Me agrada mucho este café, tienen un chai verde que disfruto, es mi bebida favorita. Que bueno que volvieron a abrir un local en Huexotitla. El local tiene todas las características de la franquicia. A mi gusto, creo que es el mejor de la cadena Coffee York en Puebla. Buena ubicación, amplio, agradable y excelente atención. Sí hay cajones para estacionarse, pero son pocos. El acceso para personas con silla de ruedas es fácil. Los vendedores muy atentos. Los alimentos bien, pero el café, en sus diferentes variedades, es excelente. Uno de mis lugares favoritos.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise Coffee York in Huexo was! The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was quick and delicious, and it was excellent value for money. I only went for a coffee and ended up having a wonderful lunch. It was so good that I left a tip and half my heart. Highly recommended.

We love coming here for breakfast or dinner. The food is delicious and comes out relatively quickly. It doesn't feel too crowded because the place is huge and the atmosphere is very relaxed. You can have a conversation without disturbing other tables, and the service is always very friendly. We've come to read and have no problem staying longer than we needed for our meal. There are small and large tables and chairs of all sizes. The waffles and pancakes are highly recommended.

Agradable y apacible lugar, las bebidas están ricas, el sandwich qué pedí muy rico también. Lo único que no pude probar fue el café, ya que no cuentan con Not Milk. Como sugerencia, sí deberían incluirla como opción para nuestras bebidas. La atención muy buena, son muy amables los meseros.

Lugar agradable para juzgar a la gente mientras tomas algo, el precio es acuerdo a sus productos, es amplio el lugar así que siempre habrá espacio incluso grupos grandes. Aunque podrian mejorar en presentación.

Me pareció excesivo el costo por leche deslactosada y leche de almendras al pedir un capuchino, te cobran como si llevara leche el capuchino más la leche extra de leche deslactosada es decir lo cuesta extra de 16 a 19 pesos si quieres otra leche, si el costo de leche deslactosada y normal es prácticamente igual o quizás 1 peso o 2 más. Es decir de un café de 60 te sale en 80 o 90 pesos.

A nice place to go for a drink and a snack. They've greatly improved the food service, which used to be average to poor. The last time I went, I noticed a significant improvement. Comprobado por enésima ocasión, el menú sobresaliente, nada extraordinario por los ue puedas regresar; las bebidas, buenas, algunas bastante buenas de hecho; el ambiente muy agradable... pero lo único que realmente salva el lugar es la ubicación. Y lo que se puede comprobar en cada visita es que el servicio no da para más, mediocre y sin chispa. Recapitulando, sin la ubicación y la ambientación, no hay forma de que les vaya excelente.

No está mal, la atención buena pero por el precio hay mejores opciones, lo más interesante es la decoración del lugar. La carta es bastante ordinaria y las bebidas no son nada del otro mundo. Una cafetería bastante ordinaria con platos y café ordinarios.

Lo bueno, el ambiente tranquilo, excelente para una buena plática. La música es una selección increíble, pero no es molesta. La atención de la única mesera en domingo es buena, atenta y amable. Felicidades. Lo malo, para ofrecer alimentos y cafés genéricos es muy malo. Un café de especialidad cuesta la mitad y con una calidad increíble. Aquí me tocó un café amargo. El postre me pareció igualmente caro para la diminuta porción. Me gaste $300 pesos en café, chocolate y un pay olvidable. No existe nada destacable en la experiencia para regresar.

La atención de los meseros es excelente, la calidad del café y alimentos es baja (cuando los tienen, especialmente postres) en relación a los precios, sin embargo es una lástima que el gerente actual (Abraham Soto Quezada) es nefasto, arrogante y piensa que el lugar es un bar. Todo decayó en el momento que el arquitecto dejó el lugar a manos de otros.

El día de ayer 1ro de Marzo en Coffe York Huexo llegamos y el olor a drenaje era insoportable, por lo cual decidimos ir a la parte de afuera. La mesera al darnos el menú nos comentó que no tenían nada de bebidas hechas con leche, a lo cual pensamos en otra cosa. Al elegir otra cosa se acerca la chica para levantar la orden. Pedimos helado y contestó que tampoco había nada de postres. Literal solo café americano. Decidimos retirarnos e ir a otro lado ya que nos dijo que ya le había dicho a los dueños que mejor no abrieran y ellos decidieron abrir cuando no había nada para consumir. La verdad quedaron muy mal ahi. Iba con mi familia y nos dejaron con ganas de nunca regresar.

Ya conocía el café , pero solo habíamos consumido café y pastel, y tenía buen recuerdo. En esta ocasión pedimos chapatas y que decepción, primero muy tardado desde el tomar el pedido hasta servirlo. Muy decepcionante la presentación , muy raquítico sus platillos. El baño huele muy feo. Ojalá mejoren en todo.

Tardan mucho para atenderte, aún que casi siempre tienen poca gente. Los precios muy elevados y ni siquiera vale la pena.

Tuve una muy desagradable experiencia el lunes pasado en mi platillo, encontré un pelo casi al último bocado, le informé a la chica que atendió y sólo se llevó el plato sin una palabra, al pagar, fue prácticamente lo mismo que costaba el paquete, porque el resto lo cobraron individualmente.

El lugar me pareció excelente lo único que no me gustó es que ay un chico morenito en caja que se la pasa fumando afuera y el día que fui no aseguro nada pero cuando me pregunto si todo estaba bien me llegó un olor a alcohol entonces esa parte no esta padre que tomen en horas de trabajo!!

Una lástima del lugar, es cómodo y bonito pero una pena el pésimo servicio. Imposible poder trabajar ahí, al hacer videollamadas todos los meseros gritando y echando relajo entre ellos, saliendo a fumar, saliendo por la coca… nombre, ambiente laboral en coffee York de 10. Una lástima por los consumidores, definitivamente no regreso.

El lugar es bonito, mobiliario cuidado. Sin embargo cuando fui había un hoyo en el techo y había agua en el piso. Al parecer creo que no tenían un trapeador para secar (sarcasmo) Fui el día de ayer en la noche. Su menú esta pequeño, le falta más variedad. Pedimos unos chocolates calientes, y tardaron mucho en llevarlos, el sabor es malo, se parece al chocolate de Tim Hortons qué venden en el super, la verdad muy dulce y nada espectacular. Pedí 1 chapata el cual es pan estaba durisimo, parecía piedra y era incomible. Le dijimos a la mesera el problema y me dijo que le iba a comentar a la gerente, después se acercó un niño a decirnos que no estaba el gerente y que no podían hacer nada que como ya le había comido según el "bastante" que solo podían calentarlo de nuevo. Pésimo servicio, además de que el pan estaba horrible, no quisieron hacer nada para corregir su error. La verdad es que no lo recomendaría para nada, a veces uno quiere darle oportunidad a los pequeños negocios nacionales y siempre decepcionan, por eso la gente prefiere ir al Starbucks qué esta a un lado de ellos. Si esto hubiera pasado en el Starbucks te lo cambian a te devuelven tu dinero. Y aquí no, aquí lo pagas aunque te estén ofreciendo una basura incomestible. No volvería a ir y no se lo recomendaría a nadie, mal servicio y comida muy fea a precio exagerado para lo que ofrecen.

Las últimas 3 veces ya no tienen Chai Latte los botes los rellenan con otros productos y lo peor fuimos el viernes en la tarde y estaba cerrado por inventario!!! JAMAS REGRESAREMOS!!!

Today I retract my previous comment, and the reasons are as follows: 1. They changed management, and the current manager is very pedantic, rude, and above all, despotic. He doesn't know how to treat customers. It seems that the same person who took over the cafe is the same person who took over the La Paz branch (where the service is terrible and they lack warmth or respect). It also seems to me that he previously worked in a seedy bar or dive because he doesn't understand consumer laws, much less basic customer service. His approach to customers leaves much to be desired. 2. The employees do an excellent job within their capabilities. There isn't even a manager, much less a manager on duty every day at all hours to support them. They are left alone, unable to attend to or respond clearly to all of the diners' needs. For example: What desserts are there? They respond, "We have these 3," taking into account that only 1 is listed on the menu with a price, and the other 2 aren't, and worse yet, they don't have an official price on the menu. This happens to them every day. Their official menus say "what they have," and when you arrive, they don't have anything from the same menu, and they bring out food that isn't there and charge you whatever price they want (this is a management and administrator problem, not an employee problem). This is unheard of. PROFECO ALERT HERE! 3- The facilities are in very poor condition, the roof is almost falling down (when it rains, water falls from a hole that hasn't been fixed for years), the bathrooms are in a terrible state, the toilet seat is always dirty and moves to the point where you can't get comfortable. I've had to go without soap several times, and the hand-drying roll, let alone when the manager deigns to buy it. On several occasions, the cafe was open but the bathroom was out of service on more than one visit. Cables sticking out of the walls everywhere, and planters are very unkempt. 4- It was the worst experience for me. My partner and I arrived for a coffee and we arrived eating some Japanese peanuts, which we wanted to accompany with a good coffee, we ordered it, enjoyed a pleasant moment talking, finished and asked for the bill which was brought to us and the waitress told us that it was requested that food not be consumed inside the CAFETERIA because the next time a CORKAGE UNCOOKING would be charged (By law the uncorking is for a bottle of wine or cake because their cutlery, glassware and plates are used), so here I made the comment that we were not using anything for said UNCOOKING and that we did not require it, then a guy who did not introduce himself or give his name arrives to treat us very despotically and aggressively when we were calm, to scold us and very upset telling us if we did not want to pay the UNCOOKING when clearly we had already paid our bill and our ticket did not say anything and much less He didn't tell us anything, the manager or administrator yelled at us in a haughty and abusive voice, saying, "Aren't you going to pay the corkage fee?" (He said this more than 6 times like a scratched CD), and I replied that I already paid my bill, there was nothing else to pay. He asked me again, and I said no, and we left very upset. How is it possible that since we paid the bill and everything, a guy with no friendly presentation comes yelling at us like a vile club owner and says, "Aren't you going to pay a so-called corkage fee, FOR GOD'S SAKE, FOR A FEW PEANUTS!" Totally unheard of, and illegal. I won't be back. We value our time, respect, and money more. P.S. I leave evidence of my previous comment from 8 months ago and also photos of my attendance at the site and that they never put the so-called DESCORCHE charge on my account and that it was being done arbitrarily as they usually do in clubs or bars in Puebla.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE WAITERS! NEVER WORK THERE! The place is beautiful, the drinks are delicious, but the service and atmosphere leave much to be desired. We went to work because the place was EMPTY, and since we were the only table, the waiters took advantage of the situation to turn the place into a bar: - They spent the whole time chatting and complaining about customers who didn't tip even with a minimum spend (while we could hear everything). - They only took our order once and never came back to the table (we had to get up to order more). - They spent the whole time smoking outside, yelling, and laughing inside. - We were on a work video call, and they played the music at full volume—on purpose? - We asked them to turn the music down, and they only did it for one song, knowing we were on a call. - And to top it all off, they made a mistake and charged us on separate tabs. OBVIOUSLY, WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
