Went there for a team banquet (buffet booked in advance). Everything tasted excellent (beef and chicken fajitas with toppings), I ate more than I should have. Staff was friendly and did a great job managing everyone's drinks.

Lalitos is a family favorite! We have enjoyed several years of dining here and getting our usual queso and chips, and dinner platters. The staff, especially Steph our server, has the friendliest smile and impeccable timing. She has the best customer service! When you dine at Lalitos it feels like you are among friends. We stopped at Lalito's after a long day of baseball. The food was hot (and delicious!), and our server was fantastic. We had a somewhat grumpy and very tired 3 year old and she asked to play the claw machine. When we asked for change, one of the managers came over to watch us play. My little girl left there the happiest kid on the planet. The bartender took a few of his own quarters and won her 2 more prizes, so she was super excited and very happy when we left. They went above and beyond, and we will make sure we stop here and eat again! Thank you for the best customer service!

I dine here a lot more than I probably should. Lalito's is a family owned and operated restaurant and they always make my coworkers and I feel welcome and provide the best service. We visit mostly during the lunch rush. Service is always amazing and there is very little wait time. Jose is one of my favorite servers and he always provides excellent service.

I have been going to Lalito's at least once per week for probably the last 5 years. They are a family business that truly cares about customers having a great experience. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcolming. I believe their tacos are the best in the Atlanta area. You can tell they take great pride in using quality ingredients. I have tried other Mexican restaurants in the area. Nothing comes close. Their pastor, Carne asada and beria tacos are absolutely outstanding. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

This was our first trip to Lalito’s but it will not be out last! We had the traditional tacos and the birria tacos. Both were excellent, and we’re looking forward to trying many other items on the menu. The food was fresh and flavorful, staff was friendly and kind, and service was excellent!

Everything was delicious! Excellent beef tacos. Fresh pico and guacamole. Yummy shredded chicken, queso, rice and beans! Lalitos catered an amazing taco buffet for our swim banquet. We had 150+ guests. Everyone enjoyed the food and portions provided! I would recommend Lalitos for a fun family meal or large banquet gathering any day of the week! Service was outstanding!

I eat there weekly. The food is consistently above expectations. It's always hot, fresh, and flavorful. I leave full, fat, and happy.

I stopped in to wait for the southbound traffic to slow down after a doctor's appointment. I was promptly seated by hostess. The waiter was very nice and courteous. My food came out quickly. This was the best barria tacos I have ever eaten. Hands down the best!

We picked Lalito’s by happenstance, & it turned into a serendipitous choice. The food was tasty, prices were very reasonable, the server & owner were both friendly, & the atmosphere was inviting. We enjoyed queso dip, 2 entrees, 2 fountain drinks, & a 27oz margarita for <$60. If we had stuck to just the entrees, we could have been equally satisfied for under $30. Lalo stopped by our table as we were finishing up, & we had a lovely chat with him. We plan to come back & enjoy the Friday entertainment that he was so excited to tell us about.

My sister and I always look forward to our visits to this location. The manager and staff greet us warmly and seat us promptly. I’ll admit I’m a picky eater, but I’ve found my go-to favorite is the pupusas — they’re delicious! The menu offers a great variety at very reasonable prices, whether you’re craving a hearty meal or just stopping in for drinks. This may sound nit-picky or specific but the music is always at a perfect volume so you can actually enjoy a conversation without shouting. And still the restaurant always gives a lively vibe. The servers and bartenders are always friendly and attentive. Shout out to Nadia!! She was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. Whether you’re a regular or trying for the first time, I think you’ll find this restaurant a joy to visit. It’s one of those places you’ll be glad to come back to again and again!

He said best he's ever had and that's saying something because that is his Go To! Margarita was great and surprising strong. I do like my salsa spicier but chips were great! Perfect quiet environment for a date night and for a family dinner. More people need to check this place out especially on Friday nights. Take the wife here you'll thank me later!

Can I give this place more than 5 stars??? The restaurant is so colorful and manager is very welcoming! I was here on a Saturday lunch and it was not too crowded. Got a table immediately. Staff explained the menu patiently and made some suggestion. Service was quick and taste was very good. Price is competitive too! Definitely coming back. They have a small place were you can make some good clicks!!!

When a friend is hosting karaoke...and it's Cinco de Mayo, who cares is it's Monday. You go. It was a lot of fun. The service and food was pretty good despite the crowd. I was amazed the server kept up with our orders pretty well, which isn't easy. Especially when we kept switching out people at our table. We look forward to going back when it's a bit quieter.

I had the beef enchilada, beef taco, refried beans, rice and chicken soup. All of the food was very good. This is the first time I had soup as part of a lunch combo. That was unexpected and very nice. The staff here is very friendly.

Great customer and drinks. Did not get a chance to enjoy my food because it came out cold. When I returned it, all they did was microwave it and serve me soggy chips. Complete disappointment. They offered to redo after that, but I was turned off at that point

Basic Tex-Mex place. It was pretty quiet on a Saturday night and service was a little slower given the amount of people there. Servers were seated at a table talking when we walked in. I had 3 different styles of tacos and they were all pretty tasty. I realized after we were served that I forgot to ask for corn tortillas and I guess the default is flour.

Good ambience, great staff but the food needs a lot of work to be acceptable. Food: We ordered steak quesadilla. It was a small piece of bread with cheese (smallest one I have ever seen), lots of onions and peppers in it with a few pieces of meat (barely any). The meat was not good at all, it was hard, and more of a grilled inedible hard fat than actual meat/ steak to the point that I had to spit out several pieces of the meat since they were not chewable. The guacamole was not fresh, the rice that came with it was cold, old and bland with no flavor. Looked and tasted like a leftover from another plate from several days ago. Service and pricing: The service was good. Overall, they are very good people working there. But when it comes to their prices and their business practice, I was not a big fan of what they did to my bill. We got two horchatas ($3.75 each). I asked if we can get refill for our horchatas and they said yes. However, I was charged for it again ($3.98). When someone asks for a refill, they mean if it’s free or at a cost. The cheese dip was also very expensive ($5.50 which is too much for a little bit of cheese in a small sauce cup! I honestly thought it was going to be complimentary or maybe 2-3 dollars max). Atmosphere: Nice restaurant, great location, good staff, beautiful interior, and an amazing vibe.

Nice interior. Well decorated and very colorful. Food is decent to. I had fish tacos. It was a bit less spicy for my liking. But i got a weird feeling that the hostess was very keen on getting rid of us. I may be wrong be couldn't help getting that feeling. I could see her interacting with other guests and felt she was not as warm to us as she was to others. Anyway I am not going back there since I prefer place that serves spicy food with a warm smile.

The food on this place is fresh, tasty and way better than other Mexican restaurants in the area. But they need to improve on service. Awaited a few minutes to be seated when the place was not busy. No manager came to table, and waitres seemed to rush us when only 8 tables where occupied on the restaurant. It was not a consumer experience. But again, the food is amazingly good.

Mediocre at best. No seasoning or heat in fajitas or salsa. Mild everything. Portions aren't as great as others mention either. Got double steak fajitas and it looks like a single from other local Mexican joints. Tortillas are clearly store bought and very bland. Would recommend el porton, or senor patron over this place any day of the week.

Maybe they were having an off day when I was there. But, the food was meh. Tasted a bit bland without proper seasoning. Service wasn't terrible, but I've definitely had better. It was a bad enough experience that I haven't been motivated enough to give it a second chance and it's 5 minutes from my house.

We placed an order for pickup on Saturday evening 06/09/18. Our order was missing 2 sides of sour cream, 1 side of lettuce and tomatoes, 1 side of guacamole, and when we opened the tub of salsa, it had a long strand of human hair in it. When I called to ask if part of the order could be refunded due to this many errors, I was told that “the only thing that happened was the sides were mixed,” and the lady I spoke with refused to acknowledge the hair in the salsa. I was told I could either drive 15 minutes back to the store to pick up the sides that should’ve been in the bag in the first place, or I could get a $5 off coupon the next time I came in. Ridiculous. The order was almost entirely incorrect and HAIR was in the food. UNACCEPTABLE. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they have killer queso. Won’t be coming back. No wonder this place is always dead whenever we go or pick up food. Disgusting.

Not a bad location for standard issue Mexican food, but nothing really special to write home about. Still better than the American Tex/Mex, but couldn't find anything on the menu worth bragging about (and I've probably eaten there 10-15 times). Maybe I've missed something, but their menu needs an upgrade (or maybe I'm just blessed with constant solid Mexican restaurants to choose from).

Not real Mexican food. The chips and salsa was the best thing. Ordered guacamole and it didn't have any taste. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which tasted like teriyaki sauce. The margeritas were about four ounces and I asked for a shot of 151; the waitress came back saying they didn't have that kind of sauce, enough said. I will not be going back.

I was in the area and stopped in while waiting on vehicle service. Was hopeful upon entry with the friendly greeting received. Drink order was wrong, salsa not flavorful, slow service, asked if the guac was made fresh (menu says table side), and the waitress said yes - only to have the guac brought out already made….. for $12.99, not only was it NOT made at the table - it was a small portion and not flavored well at all. The shrimp tacos were not horrible, but definitely wouldn’t want seconds. Was not impressed and won’t be back.

I came here to order to go for lunch…some guy walks up (assuming he’s the GM) and tells me how much my food is with no receipt, no food…just wants me to pay and I don’t even know what I’m paying for. Then he proceeds to tell me this is the rule for to go as I’m telling him where he went wrong. Of course he goes back and forth with me…and his bartender ends up apologizing on his behalf. LOL then the server comes with a receipt. Go figure. Food was good though.

Place is bad. Give it two stars because it’s relatively cheap for lunch. Gave canned salsa which I totally understand since it’s free but when I asked for something spicier, they gave me a bottle of Kroger Sriracha sauce. That was a clearance item and the bottle was nasty to even touch

They added extra charges. The food took a long time to get out. Food was mediocre. If you want quality Mexican food, I recommend 7 tequilas. Added some stars because they removed the charges. Would not recommend coming here.

Terrible service, nothing we ordered seemed to come out right. Drink ingredients left out, order one thing, get served something else, hair in the salsa and to top it off two of us who ate the same thing have food poisoning. Needless to say we will never go back .

This food was not even Mexican. It was more text Mex than Mexican. Margaritas were nothing but water down and charged way more than any other place. The only two things that I would say were decent were the chips and the Al Pastor taco’s. Who puts pico to Gallo on a taco? Not somebody who wants authentic Mexican. Beware of this establishment. Decided to eat here for the first time and the waitress over charged me. I ordered the lunch combo which was about $8 I was charged a whopping $22.01..... luckily I checked my receipt before leaving. The waitress acted as if she didn’t know what happened. Once I raised my voice a little she spoke with the owner. The owner said that it was refunded back to my card however he could not furnish a receipt showing the refund. I asked him several times for proof of the corrected transaction and he said no. I was taken back to be informed that he indeed was the owner Eluardo and that he showed such distain towards me due to the fact that I was bringing this to his attention. His lack of customer service skills and overall nonchalant demeanor for charging my card more than TWICE the due amount is just plain unacceptable! Beware when eating at this place. I have NEVER EVER in all my life been to a restaurant that “accidentally” charges my card twice the ticket price. And for the OWNER to not even care is just madness and BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Don’t even waste your time.... not to add to the fact that the food was TERRIBLE. My quesadilla chicken was alll gummy and not seasoned ..... MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT

Worst restaurant I been to. I order some fajitas luncj special for 9.99 and they over charge me with 5 dollars saying that they were within there right to upcharge due to covid19. I understand that restaurants have incremented their price but do not hide it and advertise a price and then charge more when its to pay. I told the host that he need to change the pricing on the menu and he RUDELY TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY NOT TO COME BACK TO THE RESTAURANT.

Unlike some prior + reviews, we'll add some perspective on the Suwanee location. The 1 star (the chips) about sums up our experience. Food quality for 4 dinners fell short of of our expectations. (It's old website menu is also underpriced). A Chimmichanga was not a "big tortilla", was soft and not fried. A chicken Barrito was smothered in cheese sauce (affirmed not wanted on ordering) with machine processed (thin) refried beans. Two Barrito Supremes with "brisket" contained only tough beef knobs. The salsa was watered down/little content tomato juice. A half teaspoon of avacado and sour cream on side, and unflavorful rice. Our server got 2 orders wrong outright and didn't even acknowledge or apologize or offer to make it right when brought to her attention. (We wouldn't dare send our dinners back). In short, other Mexican restaurants are around. Don't waste your time and money here.

The first thing you notice is the low score the restaurant has. The staff is very unfriendly and never smiles. They have downgraded since the chain first started. The chips are horrible. Lastly the environment is depressing and not your typical Mexican place with music and good food. So go to El Felix or La Parilla

Big NO Worst Mexican food we had so far. Quantity is less compared to the price they have per dish. Even drinks were not that good. We ordered bean taco for kids and they served beef tacos, when we told them, they didn't change the complete plate with sides, just got the bean taco in small plate without rice and bean as side. Save your money and try/go somewhere else.

Worst place ever!!! I found HAIR on my food!!!!! The chicken was not cooked well. It was like they just reheat it from a frozen fridge. Tried to cut with the knife feel like cutting rock. My husband threw me a Birthday party the food was catered he paid over $500, but the manager refused to let us take the leftovers home. We had a lot of out of town guests that we could have fed the next day. What are you going to do resale the food that set out at my party. Service staff were inattentive and we had to flag down waiters in order to simply get refills on our drinks and chips. The food wasn’t quite as advertised in the menu. The margaritas tasted, and felt, like they zero tequila in them...only margarita mix. It was disappointing considering how expensive they were. For the price we paid, it was a very dissatisfying experience overall.

They messed up my order completely. I asked to have the burrito replaced with carne asada, I got ground cheap beef instead. Also, I asked for a seafood quesadilla and also they decided to just add ground beef. I called them and they placed me on hold and said someone will call me back. They didn't. I Emailed also and still no response. The food was bland. No flavor. Not returning here again.

Beware. They dont abide by the menu and actually seemed to scam their patrons. Went today to get food for my family to go. Decided to get a drink while we waited. I got the skinny margarita which comes with herradura, lime, and agave. I noticed the bartender putting a cheaper tequila in my drink. When I asked about it, the bartender said "ohhh yea we don't have herradura(even though its on the menu and listed on their sign as a weekly special). But this one is just as good. It wasn't. So she went and got the manager. Somehow she found a whole bottle of herradura in a fridge just in front of the bar. Very weird. Didn't offer no concession for it and said, "oh sorry it's my first day" even though I saw her interacting with customers who are clearly regulars. Decided not to order food for the family or hospital staff where we were heading back to. Not big on paying for sketchy service.

The food tastes like school cafeteria food with terrible quality. The salsa is clearly from a can and there is zero seasoning and no flavor on anything. The service is subpar at best and the portions for what they charge are terrible as well.

The chips come out in a very small bowl. We had to ask for more...4 times for three of us. The tape/band that hold the napkin together is cut into 3rd's to save on $. My Burrito was a small flour tortilla shell. I wouldn't send my cat in there to eat. So BAD!!!
