I'm surprised this DD has bad reviews. As far as DDs go this one is consistently the best one I've ever been too and I feel there is some level of care (as opposed to other DDs that are terrible).

I love the coffee it nice and hot also was made just right. The employee's at mine Dunkin' Donuts where I live are always polite and smiling.

Love the workers - they treat us fantastic, but we're also regulars who they see almost every day. A few of the workers definitely go the extra mile to be EXTRA kind, especially to my daughter they call the "Dunkin Princess"😂 🥰 she gets excited when we pull into the parking lot, knowing EXACTLY where we are! Sweetest thing - she wants to visit her friends and get her "treat."

Almost always have a great experience, and if they do mess up they are quick to fix it. The gentleman at the drive thru window in the morning is always very friendly and makes you feel good even just picking up a coffee

Coffee different every time

Very friendly girl at the window, but waited 14 minutes in the dt line. Plus they had a truck delivery that was blocking the dt.

Drive throught is incredibly slow even though there are multiple employees and no customers inside.

This location needs to get it's act together. What used to be good service is now lacking.

I'm a big fan of Dunkin's, but for some reason, pretty much every time I order from this location, something is missing.That being said looks like Dunkin tastes like Dunkin and that good enough. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Cashier said straw was in the bag... my fault for trusting him lol... it was not in the bag. Food is... ok. Drinks are good.

This is a good place to eat on the go but I would not recommend eating this everyday they have really sugary donuts. The place is not that clean though.

This is a typical Dunkin. Staff is generally good to customers they are clearly overworked though. Access to this location is poor, and drive through gets clear priority. Don't be lazy...get out of your cars!

To start the staff’s friendliness and demeanor gets a 5/5. To end the coffee is always hit or miss - especially the lattes. The pup cup used to be a small hot coffee cup for $1, and now it’s an espresso cup…Starbucks gives you the espresso size pup cup for free…and they’re 5 minutes down the road - their coffee is always spot on. So, 3/5 for drinks (their food is gross anyway). For the record, I would PREFER to give patronage to my local Dunkin’ rather than city filled rhinebeck, but c‘mon.

Iced coffee has to much water added so we don't get the full flavor of coffee

Every time I get ice tea from this location they some how add a coffee taste to it. The reason why most people drink tea instead of coffee because they hate the taste of coffee.

It's Duncan d. Not always happy with the iced coffee always happy with the Bagels and sandwiches. Bitter coffee never the same.

Don’t usually give bad reviews but I like to use my mobile app to do my orders. I redeem my points for a free coffee for a friend. I placed order and everything and they said they didn’t have it after waiting for 15 mins. People at the counter didn’t do or say anything when I was upset. I’ve sadly had more bad experiences than had good.

This is probably consistently the worst Dunkin in the area that I've been too. Even after repeating my order 3 times it still was not correct. This isn't the first time my order hasn't been right here in fact it seems there is always something not correct every time I stop here. This time it happened to be my coffee was made with milk instead of cream and sugar. Not a big deal but really how hard is it to get that right?

They receny gave me 2 doughnuts out of 12 that appeared to have bite marks.

Their hours specifically specify that their open on Saturday from 5am - 11pm and I was very much looking forward to having an ice coffee but when I got there they were closed and it was 9:50pm.... The doors were locked, the drive thru blocked off by an employees car, workers clearly inside and noticeably standing around and goofing off.... Very disappointed and upset!

I placed an online order for a single coffee... order placed at 9:30am. 10:08am and my coffee was still not ready. They need to get this place under control. It's a horrible experience every time .

I'm just over Duncan I travel all over the country and out of 50 Duncan's that I've went to in the past year I believe I may have had my coffee done correctly one time,it's really frustrating when you drink the same kind of coffee every day but you have to drink it differently because no one knows how to make it correctly

Got here a little before 9:30pm and already closed. Doors lock and cashier cleaning. If you close before 10pm update your listing and posted hours on the door.

If you enjoy your coffee order screwed up, not stirred, lid not on property so coffee spills ALL OVER YOUR SHIRT, and a mouthful of grinds and sugar at the bottom, this is the Dunkin Donuts for you. $16 per hour and can't even do coffee right.

WORST Duncan Donuts anywhere!!!! It’s really difficult to reach this level of incompetence. All I wanted was a sliced, buttered, bagel twist. I specifically said NOT toasted. I watched the girl destroy at least a half dozen bagel twists, because she was trying to slice them with a butter knife, after toasting them. I tried to stop it and said I’ll just take it unsliced, as is, from the basket. But she had already ruined all of them, and i was handed a bagel twist that was missing about 1/3 of it, and the rest looked like a dog chewed it. Then i had to ask 3 times for a frosted donut. The amount of food on the floor is concerning too. It’s filthy.

This place is one of the worst dunkins I have ever been to. We ordered 3 coffees, 2 bagels, a chicken and rosted pepper wrap, and a grilled cheese. All the coffees tasted burnt. Not a single ingredient was right. One bagel was ordered with cream cheese on the side, and one was ordered with cream cheese on it. Both of the bagels were burnt on the outside but amazingly not even toasted on the inside. No utensils were given to spread the cream cheese for the one on the side, and the cream cheese on the one that came with was a literal block. Still in block form. The chicken wrap had NO chicken in it. It was just cheese and pepper corn. Like how? Lastly, the grilled cheese wasn't even toasted it was two priced of bread with cheese in the middle and microwaved. If we wanted burnt coffee, burnt food, and microwaved food, we would have gone to McDonald's or made a microwaved sandwich at home. Do not go here.

My mother in law ordered two iced coffees. Light and sweet. With flavoring. First off you can’t taste the flavoring. It’s not sweet at all, I took a sip and want vomit now from how disgusting it is. It tastes burnt and bitter. You’re better off making your own at home. If I could give zero stars I would. It’s not the first time we’ve gotten coffees that are terrible. Think we’d learn by now our local dunkin is horrible.

I don't normally give bad reviews. Everyone has a bad day from time to time. However, this D&D deserves the worst review I can give. The only thing I ever order there is a med. Hot Black Coffee. You think this would be simple enough. Instead I get milk and sugar. How do you mess up a black coffee over and over? When I order a black coffee, its a 50/50 chance i will have to bring it back. This has happened many times and this is the first I am saying anything publicly. Every staff member is completely incompetent. When I brought this last mistake back, I was told it wasn't his fault, he didn't make my coffee. I asked for a second free coffee with my replacement coffee for my trouble and gas. He said sure. Then he gave me 1 coffee and I had to complain again. I talk to a lot of people that hate going there. Starting at $15 an hour, you should be able to pour a black coffee. Again, I don't give bad reviews but this was a bridge too far. D&D, get your act together. Fire your whole staff and get people that want to work and are respectful.

Worst customer service EVER. A simple coffee and hot chocolate order took 10 minutes through the drive through. The afternoon crew is not timely and unfocused. This has been the problem at this Dunkin for a long time. Every experience in the afternoon has taken forever.
