Here is the pizza I order and it’s absolutely delicious, crust isn’t soggy. Been ordering here for years now honestly one of the best dominoes in the area , foods hot cooked correctly good service. Nice shop and clean store which is important to me.

I love this Domino's. It's one of my favorite places to order from even though it's a little further for me to get delivery from them I will still come to pick up my pizza because the staff is very friendly and helpful. Chyanne and Mia always go out of their way to make my pizza as awesome as the first experience

Always order from here. One “issue” we’ve had was when Beryl hit. We waited so long to our order to be delivered. I called and they told us they were having issues and apologized for it. They smoothed it all out which I was grateful for. I didn’t call yelling as I knew they may be issues. They told me to try later in the day as they were supposed to get a delivery. I called before placing my order and they told me they didn’t get their shipment. I’m grateful they do communicate with us. Another issue we had was someone walked in and took our order somehow! They said my name and that they were my husband! It was so weird! But they fixed it and made us our order on the fly!

This place has great wings and really good pizza! I love the wings and I get them every time I order along with pizza for the hubby or kids. The only reason it gets a 4 out of 5 is because I seriously live right behind them and I can’t get my food delivered from the app unless I call it in and actually ask them to deliver it... they really need to fix that because it gets old really fast!

Food quality is consistently good and on time. Cashiers at the front are not attentive in checking out customers. There is usually a few minutes before They realize they need to check you out. There doesn’t seem to be a dedicated cashier so they’ll just continue doing other things until they realize there is a frustrated customer waiting to pay.

I have had them at 5 stars until tonight, I normally do pick up but when i showed up to pick up my pizza 38 minutes after I had ordered it was just being put in the oven so I had to wait another 10 minutes. But I let it go even though it was obvious they were not very busy my pizza was the only one in the oven. But when I got home and opened the box; it wasn’t even cut into pieces just put in their whole

Dominos is by far beating the competition when it comes to huge pizza chains and I choose them over anyone else. But first off why can you deliver to the house down the street but not me who's 5 houses over. Oh wait you did deliver to my house... when I didn't order any pizza. And second, how do you forget to put pineapple on a Hawaiian pizza??? Very disappointed in my service today. Seems they're letting their reputation get the better of them thinking they don't have to maintain quality service.

I ordered the pasta with alfredo sauce. What I received was the pasta with about 2 tablespoons of sauce so all of the pasta was dry, no sauce. When I called the store I was told that Domino’s had chosen that as the new recipe. They were told to only put a little bit of the sauce on the top. I didn’t order a bowl of noodles, and couldn’t eat it. If that was what I wanted, I would have boiled a box of noodles instead of paying $8.00 for some inedible dry noodles. The ingredients, like the chicken, onions and mushrooms were the same way, very little and just laying on top. I contacted the home office but did not hear back.

They took FOREVER to deliver and the pizza was NASTY. Cold pizza that had been sitting out and HARD chicken on top. The bread was literally hard. You know when you put pizza in the fridge overnight and the next day it looks yucky before you heat it up? That’s how it looked! I got sick right after eating one piece. I called and they were decently nice about it. They gave me credit, apologized and said they were overly busy. Hopefully I can use my credit at the other Domino’s in Tomball because their pizza is nasty at this location. I’m not a super picky eater either. When I say it was gross, it is freakin gross. I can’t imagine why this place has a 4 star review. I guess I caught them on a bad night? I hope for the stores sake their pizza and service isn’t always this bad. The only good thing I will say was the perosn I spoke with was decently nice about it.

I just placed an order online and I’ve done this multiple times not the first time; online it doesn’t give you an option to make the wings extra wet so I usually call it in and tell them. I did this again today, and the first gentleman that answered the phone said sorry ma’am we can’t do that. I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me. Then he proceeded to leave me talking and placed me on hold. Another lady got on the phone and said he is not allowed to give you his name, she said what’s the problem. I told her and she said “ok we will take care of it.” She was very rude. She seemed like she was rushing me off the phone and when I said thank you and ended the call with a Good Bye she hung up in my face. Extremely rude. Again, I didn’t get names but, such a horrible experience! It’s not the first time I buy from here neither. Just so disgusted by the way I was treated.

Have ordered from here many times in the past. Usually good service and fast delivery minus 1 or 2 bad experiences that I've let slide. But tonight after waiting 1 1/2 hours for my order, it still wasn't delivered despite the tracker claiming it was. I called the store only to be told that "supposedly" my order was delivered to the incorrect house which I highly doubt because why would someone pay $40 cash for something they didn't order? Was then told they could remake my order and have it to me in "25 minutes or so". NO THANK YOU! I ended up feeding my family at 10pm because of this and I will never use this location again.

Worst Domino's ever. The last 2 times I have been in this store my experience has been terrible. 1st time they burnt my pizza and the 2nd my order was not ready when they said it would be. The person on the phone taking my order kept callin me sir when I know my name comes up in their system. I ordered chicken carbonara with extra sauce and the only so called sauce was butter. There was no fettuccine sauce at all. I won't be visiting this store any more . 7 people in the store and 2 were not wearing their mask properly. They should be reprimanded.

0 stars! Absolutely the worst Location, Never have I ever had a normal experience. From not delivering the correct order, to handing the pizza over like it’s a piece of paper. No consideration to keep it warm. Or it will take 2 hours & they will do nothing to make it right. I couldn’t even imagine what the kitchen looks like. Never again. Spend your money elsewhere people.

Spent over $50 on a pizza and a drink. Paid for delivery paid for tip only pizza was delivered. They said they would bring back the drink by the time the drink got here the pizza was cold called up there and got nothing but the worst attitude in the world from the manager Mia and some other lower form of management. Said they were too busy to talk to me and traffic was the reason. I drove up there 5 minutes later found out it was all lies. Extremely confrontational terrible service terrible food terrible experience steer clear 100% from these idiots and this location. It's the worst service I've ever had.

Horrible. I ordered a large Spinach and Feta pizza with added chicken. They barely put any chicken on my pizza. Some pieces didn't even have chicken on a large pizza.

On my last delivery order I was shorted about $15 worth of items. I called and after 3 times of getting no answer, I finally spoke with someone. They said the driver must have forgotten it and they would check. I didn’t really want it delivered 30 minutes later ice cold and stale, but luckily for me it never was. They never called me back or refunded the money. I left a complaint with corporate Dominos and that resulted in zero response as well. There are several other pizza places that deliver to our area. I would use those before I’d order from here. The food from this Dominos is also the worst Dominos pizza I’ve had.

Lack of customer service is probably the biggest issue here. Have ordered from this store a couple of times, both times they’ve delivered to the wrong address. They’ve even gone back to the house where it was delivered and wanted us to accept it after someone had already opened our order. Call the store, will NOT offer a refund, will not it he manager on the home and only offers a free Ibiza for our inconvenience. I get it, it’s fast food, hard to find good people and hard to find good people who care… I would recommend ordering from a different store or maybe another pizza place.

Hands-down the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service, and pizza I’ve ever experienced in my life! Stop right now and call somewhere else! The employees of this store do not even care enough from the minute they take your order to make sure you are getting what you’ve paid for, nor if you even like it! Don’t even try to contact them, you will only be further insulted. They LITERALLY could not care less! My review is based on my last THREE consecutive experiences. 3 strikes you’re out! I understand that pizza joints can be busy, particularly on Saturday nights. I understand that this particular store may be understaffed, and overwhelmed. Those facts are no excuse for poor quality, and common respect for your customers.

Do not order from Dominos at this location. If you get the driver "Kolawole", he is the most laziest, ignorant, and so dumbfounded. I ordered pizza around this time at 10:00 pm. I waited 30 minutes, only to have him call me. I told him where I was. He ignored the apartment building number and my apartment unit number. I had to LEAVE my apartment to go across the other side of the parking lot with him parked not even at a parking spot. He still couldn't believe I was on the phone telling him it's me IN FRONT OF HIM. He had the audacity to try and make me take my food out of his pizza bag. I told him "no", and to hand it to me. I tipped 4.00, but unfortunately cant really have that to a different pizza delivery driver. Ridiculous. I had dealt with for 4 times over the past year after I have ordered from this Domino's place before.

First of all this is my first bad review I ever done. I had worked in the pizza industry as management, but never had I disrespected my customers by not washing my hands. The young lady who took my order the whole time I was waiting for my order she was on FaceTime and was passing her phone to the rest of the employees. Washing hands and all sanitation procedures are to avoid cross contamination and avoiding getting customers sick.I waited for 15 minutes for my one pizza, as I see the oven nothing else was coming out so I stood up and ask for my order. She then said we are remaking it. I requested a refund instead, I was not going to eat something where they can’t follow simple sanitation procedures.

Made an order for pizza online due to heavy rain at 5pm. Had an expected delivery time of 40 minutes. I then received a call 45 minutes later from the store saying they could not deliver my order and have been calling people back for 2 hours and that was why they had a delay in letting us know. I would think if y oh u stop delivering you would stop accepting orders, not just let people order and then call the 40 minutes to an hour later. You would think they would offer a free pizza or even a gift card for the major inconvenience to customers, but not even an apology until we questioned the delay.

Wish I could give it a zero. Had a Hotspot order last Sunday. It was not delivered. Had to call. Apparently it had been just sitting there. So finally it's delivered not in a hot bag or anything. Cold. Called the manager agreed to 4 free medium 3 top pizza next visit. Called to redeem... what do you know.... no record of it. Refuses to put manager on phone & hangs up. NICE

The second time this month they make my order and do not deliver what I paid for. Also the pizza is cold and looks overcooked. I called to make a complain in a nice way and as I told the guy the issue he decides to say to hold on and hangs up on me. The second time around another guy answers and did the same thing as soon as I asked for a manager. Third time I was disappointed and when they answered me in order for them not to hang up I had to tell them that I would be making a report to the franchise corporate. This is bad service. The only reason I ordered from here is because my husband likes dominos or else I would go elsewhere.

App times vs actual delivery times are not even close. The app said the pizza was out for delivery at 904 PM. The delivery person called at 926 that she was leaving and needed to substitute drinks. The app said it hoped we were enjoying our food. But the delivery person finally arrived 34 minutes after her call — 10 PM. (10 min after the app said we should be enjoying our food). I asked the delivery driver who the manager on duty was to speak to about the delay, and the delivery driver said her name was “Little Girl.” Yes I’m not making this up. When we were eating the cold pizza, I opened the lava cakes and one was smashed and served in the metal baking dish.

Worst pizza service ever. We ordered our pizza and it wasn’t delivered for over an hour but it showed on the app as delivered. When we called to figure out what was going on we had no answers. We called back again in 15 minutes and when we still were wondering where our pizza was and didn’t want to pay at this point we heard the employee mock us for not wanting to pay before being put on hold. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not to mention when we finally got our pizza is was cold. I understand things happen and with new employees mistakes can be made but simple communication and not being disrespected by an employee is expected.

In the years and months past this place was incredible recently it’s changed dramatically.I placed my order hours in advance , it was still over 30 minutes late being delivered. I called a few times to check on the order and was lied to about it being on its way. Once I Received my order I notice things were missing that I had purchased. I then called the store back and was told it would be sent out right then. Over 40 minutes later still nothing. When I called to speak to the manager all he could tell me was the food came out of the oven late and that he only had one driver assigned to my area. Very sad customer service and incredibly disrespectful of others time.

They can never make my food right and it’s always the simplest pizza you can make. Or it’s usually late and still messed up and don’t put light anything bc they will definitely give you light of it, more like 2-4 pieces of whatever it is. I called them to ask them about it and they were quick and rude to hurry up and get me off the phone. Today my pizza was literally all greasy and I’ve never seen it that greasy and all my cheese was sliding off of the pizza and out the box.

Ordered a medium pizza got no cheese. Called and they were super cool about it issues a credit. Receive my credit a few days later only for it to come cold, and looks like it was an old pizza and the crust was not cooked all the way!!

As a manager at a different domino's, it disappoints me to see the lack of effort that went into my sandwich... the driver was great, the pizza was great but the sandwich? Terrible, too start it was way too oily, they forgot to take the parchment paper out, put it in the wrong size box, cut it wrong, put too much hot sauce on and,the cheddar cheese wasn't fully cooked. Why?

Very Bad Delivery!! Go somewhere else. Pizza was supposed to be delivered no later than 7pm, it got here at 7:50 was very COLD.

Oh Well!

It was just gross. Very lite on the peppers and onions, too. It was like eating a mozzarella stick wrapped in dough. I threw the mess in the garbage. Never again.

The staff figured out that my pizza was sitting there for who knows how long. I’ve been standing in front of the cash register the entire time. 37 minutes later, they hand me my cold order.
