Walked in tonight about 902pm, 10/16, was at the counter for about 4 minutes no one acknowledged me, the girl working in the front walked away without saying anything. I decided to leave, then someone says we will be right with you. I said no thanks, there were not many products left on the line, all empty. Garbage overflowing, place is poorly run, will not return here again. Customer service is non existent, you should take a look at the management team running this place, it's very poorly run.

I’m pretty easy to work with, ask for a burrito, extra rice, extra cheese and lettuce. This guy grabs not even a full handful of cheese and tosses it on and wraps the burrito without even waiting. I didn’t even get a chance to say anything else so I ask for a little more and he’s like “you know we charge for extra cheese right?” With an attitude. Like WHAT? You don’t charge for extra cheese. Money isn’t coming out of your paycheck, don’t understand why you need to skimp out on CHEESE and make up lies that it costs extra AND give me attitude. Not only that, another time I went I asked for extra rice and the girl starts complaining about how it’s gonna be hard to wrap the burrito. Like ohhhh my god you work at chipotle

If you want chipotle, just bite the bullet and choose another location. The employees don't care. The food is poorly season and prepared, and they're missing all sorts of options. Save your patience, time and money.

Thanks for my Lola Bowl that I paid $20 for and is missing more than half the things that should be in it. This looks like something I’d feed to a dog and that’s even being nice. SMH.

I never do reviews! I am writing to express my significant disappointment with my dining experience at your establishment on 3/1/25 at approximately 4:05 PM. My concerns pertain to both the service and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Specifically, I observed a lack of attention to cleanliness, including food debris scattered on the floors and, concerningly, near the cutlery and even at the checkout counter. I believe that a clean environment is fundamental to a positive dining experience and is directly related to food safety. The conditions I observed were unacceptable and fell short of the standards I expect. I would appreciate it if you would address these issues promptly to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future patrons.

I usually don't review, but I had to this time. I placed a mobile order for which I paid $11.00. I picked up my order and decided to check it out because it felt like the employee was handing me a empty paper bag. Inside was the skimpiest portion I have ever seen mobile ordering; upon complaining to the employee, she stated, "She's just doing her job, that's the portion" and if you "want more, you have to pay for it." But uhhh... I already paid $11.00 for a normal-sized portion, which clearly doesn't even fit the entire bottom of the bowl. Honestly, can't blame her because this place is mismanaged anyway. Won't be going back.

I've never experienced such a horrible Chipotle! I waited over 35 mins for my food after the Chef mentioned the brisket was being prepared and it shouldn't be longer than 5 mins. We asked after 15 mins why is it taking so long because we could've ordered something else and the guy said it'll only be 3 mins. We waited another 15 mins to find out that the cook/chef didn't know we were waiting for the brisket and it had been ready! Mind you the other employee said he ask the chef/cook twice. After finally waiting, the server served a small amount of brisket so we ask if we can get a little more, to find out we were charged extra/double meat. Also I used a code for free chips and ask for guac on the side, and they still charged me. After waiting this long I ask for a cup of water and was denied by Christopher. This establishment should be shut down due to bad management, customer service and how dirty it is. I hope someone reads this review and doesn't go here. Smh

Quite literally the smallest bowl I have ever received. I also ordered sofritas… you know a vegetarian option, so I was confused when I pulled out a hunk of what appears to be pork?

Horrible horrible food. Unbelievable salty. I can chew the salt in the rice. This restaurant is always lack of staff and hygiene. Two restrooms always down. No light no trash. It just a shame of chipotle. Never again in this restaurant.

I ordered a salad bowl and this is what I got? Firstly where is the lettuce? Secondly what am I paying $13.00 for? A bowl of cheese and chicken that’s barely full? My friends and I came at 8:40 and order $63 worth of food for it to be skimpy. y’all close at 10:00. They were out of sour cream which they told us but never said anything about lettuce, DONT sell salad bowls if you’re out of lettuce.

So this is my second time getting food from here and honestly, the portion that is given for the price is ridiculous. I had gotten a chicken bowl with brown rice which was one scoop not even. Same with the chicken, corn salsa. But has a lot of lettuce. Very disappointed. Again i paid 9.46 for this.

Went for the first time today, Im a vegetarian, so I ordered a Veggie Burrito bowl for pick up. Got my bag, got home, upon opening the bag I saw the sticker that had my order on it was correct, but when I opened to bowl I discovered theres either beef it pork in it, so I cant eat it. I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. I cant go back to the store to get a refund because I cant drag my toddler back out this late. Very frustrated and dissatisfied, probably wont be returning. EDIT: 100% will not be returning. Upon my complaint, I asked for a refund and was offered a BOGO coupon. Sorry not interested in wasting more money at this sh*t show. Extremely disappointed.
