The Service was extremely quick, the burgers were hot and fresh off the grill. There was a very brief wait to order. The seating area was open and spacious to accommodate the guests.

Orders take a few minutes and that's great because they're always fresh. Love this place! The staff are always super friendly too! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Nothing differentiates this location from others that I saw in my short visit, which isn't bad because all of the ones I have been to have been great. Staff was friendly. They made an honest mistake on my order, and were happy and quick to fix it immediately. Much appreciated.

Okay if you really love fries you are going to love this place. You always get extra "bag fries" with every fry order. There are tons of add-ons for the hamburgers and grilled cheese. Also hotdogs and in season,shakes. Also a great selection of soft drinks. And free peanuts, so be careful of allergies.

Was really good and made quickly. They have the soda machine that allows you to make your soda the way you want it with free refills. Got a cheeseburger with added stuff and it was great. I would come back here again. Also, the chocolate milkshakes are also great!

Excellent service. Went for lunch, the cashier was helpful and explained the options. Another employee came by half way through our burgers to ask how everything was and if we needed anything else. On the way out we heard yet another employee tell his coworkers about another group on its way in, so they would be ready to take the order. Superb, thank you to the employees working lunch on Sunday, Aug 13.

Employees are fantastic, wait is always reasonable and quality is always spot on. Great replacement to the long wait times just to get a meal out that isn’t typical fast food. Honestly, most of the to-go at those places sucks as bad as the wait. Come here get better food and better service.

tonight I went to Five Guys and ordered dinner for my family , I was politely told my wait was going to Be 30 to 45 minutes and if I wanted to still make my order I could, they offered to bring my dinner out to my car I was out there waiting for no more than 10 minutes if that and my dinner was brought write out to me I like the fact that they made me a priority this is a great place and their customers very well oh, they seem very busy so good job to the manager Larry i think is his name and his team, And as busy as they were i even heard him tell his team that they were doing a great job, alot of places you either see the manager running around like a chicken with his head cut off or just hiding in the back but no not here. So I would like to thank you guys for doing a great job keep it up

Love this place. Great from the second you walk in and they greet you. Quick to take your order and just as quick to throw your burgers on the grill. Big burgers with all the fixins you'd want. It's definitely a better deal if you do get toppings since they don't cost extra. Free peanuts are a nice touch. May sound silly but they have a nice soda machine with a larger than average selection (it seems, but maybe I was in awe..) and a fancy touch screen. I'm not a skin on my fries kinda person either but there good and usually crispy. Expensive but worth the price in my opinion. The burgers are really friggin good.

Five Guys makes a great burger and everyone knows how awesome their prepared to order, hand-cut fries are, but... I rarely ever hear anyone talking about their hot dogs. IMHO, the all beef, Kosher (Hebrew National) hot dogs honestly deserve equal attention. They start by splitting them down the center, then perfectly grilling them along with the buttery frankfurter style bun that they're served in. They are also customizable with your choice of any/all of the same delicious toppers that they offer for the burgers. One of my favorites is the bacon cheese dog with grilled onions and a bit of mustard... soooo good! Our feeling overall is that if you're someone who really, really enjoys great burgers, hot dogs and fries that are all freshly prepared (in-house) every single day, Five Guys will not let you down!

I drive 3h30 from montreal everytime i come here, i get THE BEST SERVICE EVER! I have NEVER got a service as good, anywhere ive ever been, the employees are amazingly welcoming and nice, smiling, put a positive atmosphere in the place and the food is also veryy good. I would give 10 stars out of 5 if i could.

Very clean. Fast paced service. They give you the OG Five Guys fries amount. One large cup and an extra scoop. Never a long wait. One of the better Five Guys locations I've been to.

Always a great experience. Was happy to see I could get a lettuce wrapped burger. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. The tables in the dining room could have used a little more attention.

Although it is a chain line business, I am never disappointed by this particular Five Guys Burgers and Fries. They are very quick, the restaurant it self is always clean, and the staff is all very friendly. The Fries are by far my favorite!

Online ordering works every time, my order is always hot and correct, and a lot of the employees really seem to enjoy working there! The inside and outside are always clean, with a decent enough place outside with tables. For only myself it's usually about a dollar or two more than other places and I'd honestly call it fair if it were a few more than that.

My grandson treated the whole family to dinner on Friday night. The crew behind the counter & in front of the counter were great! So patient & helpful with our orders. Hamburgers & fries were amazing!

It's a great place to eat, the staff has always been awesome - even if I walk through the doors as soon as they open - I can't really say enough nice things about them. As far as the food goes I'm there for the burgers, sorry if it's to greasy for some people but that just means it's real food, and not some frankin meat with more chemicals than you can shake a periodic table at.

This place is always clean, with quick service with a smile. They will take any sort of custom order without fuss, such as a veggie sandwich with extra EVERYTHING, or a large order of fries with some Cajun spice on the side. Bonus star for unlimited free peanuts!

I frequent this establishment. One of my most inescapable vices. As far as the franchise goes, five guys is relatively consistent everywhere I've been. Locally, these guys are great. If I've ever had food that wasn't up to my exact liking, it was refunded and on top of that made over again. Only negative is a few times they've been out of certain sodas at peak times, or had technical difficulties with automated soda machines. Milkshakes, burgers, fries, and even hot dogs are all great!

I love 5 guys in general but I was really impressed with this location. Very clean and the staff was on point. Friendly and efficient. I could tell they really cared about what they were putting out. The burger was juicy and tasted really good!

My first time there. When I told the cashier guy, he was super-helpful and friendly. Got a shake and a regular cheeseburger. They cook to order, it looks like, and it didn't take too long. Good burger, good shake. I was a bit worried about a greasy burger, being fresh-cooked, but it was not at all. There's also something with peanuts that I noticed, but do not know about. Recommended.

Amazing customer service. Larry, the Manager was great had a problem and they remade my burger to perfection and actually cared about what they're sending out to customers. Very impressed will be back. Also food and milkshakes are amazing! Staff was attentive and really keeping the place clean. Larry is also super attentive checking on his customers making sure things are done.

I am in love. I got a double bacon cheese burger. Plain and just the seasoning on the burger was amazing. They were juicy cooked perfectly and the taste sent my taste buds to heaven. The fries were fresh. Not over salted. They were a absolute perfect match for the amazing burger. Five Star, Two thumbs, and a A+++ for service. Highly recommend.

The young lady at the register was friendly and honest. She gave me appropriate answers for my questions. My order was filled perfectly. And now to my order: You made it so awesome. It was delicious. We didn't even wait to leave the parking lot before destroying it. Their food is filling and I don't feel nasty after so eat it. They offer shakes and there are 2 digital soda machines that have and ridiculous amount of options for drinks. Go crazy. Their fries Cajun or Regular are crispy wonderful which is a must for me. I went to a Five Guys in Utica and was very unimpressed. Decided to give this one a try and was very happy. The burger I ordered was well seasoned and tasted great. The fries were cooked and salted perfectly and the fountain drinks were really good as well. The only issue I have with Five Guys is the cost. $18 for a burger, fries and drink is pretty steep, but from my experience here, very much worth it.

Two of our grandkids wanted to eat lunch at Five Guys. So, we all met there. Grandkids were able to get a burger in lettuce wrap. My wife got a bunless burger, I had a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato,& grilled onions. We shared a large fry. Wow, the food is fresh and exceptionally good!

I'm assuming you already know how good Five Guys is, the review is for this location. I was eating here with my family and one of the staff took a real interest in my kids and started talking to them and helping me keep them in there seats when my wife was in the bathroom. She was really sweet and told my son all about how the french fries are fresh cut every morning and answered all his questions. It's always good to eat at places that higher good people

Probably the best 5 Guys I've ever eaten at. The service was good, the food was amazing, the restrooms were clean and BOTH of their beverage machines worked and had all flavors available. Quality establishment and delicious food.

I visited here June 16th with 100% grass-fed beef in my hand. I asked the gentleman behind the counter for some vegetables for a burger, as I have started to eat high quality meat again. While I personally wouldn't eat the meat here when I have other choices available, I personally would come here many times back when I was in Florida. And I have to say that out of all the best burger joints smashburger and five guys are the best. They did me a solid by giving me onions, green peppers, tomatoes, and pickles. I was able to make two wonderful 100% grass-fed burgers yesterday and I was able to use vegetables that were given to me to make them so very good. I added Coleman's mustard, and I added some ketchup. Absolutely Divine burgers. Thank you guys so much, and as they know I sent out a note about Jesus and different things, which I have attached here. I hope you all have a great day and may God bless you.

My family went on a trip to the great escape lodge and as we were leaving stopped at 5 guys. We saw they were pretty busy and expected a long wait, but with the communication of the staff working and team work they knocked everyone’s orders out with ease and we waited no longer than 10 mins for 4 burgers and 2 large fries. I was pleased with the service at this location and would definitely go back again

The burgers here taste great and the ingredients are top notch. Fries are also great. But it feels pricy. $60+ for a family of 5 for what amounts to fast food. And we shared drinks.

Awesome burgers with multiple no extra charge items. But with $$$ burgers some stuff should be free. $26 for 1 reg burger and 1 single burger. I'd go more often but this was way too expensive for my budget.

Normally Five Guys is great. On this one occasion, they somewhat forgot about my order even though it was very simple. That's the only reason I subtract one star. Otherwise, their food didn't disappoint and their staff was very friendly and kind.

Service was great, and order came out in a timely manner. Food was nice for the price and a much better option than the McDonald's down the road! The milkshakes were fantastic as well.

Was excited to try the food. Read good reviews. Disappointed - the fries were cold and soggy. The burgers just thrown on the bun and the soda needed to be changed in both machines. All in all don't believe the hype.

Never really had a terrible experience here, I have come here often. However, I sat next to the front door, and there was a smell of dirty mop water there. Ruined my appetite, unfortunately. I didn't see one anywhere, and I only knew that smell from my experience working in kitchens.

First time I noticed that bacon was weird consistency. Like chewy and stringy not crunchy and tasty as it normally is. Great service and super busy. They set the standard for a great burger in my opinion.

This location used to be a really good Five Guys location. However, my last trip there was at 9:30pm one weeknight. The staff was very unmotivated and moved at a zombie-like pace when it came to making the orders for the patrons. All the patrons waited for approximately 12 minutes for their food, which I know is not standard for Five Guys. Our milkshakes were somehow bland; no peanut butter flavor to be found. Our regular fries were also terribly overcooked and covered in Cajun seasoning that we didn't order and barely any salt. Glad we don't have an allergy, a mistake like that could really mess someone up. Our burgers were okay overall. To top it all off, the unmotivated and slow staff picked up the pace for closing procedures. Overall, it was an unwelcoming and dissatisfactory experience that has lost myself and my fiance as customers for this location. Easily the worst Five Guys experience I have had in recent years.

Food is good but make sure you get all your fries and not just 6 dollars of fries in a small cup. Not happy . I should have look before leaving.

I go to five guys all the time. Awesome food. On may 21 I stopped in and bought some food. The food was terrible. Workers to busy screwing off. Didn't put the bacon and mushrooms on my burger. My burger was chard. Lettuce was wilted. French fries were old and usually we get a good portion of large fries but didn't even fill the cup half full. First time this has happened usually awesome food. Don't know why but very unsatisfied. Spend $40.00 to just throw it away. Only 3 people working.

Past few times were great but my most recent experience was 5 dudes in a kitchen talking and chilling and me not getting helped with a pickup until like 6 minutes after I came in and was at the counter. I've had Five Guys many times over the years and it Was always a treat, from their Impressive organization, fast service, and DELICIOUS food, hands down. This last time, I got the little cheeseburger and shared a large fry (which are fried perfectly to my taste and in peanut oil) with my son. The only shocker was that there were no extra fries dumped in the bag. Not sure if they stopped doing that or if it was an oversight but it was the biggest reason I went back time and time again.

Five guys was generally a bit dirty inside. Freestyle soda machine lacked about half of offerings. Food insanely overpriced. I'd say the quality is a bit better than something like Wendy's or McDonald's. Overall, I rate five guys 2 stars. If you don't care about price, I'd recommend the bacon cheeseburger. That is the only dish that stood out to me.

This was my first visit to Five Guys, and it was hugely disappointing. The fries were undercooked, and two orders were dumped into one bag, which made dividing them a nuisance. The idea of so many options for burgers is fantastic, but even though we ordered different sizes, we couldn't tell which was which. With lots of toppings, I can understand it falling apart. However, my bun was so soggy that everything completely fell apart. I think if we had ordered individually, it might have been marginally better.

This place used to be the best place to get a burger in the Glens Falls area. Those days are over sadly. The food quality has taken the biggest hit burgers are sloppy and overly dry.

This location wreaks of BAD MANAGEMENT. If you call ahead of time they'll treat the order like a joke and you'll wait longer than if just show up to order in person. I sat there for 20 mins watching them serve all the people that walked in after me. Saw them make one of my burgers and prep the other one just to let them sit there while they made/served 8 other burgers that were behind me in line. Absolute joke. I'm usually pretty understanding about fast food. But these guys are all clowns. Whoever manages this location should be replaced immediately.

Went with cousin, first time at this location. Last time I dined at a Five Guys was 10 years ago. We both ordered a little bacon cheeseburger with extra free fixings, shared a small fry, & a lemonade, bill came to $29+. Store was busy on a Saturday at 4:30 pm. Plenty of employees, but order line was long, & dining area was a mess. Tables were dirty, the place was packed. No one cleaned the dining area or replenished the ketchup, containers or lids, while we were there for an hour. Other customers opened the cabinet to get ketchup containers & lids out. The cooks were hustling! The cashier was going as fast as he could. He kept apologizing for the wait to place orders. There should have been a second cashier on duty. We waited 15+ minutes for our food to be prepared. Our fries were hot, but the burgers were barely warm & tasteless. I will not go back to Five Guys for another 10 years, if ever.

Very expensive. $60 dollars for 3 people. Wasn't all that. Had burgers at mcdonnalds better than this. Plain like hospital food. Nothing to write home about. They were more interested in giving me famous peanuts. It sucks.

Asked why I can't get a burger cooked the way I like. All I got was corporate double talk. Because we cook it well done and juicy. That robotic response didn't impress me. The fries are ok but I can go the The New Way Lunch and get ones just as good. Will rather support a local restaurant that the corporate new comers. Better to have a waitperson who can answer honestly than repeat a memorized corporate response. Might as well go to Wendy's or Burger King.

Very disappointing. Service has gone down the drain in the Queensbury store. Be AWARE. I ordered medium fries. I looked in my bag and they gave me a small cup with a few fries. Shame! Are they too lazy to make additional fries?The quantity and customer service is horrible. Too little fries for the $$$. I was ripped off. I am not the only customer complaining. Look at prior reviews. Shame on yourself. Customers are not getting what they want. Calling the headquarters next. This place is being poorly managed.

This has to be the worst 5 Guys me and my family have ordered from. Shame on me for thinking the third times a charm. 3 seperate delivery orders have been messed up. No fries with the first order. Small fry larger than a large order of fries on the second. And in all three deliveries the bags were not sealed properly. When we called to ask protocol they admitted the bags should be sealed. Then blamed it on DoorDash when there were clearly no stickers even present on the bags. Needless to say we won’t be giving them any more business.

Ordered thru doordash and received the food within 10 minutes. It was obvious they precooked everything way before hand. NOTHING WAS HOT. Burgers were luke warm at best. Always heard horrible things about this 5 guys in particular, never had a problem before this.

Never been. Had to try it out. Waited, along with about 12 others, for 30 minutes to get our food. The kitchen, right in front of us, looked in complete disarray. Food all over the kitchen floor, all over the restaurant floor. Grimy, icky tables. Not once in the 30 minute wait did I see any employee address the slovenliness of the place. And for all that, we go to pay $54 for two cheeseburgers, one small fires, and two shakes. What a rip-off joke. This is usury and the place is a filthy, disgusting sight. WE WILL NEVER, EVER SET FOOT IN THIS HORRIBLE RETAURANT, AGAIN.

They didn't give a cup with the large fires the burgers tasted weird and they forgot my jalapeños on my burger. There were two tables with multiple adults yelling to make them selves heard! The music was so loud!!! I try not to read people's mind, but really, what person had the business gravitas to make every 5 guys in the capital region go "we hate you" and require their managers to run their shops this way. I don't see myself spending anymore money here! This music in the parking lot 40 ft away was too loud. Try other strip malls, there is good food everywhere.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered 2 burgers, and 2 fries. Food came out less than 5 minutes. That's fast but that being said. Meat was completely dry and old! And thin! 10 dollars for a burger and that's the quality you're giving? Nah. Never again. They have always been expensive but that's ok because you were getting good quality food. Not anymore. No different than burger king! Gross.
