This restaurant was truly incredible. We were the first people to show up for dinner and we were instantly welcomed by the sweetest people. They let us try all of the drinks on the menu during our dinner, and brought us extra food to try along with the food we ordered. Every single thing we tried was truly incredible. We are not normally vegan eaters but I wish we had tried this food earlier in our trip so we could go back more than once. I highly recommend trying this restaurant during your stay.

Arturo was our server and he was so sweet and nice and funny! He was engaged with us and even thought we went close to closing we didn’t feel rushed and he was great!

This restaurant is amazing! It is the best resort restaurant I have ever been to. We ate breakfast 3 times during our stay at Xcaret Arte last week. The tofu scramble is delicious and the smoothies are as tasty as they are beautiful. The servers were wonderful. Allan was especially attentive. Even if you are not vegan, do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!

Edmundo was incredible. Originally from Mexico City, very personable, shared many stories about his home town and family. Asked about allergies and sensitivities. Explained all the foods in details. Made sensible recommendations. Very passionate about the restaurant, food, country, image of the hotel! Food was outstanding. Nothing that compares to the VEGAN food served here in the States. Tried several dishes as a family, would encourage trying any on the menu. Will return here again and again when visiting Xcaret.

Hands down, one of the finest restaurants in Xcarat Arte. The menu is filled with delightful surprises, from bruschetta trilogy to mushroom ravioli and mushroom dessert. Each dish is truly spectacular, thanks to its choice of ingredients, composition, texture, design, and presentation. We extend our deepest gratitude to the amazing individuals who have served us on various occasions—Bruno, Isabell, and Celia. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Every bite was a delight, making us come back for more. Without a doubt, we'll be returning to Xcarat Arte for years to come, and this restaurant and its incredible staff are among the top reasons for our loyalty. El lugar es encantador, hermosa vista, probamos las enfrijoladas, hotcakes, chilaquiles, smothies, todo riquísimo. Cuando llegas te hacen un ritual de lavado de manos. El servicio es excelente 👌

La comida es deliciosa, como pocas que he probado. Recomiendo ampliamente el betabel con queso ricotta. Me atrevería a decir que es el mejor restaurante de todo el hotel Xcaret. El lugar también es agradable y el servicio sumamente atento. Volvería 100 veces más.

Experiencia de 10! No somos veganos, pero queríamos probar este restaurante porque nos habían hablado muy bien, y todo un acierto. La variedad y calidad de sabores, cada plato te sorprendía en calidad, sabor y textura. A destacar aguachile de sandia, los tacos placeros y el short rib (fue una recomendación del camarero que nos atendió); y la variedad de aguas de sabores, todas sin azúcar añadido. Además de la comida, el sitio (muy tranquilo, con vistas y temperatura ideal) y todo el personal (muy amables, cercanos) hace la experiencia recomendable 100%. (Ahora nosotroa estamos buscando momento para ir también a probar el desayuno!).

Restaurante vegano, ubicado en el roof de la Casa de la Paz. La comida y el servicio es excelente. Debo de admitir que es de los mejores restaurantes del hotel Xcaret Arte (dicho por alguien que ama la carne), sorprendente el menú. Este restaurante ofrece desayuno y cena (solo Asistí al desayuno, pero me quedo con la inquietud de probar la cena). No te arrepentirás.

Me encantó este lugar pensé que al ser un restaurante vegano 🌱 no sería de mi agrado, pero se sorprendió gratamente! Sin duda alguna fue uno de mis restaurantes favoritos del Hotel Xcaret Arte, toda la experiencia es algo increíble y muy sabroso! Mis platillos favoritos fueron las enfrijoladas veracruzanas y los chilaquiles verdes uffff! Al igual su café de olla es una delicia, asi como su mixologia mi favorita fue Amor & dirección y emociones!

Visitar Cosexa (antes Apapachoa) fue genial. La comida excelente, con mezclas.de sabores y texturas que se agradece. Atención de personal calida y amena. En nuestra estancia, fuimos a cenar y desayunar. Nuestro mesero Daniel atento a los detalles. Felicitaciones al personal de este restaurante tan hermoso. Al final, cuando supieron que partiriamos al dia siguiente nos dieron una tarjetita.

Se desayuna muy deli, tienen un queso crema delicioso que tarda 70 hrs.

Nos somos veganos, pero hemos estado mi pareja y yo en el restaurante porque queríamos probar la experiencia. La verdad es que ha sido increíble, alta cocina. Trato inmejorable, Alfredo y el equipo han estado muy atentos en todo momento. se ha convertido en un indispensable para nosotros en la experiencia completa de Xcaret. Además la brisa que recorre la azotea brinda un entorno perfecto.

Fue el restaurante que más visitamos durante los estadía. Es delicioso! La presentación de los platos, el sabor, la atención etc. el mejor yogur y queso de nuez de la India que he probado. El menú de cena es exquisito y se ve que le han puesto amor y dedicación a los platillos. Mis recomendados: Desayuno: las enfrijoladas, los chilaquiles poblanos y el bowl de frutos rojos. Cena: la burrata, los arancinis, la parrillada, el postre de chía y coco. Muy recomendado el lugar 👍🏼👍🏼

This little restaurant was very relaxing. They start you off with washing of your hands in a very pretty bowl. They bring you water and then explain the menu too, I believe my waiter’s name was Arturo. He told us about the five mock tails that we could try and begin bringing them out. We had a wonderful hummus, presented at first as a appetizer. The crackers that came along with it were so wonderfully crunchy yet not hard. Very appetizing. We both ordered the pizzas the Mexicana and the truffle. Both very different very savory and delicious. I also ordered their Caesar salad, which came in this really cool little cracker and a bowl. The dressing itself did not taste like Caesar, it was quite different, but still very delicious, it seemed to have a tomato sauce at the bottom which added a flavor acidic to the pallet in a good way. We also had a lava cake for dessert, it was all right, was hoping for the cake itself to be a little softer and the chocolate to be more lava, but it did come with a banana ice cream and a small chocolate shaped branch, which was delicious. They also stopped by and gave us a wonderful taste of a cranberry and fruit chocolate truffle. I think of all the restaurants this one was the most calming because it was more quaint and smaller in size and upstairs on the seventh level. It was a little treasure to find!

My wife and I spent the week of Sep 21 at Xcaret Arte. Almost every single day we had breakfast and dinner at Apapachoa. My wife is vegan and was thrilled to be able to eat great meals here at every sitting. I was also thrilled to be able to share great food with her. By the end of the week, we tried almost every item and loved all of it. The servers, hosts, manager, and chef were all amazing and attentive. Special shout-out to Wendy and Danny for taking care of us multiple times over the week. We look forward to returning!

This restaurant is Amazing!!! A whole vegan menu both for breakfast and diner !!! We’ve tried about everything and there is no bad option. (The carrots 🥕 are a MUST try, and so is the Spanish tortilla) A very important point here is that the staff is beyond amazing. Like I’ve never experienced that level of kindness/professionalism/friendliness (I almost cried the last time I ate there) No matter you food preference, good flavours and good service will always be a win !!!!!!! Melani has made our stay so lovely. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of for my birthday. As someone who is sober, vegetarian and allergic to eggs —this place is PERFECT. Over a week we ate here 6 times. Our service was consistent, food was delicious and refreshing. The mocktails are yummy as well. Our favorites for breakfast: chilaquiles poblano, fruit torreja , and yogurt bowl. The Mexican coffee is a consistent hit. Our favorites for dinner: short rib and kebab sandwich. We love the lava cake and cheesecake for dessert!

Bellagio Prince

I recently dined at Xcaret Arte and was blown away by the quality of the food. In fact, I found the restaurant to be even better than Encanta, which is a Michelin-starred establishment. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making the atmosphere feel like that of a fine dining restaurant. I dined here for both breakfast and dinner on the same day, and was impressed by how healthy and delicious the meals were. Overall, I highly recommend Xcaret Arte to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

We had a fantastic experience with excellent food and we will absolutely be back during our stay! Every item we had was excellent - the bruschetta and beet carpaccio as appetizers, ravioli and huarache as the main course, and the blueberry cheesecake and flan as the desserts. I think the standout dish was the huarache. The wait staff was also very responsive and pleasant and kept bringing out tasty drinks. We highly recommend checking this place out. The chef is extremely creative!

This restaurant didn't just provide a meal, it provided an experience. The open air, top floor ambience made us feel lifted above the fray. The ritual hand wash to start was lovely - we all rushed to the spa the next day to buy the scrub. The service was impeccable. The food was so beautifully presented and delicately created that we ooh-ed and aah-ed before it was fully placed on the table and continued oohing and aahing through the meal. Everything was truly delicious but two stand outs were the cauliflower with green mole and the ravioli. I will continue to crave them. The chocolate dessert was amazing and my world will never be the same after trying charcoal ice cream. I'm such a fan I went back for breakfast the next day. The fruit plate was gorgeous, and the juice concoctions are stunning. This is most definitely a restaurant to try... and try again.

So my husband and I ate dinner here for our wedding anniversary. Firstly the restaurant itself is so beautiful with an unbeatable view. Such wonderful ambiance! The food was incredible! Interesting, flavorful and a good variety! We had a delicious flight of mocktails which were all refreshing and tasty. Our waiter was not only incredibly attentive, he was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. I couldn’t believe there wasn’t a wait to get in. Do not let the vegan label intimidate you or put you off. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

We came for breakfast at 7am and the service was absolutely standout. We came for a super light breakfast but couldn't help ourselves with the offered pan dulce. My fruit and yoghurt bowl was amazing and just what I wanted after too much food the previous days. However, in July at 7am it was super hot, we were both sweating, so that took away from the meal.
