We stayed 5 nights at this very nice hostel, with private rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Simple but functional. The outdoor garden and restaurant are very well-kept and pleasant. The owner, Barbara, is very friendly and helpful. We also had dinner at the restaurant twice, and the food was truly delicious. The food was fresh and made with love. Nothing predictable. Highly recommended.

If you want to escape the monotony of traditional restaurants in Pula, this is the place. There were two of us plus our five-year-old son, and we were finally able to enjoy a quiet dinner because the children's area was right in front of our table. The location is beautiful, with a well-kept lawn and a play area where children can play in full view and there's no risk of them wandering around. Truly excellent cuisine, creative and delicious dishes. I recommend the tartare and the raw fish of the day. The tagliatelle with butter and anchovies are truly top-notch. The fregola with basil chlorophyll and seafood is truly delicious. The entire menu is truly full of surprises. The pinsas are also excellent, with a light dough and top-quality ingredients. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. 100% recommended.

The place is in a strategic location to visit Pula and surrounding area. Free parking, great food (the owner is a Chef!), and incredibly cheap rooms. The garden is well kept and gorgeous. Breakfast is also good. Definitely recommended if you need a cheaper accommodation to visit Sardinia in the summer!

Beautiful location, exceptional service.. my boyfriend and I had the chance to also have dinner at Glemerald and I can say that the restaurant is nothing less than many valued big restaurants in the city center, it’s actually a lot better. Highly recommended! Looking forward to coming back soon!

The Dust ! (Bread and Butter Records)

We ended up at this restaurant almost by chance. The location is beautiful and everything is meticulously crafted. The dishes surprised me; you can taste the quality of the ingredients, the skill in cooking them, and the unexpected combinations. Even my girlfriend, who is usually very picky, was satisfied and had nothing to complain about (I assure you, that doesn't happen often). The seafood fregola was amazing, and the fritto misto was as beautiful as it was delicious. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu, or off-menu, especially since the value is excellent.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property. I was amazed by the attention to detail, the spacious rooms, the cleanliness, and the quality and variety of the restaurant's offerings! The setting is a vast, well-kept garden, a peaceful oasis within the city! It's not far from the main beaches, which are easily accessible. There's also ample parking. We'll be back!

I have rarely experienced so much quality, especially for such affordable prices. We went for dinner twice, we had mostly fish based dishes all fresh and top quality. I loved the raw shrimp starter the ravioli and the mix of catch of the day fire grilled cooked. No detail was overlooked and the service was very good. I also recommend to try their homemade carasau dessert which I found special. Top notch!!!

È un hostel carino e moderno, le stanze ed il bagno in camera sono ampi, dotate di biancheria e climatizzatore, essendo un hostel mancano phon, set cortesia, tv e frigobar. La colazione sufficiente anche se essenziale e ripetitiva. Ottima la pizza, disponibili diverse specialità, anche se tempi d'attesa un po' lunghi. Ampio parcheggio fronte hotel e posizione ideale tra le più belle spiagge. Da migliorare la pulizia sotto i letti. Ci ritornerei e lo consiglio per l'ottimo prezzo considerata l'alta stagione!!!

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights and it was a real surprise! The hostel is clean and comfortable, very close to the center of Pula and has ample outdoor parking. The garden area is beautiful, with games and green spaces, and everything is very well-kept. Hotel-like services are provided, including daily room cleaning and towel changes upon request. The on-site bar offers a good breakfast. The rooms are simple and basic, but always very clean. A special mention to the young man who welcomed us at check-in and at breakfast, always smiling and helpful! See you next time!

The food is really good and the price is comparatively affordable. The helpings are huge (we had 2 fried fish shared in 4/5) and, on another occasion, roasted fish for 2 shared in 4/5. The first courses were delicious. The desserts were superb...especially "millefoglie con pane carasau caramellato" , full of fresh fruit. Hope we can repeat the experience next year ! The staff was young and very kind ! Only flaw: there were lots of mosquitoes...they have to put "zampironi" all around the place.

Wonderful holiday!!! We stayed 5 days at this property towards the end of July. My husband, I, and 3 daughters. A very nice place, especially the well-kept garden. The rooms are simple but clean (the only thing missing was a TV). And if I may recommend a drying rack for our swimsuits, I'd recommend a very friendly and organized staff, starting with the owner and the waiters. The restaurant is very good, and the pizza is delicious. I only recommend adding a children's menu, such as a cutlet or hamburger with fries. The breakfast was excellent, and the lady who prepared it for us was very kind and friendly. And she spoiled my daughters with Nutella ☺️. The location is excellent for reaching beautiful beaches. The property has a shared fridge and a shared freezer where you can store water or fresh food. ...You can find umbrellas available for guests. Excellent value for money... I recommend it!!

La struttura è bella, poco distante dal centro di Pula, in una zona molto silenziosa. C'è un ampio parcheggio al tuo intorno, quindi non ha problemi a trovare un posto auto. La struttura al suo interno è piena di verde, con piante e un giardino molto ben curato. Al contrario invece le camere non erano pulite bene, e a volte i dipendenti si perdevano in un bicchier d'acqua quando facevamo delle domande riguardanti la struttura e i servizi offerti. La cena al ristorante interno è stata molto buona, hanno una ottima pizza e ottimo pesce.

Ristorante super... Le 2 stelle sono dovuta alla camera dell'ostello che è minimalista in tutto (nella pulizia, nel bagno poco funzionale, in particolare la doccia, nella mancanza di qualsiasi kit di cortesia e phon) tranne che nel prezzo. Minimal anche la colazione (cornetto, prugna, pacchetto di fette biscottate, marmellata + nutella monoporzione e caffè) che andrebbe anche bene se non fosse che il cornetto ce lo si trova sul piatto già prima di arrivare, che sia alle 8 o alle 10, all'aria aperta senza alcuna copertura. Consiglierei quindi di abbassare i prezzi o di fare più attenzione a questi particolari considerando che nella stessa vacanza abbiamo soggiornato in BB e alberghi di zone limitrofe spendendo anche la metà del prezzo pagato al Glemerald avendo un servizio di gran lunga migliore. Peccato perché ripeto che il ristorante offre dei piatti veramente ottimi e con una particolare attenzione ai dettagli che nel resto manca.

Fine settimana terribile. Letti super Scomodi, ambiente sporco. Impossibile nel 2024 trovare dei letti cosi economici! Cuscini da pochi euro. Camera esposta a sud con sole diretto , impossibile riposare per la luce. Nessuna TV, niente frigo. Tende sporche, supporto doccia rotto, porte circolanti come i letti Ikea.. le bocchette d'aerazione sporche, con "lanetta"rivoltante. Le foto della sedia piena di peli era della zona comune...cosi da venerdi a domenica..la tenda I materassi e la bacchetta di aerazione sono della camera ....così come la porta finestra senza tapparella..ho chiesto di essere spostato di camera, ma mi è stato detto che erano tutte cosi...invece ho potuto vedere che le altre almeno avevano le tapparelle... per il prezzo non l'ho stabilito io .. e comunque sia non sono io a dover chiedere di avere una camera pulita ,credo sia il minimo indispensabile per poter accogliere qualcuno.

I never write reviews, but I just had to share. The restaurant service was attrocious. Me and my wife waited for 20 minutes at the table for someone to come up and ask if we were planning to eat/drink there. Then we waited another 10 minutes for the server to bring a plate and some cuttlery. Then another 15 minutes for someone to bring a menu, which we never got, until finally we simply gave up and left. Each time the server came up to us he looked incredibly annoyed, as if we weren't supposed to be there. You're probably thinking that the place was busy, so maybe it is just bad timing on our end. Well it was not, there were four occupied tables in total.
