My second travel RN assignment was in Redding a couple of years ago, and I have never forgotten how good breakfast was here at Trendy's. So when I had an opportunity to drive through town a couple of weeks ago, I couldn't resist the opportunity to stop and grab a bite to eat. Thankfully, nothing has changed. It is still soooo good! Oh, and I also got to get a closer look at Mount Shasta again! 🥰

This is one of the most delicious breakfast places I have ever sat down and tried! I got the smoke bacon with eggs, the bacon alone was crispy while still being so soft and juicey when eating.... and the french toast was crunchy and sweet unlike anything I have had before

Absolutely delightful! Our service was amazing and the food outstanding. Our Huevos con Churizo was delicious. Hash browns were cooked perfectly AND we were presented with FRESH Fruit!!! They deserve more than 5 stars!!!

This quaint, under the radar gem offers a wealth of flavor and variety. I had the huevos rancheros which were outstanding! Fresh salsa verde, avocados, and chorizo tasted incredible. Top that with perfectly cooked eggs made for a great breakfast. My daughter tried the sweet cream pancakes and the panko french toast. She loved both of them. The french toast was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, again the flavor was great. The pancakes were large and flavorful. They squeeze their own orange juice and it too tasted superb. The service was quick and friendly, always offering a coffee refill or if we needed anything. I will return and recommend Trendy’s.

Such a lovely experience. Juana is simply super. Very friendly, super quick service and prompt. We aren't locals but we felt special with their friendliness. We always try local breakfast anytime we travel. We ordered hot chocolate, coffee , pan cakes , French toast, bacon as a side. Garden omelette id the best. Lots of veggies, white eggs, hash brown, biscuit. Please try their home made jam , the strawberry and peach. Very fresh and mouth melting.overall, food, service and atmosphere really good. Highly recommend :)

We have been here three times now over the past five and a half years since we have moved to Northern California. We often pass by Redding, and this place is absolutely a must for us to stop by and get our breakfast power. The owners are super nice and friendly, our waitress is super friendly polite and carry friendly conversations with us whenever we stop by. We have tried some of the seasonal items and some of the staple items in the menu. Everything is absolutely delicious and super yummy. The quality and quantity is so good. The prices are very reasonable. The dining area is family and friends friendly. Moderately quiet, and clean. Everything is ready for guests and they are so quick to serve. If you are local or visiting, highly recommended. Dish I was impressed by is the Huevos Con Chilies.

Visited this Trendy breakfast restaurant in Redding once and had a great experience. The atmosphere was modern and welcoming, perfect for a casual outing. Parking was easy, which is always a plus. It did get a little busy during peak hours, but the wait wasn’t too bad. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and ambiance. Have some healthy vegan options too. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

By all appearances, Trendy’s looks like a great spot for breakfast — and to be fair, we’ll probably give it a try before leaving town. The place has a nice vibe, and the staff were incredibly friendly and delightful. That said, I have to be honest about our lunch experience. I ordered their “famous Bomb Burger,” and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the reputation. The bread was soggy to the point where it couldn’t even be picked up, which really took away from the meal. The highlight of lunch, surprisingly, was the fries — crisp, hot, and delicious. Overall, I’d rate Trendy’s a solid 3 out of 5. I wouldn’t return for lunch, but I wouldn’t rule them out for breakfast. Something tells me that’s where they really shine.

I've been going to Trendy's now for about 4 or 5 years. It is almost always very good. But yesterday it was the worst. My whole breakfast was served cold. I hate cold food even if it is good. My whole breakfast is usually served hot even the eggs. So I was very disappointed. I'll go back one more time and it better be as good usual. Otherwise goodbye.

Service was great. Food was not. Omelette was completely cold in the middle, filled with goopy cold cream cheese and lukewarm tomatoes and meat. Potatoes were barely warm and only cooked on one side, so rather than having an even crust, each piece came with a side 4 millimeter potato bark. Portions were generous.
