Hey Everyone! So I have been coming to this location for quite some time. From the manager to the the staff these guy have it going on. From amazing subs that you can customize any way you want to the desserts everything is amazing. They even have individual pizza perfect if you are traveling with little ones. When ever you enter this location you are greeted right away even when they are busy. The restaurant is always clean. Any time I ask for anything the manager always make the best attempt to get it right she is a great leader to her staff. I am a door dash / Instacart shopper so I spend a lot of time in parking lot. I see the manager who runs this there morning noon and night. Making sure that the restaurant is perfect and spot on. The manager her is the glue that place together. So if you are in the area and are looking for quick eat at a reasonable rate. stop on buy and visit with the guys a subway and don't for get if you live in the area or if your staying in a local air bnb they also delivery through door dash. I was up in my old stomping grounds visiting family and old friends. Stopped by to get a few sandwiches. I've had terrible experiences down in the state I moved to and would never go again. This place could teach a thing or two about good customer service. Great people there. I'll be back again when I visit next time.

I go to Subway for the chopped salad with lettuce of course, turkey, green pepper, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and pickles topped with peppercorn ranch dressing. It can be made anyway you like. When I go Julian there makes it and it's perfect every time. Julian is kind, courteous, he makes sure orders are perfect.

I visited for dinner and found the lettuce to be brown and the onions dried out. The tuna fish was dried out as well. Subway fresh should mean fresh no matter what time of day. The sole employee was very friendly. I wonder what the policy is about when food should be discarded? Not a good look to serve clearly old food.

So three years ago the place was nasty dirty and bathrooms were gross so I went on today for the first time in three years the kids inside was clean I didn't use the bathroom the worker was very nice the sandwich I give it a two and a half maybe three stars the veggie on my sandwich were drenched with honey mustard and I asked for all the veggies and didn't get them and I got very little meat and I didn't know Sub's r ten dollars a piece now so I spent twenty for two sub's and I paid in cash and was offered no recipient. I'm going to c if I can take a paper towel and soak some sauce of the veggies otherwise its a sandwich for the garbage can and a waste of ten dollars also I'm afraid to c how the other sandwich is and I hope this time there's more three meatballs and yes I didn't open mine till I got home and homes 45 minutes away or I would have taken it back for a new one very disappointed.

Pretty stingy with the toppings for spending $11 on a foot long sandwich and bag of chips.

The lettuce was brown and they hardly put any veggies on it. I know from working at a subway that the standard for a 12” is 6 tomatoes not 3. Also it just looked sloppy overall. Worker was friendly.

my partner and i both have food poisoning. There’s flies all on the food and it’s unsanitary in general. i had been eating here all my life, was born and raised in RH and I’m really disappointed by this.

Never had a worse sandwich from any other subway. They are very stingy on the veggies and sauce. I got a veggie sandwich and it was pretty much a bread sandwich. Bad enough to leave this review. Skip the red hook location and order from a different subway.

I come here 3x a week normally for Lunch tonight I stopped for dinner was a mistake. The sandwich was cut horribly and the veggies were old! Unfortunately Kingston will now be my location.

I ordered food online from subway at red hook New York and the food didn't come. the person delivering the food also didn't come and i tried calling them at 7:00 but they didn't answer! I want a refund!!!!!

If I didn’t live over 20 min away a was just getting home from a long day at the fair I would have taken it back. I had to put my own meat on this sub for it to even taste like a sandwich and not a salad in bread. Oh let me not forget the chocolate chip pieces in my sandwich from the cookies in-front of it. Boy was that a weird taste. I email customer service and all I get is oh I’m sorry we have food safe trained employees and my feedback will be acknowledged.They didn’t put have the meat on a 10$ sandwich. And I get shrugged off clearly never going back there again. And went OUT OF MY WAY to begin with to get subway.

Staff are exceptionally rude. Have been to this location multiple times and staff were rude every time. For a subway that doesn’t seem very busy, you would think they would be nicer to the few customers they actually get.

First, we tried several times to order on line thought it would be easier being we were ordering for 6 people, never worked..Which the the young man stated never works right. called in the order, went well we thought. Out of 6 sandwiches only 3 were right...The worst was the spinach wrap contain 2 pieces of chicken and nothing else...will think twice before ordering again.

I just went to this Subway. I have to do GF. I brought my own Bread that is GF. I asked the lady there if she would be willing to make me a 1/2 sub with this bread .... I'm will to pay the same price... not asking for a discount... I understand that it maybe cross contaminated... I just wanted a Subway sub again... She said No. I asked why not? she just said no can't do that And then said Sorry. Well if anyone is interested... there is a Subway in Kingston that will do it for you.
