We loved our experience here! I ordered online and it was easy and convenient. When I came to pick it up through the drive through they confirmed my order by name and not just my order number, which was a human touch I found enjoyable. The meals were fresh and delicious and the value you get with this place is INSANE! I was able to get two meals, which I customized for slight upcharges, and two drinks STILL cheaper than for what I would pay for just one drive through meal at say a Wendy's or Whataburger or something. Absolutely zero drive through wait time. I almost thought it was closed from the outside but that's just bc they obviously are dishing it out lightning fast so there's no build up traffic. I've heard these things are going to be popping up everywhere here in the next year or two and it's very easy to see why! Thank you again guys!

My husband and I got four of their five breakfast burritos yesterday and, holy cow, these are amazing! And the price, can't beat it. We shared the Santa Fe and Southwest and were stuffed. Their salsa is good, not very spicy, but flavorful. We decided to air fry the bacon, egg and cheese burrito for dinner. Just a spritz of avocado oil, 350 degrees for 10 minutes, and we had our first breakfast chimi for dinner. It was ridiculously good :) Then breakfast was; the traditional. Could it still taste as good the next day? Yes, it can!!! That's 6 meals for $12! Kinda hard to beat. Seriously, try it out ya'll! Can't wait to try their salads!

I absolutely love the concept, the value, and the impact it could have on changing fast food. Right now my favorite is the Greek salad with tofu. It has kalamata olives, red cabbage, cucumber, tomato and more on spring mix. yum! The $5.74 price includes your choice of chicken or tofu. I feel full and satisfied after eating the healthy salad. I like adding the dressing to my taste and shaking it up in the bowl.

Fast, fresh and delicious! While the service is quick, the customers are not. If you go between 11:30am and 2:00pm, be prepared to wait in line while those ahead of you try to decide between 10 great salads. Once I got to the speaker it took 30 seconds to give my order. (So that I didn't hold up the line, I checked the website and made my selection before getting in line.) I pulled up, paid and received my order in about 60 seconds. Next time I will order online, park the car and walk to the pickup window. I saw 5 people pull in, get their orders from the window and leave before the line advanced 2 car lengths. But don't let the wait deter you from visiting. The salads are delicious, fresh and generously proportioned. So far every salad I've tried was enough for 2 meals - an excellent value for under $6. While they offer cold-brewed coffee and organic iced teas to slake your summer thirst, lemonade lovers MUST stop by to pamper themselves with one of the homemade lemonades. In addition to traditional lemonade, you can venture out into cucumber-mint, frozen strawberry or (my favorite) blueberry basil. At $1 for a 24-ounce cup, it's a treat you can indulge in all summer long.

Visited for the first time. I had ordered ahead for pickup, and they are incredibly fast here! Tons of options, and everything was fresh as advertised. The portions are very generous, and it is a great value, even when adding on a drink. We paid about $8 a person for a filling meal with drink. The employee who greeted us and handed us our food was very friendly and made sure to ask if we needed utensils or extra napkins.

Um…Yes! Very large, fresh salads for a very fair price! Great combos of ingredients and the proteins are tasty as well. So easy to order and drive thru. Only issue…did not have enough dressing one time, so need to ask for two!

The service is always polite, quick, and amazing overall. I stop here once a week and the wraps always have fresh ingredients that taste great. The price is very fair and makes it a good, cheap lunch.

I really like this place as a convenience for lunch when you don't have time to make something yourself. The wraps are nice for eating on the go but regular salads are much better. They are really good about modifying things however you like them, substituting or leaving out ingredients, that sort of thing. And after several visits, I've not had any instances of the food not being fresh or tasty or well made. It's a super simple menu, with just varieties of salads and a few drinks, the unsweet mango green tea being my favorite. Overall a great place for lunch, especially in the Texas heat!

OMG!!! I just moved here from CO and when I say this is my new go-to, I mean it! Not only is it such a low caloric amount per salad, they taste INCREDIBLE. so many options& flavors. I got this salad two days ago and I'm still thinking about this restaurant. My parents don't speak English that well so the employee literally took my order through speaker. This was by far the most pleasant "eating out" experience.. & did I mention its $6!!!!!! keep in mind I still have half of the salad to go! It's the best bang for your buck. the best tasting, the healthiest, and ultimately smartest choice. Will definitely be becoming a regular there.

I usually just get the strawberry frozen drink. Most of the time, they're fast. Prices have been going up quietly lately. Today, we got salads. They're $7 now, but they've cut the volume in half or at least 1/3. It's bad, especially considering they are 'to go' only.

So satisfied! I wish this restaurant could be found everywhere (and I’m excited that my nosy phone showed me an ad after navigating here letting me know they are opening a new location!). The quality and amount of food was excellent, service was super fast, and prices are exceptional! We got 2 salads and 2 kinds of lemonade. The only thing that could be an improvement would be adding a good dairy-free creamy Cesar or dairy free spicy ranch, just for those with milk allergies 🙂

We get the build your own wraps here once a week along with the yummy frozey strawberry lemonade. The build your own wraps are always a great choice they are light and good for a non heavy meal option. They have quality ingredients with pretty good dressings. The employees are always quick and friendly. I used to order the salads but the wraps you get more chicken than in the salads and it keeps from having to pay for double chicken 👍

Delicious and fresh salads at amazing prices!!! You really can’t beat a huge salad + lemonade for $7. The frozen strawberry lemonade is the bomb! I’m sooo happy that this chain provides healthy and affordable fast food options other than just greasy burgers and fries. Hope they open up more locations in the future! A few times they forgot my tortilla on the side so double check if you ask for it because it costs extra 🙁

have been here several times now, and the service is always so good! they're always very nice and patient with me haha the food is good portion sizes, great prices, and tastes really good! you can ask for extra dressing free of charge as well. my favorite drink is definitely the frozen strawberry lemonade for $1!! an absolute steal. as for the salads, i've only tried buffalo chicken, greek, and jalapeno ranch, but they're all really good! overall, would highly recommend!

I ordered the Greek salad with chicken and it was fantastic. The greens were fresh all the vegetables were cut and good proportions the feta cheese was awesome that had the right amount of olives and I love the green onions and the arugula the gave the salad a nice pop of flavor. I dug right into the salad and didn't even use the salad dressing for the first half of it then added the salad dressing and it was amazing. Two other things about this place was the fast service and the low prices for something like this a healthy salad with the protein. I love the Orange Park I will be coming back to try other salads. By the way the staff was very friendly and helpful and well-trained. I'm glad you guys brought this concept to Texas and in the Plano area.

Great tasty and filling salad for a reasonable price. I got the Cobb salad with chicken and a cucumber mint lemonade for $7.30. I would recommend using the online pick up because the drive through took about 15-20 minutes at 11:30 am today. It would help if there was an employee was taking orders outside or providing directions for the cars. Keep up the good work!

I ran up there yesterday, but the line was long and I was short on time. Today, I went over a little earlier and pulled right up. This place is AWESOME! I ordered the Caprese salad along with the Cucumber Mint lemonade for now and the Blueberry Basil Lemonade for later. YUMMY! Also brought home a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade for Robert. This place is awesome. Delicious and large salads, with so many options. The dressings are high quality. I recommend the Serrano Lime dressing (not as spicy as you might think). And if you like slushes, definitely get a Frozen Strawberry (only $1!). Also, the protein bowls are great for kids to eat, or if you want a LOT of extra protein on your salad.

Personally, I already love Salad & Go, but I had an amazing experience using them to cater a lunch for all the teachers at our school. I sent over the order with all the teachers preferences and they packaged everything perfectly and wrote each teachers name on their order. It couldn't have been easier, very affordable and the teachers loved it! Highly recommend! And love the vegetarian options!

Nice variety of salads. You have the option of choosing No Meat if you are vegetarian. The salad dressing is watery/runny. The teas and lemonades are good. The employees are nice, and I didn't have to wait a long time in the drive-thru. Overall, everything was great! I'll definitely be back!

This place is on point. It’s super affordable and the food is good quality. Where else can you get a good tasting, customized coffee drink for less than $3?! The salads are always fresh and tasty. The containers they come in are awesome, as they give you lots of space to shake your salad around after putting on your dressing, so it’s all very evenly dispersed. And they have a really great variety of salads and wraps. Consistently 10/10. The staff is always super friendly too.

There was a huge lunch rush today around noon, and the employees cleared that line SUPER quick. Upon driving up and seeing the line wrapped around the building, I expected to have to wait a while, but I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The salad and drink quality at this location is always good, and the employees are always kind. AND best of all, they aren’t obnoxiously asking for tips like every other establishment these days, and I truly appreciate that. I don't recommend adding buffalo chicken to the Caesar salad. They are both good; but not together. Other than that, everything we have tried here has been very good.

The interior and exterior of the Restaurant was clean and neat. The Drive-thru Clerk was patient and nice. My Salads were fresh and Tasty however I noticed the Price increase by 1 and a half dollars per Salad since last March.

When I heard about a fast food chain coming to north Dallas and they served SALADS, I knew I had to give it a try!! I ordered a seasonal summer salad and the cucumber mint lemonade. The salad was great (I didn't include the dressing in my pic but honestly i thought the salad was good without it) and the cucumber mint lemonade was DIVINE. 🤩 Perfect for a hot summer day. ☀️ The drive-thru order machine was broken when I went but they had someone taking our orders outside. I was also delightfully happy to notice that the plastic container used is a Plastic 1 type, which is the only plastic type that actually gets recycled. Kudos Salad and Go!! 👍👍

Today was my second time getting lunch from this location. About two weeks ago I really wanted a salad for lunch, so during my search, Salad and Go came up, and I decided to give it a shot. Went to Coit location, grab the Buffalo Chicken Salad with the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. The salad and drink complimented! So today while running errands on lunch, I said well I’ll just go to Salad and Go again. This time it was a tad bit busier than the last time, but I stayed in line. I thought since I ordered the buffalo chicken the first time why mix it up; so I ordered it again. I didn’t check my bag and that’s something I usually do before I leave a restaurant. Once I got back to work I realize that I was given the southwest salad. Guessing honest mistake, no big deal, like I mentioned before it was kind of busy. I’m not a fan of the southwest salad it’s just too busy for me, but I ate it anyway. The cucumber mint lemonade, which I did order was okay! Needless to say this place is pretty good and you get a nice deal. A salad and a drink for under 10 bucks. I will go back again, I’ll just check my bag before I pull off.

Love Love Love, I’m not a Salad kinda person, but I tried their Buffalo Chicken on Spinach with Parm Cheese, Jalapeño Peppers, Pickled Onion (yummy), Eggs. I can home and did my own dressing Ranch and Italian Dressing and it was absolutely delicious! I went back for more the next 3 days, for lunch, the line is long but it moved really fast! Definitely a must try!

2022 Increased Prices - see latest photo. Healthy and fresh, delicious fast food - great vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Their $1 homemade blueberry lemonade and frozen strawberry lemonade are awesome! I've only had salads so far but wanna try the wraps. My only complaint is there are some ingredients they can't remove (ex - bacon). I assume because they're pre-made. UPDATE: Owner commented that their food is not pre-made but on 2 occasions I was told that bacon and avocado could not be removed. So if that's wrong they have an employee training issue. 3 large salads with 2 homemade lemonade and 1 green tea = $22!!! FANTASTIC 😁 Next door to 7-11 and across the street from Mr G's/Specs liquor store and also across from Medical Center of Plano.

This was a pleasant surprise! I was getting gas ⛽️ next door at the 7-Eleven and noticed several cars pulling up to this place. So after gas I went over. The price is so right! $5.75 The containers are huge for the price! Then their lemonade drinks are only $1. Very refreshing and the cucumber mint 🔥. For 3 salads and 3 drinks my total was 21 bucks! When I’m in the neighborhood again, I will definitely be back.

BBQ Ranch Salad got it with tofu its gooooood. Sauce has a little heat, a hint of bbq flavor, nice portions. Price is right ($ 6.21) and its a drive thru, at first i was a little skeptical but i made a good choice. they were QUICK too before i could collect my change i had my salad nice fresh lettuce. Will be back. 10stars. Edit Went a second time2/2/22 had the winter harvest still 10stars. Lady at window is friendly and courteous.

Absolutely adore this chain! Have started defaulting to them lately for late dinners when we’ve just been too lazy to cook and have absolutely adored their salad options! Also love that they leave the sauce packet on the side so you don’t have to mix it until you get home! Their chicken corn chowder is also just wonderful! First time at the location. I have been watching it being built. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly and helpful with the menu. The service is faster than any other fast food place in the plano area. Food: the salads are amazing and the chicken is great. Frozen strawberry drink is great. The drinks are 1.00 all day. The burritos and the protein bowl are very good. PLEASE EAT AT THIS LOCATION AND KEEP IT IN BUSINESS AND PLEASE KEEP THE PRICES AS THEY ARE RIGHT NOW.

Stopped by on Opening Day (5/5/21) and couldn’t be happier Salad and Go is here now! The produce and protein are incredibly fresh and flavorful. I got the Thai salad, Jalapeño Ranch salad (both with a few modifications - made perfectly), soup, and cold brew coffee (w/ oat milk) all for less than $18! If I just got a salad and coffee I would be in and out for ~$8 and that is just wild to me! So so SO glad they are here now - 10/10 recommend swinging by for a Salad (and go!) Sustainability Review: •Salad containers, cups, and lids are recyclable in Plano! (Type 1/PET) •Spoons are recyclable in Plano! (Type 5/PP) •Soup container is made from Double Poly Paper •Forks & straws are not recyclable **went back today, 5/10 and they now ask if you want napkins/utensils when ordering! I ordered a Cobb salad and didn’t receive the chicken that was supposed to come with it. Disappointed because this restaurant claims to make every order to order Edit: changed from 1 stars to 4 stars. I was easily able to get a full refund promptly through contacting support in their website. I will be giving this location a second try soon.

Great concept, excellent (and fast!) helpful service, a healthy alternative to the fast food desert that is much of Plano. Large salads, fair price, quality ingredients. Especially appreciate the different variety of leaf lettuces used (NOT chopped iceberg) in the salads. Tried Greek, Cobb, Caesar for family lunch; generous quality ingredients in each. Dressings unique and tasty (you decide the portion to apply), and the salad bowl made it easy to shake and coat the whole salad with no mess. Forks and napkins on offer, free. We will return again. Why not 5 stars (relatively minor cons)? •chicken (1 of 2 protein choices) was slightly overcooked, maybe part of startup issues. I'll certainly try again, and try the tofu too, to see •lettuce pieces generally larger than bite sized: for a To Go salad, smaller would be ideal, for easier consumption •best access only if traveling north on Coit; southbound awkward. Possible to access from 15th St., but you have to be observant. Other takeout places on the south side of Coit in this area in the past vanished after a year or two, probably from difficult access for half their potential customers. Hope the city of Plano will fix this Really hope management values feedback, and can lobby the city for turn lane improvements.

Initial impressions- nice size and $2.99 price. The turkey sausage seemed very dry. It was ground and crumbly. Eggs were decent.Flavor was ok. I liked the salsa. Would not buy this burrito again. This is a little gem if you want a quick healthy meal on the go. You can pick from the menu or build your own bowl or wrap. Choose from chicken, steak, or tofu and choice of dressing. They do not serve soda, but they have teas and lemonade in traditional and unique flavors.

First time ordering from Salad and Go. I've seen a ton of these pop up and decided to give it a try. There were 7 people in the drive thru during lunch hours (12pm-1pm). It took five minutes to get my order. Yes. That quick. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken and it was delicious. I am very impressed with the quickness and the taste except for their tomatoes. The tomatoes tasted like the ones you find at a gas station in a plastic cup. They tasted gross!!!! I will be back, but I won't order any tomatoes.

The personnel are courteous. I like to eat salads. I frequent this location at least 1x weekly. I measure the quantity of the salad greens and the toppings of anywhere I buy salads. This Plano location has been consistent in providing smaller portions compared to other Salad and GO locations within 10 miles of this Plano location. The grape tomatoes have been old on occasion. The greens are always fresh.

I've been waiting for a couple of months (since i saw the construction and notice that it would be a Salad and Go). I'm sad to report that I was not a happy camper. Let me start with the great part of my review. Super friendly and kind...so refreshing. Lightning fast service. However, the ratio of lettuce to ingredients ...fell absolutely short. I got 5 small tomatoes and 5 olives for this bulk of lettuce. I didn't count the chicken squares but I'd say there were about 12 small squares of super dry over cooked chicken...with like 2 plate fulls of lettuce . What i did was mix my salad on my plate at home, i got a descent amount of lettuce with the main ingredients and half the letuce. The chicken was tasteless because it was over cooked and dry. I think this place deserves a second chance. I read so many rants and raves...they must be doing something right. To me the price of a meal means nothing if it doesn't taste right. I'm coming back next week to try the cobb salad. If a company invests in such amazing employees...maybe they just need to tweak a few things in the kitchen. I'm coming back.

Food was great and fresh, When I went to the window and pay, the last gave me the dirtiest look and she did not tell me how much my food was and was just looking at me like I was stupid. I told her how much was it. Once she told me so I handed her cash and when she handed back to me she basically threw it at me and just tossed the bag when she gave me the food. I was not the only person in the car..... Please put a people person in the window.

This review is only meant for today. Every other time I've gone, it has been wonderful! I ordered a BBQ Ranch salad and received some wrap with bacon and chicken in it. It would have been no big deal, but I don't eat meat so I had no lunch and no time to get something else. Pretty sure the order got switched. Just this to say, please check the order you're giving to people. It wasn't at a busy time.

Going for world's smallest burrito! 3" here at this location. Drive through microphone barely works. Also forgot salsa but caught it before I left. Tortilla was stale on one end. Likely left in an open package. Frozen strawberry lemonade was not frozen, mainly liquid.

I ordered a "build your own" salad. I specified my ingredients and how i ended up with shredded chicken I have no idea. I did not order nor did I want this. I fear i was charged extra for chicken i did not order. The bigger sized black lady at the drive through had a horrible attitude upon checking out. I'll just stick to the Frisco locations. more people friendly.

I frequent this place very much, l usually do once a week. I still like this place for its quality but something has changed in past month or so. The staff has changed in this location and in the past 2 visits my orders are messed up. Before this the customer service was excellent and now sub-par. The potato size has gone down in their burrito, it used to be good size and quantity and now the stuffing size has come down to $1 taco bell menu like. Past 2 visit burrito order has gone wrong with the ingredients and have also missed throwing in the salsa packets. I loved the earlier staff here, friendly and great service. Now I still go there for the food praying they get it all right, however its disappointing even today.

SO SORRY to interrupt cell phone time of your employee(cell phone she touched clearly visible just inside the drive through window) Then I guess I pissed her off for my interruption as the attitude was definitely NOT "customer service" oriented including a few unpleasant faces at me...ex. asked to make sure I got salsa(nope it hadn't been included), asked for receipt(I guess that's a huge inconvenience). Did this business stop asking about forks and napkins?(didnt) Left thinking about the super pleasant attitude and delicious food of a nearby 40 yr family owned food establishment. I always feel good leaving their drive through. Leaving Salad and Go today left me with a unpleasant feeling of "not wanted/needed" by this company. Do you really expect to succeed longterm?

This is an odd review I would definitely recommend eating here. I just have to give it a low review because their drive through sucks. Literally does not allow for a coherent line. They tried to fix this by adding a second line but nobody uses it. They really need to fix the drive through line

I will try to find it again. I have already searched for it twice without success, and it is not just me who is unable to locate it.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION AT LUNCH TIME. Normally love salad and go, but I think this location may need new management. They had a line of online orders going unfulfilled while drive-through kept moving. 10+people waiting on orders they already paid for over 40 minute wait time. No compensation given for long wait. Would not let customers cancel their orders. Great food and prices but poor management. Update- now waited over an hour, and have to leave because we have to get back to work. Cutting our costs. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION AT LUNCH TIME.

Customer service sucks second time coming to this location and receiving the same horrible customer service. They didn't even ask me how an I help you just seen me standing at the window and kept doing other things. I seen two employees leave out of the building, they didn't say be right with you sir before leaving out or anything. Then when they finally come to the window they wanna have a attitude. So here's my experience.

I really loved this place until i found a wasp in my gumbo. 😬 I wanted to call but they don't even have a number listed. It was literally cooked in it so that means the entire batch was contaminated. 🤢 What if someone was allergic? That could have been really bad.

why even have proteins on the menu when they only give you a portion size big enough to feed a mouse. might as well take chicken and steak off the menu because it’s not served here. shame on this company pasta was undercooked today. paid $1 extra and it wasn’t even edible paid extra for steak and found only five, yes five, 1/4 inch by 1/4 inch pieces in my wrap - three of them too tough to eat

This location needs to train their employees better on their customer service. I went through the drive-thu, ordered my meal, then pulled up to the cashier window. The employee at this location Kawania I believe her name is, bc its on the receipt, however the cashier name on the receipt says Naithon. Anywho, when i pulled up to the window, the female employee did not greet me, did not say hello, no smile, no nothing. As i am pulling out my cash, she then tells me that they are not accepting cash at this time. Which is very frustrating bc not everybody just has a card to use, especially with limited funds on it, therefore, i was prepared to pay cash. As she handed me my drink, i politely told her that they should probably put a sign on the drive in menu, or let ppl know as they are ordering, that they are not taking cash at this time. She just looked at me and said nothing, didnt even bother to say "im so sorry about that", just nothing. She handed me my food and didnt even say have a god day, nothing. just quietly handed me my order and shut the delivery window. So just FYI to the public if you go to this location, you might want to ask if they are accepting cash before you are inconvenienced. The date and time i checked out is 11:26am, 6/11/25. Order # 634.

Unfortunately I just got sick from eating here Monday (a couple of days). I’m not sure if it was the lettuce bc some did not look as fresh but hopefully something changes soon with how the food is being prepared or stored since it would appear as if something was contaminated.

Ordered ahead of time and order was no ready until 15 minutes later. They made me wait on the other side while filling the orders for drive through customers. Horrible customer servive.

The salads are good but the company doesn't seem to care or have their act together. I started going to the Plano located because the Richardson location is a 30 minute wait to get a salad and the Plano location can't seem to get an order right. They will do things like not putting chicken in a chicken wrap and there is no way to contact them. The number justs hangs up on you and tells you to go to the website. Here is a picture of a Thai chicken wrap with no chicken next to a recite that I was charged for Chickens. 2nd time this has happened!

Sad I didn't read the recent reviews... My burrito exploded the sauce was to runny. Disappointing.I eat at salad and go essentially every day it's like they hire people that don't even eat the food so they are clueless on how to prepare the food. This location is bad in general.

I ordered a Cobb salad to be delivered. I was looking forward to it so so much. I got the completely wrong salad and the wrong dressing. Everything was wrong. I tried to call the store and no one answered. They wanted me to leave a message. How does that help me right now when I'm trying to eat the salad that I really really wanted?

I ordered a wrap but got a big mess! After the first bite, the wrap was loose and everything just started falling out. One of the messiest meals I have ever eaten!

Went by to get breakfast. Took a while for someone to respond at the intercom, I decided to drive to the window, where the worker told me that they won't open until 9 today. Time was 8:51 a.m., and Google said it was open. I asked if anything was ready, to which he told me nothing was actually ready yet. I'm sitting in the parking lot typing this in hopes that I can circle back through and get something in 4 minutes. Edit: circled back around & got a tiny serving (pictured) , that was cold. I went through the drive through for the 3rd time & asked for it to be exchanged. The girl must have misunderstood me because she just gave me my money back. She was nice though. I usually go to the Frisco location. Guess I'll stick with that one.
