Una excelente elección para ir a comer en Puerto Morelos. Un restaurante con cocina tipo "fusión" que combina de forma original y deliciosa elementos de la cocina tradicional mexicana con elementos de la cocina internacional. Platillos artísticamente presentados y lo más importante, una delicia de degustación acompañada de variedad de vinos nacionales e importados. Una atención atenta y amable. Precios promedio a ligeramente elevados. También tienen algunos días música en vivo que genera muy buen ambiente.  La decoración es agradable y sutil.

Definitivamente uno de los mejores lugares para cenar en Puerto Morelos. No te puedes perder los mejillones al vino blanco y el fettuccini de almejas. La atención de Esteban y Camila super top!! Fuimos con nuestra bebe y el trato y empatía fue espectacular. Sin duda regresaremos!

Desde el inicio la atención es muy agradable y te hace sentir bienvenido, la ambientación del lugar en la noche con luces sutiles y cálidas le agregan mucho a la cena. El Menú es corto y tiene lo necesario, los platos son variados pero todos marchan en el mismo camino, juegan de una manera exquisita con el sabor, la presentación y los colores. Para mi es uno de los mejores del Puerto.

La comida del chef Damián Saavedra es diferente, basada en ingredientes regionales, una cosita honesta y espectacular

Excelente noche la pasamos en Restaurante Tanino's. Empezando con la bienvenida de Ruby y sus margaritas (las mejores de Puerto Morelos). Nuestro mesero Sergio junto con Jonathan y la encargada Camila hicieron con que el servicio fuera inolvidable. La pasta con almejas estuvo divina y la fusión de chocolate para terminar fue un deleite. Gracias a todos, en especial a cocina y al chef Christian! Regresaremos pronto.

First time in PM and this Tantino’s delivered on outstanding service, food and atmosphere. Here with another couple and we were able to easily chat and enjoy the evening vibe. Every appetizer was delicious and easy to share. Wrapped asparagus was my favourite but all were great. The mussels in wine and ribs were well prepared but my husband chose the catch of the day - sea bass. That was the star of the evening. We had a sight line to the kitchen and you can see that the chef and team enjoyed what they do. We wil be back soon!

Delicious meal with a stunning atmosphere. We got the surf and turn and fettuccine Diablo and both were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. I also got an espresso martini which is a shot in the dark in Mexico but it was delicious. The garden patio setting was calm and relaxing and we saw a lemur. So lovely! 10/10 recommend

This was our favorite meal that my wife and I had during our week in Mexico. She had the catch of the day (sea bass), which was terrific. I had the surf and turf, which also was wonderful. The margaritas were tasty too. One thing is you may want to wear bug spray because the mosquitoes outside were active. Outside of that Tanino's is excellent. In total our meal was about $120 USD, including a well-deserved tip. Be sure to visit if you'd like a memorable meal!

I got married in Puerto Morelos. I was unable to host a private rehearsal dinner at the resort due to party size, so I reached out to Taninos. From the jump Camila the manager was so responsive. I only wanted my guests to have a limited option for dinner choices and wanted to preorder appetizers. She created a personalized menu for my dinner, and even put flowers on the tables. The restaurant garden area is so cute and was the perfect spot for our gathering. The service by Camila and her staff was phenomenal, no one ever waited for drinks. The food was amazing, we had the guac, calamari and the charcuterie for apps and they were all so good, especially the calamari. If you’re going to order an app, get the calamari!! So fresh, and huge rings. For dinner my guests either had the catch of the day (sea bass) or baby ribs. I tried both and they were delicious but I would personally go back daily to eat their ribs, melt off the bone and delicious sauce. For dessert we had the artisanal ice cream that was soo good. The prices were so affordable especially for the quality. My guests raved about the food for days after!! Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and just want to thank Camila and the Tanino’s team!!

Really delicious food and excellent service! I loved that the pre-meal broth was a vegetable broth, rather than fish broth as it is at so many other restaurants. Very tasty and an excellent prelude to the meal! We ordered the Spanish ham and cheese croquettes and they were absolutely fantastic. For my entree I had the pasta pomodoro and, although it was basic, it was really delicious and the portion was huge. Very cute restaurant. Make sure you put on bug spray before visiting though!

We spontaneously walked in here during our stay in Puerto - did not regret it! One of the beast sea bass meals (daily catch)I have eaten, it was out of this world! We also ordered the octopus as starter which was great to share and use for bread dipping. The evening was topped up with music entertainment (Fridays) - can highly recommend!

On my most recent stay in Puerto Morelos I ate here twice. I have been eating at this restaurant since 2016 and it never disappoints. Tanino's is an open-air restaurant with a beautiful backyard. The reception is welcoming and friendly. The staff is well-trained, very gracious and patient. Food is delicious, cooked well, and is inventive. Lots of selections with Mexican and classic preparations. I enjoyed the Beet and Pear Carpaccio, Mushroom Risotto, Pomodoro Pasta with added Shrimp, Conch Carpaccio, and the Shrimp Montaditos. Excellent spot when you are tired of eating the same cockteles, ceviche, fish fillets, and tacos in town, and desire fine dining. This is easily in my "Top Three Best" restaurant in Puerto Morelos. Thank you Ruby, see you again!

My wife and I came here along with our close friend and had a wonderful experience at this fine dining establishment. The atmosphere is intimate and refreshingly quaint, perfect for both romantic dinners and friendly get-togethers. Every dish on the menu is a culinary experiment fusing traditions from multiple different cuisines to create a unique experience, thus begging you to return to try something you missed the first time. Which is exactly what my party ended up doing the next day. Whether you are a gourmand or just a foodie on the hunt for your next fix, Tanino’s will most certainly scratch that itch.

Headline: Incredible atmosphere, staff, kitchen, drinks, food ... conclusion: a must. As it was my birthday, my sister and I wanted to find somewhere special. After our original plan had fallen through, we stumble upon Tanino's...a birthday wish I hadn't yet made came true. The back of the restaurant opens on to a beautiful garden terrace which lends itself to a tranquil atmosphere and perfect setting for the culinary experience that awaits. The food was simply outstanding. While it would be easy to deep dive into each one ... the tuna was simple sensational. The quality of the fish married with the mezcal and orange marinade (we were given extra 😋)...Michelin star quality dish. Our server Jonathan was attentive as well as allowing us to practice some Spanish. He also suggested we could take our bottle of wine home as we headed towards desserts and coffee territory...a Tanino policy that I've rarely experienced but was greatly appreciated. Yet the really quality of service was the evident team ethic as staff were able to interchange without confusion. It was clear from the start the staff were properly trained without them losing their individuality...something confirmed later by the charismatic and engaging Brazilian manager. The added treat of a birthday crepe and a long and engaging chat about the restaurant, staff, as well as an insight into their ethos, was unexpected as it was welcome. Only regret? We didn't have the chance to return before the end of our vacation but I'm positive it won't be the last time if we're anywhere near Puerto Morelos.

We were greeted and seated by a very lovely and friendly staff member. We didn't have a reservation, but we were early enough that we were able to be seated. This was a Wednesday night and there were only 4 tables available. So I recommend making a reservation. The food was fabulous and fresh. They start you off with a small cup of scrumptious vegetable broth. This was a birthday dinner and I was surprised with a dessert and candle. It was a nice touch to a perfect evening. We hope to return for our farewell dinner.

Es un lugar muy muy recomendado, la calidad de los alimentos es sin duda excepcional, el servicio a la mesa es super atento y profesional, hay detalles que le darian un plus a la experiencia, pero en general es un gran lugar.

Un sitio muy chulo en Puerto Morelos. Tiene un jardín muy bonito en la parte de atrás al aire libre perfecto para una cena tranquila y con una decoración muy bonita. A veces tienen música en vivo. La comida es rica y los precios no son excesivos. También sirven cócteles clásicos.

El lugar muy agradable, bonito jardín interior para comer o cenar en un ambiente cómodo y relajado. El filete Mignon muy bueno. La ensalada César realmente muy buena. Las pastas demasiado cocidas, no estaban al dente. Una estrella menos porque el servicio muy pobre, le falta capacitación al personal y posiblemente un poco más de staff. La carta de vinos muy pobre, ya que por el nombre del lugar esperaría que la oferta de vinos fuera mucho mejor. Les resto otra estrella porque sirven el agua mineral o natural de pequeñas botellas de plástico. Espero que aumenten su conciencia ecológica y dejen de utilizar tanto plástico pronto.

Lindo el lugar pero hay pocas opciones vegetarianas. No había jabón para lavar las manos en el baño y aparentemente tampoco en la Cocina. Me quede intranquila con la higiene.

I ordered Fettuccine w/ Chicken and my wife ordered the Grilled Salmon. Her meal was ok, maybe a 7/10… she said it was over salted. Mine was worse. I made an assumption that when I ordered Fettuccine w/ Chicken that it wouldn’t be a RED sauce given none of the Fettuccine plates offered on the menu had a red sauce. I had sean multiple Fettuccini plates leave the kitchen - not one with a red sauce. At the least, maybe they could try to clarify when ordering? Maybe they could come check on the meal after it was delivered? Nope. I didn’t eat it and instead just asked for a to-go box for the whole thing. Maybe a clue to the server I wasn’t happy with the meal? Nope, didn’t say a thing or ever ask once how the meal was. When the server came back with the bill, I asked if all the Fettuccine was served with a red sauce and it seemed to not land with the language barrier. He summoned the manager who came to explain with a condescending tone that OF COURSE the Fettuccine is with a red sauce (even though none on the menu do). He did not offer any solutions nor apologize. I acted calm and with just questions and it seemed to go nowhere.

Beef soup to start in small bowls...included when you order a meal. Delicious broth. Chistorra sausage for an appetizer was phenomenal! We didn't finish it all because we wanted room left for our mains. Speaking of mains, Filet Mignon and Regional Ravioli were both decent at best. The fails were the cook on the beef and the salt levels on the pasta. Asked for medium rare and got medium well and the pasta was too salty. Will we be back? No. We love the environment and the people we're great but when spending 1400 pesos on a meal and some wine you want something delicious. This didn't make it even close to delicious when it came to the mains.

Hoy fui con mi pareja a celebrar nuestro aniversario y puedo comentar que es de las mas desagradables experiencias, nos trataron terriblemente mal, cuando llegamos la señora hosstes o mesa nos comento que demorariamos un poco porque tenian lleno aun así nos quedamos y después ningún mesero se nos acerco par ver la mesa aun asi encargamos de comer y de tomar ( una botella de vino) , llego primero la botella y cuando estábamos tomando nos comentan que no nos pueden dar servicio de comida porque tenían una mesa importante y nosotros con la botella de vino casi llena le comentamos que no había problema pero que nos quitara la botella y no lo quisieron hacer por la dueña que estaba en el establecimiento y nisiquiera una disculpa nos dieron, no soy de comentar estas cosas pero enserió un lugar que no vuelvo a ir es demasiado irrespetuoso primero sentar ala gente y ofrecer servicio y después decir que no tienen para nosotros porque tiene una importante mesa que atender

No puedo creer que tengan este tipo de lugares la señora rubi no sabe tratar al personal menos la dueña del establecimiento nefastooo no vuelvo nuncaaaa SI QUIEREN COMER RICO Y TENER UNA TARDE AGRADABLE NO VENGAN A ESTE LUGAR, NO ES UNA OPCION, NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA !!!!!

La comida no es muy buena, el pulpo estaba muy duro y los camarones no tenían un buen sabor. La atención es un 6 .
