I stopped by and use the drive thru before heading to trailhead. I got two sandwiches. The crew was very nice and did my request for my order: no onions and tomatoes. The service was fast and great.

Kids love this place. I wish it could be renovated, but I won't hold back a star because of that BS. Stop by for some quick food and don't forget the curly fries. Update: 3/7/25: The store was completely torn down and rebuilt since my last review. My adult kids still like going here, and the food is still pretty good for fast food. The store itself is clean and modernized.

First time going into the burger joint. Did not look like anyone working there was over the age of 20. But let me tell you they were the politest, respectful and helpful group of youth I have come across in a long time. Major props to these employees. Food was fast but a bit salty to the taste. Probably cause it’s first fast food I’ve had in a while. Most the tables were had crumbs but the drive thru was full.

Super cool place, all the workers are doing their best and make orders as fast as they can. That being said sometimes the wait times are a wee bit longer than liking. I would definitely recommend ordering ahead with the app that way you can just pick it up once you get there. Excellent food, excellent staff, and excellent price

Food and coffee for breakfast were not hot, but I see this senior woman working all the time and she is so nice. Drive through today, was fast, no line on a Sunday morning, but I've been inside to and the lobby and bathrooms are clean.

Nice clean location, nice staff. Near high way 78. In a small center with 7 Eleven near by, across street is KFC. Restroom need code to enter. 5432.

Store owner/operator: Tack about 6 minutes onto their drive thru time. No one in line and they ask you to wait around the corner to keep their drive thru times low. 07/27/2025@ 3:45pm

The service is excellent and the employees are great! The problem is the bathroom has combo locks and there are no condiments or napkins available in the dining area. I think this is because the homeless population. Condiments and even flower vases are stolen. It's too bad. Law enforcement should do something.

I'm currently in the drive thru, I'm stuck here, been in line for 35 mins! This is crazy. Ive only moved up about 3 car lengths in that whole time. Management please figure something out.

Every night I come here it takes about an hour to get through the Drive-Thru. I understand it gets busy but I have timed it taking 15 minutes to just move one car spot for every car in front of me. I don't have the time to sit around for an hour for FAST food, so if the line is not moving with 10+mins per car (like the night im writing this I will leave.) This has been happening for a while and I'd rather go to a fast food place that can serve me under 20 minutes at the most, otherwise why not go to a restaurant. Foods good if you can get, however thats depending on weather you can get it in a timely manner

This review is not for service nor the food. This review is for the fact I went through the drive through today at about noon and instead of using the speaker for orders, they had the oldest lady working there outside in the sun taking orders, you had a small umbrella set out for shade but was so far back from the drive, she couldn't even use it when she was taking orders. There's plenty of younger people working there that would be much better suited for working out there although in this heat, I wouldn't think anybody should. She was still very friendly and welcoming, she wasn't complaining about it at all either. Do better, no reason she should be out there in this heat when you have a perfectly working speaker box. Food and service is always good but makes me question the management and ownership if things like that are happening Added a screanshot of the temp when i went throug.

Every time we go there is always a 45 minute wait for the drive thru. The person taking the order always says "be right with you" and makes you wait 10 minutes to order. They always have 2 or more cars pulled over in front of the building waiting to pick up food which blocks the walkway for pedestrians and wheelchairs. They consistently run out of everything almost daily. Horrible management. We will not be back to this location again.

I haven't gone back to this jack in the box for over 2 months because last time they gave me dry food. I decided to try today since it's been a while. I ordered 4 tacos, a large curly fry and large coke. The fries are COMPLETELY STALE. I can't even eat them. I also only received 2 tacos and not 4 and the two tacos I did get don't even taste or look fresh. The cheese on the tacos are still cold. I also did not receive my receipt of course and OF COURSE they aren't answering the phone. I get the food industry and they might be busy but I would rather wait for my correct items and good tasting food than receive fast service if it's going to be like this. The jack in the box in poway is NEVER like this one.

So disappointed with our drive through order on Christmas Day. We were starving after our long hike to Cedar Falls Creek and glad that Jack in the Box was open. When I opened the box for 6 chicken tenders at home, the pieces were very small and one of the pieces was SO SMALL! We don’t live in Ramona so it wasn’t worth the time to go back. I appreciate that they are open during Christmas BUT this is unacceptable.
