This is the first time I used Starbucks for business. I had to conduct an interview and Starbucks was a perfect place to meet. I order a Grande peach tea in a Vente cup so I could have them add a little ice. It's never a problem.. The baristas are trained so well.. They are always happy to help! Love STARBUCKS! ❤️☕❤️

Simply loved the place, it's a beautiful place to sit down with friends and family, the whole place is peaceful and the ambience is calm and soothing. There is ample space for parking and so many other stores near by that you can hang around for quite a while.

This is a great location with a nice sun room and great interiors. Although small, you don't feel crammed and the service is great as well. Parking is ample. No complains whatsoever.

I'm very easy to please when it comes to Starbucks in general, but the staff was very friendly & managed the line pretty efficiently. All of the drinks were of the usual good quality.

I am a bit of a Starbucks addict and usually find a Starbucks to stop at where ever I am. Some have been terrible, others familiar, and others have been excellent. This Starbucks, excellent is an understatement. I was greeted by several employees, the line moved quickly, and the orders were correctly and efficiently executed. I think her name was carol we went in with our two very young kids and she was so sweet and caring and kind even when our son dropped his cake pop she got him a new one this is above and beyond service!!!!

I came in during rush hour this morning and realized I placed my mobile order at a different location. The baristas were so incredibly helpful and made my order anyways even though they were super busy! Definitely one of the best experiences I have had at Starbucks! :)

The kids that work there are so nice,especially makayla, they were singing along to the music and they all got along great. It was super busy but they got me my drink quickly. Excellent customer service.

I’ve had a bunch of coffee this vacation and this is my go-to place; they’ve been able to absolutely nail my favorite multiple times in a row. My sister joined me for a run and her drink, which is usually difficult, came out great too. The baristas have been really nice and greeted each time for my mobile orders.

My only experience with this place is via mobile order. The app states 4-7 minutes I arrived in 5, all my ordered items are present waiting to be picked up. The breakfast sandwich is good, it's not fallen over the side. Coffee is good. The staff is very responsive and fast.

This was my first time coming to this starbucks as it is not my local starbucks but wow. I loved the customer service so much I just had to make a phone call to the manager and let her know how much I appreciated the team. Aside from myself I noticed the employees on bar were greeting customers as well. I had ordered a peach green tea lemonade and a dragon drink. Both were delicious! When I ordered my dragon drink it was more ice to my liking although I asked for light ice and they immediately remade it for very light ice just to accommodate me. I definitely recommend this location.

I've been in the area for a decade but somehow today was my first day here. Great location. Ample parking - this end of the Plainview Shopping Center is usually not crowded. Clean premises. Well lit interior with a seating nook. A few tables outside as well for use on a beautiful day like today. Staff was polite and efficient. Would love to come back!

I went into this Starbucks after a long days of work. As soon as I walked in, the vibes were super immaculate. The employee on the cashier literally made my day. Her name is Julia P, and she did an absolutely fantastic job. She put a smile on my face after a long day of work. She had a very vibrant vibe. As I was grabbing my coffee, the barista and her name Julia W, she literally made my drink perfect and had great customer service. These two definitely need recognition for their great service(especially Julia P)! I’ll definitely be returning and will make this Starbucks a regular go to destination.

Love to get my coffee here. Also make sure to order through my mobile app way faster they always packed at 9 - 9:30am. Service is great too ! And there have been two times when my coffee wasn't quite right when I brought it to the counter the worker was very friendly and fixed it without giving me an attitude like some other places. Lunch time is also busy its usually a little slower around 2pm. They have a sun room where you can sit inside and tables and chairs outside. Food is great too!

Had to stand on a small, circular sticker on the floor. I’m not used to that kind of crowd control. Mocha-choca-latte-yaya was A to the OK.

They were out of the tea bags I like but took the time to show me other options... and did it with a great attitude.

Staff is helpful albeit mostly high school and college students. The parking can be bad depending on the time and day because it is shared with the shopping Centre. Worst case park on the shop rite side and walk around the building.

Waits are never too bad. Orders are quickly made. 1 star deducted for not having enough seating room.

Drinks are always fantastic, staff is always amazing, bathrooms and the place itself is clean the only drawback in my opinion is that they close a bit early.

Usually pretty clean, staff is always friendly and working hard to get orders out at this very busy store. Seating area is pretty small. In fact the whole store has a cramped feel to it. That said, there is still a pleasant relaxed-yet-frenetic feel here.

The manager and I guess 🤷 🙄 😅 woman who takes order is excellent the store needs more back help preparing beverages there is a walk up windows that sometimes is a top priority and leaves the inside patrons confused about there order outside tables need to be cleaned as well as bathroom facility I understand patrons are sloppy

Small location, not the best Starbucks around. The people are nice, but the store seems squeezed into a small space - even for a Starbucks. Coffee is fine, but not a place to go and hang out. That said, it is convenient in a busy shopping center, so we go from time to time.

5.12pm Thursday January 23,2025. the lady at the register acts a bit prejudiced against foreigners, foreign languages and accents. The barista was very kind on the other hand. The coffee tastes great.

Always make you wait. Can never get my.mobile order right, regardless of the day or time. Poorly managed for sure.

Some of the staff in this store is not nice and playing cellphones while working. My wife had an issue with the staff and would like to talk to manager and she even refused to disclose her name. I had a mobile order this evening and there was only one customer already being helped by the other staff and there was a girl see me standing outside of the window but just ignored me and doing her own cleaning thing. Unfortunately, I had to come inside and pickup the coffee myself.

This is Starbucks is consistently dirty. Floors, tables, condiment area, bathrooms, all a mess. People working there are generally nice but they are always under staffed. If I point out a mess to the staff, they often reply that they are busy and there is nobody available to clean at the moment. Here is a 7/3/19 follow up to my review. Nothing has changed. Still dirty all the time. I stopped going to this location for about 6 months. When I recently returned I had hoped that maybe they had cleaned up their act. They have not. Still a dirty mess pretty much all the time.

So there is a lot to like about starbucks as a brand in general but ive found that this specific starbucks isnt up to par. The outside scenery is very nice but inside really needs alot of work. To begin this location has cockroaches!!! I attached a photo of them in the bathroom. This is from today when i was there. This is my biggest concern and i dont really know if i want to be ordering from this location anymore. If you cant passed this the music is always blasting louder than it should be in this location. I believe this is because the speakers are facing towards the seating tables but if u r an employee there is a wall separating the speakers from them. They might not realize it is just too loud. Additionally if it is raining the glass ceiling panels in the greenhouse portion leaks in the corner. I get that it costs alot to fix but starbucks is a trillion $ company come on

Music is too loud and the woman at the register 1) couldn’t hear me after multiple times trying to order 2) was visibly frustrated and 3) gave me attitude about something I requested. Also did not get the correct order (again probably because she couldn’t hear me) one of the dingiest locations I’ve been too, also.

I am a frequent customer employees have always been pretty nice… there a an employee (always working hot drinks) sonia was extremely rude nasty attitude says things under her breath… made a comment about me ordering something frequently (it was my first time ordering this particular item) doesn’t respond to a simple thank you and always frowning from what I’ve picked up doesn’t interact with the other employees much either can’t seem to understand who would hire such an person…

Placed an order via the app for a frappuccino, specifying light ice and whipped cream. Got the drink quickly enough, but it had the heaviest amount of ice I've ever seen, barely any actual frap syrup, and no whipped cream. The ice is very expensive at this Starbucks.

Starbucks that is happy to give you an excuse along with a resolution that means nothing. Decaf Machine not working ....AGAIN....and they tell me to call corporate. I used the mobile app and they gave a refund but they should have offered a FREE cup of regular drip decaf. Last time im coming to this location. Heading to Dunkin Donuts.

I ordered capuccino and it had only foam in it. The staff told me thats how Capuccino is. I am drinlking from last 10 years and they are tesching how it should be or is. Moreover one of the staffs was too rude.

The last visit was very bad, and I bought a large cold brew coffee, 3 to 5 minutes later, I went to get my refill, and I was told can't get it just because when I was drinking my coffee I went to get my wallet for the tip, batista saw me that I went to my car for a minute and she told me that if I step out even for a minute the refill will not be validate.

Came in early morning , 3 people working . 2 people on line .I ordered my drink and took almost 20 mins to make a drink I asked if anyone else can hop on and help and they ignored me . Customer service here is horrible and management

They can’t and don’t know how to make any orders and they take much longer than the expected time it takes to make. If it says a 10 minute wait, expect to wait 20 minutes or more. Store was empty and workers were just talking with themselves. Terrible service and workers.

I keep hoping that whomever is working can actually make my skinny Caramel Macchiato correctly .Well that's a no second time visiting this Starbucks and our drinks were absolutely disgusting and to add insult to injury a bus of 100 women were using the bathroom..horrible coffee ! First time at this location and we did a mobile order. We walked up to the window for mobile order waiting for 10 minutes.. I get that they are busy but they could have communicated something at least. I even said hello and excuse me? With no response. They were well aware we were waiting and never spoke a word. Definitely a 0 for customer service.

I really liked this place. But it turned into a 3-6th grader kids' playground without adults' supervision. They are loud and gross. Yes, they are kids. I understand. But it was too much. Not coming back anytime soon.

The service here is a disgrace. The workers mess up your order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It is a deadzone in here!!! Why is my bacon gouda taking 15 minutes?!? It takes 2 minutes to put it in the oven. I am never coming here again. The music choices in here are disgusting as well.

Horrible ordered a latte went to wait for it. The 8 people behind me all get there drinks oders called out by names. I ask were is my drink I'm standing here for 25 mins she ask for my receipt tell her lady didn't give it to me. She says so im not helping you👀. I tell her my drink it's siting in the takeout. Worst location ever! The reps in the front are being totally disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. No courtesy whatsoever! Don’t know how they train their employees in this location. Was told to kick rocks with my injured dog all I wanted was a pup cup for him after he was mauled by another dog there should be signs posted regarding pets or why even have pet options if your not a pet friendly establishment also no one was in uniform everyone was wearing basically whatever they want and and throwing a green apron on top do better

This will be like the 10th time I visited the place, roughly about the fifth time I've come here in my coffee is unacceptable I will only request the Barista to remake it one time before I realize I'm beating my head against a brick wall, she didn't even ask what was wrong with it either she does these micro pumps of liquid little or not enough milk my coffee tastes ratchet to say the least and this isn't just singling out one barista my order is very simple a standard vanilla iced latte... don't expect too much here. Update: I'm a glutton for punishment it seams, went back again today thinking i would have a better result, this time I ordered as usual , and the wrong size was made , I informed the team and the gentleman who made the drink decided he would take care of it by , not remaking the drink , but to remedy by asking if I'd love another shot, after i surely I asked them to remake it , Sorry I'm just very particular about a 7 dollar coffee that will probably be 8 dollar 2025 , but anyways the gentleman decided to frank-n-fix my vanilla ice latte , needless to say it was no bueno.. I asked then for it to be remade for real this time, and they obliged, I told her it was over milked and she informed it would taste the same, so I informed her if they didn't use as much milk it would taste different, . . . . so I thought . Well the final coffee was just made very poorly and I even feel it in a way it was out of spite they didn't care to make it properly... smh So no I dont recommend going there wasting your money there for iced coffee drinks. No need for Starbucks to reply I will just goto another location to have it made. Update fast forward 12-24-2024 Today I thought I just go treat myself to a coffee I stopped in and I saw the gentleman I don't like to make my coffee cuz he honestly that's a terrible job every time I come in and he's touching the coffee, today I decided to ask the Barista behind the espresso machine if he would be making my coffee he said he would be making my latte I said great I would like to place an order so I placed my order with the other gentleman and this kid just jumps to action to make my coffee like I totally specifically asked the other kid to make my coffee nicely, now I'm really just pissed off, cuz I have a real crappy coffee now and I have to go to another location to get it remade, thank you Starbucks you're doing a great job hopefully we do better 2025 12/27/2024 In line here waiting for th3 cashier to stop talking to the customer ... now for 5 minutes just sitting here waiting patiently, .. trying my best to shut my mouth and not be rude to old ladies talking... the cash is always rude never says hi and still while I write this review I am still in line learning about their lives .. she was ride so I was rude back Between her and the other kid... smh.. I'm gonna lose it one day Walked in. Today 5/18 not having a great day ...as noticed the notorious barista was behind the counter. Immediately I was overwhelmed with possible confrontation and frustration with this kid... I just decided to walk out instead. Didn't even get my coffee, I'm beyond irritated even more so with no coffee. I guess my options are to goto another location from on.

At approximately 11:00 AM Eastern Time on December 28, 2024. I observed a few employees speaking in another language (which I can understand) behind the counter, making inappropriate and degrading comments about customers. What stood out was that they were speaking openly, without any attempt to keep their remarks private. It seemed unlikely that they would make such comments in English, as customers would be able to understand them. I overheard their conversation while waiting in line near the bathroom door, as they prepared coffees near the pickup window. So all customers should note that if you cannot understand this crew, chances are they are making fun of you....

20 minutes for a tall misto and a tall pike. They misplaced my mom’s tall pike when she was waiting for my misto. All of the employees are just standing around, chatting, and one girl is on her phone, not making eye contact and then we get our coffee and it tastes old!

The person who placed my order coughed and touched her mouth and nose with her hands, and gave me the wrong order. I repeated to her to confirm that I needed three-quarters of oat milk, and she was right, it was one-quarter, which was correct. , so I am very unhappy!

Horrible customer service. I went there with a question/request and the employees had an attitude and acted like they “owned” the store. Rude comments were even made by one particular employee. As soon as I left there, I went to two other Starbucks’ establishments in the immediate area to see how my question/request would be treated there. The employees in both of those stores listened, understood and honored my request in a polite manner. I was so pleased and relieved that I purchased extra items from them. No more Plainview Starbucks for me.
