All was wonderful. It was my 67th Birthday celebration with mu husband. The waitress Sierra and David in the front made my birthday very special. I felt the care and most of all kindness from the both of them.

The waiter's name is Dan Dan the man had great customer service. My wife is very pleased. He made sure that we wanted for nothing. Very manner, very respectful. So very comfortable. I would share to anyone that i know to go there and have a beautiful evening. With family, friends. Or someone special.

We were seated immediately for lunch during weekday. Our waitstaff was very attentive and friendly to us. Food was delicious and was delivered in a timely manner. The facility including the restroom were kept clean.

I was so to have chosen my favorite restaurant for my birthday dinner. I love lobster and it has been my favorite place lobster restaurant for about 20 yrs. They had tried to close them all and make seasoning additions to lobster but I made a complaint that they should not add seasoning to lobster other than traditional of garlic butter. I was so happy to know they stayed open and this location had eliminated the seasoning to the lobster. Thank you so much. Michelle

I had the lobster, salmon and shrimp. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. This was probably the overall best dinner out that I have had in the last few months. We dine out a few times a week to spots like Black Angus and international cuisine such as Thai, Burmese, Indian and Vietnamese. Seldom does everything in a meal come together as well as Red Lobster did tonight.

The hostess was nice, had a great attitude. Server Dan, well, he's just excellent love his attitude the manager also cane to check and see how we were doing. I always enjoy the atmosphere, staff, and food .and I'm so glad they brought back the 🍤 shrimp cocktail.

Been to this restaurant 2 times this week I enjoyed my self so much the 1st time I had to come back. Food 10 out of 10 we did the special steak and lobster one day and then the lobster, shrimp and clams pasta the next wasn't disappointed. Staff friendly restaurant clean. I can't wait to go back 😊

We went to Red Lobster at the Pittsburg Auto Mall center for dinner, and the friendly Manager, Steven made it a fun & GREAT night for us! We had the Lobsterita drinks & the Lobster fest dinner's, truly AMAZING!!

Good place to get some seafood. Ample parking spaces and handicap parking is available close to the door. The service was very good and the atmosphere was perfect. It wasn't too crowded, which was really good. Stop by and get their top shelf long island ice tea that are well made.

Came here with hubby for dinner everything was great! From sitting us down to the end of our meal. Everyone was friendly and the service has definitely got better! Our server Jessica was so attentive and super nice ! I thanked her the whole night. I recommend asking her to be your server when you come. Left satisfied with our service!

Red Lobster its a great restaurant to eat. Food its always fresh 🍤🥗🥘🍲 the menu has changed and prices are up a bit higher ⬆️⬆️ but its reasonable because this covid19 virus has affected everything. Also it's good to know they keep the ➡️➡️6ft distance ⬅️⬅️ between tables.

We had an excellent dining experience. Atmosphere was congenial. Tables and seats were very comfortable. Everything clean and neat! We had outstanding service from all members of the wait staff even though they were very busy at the time we sat down. We were especially impressed with our server Lizzette. She was so cordial and efficient in attending to all our needs. We had a delightful dinner, enhanced by her superb service.

Stepping in here was a bit nostalgic, told my man I was going he for a birthday and he was like.... "Red Lobster still exists?!" The service was good and we had a big group with kids too. The food was decent, not Michelin star but definitely good for what you would expect. They have fish tanks at the bar area and they still have real lobsters 🦞

I’ve traveled all the way from Phoenix to visit my family in Antioch. And was hungry for some seafood. So it was either olive garden or red lobster. I haven’t been to red lobster in years and there’s not much locations where I’m from but I came to reminisce. Originally I was going to plan for take out and the kind host Zander helped me a bit but he was new and immediately grabbed a server to assist in my questions Valentino. Took my order and helped me out with my questions and was really helpful. As I waited for the food I grabbed a drink at the bar and Lyssette helped me out with drink options. I chose Chardonnay. She recommended another Chardonnay I forgot what it’s called but it had a really rich note! It was the best recommendation! There’s also another fellow who checked up on me constantly and I reckon his name was Michael I believe or Mike! He happened to be the manager and that kind of hospitality deserves a bloody raise! I really appreciate the hospitality!

I took my friend out for a Birthday dinner and I felt like the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. They were kind and Lyssette was the best bartender ever. She is amazing. We are seniors and had very unique requests and Lisa managed to remember all of that brought our food to the correct individual. Even though the restaurant was somewhat busy, Lisa continually checked on us and brought more biscuits and refill drinks and water. Lisa truly made our dinner and the birthday so special. I had not been to Red Lobster in almost 10 years. I used to go all the time growing up and the food was pretty OK, in the last 15-20 years the food definitely had declined and was not even mediocre, it was comparable to long John silvers ugh. I only decided to go again because my granddaughter wanted crab legs and we were passing nearby. My expectations were very low based on my last visits. I’m happy to report that the quality of food and service has improved drastically. I was quite pleasantly surprised. We had crab legs, shrimp and lobster and I’m telling you everything was absolutely fresh and delicious. If this new defined Red Lobster continues I will definitely be visiting again soon.

If you’re even thinking about ordering the Bar Harbor Fish Plate at Red Lobster — stop thinking and do it. It’s a full-on seafood explosion. I’m talking fried fish, shrimp, and scallops piled so high you’ll wonder if you need a lifeguard at your table. It could easily feed three people, but let’s be honest… I tried my best to tackle it solo (no regrets). Now let’s talk about the bacon mac & cheese. This stuff is no side dish — it’s a whole personality. Creamy, smoky, cheesy, and laced with enough bacon to make your grandma proud. Honestly, I would come back just for this. And shoutout to the Caesar salad, which came with what I can only describe as a gallon jug of shredded Parmesan on the side. It was like Red Lobster looked into my soul and said, “We got you.” The service? Fast and friendly. The portions? Massive. The vibes? Immaculate. Bring your appetite, your stretchy pants, and a couple friends — you’re gonna need them.

Our server Christina, who was also the bar tender wow, coodos for her, she was magnificent, made our day with her loving and attentive attitude. Such an endearing personality, she went way above and beyond in serving us and recommending outstanding menu items. The apetizers were out in a flash and beyond good. We went for family dinner since we had kids with us. It was really nice. We had a great waiter named Lisa who was really accommodating and super friendly.

It's been a while (couple of years or more) since I visited RL Glad to see and taste! That the Biscuits are still delicious, the food tasty and fresh. So good. However the service had much to be desired. We felt like they only tried to do enough to get by. It could be that they were short staffed, but the management seem to be quite relaxed, not a care in the world to check on their guests... aren't we paying for your salaries? Long wait time to be served, a short lunch that turned into 3 hours where we were served super slow. The food was ok, in my case there were very few gluten free options, I was able to find some but it would be nice if they were marked.

Had a chance to visit this old haunt of mine. Got seated right away. Had some appetizers and drinks. My top shelf margarita was not full when brought out. The picture tells that story. That's my biggest complaint. There seems to be a limit of how many baskets of those yummy rolls they "remember" to bring you. The brussel sprouts were really good and recommended. Good times were had.

The biscuits were a little burner & the lobster tail was a little over cooked; for the price I wanted almost prefect. Meaning the biscuits were visibly darker then they should have been, but we're bought to the table anyway. How, I took my son and we like it there, so we'll go back.

I love garlic but I think this might have had a little too much for me. And I hate to say this because I use to love it, but their clam chowder seems like it's just gotten watery almost. Should be thicker!! The desserts were great & Their server Karina is very sweet though.

Went in for a take out order and waited 50 minutes just to get our food. As a consolation, they removed an alcoholic beverage from our bill plus a percent of the total. Which was great but 50 minutes?! Come on now. Gotta do better.

We all know most people go to red lobster for the biscuits. Im not sure what was going on the day I took my family but they were lacking that delicious butter that is usually on the top of them. They still had flavor but certainly were dry. Our dinner was the seafood boil, that was pretty good. Decent amount of everything but lobster. It only came with 2 pieces, or one tail cut in half. All in all 3 stars, food was good but not great.

Little disappointed with my service, I think Lisa was her name but she was probably tired it was around 9:00 pm. she offered me the lobster and steak without the steak piece because I didn’t like steak. I asked how many sides are included, she said 2, but ending up getting charged for this 2 sides and a lobster tail total of $60 incl $10 tip. Food was OK not great for that price, I didn’t like the melted butter taste on the side. But didn’t want to send it back either.

Definitely not the same taste wise. The biscuits do not taste the same. The Cajun chicken pasta does not taste the same. The menu is different but the service is the same with the exception of an occasional smirk from the hostess for whatever reason. Maybe she was smelling her top lip. It's okay other than that.

Overall 5/10 Not bad, but not great either. The Calamari was by far the best item we tried. The Lobster was a little overdone and elastic. The shrimp was 6/10. The Salmon was not good, overcooked and fishy tasting. Cheddar biscuits were 10/10. Service was good but slow. It seemed like they were understaffed.

Service was good. One of my daughters ordered a sirloin and didn't eat it. We took it home and my mom went to try it and she said the same thing my daughter did. It tasted plain. No seasoning and the meat was chewy. Next time I will send it back for $30. Mashed potatoes weren't fully mashed they were very lumpy. Everyone else's food was ok. Lobster,.shrimp and fish and chips were all okay.

Will not go back again. Had a reservation at 7:30. Arrived on time and was told there is a 45 min wait. During the wait noticed people arriving after us were getting seated. Had to asked the front desk before we got seated. The whole process was not organised. Don`t how much we will have to wait if I did not asked. When we checked in they say they will text us when our table is ready. During our entire wait they were just calling names.

As a Vietnam vet, and with so many restaurants offering to honor our service, I chose to go enjoy Red Lobster's offer. When my wife and I were seated, I immediately presented the waitress my military ID and informed her that I wanted the Veterans Day special of shrimp and chips that I had seen on their website. She said the special was snow crab, and assuming she knew better than me, I said okay. My wife ordered the same meal, which turned out to be less than enjoyable, and when the bill came, I was charged for both meals. When I questioned the bill, and subsequently spoke to the manager, it was determined that the waitress was unaware of the veteran's special being offered....ON VETERANS DAY! The blame lands squarely on the management for not having informed the wait staff. I was not charged for my meal, but did not get the meal I they advertised, the meal that made me decide to dine there! Don't think we'll be going back.

It took 45 minutes for a food to be delivered and when we got it was freezing cold. I didn’t ask for anything else but two glasses of water and it took another 20 minutes for them to arrive other tables around us keep asking for a stuff and it was brought to them, but for some reason, we were being ignored by the waitress
