The location is great, and you can see it from the roadway passing by. The food was average/good. The fries could use more seasoning, and it didn’t taste like I had a fresh bath or just fresh period. Seemed to be only two people working. My wait wasn’t long, but they could use more staff. The facility seemed average. Overall I had a good experience there.

Food was fine but for 3 burgers and a small fry took like 15 min to complete. They definitely don't get fast and fast food.

It's obvious why this restaurant has less than a 3-star rating. I ordered a #1 meal, which includes the burger, fry, and drink. I actually said to the cashier I was ordering the "#1". There was clearly a language barrier and English not her first language. When it was ready, there were no fries, so at the counter with no one in sight, I called to the back to one of the two employees, that my fries were missing. The cashier who took my order came out of another room when I was talking to the cook, and she said I did not order the meal but only the burger and wanted to argue about it. The second person in the store handed me the fries and said no worries. Overall this was an unpleasant experience when a service worker rings up the order incorrectly and then accuses me of giving her the wrong info. I have ordered enough at fast food restaurants to say I want only the sandwich when I don't want the entire meal. I don't know how this location stays in business, with virtually no customers and people who aren't capable of taking an order. We will not be returning. I would recommend the new McDonald's on University or any of the Wendy's or Whataburger's would be a better place for a fast-food meal.

Typical Burger King restaurant as far as food offerings. The service is quite slow and the staff seem to have no sense of urgency even at the drive thru. Several times I have had to wait more than 10 minutes at the pick up window while my order was being prepared. These orders were placed via the app about 10 minutes earlier than my arrival to the window. My most recent pickup they had deleted my online order and needed my phone to fulfill the order. Would not recommend this location due to their poor service. Otherwise it is atypical of any other Burger King location.

I had the mozzarella sticks once and they We’re not good. I’m not trying to be rude, but it’s just my opinion. The fries a little bit tangy So I’m sorry, but I’m going to Give y’all a low score

Been here multiple times and each time it gets worse. The big lady manager touches ppl food with no gloves, ppl act like they hate thier job. U do customer service smile and treat ppl with respect. I have found ants in my drinks. Either they don't have help or they just slow as hell. I'm done with this location. And the last time I was there the food was vearly cooked. It didn't even taste done or warm

I ordered a chicken sandwich with a BOGO offer, but I couldn’t even finish one! It was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had—completely disappointing. The quality was poor, and the taste was just not right. On top of that, the service was also terrible. Definitely not coming back.

This was horrible! They got my order completely wrong. They put jalapenos on all our burgers. We could t eat them. We called and complained, but nothing was done. We won't be going there anymore.

Today, the supposed manager of this store treated me terribly. I ordered some fries in addition to my order, and when I went to the counter, I showed her a code to pay with my points from my app. She rudely told me that if I don't give her the code when I order, she won't sell me anything. I left her fries there. She must treat her subordinates even worse.

The restaurant was filthy. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Food debris on the table, the floor was sticky, and there were no paper towels in the restroom. My expectations we not high, but this place was nasty.

Twice in two weeks now, I ordered a whopper with no onions or tomatoes only to receive a whopper with both onions and tomatoes. They take zero care to ensure the order they are preparing is correct before delivering. Earlier this year, I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap. The store ended up making every chicken wrap on the menu before they got the order correct. This location desperately needs new personnel that actually care about the customer experience and getting the customer's order correct the first time.
