Came visiting from Canada on the hunt for some good pizza from NY...This was awesome! The atmosphere is nice, most seem to take out but inside is a nice homey place with seats up to 4 per table it seems. Service was great, very polite and friendly cashier as well as waiter. The slices we got were excellent. Pictured is the Honey Hot Pepperoni which was mesmerizing. The Margherita Pizza was really fresh. The chicken terriyaki was also really good. The variety is great and the prices are especially good. Definitely a must try.

I love their pizza and every Monday my husband and I order the same thing cause it's delectable. For us, it's a standing Monday night order, forever, of the most delectable, sexy tasting pizza. Thanks guy's for keeping Monday pizza night going for the order going to 131 6. My only teeny tiny problem is that they say they close at 10, but after a certain time they stop answering the phone. My question is why?

I was staying nearby for work and had the most delicious food here during my trip. Slices are huge and I loved the hot honey pep. I also had the meatball stromboli which had the perfect meatballs, juicy and tender. Only downside is the place had Fox News on the tv though, I prefer my pizza politics free haha.

I placed a delivery order, and it arrived incredibly fast. The pizza was hot, and the beverage was perfectly chilled. The taste was absolutely incredible!! without a doubt, the best pizza around! *The carrot cake was also delicious and fresh.

I think this is now my favorite pizzeria - and I lived in the city for 2 decades, so I’ve had some great quality pizza over the years. The Arugula & prosciutto slice with blue cheese & balsamic reduction was incredible, as is the eggplant vodka parm slice. Even the basic pepperoni was great, too. And the workers are all very friendly & efficient. 🙂

Came because of the reviews, but they can't even make meatballs taste authentic, and they had a foul smell to them. And the pasta sauce was very acidic with no flavor. My nonna would not be happy. Friendly and attentive staff tho. I just think the sauce and meatballs need work. It's an Italian restaurant after all

What can I really say about a mediocre place? The establishment is pretty small, but cozy. Dining in and sitting was the best part of the experience. I like that they had all the shakers of parmesan, garlic and red pepper, off to the side to grab alongside napkins and such. But the pizza itself man...I mean it was alright. Not really much to say. It's a pizza. I just got a regular pepperoni and it taste like anywhere else. I came into this place with a lot of hype surrounding it, they have a big sign hanging above the street making seem like this is gonna be a really good pizza spot. It was just ok. So it was disappointing because of my initial expectations of taste but it's a decent pie. I'm not from New York so I don't know how things work up there, but one weird thing was you hand the garbage ang dishes back to the employees at the front?? That was weird and made it kind of awkward when people are ordering. All in all it wasn't a wasted trip but I probably wouldn't go back. I've had better pizza.

I ordered delivery just a little while ago meaning 615pm the fried calamari was the worst ive tasted in my 5yrs. It was like I could have gone to the frozen section in shoprite an did it better an probably cheaper.the egg plant parm vodka sub was over loaded in cheese that the lid wasn't even closed all the way and the egg plant tasted mushy like I was soaked in patter . I took pictures. I was in the food industry for 18years im sooooo disappointed especially ive been ordering from them since I moved into the area.

Buy elsewhere. They don't need your business. As a business owner. I called Emiliano to place an order, I asked what toppings was on the vegetarian pizza, I was told to go look online, when I asked, you don't know what's on the vegetarian pizza, she hung up the phone. I called back, I was placed on a long hold, then someone else came on the phone. When I tried to say that the person hung up, he ignored me and said I got 3 other people to attend to, what is your order. Then I told him that I am trying to tell you and place my order, he then hung up. They believe that they are so successful that they no longer need to have good customer service. Well, I will be taking my business and my clients elsewhere. As a business owner, I care about customer concerns and the people I serve. However, this place of business does not care and hang up the phone on its customers because they don't need my business. Well, I hope you read this far in the post and order elsewhere. They need to know that customer service matters. Hanging up the phone on their customers...twice is a NO! This attitude will cause them to lose customers and their business.

I ordered A pesto Alfredo for delivery directly through their website and they use slice to deliver. I received regular Alfredo. I contacted slice whom I got the delivery through and placed the order through and told them I got the wrong food but because the restaurant was closed I was unable to get my food remade correctly. I was unable to get a refund speaking with slice. They tell me that the restaurant says they gave the correct food which they did not and there’s nothing they can do for me so I’m out my money. I’m out my food and there’s nothing that anybody can do to assist the situation. This is terrible on behalf of the restaurant because as a local to Poughkeepsie, I will be spreading the word that this restaurant does not do good business. Do not give this business your money bc that’s all they care about. No service nor hospitality. Exactly the opposite that I would expect from a traditional family owned Italian restaurant very disappointed

Sucks the pizza is good, because the customer service is absolutely horrible. We’ve given up on this place. As good as the pizza is, it’s not worth the attitude received to get it anymore. Used our 12 pizza coupons for one last pizza, and will be going somewhere else from now on. **edit: there was no 2 liter discussed during my order at all 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Must be another customer they had a problem with that day. We just dealt with the horrible attitude of the girl on the phone who acts like her job is a waste of her time, picked up our pizza, and are glad to be done with going to this place. No arguments, no complaints knowing it would not matter, just being done and warning others about the horrible experiences… yes more than one. We gave this place TWELVE chances, before giving up. Flat out lieing to try and negate the horrible attitude of your staff, shows what a real class act this place is. Good luck to anyone who gives it a try. Definitely not worth our time or money. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with the staff here to anyone.
