attendant was extremely dirty and made him wash his hands because I almost walked out.

The worst customer service I've ever received. When we entered the store, one of the employees was making sandwiches and didn't even look up to say he'd be right with us. The other employee was in the back and when she came back to the front, she didn't say anything, she just started making the sandwiches with the other employee, completely ignoring us. At that point, we decided to leave and went to eat somewhere else.

On a Friday evening, around 9 pm, I ordered a Spicy Italian and an Oven Roasted Turkey for my beau; 90 minutes within eating half of my Spicy Italian, I was feeling nauseous, getting a migraine and throwing up, violently, several times. The next day I woke feeling like I had a hangover and with diarrhea. Honestly, I thought it was the fatty meats I chose, but then my boyfriend was now experiencing the same!! I’m not sure what it was; were the meats laying out too long or was it the employee making the sandwiches, touching too many surfaces with the same gloves. I tried calling to speak to a manager to prevent this from happening to anyone else, but the phone rings and rings and then disconnects, hence this comment. Today is Monday and I’m still sick…..needless to say, I’m boycotting Subway at Pinecrest, will go to Publix from now on.

Placed an order online for pickup at 9:00 pm. Says it’ll be ready at 9:15. I show up at 9:30 pm and it’s empty. I have to knock on the register counter for employee to show up. I tell him I placed an order and he gives me an “oh” and grabs my ticket from the counter top and then starts making it. About the 100th time I’ve shown up to this subways and always they take forever and are never at the register.

Did not honor the Buy 2 Foot-longs Get 1 Free as advertised on a giant sign inside the store, had to pay for all 3. Disappointed and will not be returning, take your business elsewhere to an honest franchise that will honor their own advertising in store.

All the guys during lunch time are really nice and Wearing Mask. But, The Hispanic lady that sometimes works the lunch time is so Rude. Wears a mask when she wants. And, looks at her cell phone before charging me out. I tip everyone. But, I refuse to tip her. And, I will longer be going to this subway. Because, I can't believe the Manager doesn't tell her Anything.
