A very cozy place, reminiscent of a classic pizzeria. The price-quality-portion ratio is good, as the flavor and size of the dishes leave you satisfied. They accept credit cards, but they charge a 3% commission on credit card payments, which negates this advantage. Customer service could be better, with a little more attention to customer needs. On my visit, the table I chose was neat and tidy, but not entirely clean. They also offer delivery service and offer packages for small and large groups, well-chilled drinks, and clean bathrooms.

On the 31st, we placed an order, and everything tasted terrible—the pizza, the empanadas, the flan...it was all awful. Then it arrived cold, too. I waited a full hour because they had so many orders, and even then, everything was cold and tasted bad. Honestly, it was the worst dinner I've had in years. Not to mention that while we waited, the atmosphere, which is usually family-friendly, now resembled a bar, with drunks singing and shouting. My siblings and I were very disappointed, as we've been customers since we were 10 years old, and the food was always good and the atmosphere very welcoming. It was a very sad experience. Puedo decir que el servicio aquí es nefasto y una verdadera porquería! El día de hoy asistí con mi familia en un horario de 4:00 pm y solicitamos el paquete para 5 personas, y una jarra de agua de litro y medio. El servicio demasiado tardado, dilataron 40 minutos para servirnos solo el spagetti, 40 minutos para la pizza y otros 40 minutos para la ensalada de manzana. No nos dieron ni las empanadas y tampoco los flanes. Mejor el paquete completo se los entregaron antes a otros clientes que llegaron 1 hr después que nosotros. Al comentarle al mesero acerca de las empanadas fuimos ignorados un par de ocasiones hasta que al ver la molestia nos dijo que se agilizará para que nosotros fuéramos los próximos en recibir la orden de empanadas. Al entregarnos las empanadas nos entregó 6 y no 10 piezas como decía el paquete. La verdad ya no quisimos permanecer en el lugar ya que de las 4:00 pm que llegamos nos dieron las 7:00 pm en solo esperar y ver como a otros les entregaban las cosas antes y el ser ignorados fue la cereza del pastel. Pedimos las empanadas restantes y flanes para llevar ya que si continuabamos esperando nos ibamos a ir hasta las 10:00 pm. Al darnos la cuenta nos estaban colocando la jarra de litro y medio en $185.00 pesos, al preguntar si era correcto, nos comentaron que no, que la jarra cuesta $140.00 pesos, cosa rara ya que en su carta no viene la jarra y no puede uno corroborar precio. Al darnos nuestros alimentos para llevar no nos colocaron las 4 empanadas que jamás nos dieron. La verdad ya no quisimos hacer ningún comentario y mejor regalaraselas, ya que si todavía esperábamos a que nos las dieran con su lentitud y nulo servicio a cliente quien sabe que tiempo más hubiéramos estado en este nefasto lugar. La verdad yo no regresaría nunca!

The presentation was passable. We arrived on Wednesday, which is a 2-for-1 deal, and ordered delivery, requesting toppings as a favor. However, the first condition was that they couldn't deliver. Then they said they couldn't include toppings either because they couldn't give them out with the 2-for-1 offer (little bags that other customers then throw away, and the most famous pizzerias never limit themselves to giving them out because, in the end, it's an accompaniment to the pizza). So we ate it, and we missed the spice, and unfortunately, we weren't eating it at our house but at someone else's, where there was no spice at all. They broke the sales rule of satisfying the customer's needs. Finally, the service was terrible, even disrespectful, especially the cashier. When we told her our address was literally around the corner, she said it was fine, they'd deliver it since it was close. So we paid everything, but they didn't give us a receipt. I asked if she had a receipt so we could receive our order, and she said no, they could keep it because it had our address on it. I asked again if there would be a problem since we couldn't prove we'd paid, and she said no: besides, it's not like we were going anywhere. That was her exact, disrespectful response. It's intolerable that they get so difficult when we ask for "common/basic" things. It's sad how much they've declined. And that woman has been there for years, but she's completely rude. The waitress was also unfriendly and made it difficult to get the ingredients. The shrimp pizza was passable, but the chorizo ​​on the combo was very heavy and lacked spice, limiting our enjoyment of the flavors. The delivery service was extremely slow.
