We'd been highly recommended the cold ChocoMío, so we decided to buy two for our walk along the cobblestones. When we saw the different varieties of chocolate they had, we asked about the products with the intention of buying them (there were three people serving, one preparing the ChocoMío and two others chatting). Upon hearing our questions, they simply responded with curt and despotic answers. I understand that customer service is quite demanding and we can't always be smiling, but it doesn't hurt to respond respectfully. The hot chocolate was good but nothing extraordinary; at most, I only had half a glass. 🥲 We won't return to a place that glorifies gringos and treats locals poorly.

The vendors don't know the differences between chocolates; if you want one with less sugar, you have to buy sugar-free chocolate and make it yourself. They also don't know the difference between moles. There's a woman who keeps interrupting in a bad mood to answer.
