Good restaurant, great cocktails. Loved the complimentary chips, salsa, and guac. The fajitas are a large portion I would recommend sharing. We preferred the Aztec soup of the two offered. The kids loved the barbacoa tacos. Mahi Mahi was dry and would skip it next time.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at La Hacienda. Service was excellent! The food overall was pretty good. My steak was undercooked. Hardly a sear on it. Other than that, the rest of our meal was cooked well. Flavours were good. Overall, had a great time and would’ve love to eat there again if we had more time.

Excellent coeliac food and great service. Came twice while staying at Grand Sunset and couldn't regret it. Manager Christopher Aguilar made sure we were treated properly and catered to our needs. Chef Jose Enrique assisted and helped all the way, making two memorable dinner. Waiters, chefs, Gerardo and bar staff made the stay a great memory. If you need gluten free food don't hesitate to ask for Christopher

El local bastante discreto, la decoración bastante estándar. La atención al ingreso muy mala, se nota el trabajo por cantidad que hace que no importa si el servicio es bueno o no. La comida tiene platos muy buenos y otras bastante regulares.

Ogólnie smacznie, z tym, że restauracja ma sporą konkurencję w postaci... hotelowego bufetu - i tu i tu meksykańskie jedzenie, także wcześniejsze zjedzenie wielu potraw i przekąsek w bufecie pozbawiło mnie efektu wow. Ale i tak warto. Szczególnie zapamiętałem sos czekoladowy do mięsa - oryginalnie i smacznie

Restaurant was prebooked for the night but I was able to sit at the bar until a table became available. Had a great Pina colada and a tequila cranberry. My server was super nice, the restaurant was clean and pretty. I ordered squash blossom tacos and when I asked my server to help me decide between two entrees, he suggested I get both. So, I had chicken in mole sauce which was cooked well but kind of sweet so I didn't really like it. Barbacoa tacos were a little dry but good and the salsa was nice and spicy. The flank steak was probably the highlight. I had a little trouble finding the restaurant in the dark so I suggest future travelers locate everything in the daylight on your first day so you know where you're going.

I visited this restaurant during my stay at the Platinum Yucatan Princess Resort which was only a short shuttle ride away. I immediately noticed the friendliness of the staff who made us feel very welcomed. We had some salsa and chips to start with and our entrees did not take long to arrive at the table. The restaurant was well-lighted, and the layout will make dinner great for both small and large groups.

Food was good, but a little disappointing given that it was a Mexican restaurant.

Da igual el punto al que pidas la carne, te la traen demasiado pasada, mejor pedirla cruda y una plancha en la mesa. Si vais a última hora a los restaurantes es muy probable que no tengan disponibles todos los platos, algo realmente inexcusable ya que habíamos reservado con mucha antelación.

The food here is pretty terrible. Considering this is a Mexican place in a all you can eat resort, there's got to be some sort of standard. I noticed the chef didn't look like he wanted to be at work. We waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive. Tortilla chips are cold, and Salsa had barely any flavor and little runny. Wife's tortilla soup was decent. Ordered a steak, and it was a 2 biter with a lack of seasoning. Wife had some fish and would rather had my beef. She, too, had the face, like, "What am I eating?" I ordered a second plate -with barbacoa tacos. This was a little more acceptable however, it was dry.

Was expecting more. The quesadillas tasted like left over tacos from Jack in the box. Waiter was not the best. Spilled a lot of water on the table. Took forever to get our food. Dress code for customers doesn't exist. Wear what ever you want.

Local poco acogedor, decoración fria. Personal muy atento y amable. Comida de poca calidad. Algunos platos, con cantidades ridículas. Vinos fuera de menú a precios estratosféricos.

No me ha gustado la comida.muy insípida.pescado seco.pollo seco. Recomiendo salzonar la comida ya que estaba todo sin sal

Mal servicio de los meseros

El servicio de los meseros fue terrible. La comida tampoco sabía bien ni estaba bien cocinada, el pescado estaba seco y las quesadillas no tenían sabor. A nadie de la mesa (éramos 8) les gustó la cena, nos arrepentimos de no haber ido al buffet.
