Highly recommended. The service is excellent and the dishes are delicious. The Shala ciabatta is incredible. I can safely say they serve the BEST ESPRESSO in Querétaro. Andy and Mario's service is second to none; you can tell they're passionate about their coffee shop. Update: I visited again, and they've added breakfast and lunch dishes, so you'll find something fabulous at any time of day.

Delicious, well-prepared coffee. The baristas are knowledgeable about their work, so I was able to order my coffee just the way I like it. I tried a toasted baguette and loved it.

The place is very nice. The staff sometimes tells you the promotions of the day and generally they serve you nicely and quietly, although the place is small with few people it fills up easily.
It's a simple place with a varied menu; it must be very good because everything runs out. If you arrive late, there are very few options left to try.
