Got mac and cheese with a group who also got chicken and potatoes. All the food was really good and the guy who served us was fast and friendly. This KFC had great guest service, the place was really clean and well maintained. All products for guests were stocked and ready for use. I would suggest this KFC to any of my friends.

My friend and I came here after a good day at the gym. The employees were fantastic and very fast and extremely nice. The food extraordinary, exquisite, there are no words in the world to describe how this chicken made me feel. Not only the chicken but once you add a bit of spice, aka KFC sauce, you’re in heaven. Nice fast service. They always keep the place clean. I like their chicken especially when it's crispy. We seem to go later at night, so sometimes there are other things. Like this last time we went they were out of the chocolate chip cookies, so they substituted another dessert with our meal.

Pulled up at 9:57 not expecting food, left as to not bother staff who had likely cleaned. manager came out asking “Yall wanna eat or what”. 10/10 service, 10/10 food better than anything mcdonalds next door could have provided.

Great experience. Even though it was busy staff kept things moving, for was ready in a reasonable time, and friendly staff, only thing is they were out of a few dips. Overall good experience and good food for the cost.

This KFC location is great. I went a couple minutes after they opened on a Tuesday, they immediately took our order and were nice about it too. They quickly whipped up some hot chicken and made sure everything was correct. The building was also more clean than lots of other KFC locations. 10/10

Ordered online for pickup - our order was ready and waiting for us at our specified time and the food was delicious. The only thing we were missing was the BBQ sauce and plates that were supposed to come with our order, but no biggie. Overall, a great experience.

Sarah, you freakin nailed it tonight! This lady was awesome, she went above and beyond, and her and the team made sure I got extra gravy! Like, over everything. I'm a glutton for gravy, and it really made my night! Keep up the kind service. Its what keeps me coming back.

When that finger licking desire kicks in they’ve always managed to satisfy my cravings. Sometimes they may get an order wrong but sometimes could’ve been partially my fault. But none the less always easily & quickly fixed. Sure do miss the buffet they used to have. But sadly people took advantage of it & ruined it for the rest of us.

KFC is my mom's favorite fast food. She won't eat anywhere else! I always hit the drive through, every time I'm nearby, to pick up what she likes. The staff is efficient, courteous, and accurate in their orders. We are always satisfied with our experience here.

I was a dine in this afternoon and I experienced a very pleasant group of young ladies. I don't know all their names but I remember one her name was Brianna, she was very professional and understanding about my allergies and diet restrictions. The ladies were vibing to their own rhythm doing their work. The other two were very sweet when handing my order to me. Overall I'll come back here for them. Definitely a great experience to see and hear some one who isn't miserable at their jobs and takes it out on the customers. Thank you for hiring these ladies kfc. My companion and I placed our order. Before I could get the change in my bag....our food was waiting at the end of the counter! Service Plus today at 1:30 on a Wednesday. The chicken tenders were moist and tasty. Cooked right! The dark 2 piece meal was cooked perfect. The entrance is a pain to get to. But the food was worth it.

Look...I like this place...but good lord some days it's mind numbing...the purpose of online ordering is so you don't have to wait...but they give priority to the drive thru and then get annoyed at you for waiting forever....I don't want to give them too hard a time because most ppl there are nice...but I don't want to lie to you about what you are getting yourself into either...your best bet Is probably the drive thru...just depends on how busy they are

Food was great, staff did what they had to do. Place was clean but bathroom was funky. I know, I can't expect these days for the bathroom to smell at least clean. But that was the only slight downfall. Otherwise great.

Good food if you can get it. The service is quite slow, but the food is always hot. It's disappointing that the employees are always smoking beside your car in the drive-thru lineup. Still, old reliable for food option though - all through 2020 and 21! And the service at this location is WAY better than Saratoga!!

The food was good and fast. Place was clean. I don't remember ever having KFC fries before but these were terrific. I could have eaten them all night. I would have given 5 stars but I seldom do that so 4 is pretty good in my book.

We did a mobile order. Went in to pick up, the bag was tied so we took it back to the hotel then opened. When we opened the fries were missing and all sauces. I wasn’t too concerned with the sauce but I did call about the fries as it was 2large fries. When I called they said we can come pick it up and that was fine we did. I would just say definitely check your orders before leaving so you don’t have to make another trip especially if you have kids or to tired.

You really need to check your order before you leave the restaurant but is hard to do from a drive thru so then you get home and are missing items from your order that you paid for can be frustrating. The quality of the chicken was not up to its usual standards hope that was a fluke?

The food is good for fast food. I really think the restaurants need better upper management. There's a huge special on Mac & Cheese with chicken in it. There are national advertisements, yet all local NY stores are out of it. You've always carried these food items separately. Why aren't you stocked properly when you advertise a huge promotion? Also your staff is so short handed and overworked. I actually left the Saratoga store and went to the Queensbury store. Saratoga had no one available at the inside counter. Again where's the manager or the district manager for support?

I have to give a 50/50 on the KFC here. Ordering in seems to be better than take-out here, but for some time this location didn't have eat-in or walk in options, and was exclusively drive-thru only. Had a weird order inaccuracy for a delivery order once, but since its been fine. I'm rating 3 stars due to some pretty high prices for food quantity right now you receive, and that order inaccuracy I mentioned.

They gave me part of my order along with someone else's order. When I brought the part back that wasn't mine. I had to wait for the rest of mine and the customer whose order they gave me. Was mad and immediately asked for a refund because she wasn't waiting another 20 minutes for new food because she wasn't taking what I brought back. They were slow and having an off day.

Prices are high for the amount of food you get. Plus, they have no kids' meals, so they are forced to get the expensive meals for kids yet kid sized amounts. Staff was about average. Food came quick and tasted good. Could change the fryer grease, though.

We got to KFC on a Friday night around 8:00 pm. There were 2 screens so we could order. The one on the right kept freezing on me. Finally, someone showed up at the counter and finally asked if we wanted to order. It took half an hour to get food. Tables were not cleaned, and neither where the drinks area.

Okay before I say something that I didn't like I will start with good. The food is delicious and atmosphere was pretty good tables were pretty dirty but with just a wipe down you could fix it. Okay time for the bad part one of the workers which I don't know the name had like a ski mask which doesn't matter I was just describing him. He threw are bag of food at us and just walked back but the other worker that was cleaning was pretty nice.

Didn't get the right amount of chicken the biscuits where Stone Cold and hard the gravy was watered down as I put it on the potatoes it looked as if it was water colored water so that was sitting around 2 chicken with cold but I can't get through to them with a phone call because they took the phone off the hook. How hard is it to pack food into a paper bag so the bag can actually close? Cole slaw, biscuits, potatoes, gravy, 6 cookies and large fries all in one small brown bag filled to the top and fries were at the tip top already cold when I was handed my order. Told the worker my fries were cold because bag can not close and he handed me another bag. Miss fries being in a closed box now they're in an open fry box like McD.

I usually love KFC but this one does not live up to the reputation of the company. The chicken itself lacked flavour and the coating was not as good as the other stores. The lady who served us was helpful to a certain extent but overall I was not impressed.

Update 4 years later... this place cant full a sumple order. Order tenders and they cant even put the sauce in the order. Called and the manager will only compensate the mess up with 2 sauce in next visit. Very disappointed in this visit. Asked for all dark meat and was refused all dark meat and instead I got only one thigh and they gave an extra breast(white meat). It took almost 10 extra minutes to get extra crispy legs. Yet 2 cars behind us were served. very upset about being served a chicken extra breast and leaving out the thigh I should have gotten. I wouldnt of ordered if they were going to cheat me out of what I should of gotten.

I am not happy with one of the female workers I do not know her name but she has long black hair and does not seem like the friendly type. She was in the bathroom in the handicap stall on her phone as you can see from the shadow from the lights . She must have overheard me and my mom talking about there not being any toilet paper she was very quiet didn't say anything. I walked out because I cannot use the bathroom if there is nothing to wipe with. My mom said she was waiting to wash her hands and as soon as my mom walked out she came out too so she did not wash her hands. And then she was serving food with no gloves on as well as giving me a dirty look because of me complaining of her bad customer service. She should be fired or warned. I am not happy!! UPDATE: The food made me sick, and their biscuits with the cinnamon stuff on them were hard, the tables were dirty and there was bones on the floor as well as other trash. They are not cleanly at all, and the same lady that is missing a tooth was still not wearing gloves while handling the food. It was probably the worst experience ever that I have had at a fast food place. I would not eat there again.

The drive thru was closed for whatever reason so I had to go inside to order. There were six people ahead of me and after waiting at least ten minutes the line never moved at all. They hadn't even taken the order from the first person on line. Three of us left. This location is very poorly managed. The food is generally good and the staff tries their best but this is an ongoing problem. Pretty disappointing!

I ordered to mash potato bowls and got home to find only mashed potatoes no gravy; cheese,chicken. When I go back to get my correct order I have to wait in the drive through again as they have the doors locked. I tried calling multiple times with nobody answers the phone. Not very good service

It was like walking into a morgue. People we unfriendly and it took 20 minutes to get my meal. That was after it sat at the end of the line. When other guests started to question what was going in and why was taking so long all we were told was "I dont know". Terrible customer service

On Saturday 5/29/21 This location did not tell anyone that there ice machine wasn't working so the soda was so warm.when I asked them where the ice was I got oh r ice machine is not working.i asked why they don't tell people when they order a drink.all we got for a answer was oh well and the lady shut the drive thru window. My food was thrown together not even all that spouse to be in fill up bowls. Went in to order alot of food for my employees at work i had 3 seperate orders we order all time from kfc...the lady behind counter was very new and i knew having her try to ring all seperate orders would be bad.. so i order the food get all the way back to my job just to find out that were missing part of our order...so i called kfc and spoke with manager on duty and the lady told me that she rememebrs my order but lady behind register didnt ring in another 2 for 6 order...so we were missing 6 more tenders...her final resposne was well at least u got what you paid for...she didnt even offfer to make to it right. Not happy one bit

The worst customer service ever! Just went through the drive thru and got 3 famous bowls and a side of Cole slaw and 2 drinks. Pulled up to window and sat there for no joke 5-10 minutes with nobody coming to window to take payment give drinks or even say hello it will be a minute for your meal! Then when she finally came to the window to take payment and give drinks she never gave the price again or even said hello and walked away when it all went through with another few minutes of waiting for food . When she gave the food still no hello or anything handed the food and I had to speak up to ask for receipt since I couldn't get when she walked away! Rediculous!! The only thing that was good was the food

The staff was friendly, but the food was depressing. The friend chicken was extremely soggy and was so pale, parts of it didn’t even have breading. The chicken on the sandwich was also a soggy mess, they slapped on a heap of sauce on it and threw it together in a pile, it was falling apart before a bite was taken. There are so many other fast food establishments on this road it’s not worth it to attempt to eat the food here and waste your money.

We had no sauce even when we specifically asked for some. And when we did their was a old lady who looks crusty that said "im sure you have more sauce than wings now". It was really horrible service. Honestly it looks like they need younger people in their that can actually handle the pressure of fast food work. We had to wait in line twice. For 20 minutes. Seriously you guys need to work on you're fast food service. This is the worst kfc in the area for sure.

I just ordered $80 worth of food with uber eats. My delivery was great. But Wanted extra crispy chicken and didn’t get that got the original recipe then got 2 breasts not even cooked. Now cant even get through the phone. Unreal. 6/5/20@645pm

We walked in and 4 people working there passed by us three times all of them ignoring us as if we weren't there. We usually spend 150 as we have three seperate orders and they have lost our business entirely. Extremely rude to ignore people when you have one job and that is to take a customer's order. Countless times we had issues with drive thru forcing us to go inside just to be ignored. Shameful.

This KFC location is consistently slow, especially the drive thru. They make excuses about other customers or new people, but it's all the time. There's definitely something wrong with the way this place is run. We just spent a half hour in the drive thru and then the girl said we gave the wrong amount of money and forgot about our drinks. Never going back. Too many screw ups too often.

I experienced blatant first class discrimination by Walter who Refused me service!!! People of color beware- he denied me service and threatened to spit on my food! Unacceptable in this day and age yet he continues to work at an establishment that is supposed to serve the general public!!! Totally disgusting and unacceptable .

I came to KFC to make an order for my family with 45 mins before closing. The car in front of me was wanting to order 7 smash bowls and was told that he was only allowed to order 4 because they had no more chicken and they refused to make more because they were closing. A $30 that was cut in half to $19 I heard it because I was in drive thru behind them. When I pulled up to the ordering box I was told they had no chicken but only 4 tenders and possibly some sides and they weren't making any more food because they were closing. With all due respect I worked for many fast food restaurants and the max on fried chicken is about 6-8 min cook times. I was coming to buy two family bundles and extra sides. An order well over $60. And yes that is a bit crazy paying that much but I work overnights and don't have much time to cook big meals before heading to work and this really inconvenienced me tonight. I've never been rejected for an order like this before. I've had this happen at this location multiple times and I'm now saying something. I give multiple chances before I write a review. Something needs to be done.

Went to this KFC when I was around 12 years old. The guy at the counter had blue hair and no teeth. He also had his faimly AT THE KFC also sitting and eating. I went with my sister and we were starving and just wanted to eat in peace. The guy proceeded to walk over and talk about his twin nieces asking if we thought they were cute. The children kept staring at us with a creepy smile the entire time. He would not leave us alone and kept proceeding to keep asking if we thought they “cute” for an unreasonable amount of time.We were very uncomfortable because we (personally) did not find the kids cute, but rather creeping us out. We did say we the kids were “adorable” even though we were totally lying and just wanted him to get away from us. We will never forget this experience and still get freaked out just thinking about it. As of present time they still always mess up my order still. Recently I went in to order and the lady kept explaining the type of chicken sandwich I was getting and kept confirming if I wanted the sandwich chicken sandwitch still for ten minutes.

Ordered online for pickup, no direction on how to pick it and lobby was closed. Got in the building after several attempts trying to call. Employees looked up at me and ignored me for about 10 minutes. Then finally had enough of being ignored, and finally got a employees attention and got my order. Got home and discovered several condiments from the order weren’t there. I will never go back very disappointed, if you want to be ignored and treated rudely highly recommended the place

Every time I come, it's a ridiculously long wait. In the drive through. Last time I was here, it was 17 minutes. With one car ahead of me. This time. Two cars. I get to order box and they ask me to hold on to order. I'm writing this review at the order box! That's how long I have been waiting! I pulled up at 6:10! It's now 6:25.... And just place my order.

The last two visits to the take out window was a great disappointment. First time the chicken seem to be a day old and biscuits where dry and stale. The second time the chicken was not great and the biscuits where rock hard. Unbeatable food. I complained to the corporative after a number of emails with a number of question they seen me a five dollars coupon. Like the time I wasted and the product was worth five dollars. They have lost a lifetime customer. DON'T EAT HERE!

Never got to order my food there was no one on the register, customers were completely ignored. After waiting almost 20 minutes

Worst dining experience I've ever had, the food is usually good. This time, I couldn't find any clean tables to sit at. I also had to guess which order was mine, the staff just set it on the counter and walked away. The bottom bun on my sandwich was also very soggy. I won't be returning to this location again, very disappointed.

Placed an online order and some items were missing. I tried calling to ask if I could have my order fixed , I got hung up on. I went in person to explain the situation and the lady was rude and didn't fix the problem.

I only took a 4 tenders combo and it took 16 minutes to get it even if the restaurant was empty. They were like 5 too. While not a single worker was wearing a net. One was in crocs.

Never in my life have I had chicken so tough that I could not chew it. Over cooked no taste .I went back to tell them they offered to change it .I changed 1 piece the worst one for another was almost has tough. My jaws and teeth hurt afterwards my kids wasted theirs they could not chew it. Tables were dirty NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM KFC they are gone to hell. What a shame they were so good back in the days when the boss was alive.

I always went to the KFC in Queensbury but yesterday, October 28, I was disappointed by the girl called MANDY who attacked us in a rude manner. After we had paid for 2 chicken orders with French fries and 2 salads, they didn't give us the fries. We went to complain and the girl took the bill from us and threw it on the table. She rudely took a salad from us and started insulting us. If the manager is seeing this, please, I recommend that he send that girl to study customer service. Because it's really a shame that I'm a KFC food lover and I have to stop eating there because of the bad service. I wonder if that girl MANDY is the owner of the restaurant 🤔 to behave that way with customers.

What a rip off, $3.5 for mac and cheese that wouldn't feed a 6 month old. Haven't had KFC in years, today ordered, never again.

Worse kfc around employees very rude always getting the order wrong gave em a try twice now third time and there always wrong will never deal with that place again we ant from the area so it's very frustrating when u get back to hotel and orders wrong I figured once ok maybe a mistake twice figured maybe they were busy which they weren't to busy now three times I always try giving people the benefit of doubt think it's time this place gets looked into has some bad experiences here and we spend alotta money but from now on we will take the extra drive to try another KFC or use the golden corral their chicken is just as good time to wake up people this has been going on for a few years now

Ordered online I got there to pick up my order the door was locked I went to the window that was closed i knocked on the window a girl named Samantha came to the window and rudely told me they were understaffed and I can call and get a refund so I called and I'm still waiting on a refund Never Again!

REVISED - We went here 6/9. Each time the chicken tastes worse if that's possible. It cost $30 for an 8 piece meal, really? They gave us gravy that looked like toilet water. The tables and drink area were dirty & the garbage was overflowing. I didn't see Betty there, hopefully she is gone. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have had Betty wait on us. She has ZERO personality, and NO manners!! If she doesn't like her job, then she should find a new one!

Wish it would be right. $65 family meal and the chicken that wasn’t dry was burnt. Had to toss 7/12 pieces. Contacted customer service to be ignored.
