I forgot my purse on a chair and didn’t realize it till I got home (I was distracted thanks to my baby). I called as soon as I realized it was missing and the staff was so helpful. They retrieved my purse from where I was sitting and kept it safe till I returned. Nothing had been touched thanks to their trustworthy staff. Thank you!

Main concern was that I paid for extra meat and I didn't feel as if I got the extra meat I paid for on all my bowls. The server went to the back to get more, so I never saw them add the "extra meat." Just unfortunate and disappointing.

I've eaten here before with no problem, but a week ago, I ordered the veggie bowl, and it was disappointing. My bowl had a lot of liquid in it. I don't know if it was from the salsa, salad, or something else. I ate half and threw the rest away.

It's not the first time. I have a bad experience here. I tried to give it a nother chance since my kid wanted to eat a burrito but every time we eat here, the rice is always undercooked and really hard .

Chipotle might as well invest in a sifter because I swear they shake everything off of the spoon down to a grain of rice. This location is awful, you would think it comes out of their checks if you ask for anything extra!!!

Terrible food at this location. Neither management nor employees care or have any consideration for their clients. This to the point of the employees and manager engaging in long conversations as clients wait to be attended. During the time I was there, a homeless entered the restaurant graved a bag of food, took a burrito, walked out and left the bag on top of the counter. Neither the employees or the manager saw it happen, because they were too busy talking to each other. Definitely a place to avoid.

I’ve visited this location before and never had any issues, but unfortunately, this recent experience was disappointing. The food was excessively salty — to the point that it was nearly inedible. I tried to speak with a staff member who appeared to be heading into work, but they may have been in a rush and unable to respond. I happened to be in the area riding my bike and stopped in for a bite, expecting the same quality I’ve experienced in the past. I’m not upset with the staff, but I am genuinely disappointed with how the food turned out this time. The seasoning on the meat was overwhelming — I’m not sure who prepared or marinated it, but it really threw off the entire meal. I didn’t even get a chance to use the vinaigrette I usually enjoy because the saltiness overpowered everything. Hopefully, this was just a one-off situation.

The light skin girl that worked night shift tonight was incredibly rude and had an attitude while making me and my friends bowl and threw my toppings into my bowl before rolling her eyes and shoving it over for someone else to handle. This location is consistently unclean and the meat never appears fresh. The food counters and the floors were dirty when my family and I walked in to order. After a few minutes of observing the condition of the restaurant, we decided to leave without ordering. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

Do not come here early - I ordered lunch around 11:30/40am. I noticed the meat was cold and old looking. All the ingredients were mixed and messy all around. The staff was rude. The dining area was so dirty. The restrooms smelled so bad and were also unkept. A few hours later and I am sitting on the toilet with possible food poisoning. I should’ve listened to my inner intuition NOT to eat here when I saw the conditions of this restaurant.

The cashier charged me for guacamole that I did not buy. I recommend to check your receipts before you leave if you eat here.
