I came for my birthday and Latrel made it so special this was the best server we have ever had he was so nice and respectful amazing service !
This was my first time in Olive Garden, i will definitely be coming here again! Gabby was so nice to us, she would often come to our table to ask us if we needed anything else. Her attitude was perfect! Definitely the best service! The breadsticks were warm, and salty. I got the chicken alfredo and it was so creamy. The chicken was so well done and crispy. The flavor of the sauce was immaculate, so creamy and every bite was perfect. The broccoli was so crunchy and fresh! The salad was so fresh, so crunch, so perfect! The service was amazing! Our waiter Gabby was so nice, her attitude was very friendly. Definitely the best service i have ever received at a restaurant!
I tried the shrimp and chicken carbonara today, which was a delightful surprise. The dish was savory, creamy, and had just the right amount of sauce, making every bite a heavenly experience. The tangy salad was fresh and crisp, and the juicy black olives added an extra flavor. The garlic bread was also freshly baked, warm, and perfectly balanced with garlic and butter, making it a perfect accompaniment to my meal. The service provided by Jennifer was excellent. She had my food ready on time for me to take home, and her customer service skills were exceptional. Jennifer had a smile on her face and made the experience a pleasant one.
It was cozy and comfy. A little cold, but I had a long sleeve to put on. The food was great and our server was kind, attentive, and fast with our food. We didn't ask for anything special except a glass of water, no ice with a lemon slice. I would definitely go again if I was near by. My wife wants us to go again when my birthday rolls around.
Our waiter Carlos was especially nice and very attentive to our every need,he definitely gets 5 stars 🤩
The Minestrone soup is the bomb and bread sticks and finish of with some Tiramasu cake
We had a party of 13 on a Saturday night. It was an awesome experience. The service people were warm, patient, attentive, and efficient, making our time delightful. The dishes were high quality, delicious, well-prepared. I've eaten at several Olive Garden restaurants over the years, but this time solidified that we will often return to this fine establishment.
The food was tasty and delivered quicker than expected. Our interactions with the hostess, server and manager were all very welcoming. Thanks for a great experience!
Visited here couple of times for lunch here. Very well maintained restaurant. I like their unlimited Soup and Salad and garlic bread for lunch on weekdays. Menu has large vegetarian choices. Service was pretty good.
Olivio garden Pittsburg It’s a delicious meal with a great atmosphere to enjoy an Italian dish. The management is outstanding, personally following up and supervising the staff to create a memorable experience for us during our time there. Ms. Anita’s professional behavior made it special. Thank you, Ms. Anita Tanwar !
I visit this place every year on my birthday and had previously left a not-so-great review, which I’ve since deleted. This year was fantastic! The service was outstanding—our server was very prompt, and the food was delicious. I always end up feeling a bit stuffed afterward, but that’s on me. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
The food and service were as good as ever. We had a 15-minute wait, but it wasn't bad at all. We chatted with another couple as we waited for our table. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly.
What an excellent first time eating at the Olive Garden!! The food was delicious and the portions are sizable!! Our server Claudia was awesome!! She made the experience so enjoyable and she never forgot about us and went above and beyond!! The restaurant itself was so clean and inviting!! We will definitely be happily going back!!!
They don't know how to cook a steak, manager very annoyed when we sent it back twice, food was served before we could even have our soup and salad, very disorganized
What a great family night out. Our server was great and was always checking in on us. The food was hot and fresh and absolutely delicious!!!! We will be back again and I recommend having dinner here.
So far both of my experiences at this Olive Garden location have been good. My toddler daughter enjoys the food too and that is gold. Good food, decent service and they have tasty alcoholic cocktails.
Dinner was delicious. We had spaghetti and sausage. Then a couple came in with two little boys three and four and they were out of control. They screamed. They were just obnoxious. We ate and left with a full tummy.
We had a great experience. The service was great. The food was great and to have the manager and district manager come to your table and make sure everything was alright That was excellent service to us. We give them five stars that was one of the best Olive Garden. We’ve been to hands-down!!!!!
I have gotten several catering orders from here and they’re always delicious and on time.
It was a pleasurable experience. Our server was attentive and friendly. This Olive Garden is the only one visited in the area. The food, soup, and salad with a sprinkle of cheese are tops. Ordered the ready to go meals that cost $6 each. Ordered 3 for use later. Each meal is good for 2 people by adding a salad of your choice. Great meal.
It's been way more then a year since we visited. Manny the bartender was also our server, as we decided to sit in the bar. HIS ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE YET! We spent a pretty pennies and it was all worth it! CHEERS to mgmt and how they've trained the staff!
best Italian restaurant in pittsburg! it's pretty close to antioch, and I love going here for my birthdays. they will, however, sing to you so that everyone near you knows it's your birthday. a bit embarrassing, but it's cool. Update (1/29): it was recently my birthday, so I finally got to take photos of when I came here.
Food was great 👍🏽, service was excellent 👌💯, atmosphere was relaxing. Asparagus needs help 😭 dry and skinny poor quality. Needs to be plumper and more inviting to eat. That's what I was looking forward to eating. Everything else made me do my happy dance 🩰. I will be treating myself again oohh and the salad 🥗! My God 😋! I didn't even want anything else to eat and the bread 🍞. Lol 😆 I hadn't been there since my ex husband and I cleaned it before opening seems like.
I just wanted to give thanks and appreciation to Luis who was one of the best waiters that I had experience in a long, long time with his excellent Customer service . With Service as excellent he deserve five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I lovee their never ending pasta but if its not on the menu i would get Angel Hair w/Alfredo
PLEASE GIVE TONY A RAISE he was an amazing server I haven’t had that level of customer service in a long time not even at Ruth’s Chris ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I eat here quite often and never get bored! Italian places here in America tend to have a limited menu of some form of pizza or pasta over and over again, but with Olive Garden, I feel I get a bigger variety! Soups, salads, pastas, chicken, veggies, cheesy appetizers, etc! I personally love cheese, so I tend to get the five cheese ziti al forno or a smaller dish of cheese raviolis.
Service is a hit or miss. Our last visit was sort of a miss, but this return was a successful hit. The fried lasagna appetizer was a the star of the show,I'd order that again, maybe as my main entree. 2nd to it was the unlimited salad/soup&breadsticks. My godmother approved of her •Chicken parm, with a •glass of wine. I ordered my favorite: •Chicken alfredo. &my desert- •Hot chocolate. We loaded ourselves on the •Unlimited soup/salad&breadsticks(real treat) •Salad was very good, I didn't see withered greens or iceberg as I have in other places&maybe here in a past take out order. •The Chicken Gnocci soup was really good. Hit the spot on a cold day. This was more than plenty of food for the 2 of us. •The service was excellent! Not just our waitress, but all the others in nearby tables, we couldn't help but noticed the flow of service! Makes you wanna return. $72 in total before tip. For all that food was a good price(2 days worth). $9.00 for the glass of wine. I'm not a wine drinker so I don't know if that's a good price. 5 star rating for our experience today. We will return. Can't always expect perfect service, but hopefully the cooks stay the same&the salad always as fresh🤞
I went here for my 15th birthday it was honestly amazing the food was delicious and just the right of hot, I loved the Alfredo especially! It was a great experience and the restaurant is very fancy and the atmosphere is good. I definitely will be coming back again
This was the best service I've had at any restaurant in years. Sandra was very sweet and our server Destiny was very attentive and friendly. The salad is always yummy. I haven't been to olive garden in years, but grab dinner with friends often and we will definitely be back. Thank you!
Probably my favorite restaurant. Serving size are large, great for families. The services are always friendly, kind and the food is good. This place always has great value.
Me and my son ordered takeout and I mean the food was fantastic! And it was a lot of food too. Fresh to order with a meal, salad and bread. You won’t be disappointed.
A BIG thank you to the Olive Garden staff for always making tasty food and having good customer service! :) My dad loves this place, and I also enjoy it a lot! My dad is a regular and likes coming here with his coworkers during lunch time. The staff lets us sit near the bar area right away and are always very friendly :) My favorite is Chicken Alfredo w/Broccoli! Also the Calamari is super crunchy yummmm! The take home meal deal is also great since I can bring something home for my husband too!
Tuya was our server and went above and beyond! She was so warm and thorough in her service. We had 3 people doing never ending pasta and she was so attentive in checking in on us to see who needed pasta refills and drink refills. Some of the best service we’ve had in a while. Thank you Tuya!
Good food..only negative was the waitress didn't come by when my soup ran out. Went someplace with manager and other waitresses just walked by. Need to have team work at these restaurants..if you see something do something. Overall a good meal and the waitress was nice. Forgot to bring our last order of breadsticks but that's okay.
I am a super fan of their Salad . Their Salad dressing is one of a kind.... loved it. The spaghetti with shrimp and chicken carbonara it was amazingly delicious. Overall their pasta dishes are very good. And the appetizers soooo yummy! Service was excellent and Ambiance very comfortable.
Olive garden is a pleasure for sure! Forever dependable and boy it was packed. The experience was wonderful from the front door reception to being seated! Everyone was on point so friendly and kind - Soup Salads and Muscatto! We ordered a lot in addition to go menu for the next day for a sale price! Pro tip- I did order a gluten free pasta but make sure to ask for al Dante if you prefer it that way- 👌 $6.99 pasta take out with an entre- very cool! Our family laughed so hard over great dinner conversations and delicious food. Best part was no clean up for us! Totally worth eating out! Thanks Olive Garden!
It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Olive Garden, but I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the food was. I had the shrimp scampi lunch which can with a choice of soup or salad…awesome sauce! The cocktails were pretty looking, but light on the “spirits”. Our server, Gabriella was as great too. She really took care of us. I’m a stickler for clean, good smelling restrooms and this one didn’t disappoint👍🏽 Overall, I’m happy with the restaurant and will come again.
The Food were very delicious, the food portion were plenty and the services were timely. Thank you.

Food was great. Our server JD was excellent. We were sat pretty fast. drinks were good too.
While it isn’t really authentic Italian food it was very tasty and they have taken the ethos of the Italian lifestyle and made it their spacial kind of flavour. I had their tour of Italy which honestly I just could not finish. With salad and my husband had soup we were not allowed to leave hungry! I understand from my American husband (I am English) the bread sticks are their pull in and frankly if the rest of the bread here tasted as good I would be in bread heaven! But when really thought about it’s just salty bread with garlic butter but after eating the sugary bread offering here it’s truly the best bread I’ve had in a year and a half! At first glance it does appear on the pricy side but we took home our leftovers and had it again for dinner the next night so taking this into consideration it really was a viable mid week date night. Special shout out to the wonderful staff who really made us feel relaxed and unhurried.
You really can't go wrong with olive garden. Soups salads and main entre were all very good. Would like to see someone come up with a new version of older items to make them fresh. That's me just being picky. I love food and this place would get 5 stars if it had a little better service. It's all you can eat for soups and salads but the waiter only came over twice for additional food. And we never really got a refill until later. (This is me just being a little picky) overall good experience.
Service was really good. Food was good, but I try to reserve 5 stars for great and it didn't quite make it. Still would definitely recommend and will return next time we are in the area.
The food was great! We were a large group. About 22 people. They knew for 2 weeks that our group was going to be there and it seemed like they didn't have extra wait staff. Took forever to get served with much confusion as to who ordered what. They brought the salad and bread rolls at same time as main dish. Those usually come right away so you can enjoy them while you wait for your main dish. It would have solved many problems, complaints of late food etc, If they would have brought out salad and bread when they usually do. There were a couple of wait staff that were really on the ball and they ended up getting the others in order by the time the food got served. All of that being said, the food was great and we all ended up enjoying it and the good company of each other. I would recommend it as a good place for a small family or couple meal. Not for a large group.
My lasagna was delicious. Unfortunately the bread sticks weren't fresh and same for the salad. The bar area was nice and next time I will eat there since there was less foot traffic and loud people.
Is Olive garden, food it's pretty much what you expect. The service we had was amazing that she was attentive and happy. The facility was clean. Initially the hostess never smiled seen like she was mad at the world but our server made up for it.
The pasta and portions have gotten better forsure. I came here for endless pasta night, and wow was it great deal! Great service even though the place was ridiculously packed. The drinks even gotten more intresting & creative. Although I stuck with a pineapple & black berry tea which you would think would be bland was actually flavorful & delicious 🙌.
This location is always consistent with great service and good food. Its still Olive Garden though. They could do a better job dusting, and wish the whole brand would go back to the breadsticks in house recipe from the 90s.
Food was good...it's why we come.... but table sticky , restaurant cleanliness seems like going down.... service this time definitely not as good ...had to keep flagging down waiter....maybe just one final ' anything else you need' would have been appropriate and appreciated
This is one of the only places in Antioch area where you can be seated for a nice meal at 9:30PM on a Sunday night. The service and food are excellent. I prefer the salmon fillet and my wife loves the ravioli carbonara. The six dollar entrees to go are great for feeding anyone left at home.
We live in Mexico 🇲🇽 and back in the States visiting family we had a craving for Olive Garden soup, salad and bread 🥖 sticks. We have not seen a Olive Garden in Mexico so while it’s not fine dining it’s a dependable tasty presentation. They also have GF soup 🥣 which I appreciate. Can’t eat the bread sticks but mi esposo had one and enjoyed it.
Great taste and excellent service. Location is nice and cozy with very friendly staff. The on table tablet device has ton of video games to kill time while you wait for your order. Update - 12/2024 Ordered Grilled Chicken Margarita along with Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine Pasta. Both were amazing and always love the all you can eat soup and salad option with breadsticks.
Everyone loves this place for the salad breadsticks, and the Alfredo. I want to share with you a new love I found on my last visit, this chocolate cake in one of my pictures. It was a four layer cake that was so rich and creamy with different textures. It was an absolute delight for me to devour it. The general manager paid a visit to my table to ensure I was getting proper service. I appreciate this personal touch and I think it’s something that should happen at more restaurants. The management crew here takes a ton of pride in the product that they put out. So if something isn’t right, feel free to speak up while you’re there. I had also the classic fettuccine, and a chicken gnocchi soup. All of those were wonderful as expected. I did the tour of Italy, which also gave me lasagna and chicken Parm. The lasagna was fantastic with classic and fresh flavors. I also had two glasses of Pinot Grigio, which were extremely light crisp, but yet strong. I definitely wish I had bought a bottle on my way out. I will definitely visit again to bring my son who enjoyed my fettuccine Alfredo leftovers without permission. So I’d love to get him his own. Our waitress was super nice and accommodating. The fettuccine rigatoni was pretty good. The Caesar salad was a nice portion. The food took a while to come out, but we didn't mind.
I read that I could order a gallon of Zuppa Toscana soup and breadsticks. I called and sure enough that is a thing. I got my gallon of soup to go. It was delicious and a great value.

They don't have gravy as an option with their mashed potatoes. We enjoy having celebrations at the Olive Garden despite the bad service we received today. We must have been seated for more than 20 minutes and still no bread. I was starving, too.
Birthday lunch for a friend was a disappointment. When seated, I told the server that it was my friends birthday. We ordered all you can eat soup, salad and ice tea. After the food was delivered, the waiter disappeared. Never got refills. I bought her a dessert as they never acknowledged her birthday. Food was not that great for the cost.
It was Mother's day so busy. Food took a very long time to come. We actually filled up on the unlimited salad and bread sticks while waiting. My wife said her food was cold so she just took it home to warm up later. The waitress was very nice and apologetic about the time it was taking. All in all it was okay but we probably won't go on on 'special days like Mother's day'.
There’s nothing positive or negative I can say about this location. We made reservations over the phone for 10 adults and 3 kids and our wait was almost 53 minutes. However, once we were seated the wait staff was very courteous and prompt with the refills. I guess overall it was an ok experience.
We had to wait at least 30 minutes longer than told on the phone. However it was a Friday night. Our person Angel was very nice and helpful and added extra dressing.
Haven't been there for over a year and the TV commercials enticed us back. I had always liked the Tour of Italy and the Tuscan Kale Soup and my wife had a different entree. For some reason we were underwhelmed. Other Reviewers made similar comments. Something changed.
We had dinner here last night , been awhile since we stop by this location. Bread sticks were not good at all, what happened to the good bread sticks? Other foods were good though.
This is not a five star Restaurant or an authentic Italian cuisine just over populated by chain name. Stuff here is not that great. We have attempted few times with a party of 8 to 12. They always seem to be nosy. Oh it’s first come first serve No advance booking that sounds like a ridiculous policy. Who wants to wait 2+ hour where tons of restaurants option available and I think this kind of attitude is going to kill this Restaurant business in the future. We like tables into 2 and they accommodated us. Food was very average. Just impressed with the salad and soup options.
Came in on a Wednesday about 215pm. Restaurant was about 70% full, but as soon as we walked in, the hostess told us it was a 15-minute wait. I watched, and she said that to everyone who walked in. Restaurant looked adequately staffed, so I was not initially sure what the wait was for. The waiters seemed to lack efficiency. We were a party of four and stuck to soup salads and breadsticks other than a calamari appetizer and, of course, our drinks. Soups and salad came out first, and the soup was cold. I reminded the server about breadsticks and drinks. Placed a second order of Toscana soup for 3 and refill of 1 soda and only received 2 soups and no refill. I would say with a little more experience, should be ok. Bathroom floor was sticky. Parking lot was good.
As someone who comes here with family a lot, I expected the same service. I came here with my boyfriend and we got seated right away. We had to wait a while for a waiter. But wasn't that busy. They…
Server was nice.. but after a few minutes she disappeared. We were left alone in the dining room for over 15 minutes after we had finished eating and were ready to pack our food to go. I had to get up and ask for the to go boxes. After we packed our food, we waited for another 5 minutes for them to bring the bill - which never came. We took our to go boxes up to the front and asked for the bill and some bags to place our to-go boxes in, they gave us those, advised us that our server was on break, and telephoned for a manager to come to the front desk. After another 5 minutes of the manager not showing up, I asked again for the manager and another call was made. The manager shows up, I told her what happened, she tells us that the servers are never to take break while there are people at their tables and that the server would be confronted about it. I didn't want the server to get into any kind of trouble... I thought that if she was on a break that maybe she was told to go on that break. It wouldn't make any sense otherwise since she served us and she knew we were there. Then the manager advised that no one would've told her to go take her break and said again that she would be confronted about it. The whole thing was just weird (for lack of a better word) and unprofessional. Extremely poor customer service. I voiced that concern to the manager, then she took our payment and we left. Definitely never going back there again while it's under the same management.
Went there to eat.. all ok tell we paid.. wanted talk to mg. Because we paid with gife certificate last time we where there had 14.00 still on certificate . Kenndy mg.came to table said nothing showing. I had proof receipts to show her 14.oo still due.. said sorry no . But I said look.. she got all pissed off and said I well give you credit but didnt do it and left said we where arguing with her.. Not doing this again. Kennedy was NOT A MANAGER TONIGHT FOR SURE. So watch if you use certificates.. well get cheated.
They didn't bring us napkins, I had to ask for them, the order took a very long time, and they didn't give us all the utensils. I simply won't go there anymore.
I took my two nephews there there at 8 and 12 I tried the pizza and the mashed potatoes of the 8 year old those were horrible the other one got the fettuccine with extra broccoli it just tastes really gummy so after trying there's I decided that I did not want anything even though they had a $6 offer for spaghetti and a few other items I did not want to try that it's tasteless the service was really good
What a sad experience. Haven’t been in years. They have changed and pared down the menu to the extreme. No more capellini pomodoro???? I just had soup and salad, menu was so dull. And the atmosphere?!? Where is our little Italian village decor?!? Was our go to when kids were little. Can’t say we’ll be back.
I visited here Friday day after Christmas I ended up with food poisoning. This is crazy I'm recovering now something wasn't stored properly

Very disappointed with food. Mashed potatoes undercooked. Steak was mostly grizzle. And carbonated water from bar had a metallic taste.

Visit date: 03.27.24 Time: After 8pm I am so disappointed with my visit. I have been going to this restaurant since I got engaged there in 2011, throughout the year I ended up frequenting less and less because of the rising cost and the most frequent problem was servers being stingy with the breadsticks. I haven’t visited this location in about two years or so. But since we got engaged here my husband and I thought it would be fitting to go back on our anniversary, we knew they closed at 10 so thought it would be fine since we arrived with our six children sometime after 8. We were seated right away basically with no wait, the restaurant was clean (outside in the parking lot though a roach greeted us and stayed by our car) and they sat us in the middle of a crowded dining area. Someone brought us menus and I only saw two servers serving our side though I seen about 4-5 servers in general but our side was incredibly busy but I was mostly happy with the service we received from our servers but the food was terrible quality. I ordered the tour of Italy and when they brought it out to us, the lasagna was so old and hard it couldn’t be cut through, I told the server and that I wanted another one and he seemed very hesitant. When he brought the new food back to me, the whole plate had been redone, including the small serving of fettuccini which had been fine before but now was soupy and very soft and disgusting, the lasagna was still old but I could cut it, it was inedible, everything on that plate was disgusting. I ended up trading with my daughter and she had the create your own pasta but the wrong sauce was on it so it tasted not good. 2 of my children had chicken tenders and my son’s was very well done but he didn’t complain. The servers were stretched thin but I do feel like we got the poor end of the stick when it came to quality but its also very possible that others just didn’t care. I think restaurants should stop allowing people to come after a certain time when they cannot be serviced fully, don’t say you close at ten when in actuality the kitchen is going to stop making fresh food at 9, just stop business then. Businesses will take the business but then give you poor service, with our $20 tip that brought our bill up to $200 and like I said the whole meal I could have made better at home. Our servers were the best part and that’s not saying much, no napkins at the table other than those black linen napkins your food comes wrapped in, not sure where you are supposed to put the rest of your utensils and we weren’t given spoons which was also strange….my husband and daughter got the soup and spoons were put onto their plates but three of my kids ended up needing spoons and the tongs were missing from my salad because the server said that the kitchen was closing so utensils were being put away. Awful experience.
Everyone was rude n unaccomodating. I felt our business was not wanted or even interested in. Our tab was $220 n I left a $50 tip that no one deserved because I am a better person than that n we have all been going to this restaurant on a regular basis for 11 years. We got a small cramped table for 7 in the back when there were plenty of larger tables with more space available, they did not want to seat us even 5 minutes early to wait for our kids n grandchildren, eveen though we were going to order, but finally after I asked for the Mgr n she yelled at me, she said she'd seat us. The service was slow on apps n drinks were served out of order, not all drinks delivered at same time. The table n space was so cramped, the server was handing us the plates and our barely warm food plates across the table at us to pass along to each other and the person at the end. The food tasted like it was heated up in the microwave. I felt very unwelcome n embarrassed as it was my son's birthday dinner n the Olive Garden staff n Mgr. ruined it.
The worst olive garden ever , foot lousy and no flavor. Sitting arrangements lousy. The best thing waiters and matirde .
If I could do 0 stars I would, Tamara the manger is rude and when I asked to change my order because it was wrong she said this is what I ordered but if you clearly look at the notes I put in when I ordered that is not true.
I ordered on their website for delivery, order was never received, I spoke to to the manager who was going to request a refund and until this day I haven't received it. I can't do a claim from the delivery service since the order was not placed directly thru them. Now I lost my $, never received my food and the manger did absolutely nothing. Beware when you order online for delivery.
Ordered from the Olive Garden app for delivery. I ordered 2 Tour of Italy meals, my husband created his own pasta, 1 order of calamari, & 1 order of mozzarella sticks. I ended up paying $128.00 which was fine cuz its dinner for the family. I ordered my food at 4:40pm, didn’t get my food delivered till 6:55pm. Food was cold, and at that I didn’t get my 2 Tours of Italy meals, I got 2 chicken parmesan dishes. So I call the restaurant and asked if I can speak to the mgr. I got put on hold for more than 20 mins and no one came to answer the call. I hung up…got tired of waiting. Lost my appetite. No longer ordering from here again!!!! Money wasted! Happy Mothers Day to me!!!! Smh
I regularly order Olive Garden Take Out from this location and either the eating utensils or breadsticks are missing but I let it go. Tonight my order was delayed 25 mins and without breadsticks and the containers were partially filled. The bigger issue is Olive Garden requests gratuity prior to delivering the food to you (which I pay). I called soon as I got home and noticed the bag was not right AGAIN ! I spoke with a Manager who suggested someone will be fired and my card would be credited (still waiting for this to happen). Bad Attitude for a Manager… Poor Service… Note, go to another location and/or cook at home before deciding to patronize this Olive Garden Location in Pittsburg on Century (They Suck!)
I ordered two chicken fettuccine Alfredo pasta to go and both barely have any sauce. It made the pasta dry and the chicken portion was smaller as well. Its very disappointing since i only found out once i was home and i shouldn't even be worrying about whether they put enough alfredo sauce on my pasta.
Last week I placed an order for delivery to my house and the experience was terrible. The order system on the website is easy enough to use and this was not the first time I ordered from this particular location, but it will be my last. Anyway, when my husband and I received our order both our entrees were bland and the textures were mushy and gross. The bread sticks were stale and the salad was the only thing that was edible. The next day I contacted guest service and one of the managers, Anita later called and left me a voicemail. I contacted the location and spoke with another manager and she stated that Anita sent a gift card to compensate for our troubles and the second manager kindly confirmed my email. It’s been 3 days and nothing has been sent. I was ok with the gift card however this experience was very disappointing and I am upset with the outcome.
My husband and I have been loyal customers at this Olive Garden location for six years, but tonight’s experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. Around 8:30 PM, as we were about to order drinks, our server asked to see our IDs in a very rude and abrupt manner. I understand that checking ID can be policy, and we had no issue providing it. However, the tone and approach were disrespectful and uncomfortable. I am 43 years old, and we noticed that other guests around us were not being asked for ID. Because of the inconsistency and the way we were treated, the interaction felt discriminatory. As an Asian customer, I could not help but feel singled out. It made the situation very uncomfortable and awkward for us. The experience completely changed the mood of our evening. We came after work hoping to enjoy a peaceful dinner, but instead, we felt so uneasy that we decided to leave and not continue our meal. After six years of supporting this location, this was extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that all guests are treated with fairness, consistency, and respect.
While I typically enjoy dining at Olive Garden, this takeout experience was a massive disappointment. The chicken marsala arrived cold, the salad was wilted and clearly lacked freshness, and the entire meal felt haphazardly thrown together. To make matters worse, once I reheated it, the saltiness was so overwhelming that it was inedible. I tossed the entire meal. Given that this was easily my worst takeout experience to date, I’ll be sticking to dining in from now on.
There's a waitress named Gaby, and they should definitely fire her. She's making them lose customers with her bad service and laziness. The customer service is among the worst I've ever experienced. The food is delicious, but the service at this location is terrible. It's good at other restaurants, though.
Sad to leave this review. Our family has always enjoyed this Olive Garden, Pittsburg, CA. On 8/20 we celebrated our daughters birthday. She chose OG as her dinner request. Our group of 13 dined in and had a good time. Our waitress was friendly. I ate soup and salad taking my entree of pasta and Italian sausage to go. Later that evening, two guests in our group became ill, with moderate stomach pain and continuous vomiting. A third guest had minor stomach discomfort and nausea. The following morning, I opened my container of pasta and noticed the sausage was raw. The outer casing was discolored and both sausage links were completely raw, bright pink inside. It was not that the sausage was undercooked, it was not cooked at all. (See attached photos) I contacted the store manager via email and did not get a response. Very disappointed and difficult to now recommend as a place to eat.
