I am a frequent customer employees have always been pretty nice… there a an employee (always working hot drinks) sonia was extremely rude nasty attitude says things under her breath… made a comment about me ordering something frequently (it was my first time ordering this particular item) doesn’t respond to a simple thank you and always frowning from what I’ve picked up doesn’t interact with the other employees much either can’t seem to understand who would hire such an person…

Placed an order via the app for a frappuccino, specifying light ice and whipped cream. Got the drink quickly enough, but it had the heaviest amount of ice I've ever seen, barely any actual frap syrup, and no whipped cream. The ice is very expensive at this Starbucks.

Worst location ever! The reps in the front are being totally disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. No courtesy whatsoever! Don’t know how they train their employees in this location. Better go to Syosset and Woodbury stores. Will definitely spread the words about this location to everyone, SO disgusting!! 08/15/25 10:20am check with your front staffs about their nasty attitude!

Was told to kick rocks with my injured dog all I wanted was a pup cup for him after he was mauled by another dog there should be signs posted regarding pets or why even have pet options if your not a pet friendly establishment also no one was in uniform everyone was wearing basically whatever they want and and throwing a green apron on top do better

This will be like the 10th time I visited the place, roughly about the fifth time I've come here in my coffee is unacceptable I will only request the Barista to remake it one time before I realize I'm beating my head against a brick wall, she didn't even ask what was wrong with it either she does these micro pumps of liquid little or not enough milk my coffee tastes ratchet to say the least and this isn't just singling out one barista my order is very simple a standard vanilla iced latte... don't expect too much here. Update: I'm a glutton for punishment it seams, went back again today thinking i would have a better result, this time I ordered as usual , and the wrong size was made , I informed the team and the gentleman who made the drink decided he would take care of it by , not remaking the drink , but to remedy by asking if I'd love another shot, after i surely I asked them to remake it , Sorry I'm just very particular about a 7 dollar coffee that will probably be 8 dollar 2025 , but anyways the gentleman decided to frank-n-fix my vanilla ice latte , needless to say it was no bueno.. I asked then for it to be remade for real this time, and they obliged, I told her it was over milked and she informed it would taste the same, so I informed her if they didn't use as much milk it would taste different, . . . . so I thought . Well the final coffee was just made very poorly and I even feel it in a way it was out of spite they didn't care to make it properly... smh So no I dont recommend going there wasting your money there for iced coffee drinks. No need for Starbucks to reply I will just goto another location to have it made. Update fast forward 12-24-2024 Today I thought I just go treat myself to a coffee I stopped in and I saw the gentleman I don't like to make my coffee cuz he honestly that's a terrible job every time I come in and he's touching the coffee, today I decided to ask the Barista behind the espresso machine if he would be making my coffee he said he would be making my latte I said great I would like to place an order so I placed my order with the other gentleman and this kid just jumps to action to make my coffee like I totally specifically asked the other kid to make my coffee nicely, now I'm really just pissed off, cuz I have a real crappy coffee now and I have to go to another location to get it remade, thank you Starbucks you're doing a great job hopefully we do better 2025 12/27/2024 In line here waiting for th3 cashier to stop talking to the customer ... now for 5 minutes just sitting here waiting patiently, .. trying my best to shut my mouth and not be rude to old ladies talking... the cash is always rude never says hi and still while I write this review I am still in line learning about their lives .. she was ride so I was rude back Between her and the other kid... smh.. I'm gonna lose it one day Walked in. Today 5/18 not having a great day ...as noticed the notorious barista was behind the counter. Immediately I was overwhelmed with possible confrontation and frustration with this kid... I just decided to walk out instead. Didn't even get my coffee, I'm beyond irritated even more so with no coffee. I guess my options are to goto another location from on.

At approximately 11:00 AM Eastern Time on December 28, 2024. I observed a few employees speaking in another language (which I can understand) behind the counter, making inappropriate and degrading comments about customers. What stood out was that they were speaking openly, without any attempt to keep their remarks private. It seemed unlikely that they would make such comments in English, as customers would be able to understand them. I overheard their conversation while waiting in line near the bathroom door, as they prepared coffees near the pickup window. So all customers should note that if you cannot understand this crew, chances are they are making fun of you....

20 minutes for a tall misto and a tall pike. They misplaced my mom’s tall pike when she was waiting for my misto. All of the employees are just standing around, chatting, and one girl is on her phone, not making eye contact and then we get our coffee and it tastes old!

The person who placed my order coughed and touched her mouth and nose with her hands, and gave me the wrong order. I repeated to her to confirm that I needed three-quarters of oat milk, and she was right, it was one-quarter, which was correct. , so I am very unhappy!

Horrible customer service. I went there with a question/request and the employees had an attitude and acted like they “owned” the store. Rude comments were even made by one particular employee. As soon as I left there, I went to two other Starbucks’ establishments in the immediate area to see how my question/request would be treated there. The employees in both of those stores listened, understood and honored my request in a polite manner. I was so pleased and relieved that I purchased extra items from them. No more Plainview Starbucks for me.
