I had a fantastic experience at this Wingstop, and I just have to give a special shoutout to Emma and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and treated with genuine kindness. Emma was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive—she made sure my order was perfect and that I felt valued as a customer. The staff here clearly takes pride in what they do. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. It’s rare these days to find a fast-casual place where the team goes above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable. If you’re looking for great wings and even better service, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again to Emma and the team—you all made my day!

Wingstop used to have the best fries in the business. Now that they are serving frozen fries with 1/2 the flavor they are some of the worst. Such a big disappointment. Please switch back to the original hand cut fries!

Overall the food was good, but it was extremely slow. There were only 4 customers in the restaurant, but it took 13 minutes to get our order. It just felt really slow. The music was also very loud so conversation was difficult during the rather long wait.

During the daytime, the food at this location is generally pretty good. However, we’ve now ordered from here twice during the late night hours, and both times we’ve ended up being completely dissatisfied. I understand that if you order food late at night, you can expect “Jack In The Box” quality with a “Taco Bell” flavor. But I don’t order from those establishments for that exact purpose. Regardless of the time of day, I expect Wing Stop to rise above the aforementioned eateries and competition. The food we received last night was downright awful (barely warm and seemed like it has been sitting out for a few days). To top it off, the dips we ordered weren’t even right. I will be respectfully requesting a refund for my order because I do not believe that ANY customer should have to pay WS prices for the quality of food we got last night.

The food wasnt fresh, it was over cooked and everything was over seasoned. I ordered a 24 piece which was supposed to be all flats didnt get them got mostly drums, the lady that picked up the phone said i couldnt replace the chicken to get all flats because i had already left the store word of advice check your food before you leave. It was honestly almost inedible, my kids refused to eat the wings due to it being so dry and over seasoned..... i will not be coming back to this location again and nothing would change my mind!

Last time coming here seriously! Ordered voodoo fries and was only able to eat the top portion as there was hardly any ranch or cheese. Fries taste like grease... ordered boneless chicken wings as well and it also taste like grease... had to toss the entire order... gave 2 stars cause at least it was hot but what's the point when it's not edible.

I ordered lemon pepper tenders, almost no seasoning was on the tenders. The corn had almost no seasoning. We ordered ranch non was delivered. I called about my order and the claimed Manager Ruby was very rude. Has absolutely no phone etiquette. Before I could even inquire about my food. How is someone so rude representing Wingstop AND the manager. Very sad. We will not return because of this interaction.

Just ordered food from Uber Eats. The fries were supposed to be well done with extra seasoning. Instead, they’re undercooked even had I not requested well done. We got wings and tenders, too. The wings hardly have any sauce, and one of the tenders only got sauce on one side (see 2nd pic)

Seems I need to eat at the restaurant in order to get my order correct, and not end up with soggy unflavored French fries. I’ve ordered take out at this location 3x and all 3 times my order has been incorrect and fries suck. I literally work 5 minutes away, there is no reason to have such soggy droopy fries.

I’d like to start this off by mentioning I have gone to this wingstop countless times and this is the first time I’ve ever received food like this. The customer service is always great. But tonight I was disappointed to see the quality of my food be so poor. After working 20 hours the last thing you want to see on your plate for dinner is unseasoned fries and what seems to be the smallest pinch of lemon pepper on your wings. There is little to no flavor of lemon pepper seasoning as if I had ordered them completely plain. Even in the photo you can see how little flavor there is. Hope next time is better.
