It was my first experience at Chick Fil-A. I absolutely loved it. Everything we ordered was amazing. The chicken was tender and juicy, both fried and grilled were delicious! I was served by Tammy and Colton, both of them were nice, polite and provided an A+++ service. Food was delivered extremely fast, due to the amazing team there.Thanks a lot for the experience, I will make the trip back there again for sure!

Just passing through from Montreal headed to New York and needed to grab a bite. Cashier was very friendly and patient as it was our first time eating at this chain. This location has an absolutely wonderful operator. I'm new to town and want to grab some lunch, and to my surprise, I already had a courtesy 6 piece nuggets in my rewards for this location from the operator. When I claimed it, the drive-through was quick and efficient as expected, and i did not have to wait long at all. Icing on the cake was the treats they gave me for my dog. Keep up the great job!

What is there to say about an iconic fast food place like Chick-fil-A that hasn't already been said? Definitely ecstatic to see the franchise expanding all the way up here in the Adirondacks! Got hooked several years ago while visiting family in the South and we still love it as much now as we did back then!! Their signature sauce is like some sort of magic potion. On my way back from Montreal after a few days of exploring the city, I knew I needed to grab dinner before diving into the long, restaurant-scarce stretch of road back to Manchester, Vermont. With limited options between the border and home, I decided chicken fingers would be the most portable and convenient choice—and so I stopped at Chick-fil-A in Plattsburgh. While I don’t usually patronize their restaurants, I’ll give credit where it’s due: this location was exceptionally fast and friendly. I barely had time to settle in by the counter before a smiling employee handed me my food, which was a nice surprise after a long travel day. As for the food, it did its job. The tenders aren’t my personal favorite, but they’re solid, and exactly what I needed in the moment. The waffle fries, though, continue to be Chick-fil-A’s standout item in my opinion—crispy, salty, and a perfect road trip snack. All in all, a win-win. I got something hot, fast, and satisfying for the road, and I was grateful to have an option before the long rural drive home.

My 8 year old son loves this place! He claims they have the best chicken nuggets he has ever had, and I would probably agree. While we don't go often it's always good. The shakes are great and one of the few fast food places that uses legit ice cream. The service is FAST, I don't think I've ever seen such efficiency before in my life. I was blown away the first time I went and ate inside, it was so busy but well managed. It's definitely worth a stop if you want some good chicken that's kid approved (picky one at that!).

Came all the way from MTL just to try Chik-fil-a for the first time... No regrets, I'll be coming back for sure. Food was phenomenal, definitely rose up to my favorite chicken spot. We went on a Saturday for lunch so it was full. We didn't have to wait as a family was leaving when we were looking for a table. There is an indoor playground with is great if you have young kids. The service was quick and the staff was kind. I will be back next time I go to Plattsburgh!

The staff are very polite and the service is AMAZING. They have a wide variety of seating options in and outdoors. The prices are fair. Although I haven't tried everything on the menu, I would recommend any and all of it (based on my own experience and what others have told me).

This was a 10/10 culinary experience. From the extraordinary service to the fresh and tasty food, this Chick-Fil-A surpassed all our expectations. The fresh flowers and clean supply stations were an added bonus. The staff carried our food and placed it on the table before we even had time to sit. Overall, this felt more like a luxurious michelin star restaurant than a fast food chain. We would happily drive an hour and a half to eat there again and enjoy the new breakfasts that were give to us for free, thanks to the coupons. We took home 2 full bags of Chick Fil A 🐓🍔🍟🇺🇸🦅

I recently visited this Plattsburgh Chic-fil-a location and found it to be the worst run of the five I have been to across the country. Although the food was decent quality, the lines moved much slower than at other Chic-fil-a locations I have visited, and it took a while for our food to arrive at our table. Additionally, only one sink worked in the men's bathroom, which created a line and an inconvenience. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed the food and would rate this Chic-fil-a a high 3/low 4. Although it did not meet the high standards I have come to expect from Chic-fil-a, it was still a good experience overall.

Came here in the morning to try their regular menu however they were only serving breakfast. Lunch only starts at 10:30am. We ordered the biscuit chicken sandwich. The biscuit was too soggy for my liking and the chicken was not crispy. The hash browns were however very crispy and perfectly fried! Would recommend the hash browns but don’t come for breakfast. On another visit we came for lunch and I was quite disappointed. The bread was dry however the chicken was tasty. The waffle fries were not crispy at all so again disappointing. I wanted to like this place but did not. Maybe came on a bad day? Will maybe try again if around the area.

This was my second Chick-fil-A experience and the first for my son. We were genuinely excited to try the well-known chicken sandwich. We were greeted politely upon arrival, which made for a good first impression. Unfortunately, the ordering experience was disappointing. Communication with the cashier was difficult, partly due to the mask (which I fully respect), but mostly because the staff member was turned toward the drive-through for most of the interaction and made very little eye contact. I had to repeat a simple question about whether the combo included waffle fries before receiving a response, which felt abrupt and disengaged. From a customer perspective, the interaction lacked attentiveness and clarity, and it felt like the staff member may have benefited from additional support or customer-service guidance to ensure smoother communication. As for the food, the chicken sandwiches were fairly ordinary and did not stand out compared to similar options available in grocery stores, the waffle fries were slightly undercooked. On a positive note, when we later asked for a soft drink refill, the young lady at the takeout counter was friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and we are unlikely to return to this location when visiting Plattsburgh.

Orders often get mixed up, and the grilled nuggets are usually undercooked and watery. Sauces are frequently missing—or they give way too many when you ask for extra. Staff seem disorganized and need better training. Recently, I ran into a staff member who spent time correcting how I spoke—definitely not a good idea when I’m hungry, standing in line, and worried my order might be messed up again. I love Chick-fil-A, but this location really needs improvement.

Hey Chick-fil-A, If the order ticket says “no bun, lettuce wrapped, extra pickle,” it’d be great if that’s what actually made it into the bag. Instead, I got a regular sandwich with a bun (no extra lettuce included to wrap with) and regular pickle portion of 2 lonely slices. It’s not a complicated request, really. Sure… I could peel off the bun and try to DIY a lettuce wrap with what little greenery made it in the box but, let’s be honest, that’s not the vibe I was going for. It’s not a big ask. Just save the bread for someone else and toss in a few extra pickles. Simple stuff. Sincerely, Someone who does not like bread (shocking, I know) but loves pickles.

I drive an hour and a half to get to this location, and the past few times I have came here the food has been disgusting. The nuggets taste musty and the fries are way undercooked and wet. Today I came, and the first nugget I bit into was PURPLE. Not sure what happened, this used to be my favorite location.
