We hiked all the way uphill to visit the sunset lounge but it was closed for a wedding. The staff at the hotel still let us in and brought us out to the private patio for their guests and gave us drinks there. Enjoyed the amazing view and even better service.

Unglaublich gutes Essen von Sterne-Qualität, perfekt zubereitet, äußerst freundliche und professionelle Bedienung, und die Außen Terrasse sowie der Ausblick sind einfach nur ein Traum. Das hat natürlich seinen Preis, aber den habe ich hier gerne bezahlen. Eine der besten Locations an der ich in meinem Leben war! Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Beatrice’s professionalism, hospitality, and management skills are extremely impressive. The food was great, the views were breathtaking, the music was nice, and she was the orchestrator of it all.

The most scenic view from Mallorca ! You cannot skip that place if you re passing by 😍 great service and great Japanese food. A bit expensive, but considering the above, it’s justified.

If there is one single place to be named as THE reason to come to Mallorca I’d name it „Sunset Lounge“. The place truly stands to its name, the view on the sun setting in the Mediterranean Sea is spectacular! Located on top of the Jumeirah hotel the cocktails are excellent, the staff, especially Andrea, are very friendly and knowledgeable. The combination of these things underlined by the music of the dj made this night very special and unforgettable. I’ll definitely go there again.

Beautiful place for a drink in the evening. Reserve a table in case you want to show up only shortly before the sunset. Amazing drinks and sushi. A bit pricey but worth it for the view.

Booked a drinks reservation for my friends and I. Incredible experience and views. Great selection of drinks and nibbles! Would definitely recommend if visiting Port de Soller.

It's definitely for the view and vibes. Drinks and cocktails are great as well, but the sushi was not served on the right temperature.

Nydelig mat, og en ubeskrivelig utsikt! Har du sett bildene, så er det enda penere. Maten var også nydelig, spesielt om man er glad i sushi🍣 Anbefaler wagyu-sushien! Litt i dyrere sjiktet, men her betaler man for utsikt og god mat!

The most beautiful bar in Mallorca. The views are out of this world, so peaceful, if you’re looking for atmosphere and relaxed chill vibes with a hint of great music, this is definitely the place. Instagram worthy, but also a great opportunity to soak in the ocean view. Food and drinks were amazing! Will be returning

Lovely place to watch the sunset and the food was excellent. Bit expensive so would recommend for a special occasion. Bea served us and was very kind and she helped me pick gluten free options, they have a good awareness of allergies. There was a DJ too, good atmosphere. It’s £10 to have your car parked at the hotel so would recommend parking on a road nearby as the valet attendant never actually moved my car.

We had a terrific time at the Sunset Lounge! We reserved a table (highly recommend a reservation) a half hour before sunset—the views are incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed the sushi (also appreciated the number of veg options), cocktails and wine. All the severs were very attentive and friendly! I would highly recommend for a special meal or grabbing sunset cocktails!

Wow absolutely fabulous dinner at the Sunset Lounge. The highlight is 100% the breathtaking view of mountains and sea. I booked an early dinner but was able to still see the sunset over the water which was spectacular. Menu must try’s were the ceviche and the wagyu tartar. Sushi rolls were good, not the best. DJ played great music that completely enhanced the overall dining experience. Our server was excellent, she was on it the whole evening and surprised my friend with a birthday treat. My only wish was that we would have gotten a better table as we were in the far corner -when I booked well in advance making note requesting a sunset view table and that it was for my friends 30th birthday. We were allowed to get up and take pics on the opposite side. Thank you for an incredible evening by the wonderful server, mixologist and DJ!

Wonderful views & food...all the staff are super friendly & professional..especially Beatrice & the twins Leanora & Andrea. We ate here in Sunset 5/7 nights of our stay...my husband & kids absolutely loved it. The hotel will always try and accommodate the guests as best they can. We will be very sad to leave..a must to visit.

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. I made the reservation 6 months in advance because I was afraid that there wouldn’t be any space and good thing I did because it was fully booked when we went. The sunset was incredible to watch and the cocktails were great! The staff is friendly and professional. Overall amazing experience! Make sure to check it out if you’re in Mallorca, you won’t be disappointed!

We arrived without a reservation, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, special thanks to the ladies who kindly arranged a wonderful table with a lovely view over Port de Sóller. The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor and beautifully presented. A memorable experience from start to finish.

Tolle Location. Sehr sehr sympathische Mitarbeiter, sehr professionell und sehr aufmerksam. Absolut Topp. Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Leider war der Start schwierig. Ich kam 10 Minuten vor meiner Reservierung, doch wurde ich 35 min. Drinnen warte gelassen obwohl der Tisch frei war. Aber ich wurde nicht dahin gesetzt weil vielleicht „Bessere“ oder „Wohlhabendere“ Gäste dorthin gesetzt werden sollten. Da ich keine Designer Klamotten oder Trage oder meine Rolex nicht an hatte. ziemlich verurteilende Blicke habe ich auch erhalten von den Leitendem Personal und von anderen Gästen. Leider normal in Gehobeneren Hotels. Ich blieb beharrlich und forderte platziert zu werden. Letztendlich hab ich endlich kurz vor Sonnenuntergang noch den kurzen Sonnenuntergang genießen können

One of a kind experience!! Everything is worth it just to see the view, especially at sunset. Cocktails are pricey but delicious, high quality and well made. Would definitely recommend going.

Go for the vibes, not the drinks or food. If you accept that you are way overpaying for a chance to watch a sunset in a spectacular setting it’s worth it imo.

Music was great. Good vibes. The view was amazing. The DJ did really good, she played a nice instrumental with the music. The only thing that was disappointing that we couldn't sit at the front by the outside glass view. That was reserved for only people staying at the hotel. Even if there were several open tables, they still didnt want to sit us. Aside from that it wasn't bad at all.

The food and drinks here we just found wildly overpriced for what it was but we would have been accepting of that if the atmosphere and views made up for it... We were sat right as you go on to the terrace tucked in at the corner so absolutely no sunset views where we were. We had a nice view of the port at the beginning but after dark my parter was just looking into pitch black mountains because of the layout of the seats and where we had been sat. I regret the booking in all honesty and felt a bit ripped off leaving 😅 Don't mind spending these prices when the experience is good. We went to Nautilus down the road a few days later and it was a muchhhhhh better experience in every aspect! This was a miss for us unfortunately.

We showed up just after sunset so it seemed the wait staff was already preoccupied with their other tables so we didn’t have a great experience. The hostess was very nice and sat us with a good view. Received nice cooling towels. Then waited about 10-15 minutes before flagging someone down for service and then had another server come a few minutes later to take our order. We ordered the Mr. titicaca and the Machu Picchu. I was excited to have found pisco but was underwhelmed by the drink. Just tasted like peach juice and it was TINY. Just a little martini on ice. Wouldn’t recommend. My partner liked his drink. We also ordered the mochi but it seemed like it had been sitting out too long and wasn’t very cold. Could have eaten all raspberry though cause those were the most delicious! Would maybe recommend a reservation for earlier than sunset so you get better service!

This place has an amazing atmosphere which is I’m sure what keeps it so popular! So if you’re just looking for a good place to see the sunset this is it. But the food was just alright and for the prices, the service really needs to be leveled up. Long wait times, dishes came out about 20 minutes apart from each other. Not a major detail, but when making the reservation they asked if there were any special occasions, so we mentioned our honeymoon but they didn’t acknowledge that at all during dinner so I’m not sure why they asked! Again, at this price point, I’d expect more and you’re much better off at some of the neighboring restaurants.

Ok, the pros: stunning location, friendly staff, good vibe with the Dj and cafe del mar sounds (although they were a little loud). Cons: Some of the food really isn’t worth the price charged. Anything in batter or pastry etc. e.g., the prawns, the gyozos were really average. The cerviche, however, was excellent. The 23 euro Margherita was bland and couldn’t be finished. Sushi was ok. Desserts were good. Service was a little slow: took 30 minutes to take our drinks order and had to go and find someone to get the bill. So, as an overall experience and for the amount of money we spent, I don’t think this was value for money. You are paying for the location and the stunning views but most of the food was a miss. As a comparator, I paid similar for a special meal at Gauchos and all of that was incredible (and an absolutely memorable experience)

Mooi uitzicht en vriendelijk personeel. Maar voor de rest viel het tegen. We hadden tot 2 keer gereserveerd voor de sushi maar deze was niet beschikbaar. Andere personen zijn ook al bedrogen geweest aan deze feit. Ze houden u lang aan het lijntje in de aperitief bar. Zeer slechte plaats voor reservaties en communicatie.

In this restaurant you pay for the view and unfortunately not for the quality of the food. The quality of the food is a standard quality. I would recommend to come here enjoy the amazing view, the nice and friendly staff and have a nice drink. I won’t recommend to eat here, because it’s overpriced.

Die Location ist traumhaft schön. Der Ausblick ist eine 12/10. Sehr große Auswahl an tollen Cocktails und leckerem Sushi. Jedoch war der Service absolut katastrophal. Wir saßen die ganze Zeit wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt. Es dauerte 20 Minuten bis unser Kellner unsere Getränke Bestellung aufgenommen hatte. Nach einer Stunde hatten wir noch nicht einmal essen bestellt. Mein Mann war eigentlich schon so sauer das er am liebsten gegangen wäre. Er sprach dann den Kellner an ob wir denn nun mal etwas zu essen bestellen könnten. Geht in so einem Restaurant leider garnicht und schon Garnicht für diesen Preis. Es kam mir jedoch so vor als wären nur wir so lustlos bis garnicht behandelt worden. Die anderen Gäste haben alle prompt bestellen können. Das war auch alle Fälle das erste mal in meinem Leben, das ich kein Trinkgeld gegeben habe.

Llegamos a la recepción del restaurante Sunset Lounge y le pregunté a la chica si sería posible tener la mesa al lado de la ventana y me contestó seria que estaban exclusivamente reservadas para clientes in, los que se hospedaban en el hotel. Realmente no me iba a quejar el día de mi cumpleaños pero la actitud de esa chica no fue muy agradable. Posteriormente vi que había clientes en esas mesas que no se hospedaban. De hecho, trabajo en una tienda de lujo y se que algunos clientes que han ido al restaurante y se han sentado en esas mesas no cumplían esos criterios. Nos sentaron en una mesa alta, bastante incómoda. Hacía muchísimo calor! Los asientos de las mesas altas son de piel impidiendo ningun tipo de aire, realmente estuve muy incómoda durante toda la hora, no pude comer bien ni tranquila. No había ventilador, habían unos en el techo y no estaban encendidos pero de igual manera no hubiera hecho ninguna diferencia. Como un restaurante/ hotel no está capacitado para días de tanto calor? Realmente esperaba que la comida si cumpliera mis expectativas pero tristemente fue una decepción. Me gusta el buen sushi con buena presentación y productos. En este caso me pareció muy pobre. El precio fue demasiado elevado para la calidad del producto. El mejor fue el de Wagyu con trufa. El servicio fue rápido. La sorpresa fue que al pedir la cuenta 45’ después de haber llegado, el camarero trajo un postre con una vela y la verdad que me quedo con ese detalle. No volvería a cenar porque he tenido mala experiencia pero posiblemente si a tomar algo por las vistas.

El precio fue demasiado elevado para la calidad del producto. El mejor fue el de Wagyu con trufa. El servicio fue rápido. La sorpresa fue que al pedir la cuenta 45’ después de haber llegado, el camarero trajo un postre con una vela y la verdad que me quedo con ese detalle. No volvería a cenar porque he tenido mala experiencia pero posiblemente si a tomar algo por las vistas.

Really displeased with the way they treated us. Shocked by how poorly they waited on us for such an expensive experience. Everything’s about 3 times what it’d cost anywhere else on the island - they should focus more on making people happy than lying about better tables being reserved while we wait and watch nobody show up to them.

Vergognoso, ho cenato sulla terrazza Sunset Lounge sushi, ho passato tutta la notte al pronto soccorso per un’intossicazione dovuta al loro cibo. Tra l’altro pagando un conto fuori dal normale. Lo sconsiglio vivamente!!!!!

Dined at the sunset bar tonight. I want to first make a point that I never make reviews unless there was an amazing visit or not so good one. I was so looking forward to visiting the sunset bar and very disappointed with our visit. We were greeted by very lovely staff and they seated us at an amazing table for sunset. I was disappointed by the decor being white and black. Seemed a bit tacky. Very different to the classy places we have visited in the surrounding areas in this trip. The portions were small albeit very tasty. Drinks are expensive and at that price I would expect a waiter to help pour 90% of the time. It took a while for drinks and we had to pour ours each time, which is different to every other place we’ve been to. It was ok but definitely not worth the price. They tried to depart us from us from our table salt whilst we still had drinks because the next table had arrived early. Honest option: great view, but many of places in the port with better drinks and better food.

Not worth the money. Poor service, average food and I really mean average. The prawns still had their inner part inside even though they were cut open. Unacceptable especially for the price of 18€. The only good thing was the view but we had to switch seats to a worse spot even though they offered the table with the nice view to us.

Horrible booking service, no confirmation email after the reservation, i called to cancel afterwards they couldn’t find the reservation (ofc i forgot when name i put under it bcz i didn’t receive any confirmation email) and they said they’ll reimburse me if i get charged for the no show fee. I get charged few days later, i called to get reimbursed but i get blamed for putting another name under the booking and wont reimburse me? Totally unacceptable treatment for a big hotel chain like jumeirah.

The only reason I’m giving a 1 star is for the view. We had a reservation here for drinks. Of course we knew well in advance we’d be paying 20€+ for a cocktail but we wanted the experience. Our server Bea was kind at first when she sat us down and took our order. But after finishing our drinks sitting in the scorching sun for 30+ minutes, she was no where to be found and the other server was occupied with other diners. We wanted to order more cocktails but were turned off by the lack of service to come pick up our empty glasses and take our next order. Not to mention the drinks were completely watered down.

Teníamos una reserva desde hace un mes en la terraza. Una hora antes nos llaman y nos dicen que no nos garantizan una mesa en la terraza, entonces, para qué se hace la reserva con un mes de antelación si no es para garantizarte tus preferencias? Me comemta la empleada que me llama que no sabe lo que pone en la web, pues si no lo sabes tu.... Hay muchos sitios bonitos en el puerto de Soller, no merece la pena ir a sitios con esa informalidad. Han perdido un cliente y varios a los que pensaba recomendar el sitio.
