Leaving town I made a random choice. This store was the first I came to. The landscape was taking care of ,and the building was also nice.or at least what I could see of it. The service was fast and easy . The food was really good. I mean really good. Don't pass this one if your in the area .

I don't go to wendy's much. I am always surprised when I do. It's not 5 star dining, but it's 5 star fast food. I had a breakfast chicken and biscuit. It was really good. Surprised me. I have had similar breakfast from other fast food, and they are not worth eating. Good job Dave!

Since their remodel they are even better. The staff are always great very pleasant. We go regularly because it has great food and hard workers. I highly recommend the chicken bacon avocado sandwich and always substitute the fries for a small chili.

Omg i am.in love THE BEST BEST BEST WENDY I've ever been to!!! My food was hot and fresh. The buns was super soft as if they just naked it the bacon cooked perfectly my fries were hot and perfectly salted ...never in my 35years have I ever got such freshness from any fast food

Have eaten here several times. Staff is friendly and patient. Seen them deal with unruly customers and not loose their cool. Food was always tasty! Caution on one thing. Sometimes you get fries that are not warm, they are molten hot! Will burn your tongue. Be careful. Better than cold and soggy as I see it.

We stopped here on our way to Burney to go camping. I ordered a Dave's Triple. It was very good. The only minor issue that I encountered was that the ice dispenser inside the soda machine ran out of ice. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.

Great staff! Needed a lunch spot on the way back to LA with 23 scouts and adults in tow. It was pushing 106 degrees outside so we opted to splurge on fast food and air conditioning. The staff took everyone's order and got the food out fast. We know taking 23 people into a restaurant can be a daunting task for the staff. These folks were great!!!

I went in to try the new Big Bacon Cheddar burger and after I got home I noticed that I got the wrong order. It was delicious, but still wrong. I called and spoke to the manager and she was more than happy to correct the mistake for me. So I went in the next day and got my 2 Big Bacon Cheddar burgers and was extremely happy and satisfied! They took care of me promptly and the burger was delicious! The bacon was nice and crisp. The crispy onions with the cheddar was fantastic. I have always liked Wendy's and I will definitely be going back to not only enjoy a well made burger but a nice and kind staff as well. Thank you Heather!

They got everything I ordered exactly as I ordered it. Staff were very fast and friendly. The food was delicious. I loved the nonspicey garlic parm saucey nuggs and their pineapple under the sea frosty was fun and refreshing.

I gave up on the other fast food places as I was repeatedly disappointed with cold and dry food. Wendy's is definitely hot and juicy with great fries too. I don't eat out very often, but when I do it's Wendy's. I expect no compensation from telling you this and I rarely post.

I went to the one at Hilltop in Redding CA at midnight on 4-1-22. I didnt have to wait long. The staff were very friendly, and they individually wrapped our apple pecan salads and they double bagged my french fries, and it was crispy, hot, and tasty!! Thank you midnight crew, you made my experience there pleasant!!

Very good service. Cartier especially. He was very polite and had a smile on his face the entire time. Even with my annoyingly huge order he was patient with me and my kids and never gave a lick of attitude or annoyance. Excellent service. Because of him I’ll be coming back more often!

Went in to the dining room to order to-go. Store was very clean, everything was stocked, and all the tables were clean. When I approached the counter I was immediately greeted by a cashier and was told of their menu specials. I ordered and paid for my food, and waited only a short time to receive my order. But I think the most impressive part of my visit was the manager, Daniel. He was able to multitask so seamlessly while still able to oversee operations and insure customer satisfaction. Daniel was a very important part of making my experience as good as it was and should be given credit for a great job!

The breakfast was awesome! Service was good too! but I had 2 gentleman not the grouchy lady at window 2. Because I do know that one too and was Hella rude one day when they messed up a lemonade i asked to be corrected. But all in all I do recommend it, especially the breakfast. Because I think grumpy pants works the afternoon shift.

In my opinion, this Wendy's was the best I've experienced while on a road trip. This Wendy's has a welcome sign, which I thought was very nice. They had fresh baked cookies that were soft and yummy. The young lady who took our order was very nice and friendly. James (manager) was friendly and helpful, very nice young man. Melissa (manager), who wasn't even clocked in yet, was very helpful and nice as well.

Food at lunchtime is hit and miss. Diner time is much better. Manager, older gentleman with a distinguished beard, is a great leader and listens to customer complaints and fixes them smoothly & calmly. I feel if all Managers were like him, working at fast food wouldn't be such a rotten job.

Food is excellent. Tastes great and it's more real/healthy than most of the competition. Their new breakfasts beat the competition by a mile. Very good! Only issue is this particular location has always seemed rather poorly ran and unprepared. For example, 8am on the debut of their breakfasts, they were out of coffee stirrers. You'd think that for such a largely advertised and hyped debut they would be as prepared as possible. Oh well. The employee was very nice though so that helped.

It's Wendy's. This location usually serves really hot fries so that definitely adds a star but this specific location is kinda run down and a few places in the surrounding area are closed or closing down, lots of homeless in the area. Not that this is Wendy's fault but they could do a little extra to clean up or renovate the location. It's been the same since I was a small child(20+ years) and it's only gotten more destroyed since then. The staff here is almost always different. Either means a high turnover rate or lots of people doing shorter shifts. This makes for having inconsistencies when ordering food or getting a sauce packet for your food(some people charge you some don't). Also, they have one of those fancy multi-soda dispenser that has the touch screen, that's cool and all but anytime I try to get water it always comes out colored and tasting funny. I tried running the water for awhile to clear out the tubes but still, brown water, residue from sodas and funny taste. All in all, it's a fast food Wendy's location. Not awful, but not great. Drive-thru is better than going inside because it's so run down. The fries are almost always so hot they burn your mouth, that's a good thing.

Fries were a little overdone and the soda machine was completely out. But given the rush they were deling with on top of supply shortages, they did a good job. The staff had a positive attitude even under stress and the still managed to put out some fresh tasty burgers.

They are pretty consistent and friendly staff. Never had an order messed up. Food is usually hot. Lines can be long and slow, but that's not really anyone's fault. It's the only Wendy's in town.

Well, I broke from tradition today with Wendy's. I've always said, fast food eateries will always get a base three star score, and individual scores on service. Wendy's, breaks the mold. Wendy's has always been just above and beyond the basic fast food fair, in good quality, freshness and taste. While a bit more expensive, it's worth it! At Wendy's, you can eat a hamburger, and forego the sense of impending doom when you think, "was that the fast food meal that pushes me over into a full blown heart attack in the morning?" Wendy's traditionally locates their restaurants in good to better areas in any city they are in, this one is a bit different, and if you go there at night, you will see what I mean. The Circle K is a bit farther from the Wendy's, and is a hot bed of homeless activity. While at the drive-thru, please keep arms and legs inside of the vehicle, keep the windows up and the doors locked, and please don't feed the bears. Location affects nothing in terms of quality, service, and taste. Please visit, tell them Casey sent you!

The chicken pecan salads were very good the the staff was very professional and nice. However we were in the drive through line to give our order at least 12-15 minutes, there was 5 cars ahead of us. We paid and waited more than 5 minutes for our food.

The waiting line was incredibly long for one car ahead of us for one person in the car. We didn't understand why and then we saw three or four people working inside trying to accomplish very few things. But we love the dollar fries!

It's been a while since I'd been to a Wendy's. And the atmosphere in this Wendy's was dismal, to say the least. My daughter and I went in to have a frosty. And other than the frosty tasting the same. The restaurant was very clean. The bathroom wasn't clean and the employees just weren't looking like they were motivated at all.

Fries could have been more crispy. The nuggets were a really light shade of brown, I am thinking they're not turning the fryers on all the way or something? One bathroom was closed and the other one was filthy. Tables were mostly clean. The workers are friendly. Decent experience. They may be understaffed as that could be why the bathrooms weren't very clean. Usually I have a better experience but this isn't uncommon.

So me my husband and son came here for lunch today the staff was friendly and very quick place was nice quiet and clean but as my husband and myself were mid way eating our food the manager went out side for a break didn't think anything of it till he started snot rocketing luggies everwhere and started wiping his nose(buggers) all over his arm made me feel so sick I stopped eating when my family were done eating we went to leave as we headed out side he was still there walking around the parking lot coughing and spitting all over the place will think twice before we eat there again such a same the gentleman looked like a manager as well

Tried using the wendys app. What a frustrating nightmare when it came to paying or checking out. App wanted to call my bank to verify my card or something. My bank was closed. Dah. Went there for a quick bite with my folks after church and talk for a little bit, looks like Wendy's is still going through and identity crisis and the food storage may be affecting them. I know I was blown away by the grilled chicken sandwich that I got. I asked no tomato and well sauce and a weird grilled chicken breast but I ate it and think it's sick so I'm happy with that. The service is great. They're just doing the best they can with what they got and it looks like the company is totally lost its identity. I mean look at the photos in the lobby. What are they doing? I never thought with my friends. I want to go hang out at Wendy's by the fire lol but besides that, excellent service for the location. If you're looking for a quick bite, check them out. Hopefully they'll still at least be able to get meat. They're out of lettuce I believe when I was there

They messed up our order by forgetting the fries from one of our combo orders and not giving us dressing for the salad (and giving us EXTRA sour cream, which we did NOT want for that salad). The food was also just average quality. In their defense, we had a big order, but I still expect better service.

Love Wendy's burgers, BUT....this particular location is always screwing up my orders. They forget toppings or mix up ur order with other orders.. My friend and I ordered two burgers online and when we picked them up and got our burgers out they had forgotten my add ons and they had put my bacon on her plain cheeseburger as well as the sauce that I had ordered for my burger. The manager did offer to remake our burgers(thank you for that 😁), but we were on a time limit so we dealt with it. Something like this happens EVERY time I order from this location.

Went to this Wendy's for a treat for my family. Got 3 breakfast sandwiches on biscuits. Got home there was grease running out of wrapping. All the sandwiches were on hamburger buns. There were 3 cars in line in front of me and it took them 30 minutes to get to my order. People at window were rude. Bad place to eat. Don't waste your money

Pure grease in a bag when you get home. I understand fast food is greasy and unhealthy but there is a limit to certain things when you get home and your hamburger wrapper is see-through because of all the grease on it that's a little ridiculous always messing up orders nothing is correct ever

Love Wendy's but this location needs to improve on their quality checks, and service. Chicken on top of my salad was so hard I couldn't put a fork through it. It was almost like it was dehydrated chicken. They forgot our hamburger Also forgot a straw and spoon. They were not busy and plenty of people working so there should be no excuses, even for a drive thru.

A month ago I would have given this store 5 stars. The staff gave excellent service and the food was good. However, as I’ve continued going the food quality (or cooking of it) is terrible. I order fries without salt, so they are freshly made, and they are lukewarm and limp. The burgers are greasy. I has digestive issues with the sweet tea, it tastes canned. The unsweetened tea is better but still has a chemical taste to it. And the older man was managing the store (as far as I could tell) my last visit when my order was prepared incorrectly. He said I changed my order and could care less about the quality of the food or his service!

Went through the drive thru today in early afternoon and while my order was confirmed it still was wrong. We drove away and they missed an ordered a fries along with the burger being prepared incorrectly. We discovered the fries were missing and went back and they remembered they missed an order of fries. The fries we got had a strange taste compared to the usual Wendy’s fries and we believe it was due to fryer oil that needed to be replaced. Some Wendy’s are consistent to what you expect from a Wendy’s this one was not today

Food shrunk! Frosty machine broken (On a 100°+ day). Service: delayed mentioning machine problem until we got to the window; had problems filling drink order and didn't offer drink holder. Atmosphere: can't mess up a drive thru too much, can you?

After my wife and I ordered our food, minutes later we were told that they were out of salads. My hamburger and fries were set on the counter getting cold while they got a baked potato ready for my wife. When they said our food was ready, we asked about the difference in price between the salad and the potato. The manager asked if we wanted the difference back, we said yes. They didn't know how to do that and another manager had to come up and do it. All the while my hamburger and fries sat on the counter. Needless to say my hamburger was not hot and the fries were limp and cold. For the price of fast food these days, this is not acceptable!

Went a couple times, first time, they were pretty much out of a lot of things, or orders couldn't be what they came with due to missing certain ingredients. The second time, I was able to get orders with all their fixings, but the chicken rap really wasn't edible, in my opinion.

Went through the drive through a few minutes ago and experienced the rudest employee. We order 2 fries and 2 frostees. We asked for one unsalted fry and one regular. When we asked which one was which she informed us they were both unsalted and threw salt packets into my hand saying "My bad. Salt them yourself." She also threw our debit card back at us. Overall it was a very unpleasant interaction. The fries and frostees were delicious but the employee left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Slow service, food was cold, the place was almost empty and sticky floor. There were like 5 people in the kitchen and no one in the cashier taking orders, after 5 min they got our order of a double dave, chicken classic and a crabby patty. I placed a mobile order, but when i arrived they claimed they couldn’t complete the order or refund it because it didn’t show up in their system, even though I had both a receipt and a bank statement showing I was charged. They were extremely rude and wouldn’t even give me a number to call corporate. Will never be returning to Wendy’s again, absolutely atrocious service.

Food is great. I came in for the first time. Lady is so rude. There's 2 bathrooms,one was free one was in use. she didn't want to give me the code so she made me wait for the other person when I really had to pee.

Friday 6/16. Filthy dirty. Both our orders were incorrect. I ordered no cheese but TWICE my sandwich was made with cheese. My partner’s salad did not have dressing. At night the exterior lights were off. Cashier was nice and helpful but everyone else seemed to be on drugs.

My mother went to get food the frys where gross an nasty soggy.. the dogs wouldn't even eat them.... asked for our burgers to be made a certain way an they messed up on them an gave us the wrong order then when you try an call the store they never pick up the phone this place is gross

Ordered a 6 pc. chicken nugget and they were SOGGY! Really nasty texture. I don't think I can come back after this experience.. the exterior of the building itself also looks very worn out

The food is really good, but someone needs to teach them about customer service. This is the second time we came to eat, only to find the door locked. Management can't be bothered to show their customers the courtesy of a simple sign:" Sorry, we are short handed so only drive through is available today." Instead, they just lock the door so customers have to park, mask-up, walk to the door and discover it is locked with NO explanation. While sitting in their parking lot, eating, we counted 10 customers attempt to enter and then leave. Only 3 customers got back in their cars and went through the drive thru, including us. Show a little courtesy!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. To avoid having to wait in the drive through, I placed my order online. FYI our city allows indoor dining again. In the conformation email I was told to go to the online order area and pick up my food. Whe. I got there the doors were locked and I was informed, by phone, that I had to get into the drive through line to pick it up which completely defeats the purpose of the online order! After spending 25 minutes in the drive through line they told me my order didn't exist. I showed the conformation email, the manager was called and I found out that they forgot to make it! And then they messed up the order and forgot all the extras that I paid for! Since I was in a huge rush by then, had to get the food to Cottonwood, I didn't check the bags and was thoroughly disappointed when I checked the contents. This was the first and last time I went to Wendy's.

We went there 11th of november 2023 at 22:30 - we Got in, no other guests were around. When we came to order they said oh sorry, we.forgot to close the doors, but we are not open anymore. You can go to drive in and order. So went there and the guy.said sorry only in vehicles - i understand this is company Policy but why they said we should go there and if its been already said whats the problem to let.us order? It was.clear to us they just didint want to serve us - it was not full hour, nor it looked they closed (chairs was still down). I sugest laziness was the problem, good you have cameras and can confirm this

My husband and I are visiting his mom in Redding California and went through the drive thru for breakfast before going to wash his car. We were told the food wasn’t ready and to pull to the side to wait. After two other cars went through and got their food and left my husband got out of the car to go see what was going on. Only one of the employees was actually working. When he finally got the food, after he stuck his head in the drive thru window, because the employees didn’t bother to look and see that he was there, his coffee was cold, so he left it on the ledge and we went to circle k to get coffee for him. The employee at the window should have given us our drinks before we were asked to pull to the side to wait for our food. The potato wedges were also soggy

I purchased an Apple Pecan salad with chicken for take-out, and the chicken was spoiled and sour. When I called in to request a refund, the manager refused to give me her name and instead asked me to call a corporate line, which ended up being a dead line. Now, it is very difficult to get a hold of anyone for this in-edible salad that I paid almost $10 for, and had to immediately throw away.

Beyond mad! I live 30 minutes away, I ordered two Dave's doubles, two fries a root beer, a strawberry lemonade, aand a classic chicken sandwich. When I got home I find a spicy bacon chicken sandwich two fries, some nuggets, diet dr pepper, and regular lemonade. I'm not going to waste the gas to drive back in the rain to talk to someone. I tried calling... No answer and no voicemail. I will call in the morning, and the 800 number has certain hours and no voicemail. Will update with how this is dealt with.

Took my money for things they "didn't" charge me for, and argued with me about. Managers...you are representatives of the establishment you work for and should be setting an exceptional example for your team. Especially when it comes to the way you treat customers. With the way you spoke to me, I can only imagine what your team has to put up with from you. Do better! To the owner... Maybe you should do some firing, retraining, and get some people working for you who are fit for the job instead of the ones you have making you look bad. Customers... make sure you double check they aren't STEALING FROM YOU.

My fiance and I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals and 2 kids meals. All our fries were stale and cold so we called as soon as we noticed and the manager Maryjane told us to tell them she said to make it right so I went back and went inside to get our order remade and she had an attitude to start off but I brushed it off. I get home and my fiance called back trying to tell them the sandwiches were fine and it was just the fries (trying to make it right) and she proceeded to say “sooo I know I dropped everything fresh. Fries, sandwiches, everything so have a good night” and hung up on my fiance without letting him talk much at all. She’s the short girl with short black wannabe skater hair working at 10 pm on 11/10/24. Very rude customer service.

Check your food before you leave! We ordered almost $80 with doordash, we where missing *Medium strawberry lemonade drink *Medium fries *Large fries *4 piece chicken nugget *2 Jr bacon hamburgers no tomatoes *7 straws. This seems to be a habit here.

This was the worst attempt at making an order for a customer to be delivered by Door Dash. Why offer the add ons, customization, etc when no one even cares whether it's correct. Didn't receive the majority of my order and instead items were doubled. Expecting a baked potato with butter, sour cream and chili and got two baked potatoes with nothing but chives. Horrible and dry. Will never order again from here.

Hoping they don’t get paid $20 an hour or whatever they want to pay fast food workers they are lazy I came got chicken nuggets they were barely warm. Went back and they gave me nuggets from the same batch. Some are STALE. Yall are that lazy you can’t pour some nuggets in a fryer and sit for a couple minutes then dump them out? Bffr. If you aren’t busy and have extra it’s not my fault you guys gotta throw out some old nuggets. I just got home you have to be really lazy to be doing that. Never go here!!! Only giving them the star because I have to! Manager is the rudest person ever! Kicked me out of the drive-through because I did not know how to use the mobile app. I was unable to go into the restaurant due to the fact, my toddlers was asleep in the backseat. This is the worst Wendys location I have ever been to. Their employees don't even know what products they make. I tried to order the new Chocolate Caramel Swirled frosty and a number 3 10 piece chicken nuggets combo, with a kids meal, and cup of chili. Well they don't read back to you what you ordered to make sure it correct and I left with no number 3 and the wrong frosty. The chili is also awful and watered down. Will not be going back. If I could give it a negative review I would.

The dark haired woman who was working the second window 5/16/25 at 9:10 was very rude, we ordered a 10 piece nugget that was missed in the bag, when we pulled back around to receive it the lady aggressively handed the bag out, said “it’s in there look” and “it was in there.” We were very nice and didn’t even make a big deal about it being missing, just trying to get the food that we ordered.

It took 40 minutes to get two chicken sandwiches and fries. The employees clearly lacked any sort of system or communication with each other. They only seemed to prioritize drive though orders and left the people inside waiting a crazy amount of time for their food. When we did eventually get our food, half of it was cold because it sat on the front counter for 20 minutes while they finished the second half of our order. The bathroom was also pretty gross. I would NOT ever go to this Wendy's again.

The girl at the window was very rude… I couldn’t see her name tag but she had blonde hair she wears in a bun and way too much red lipstick.. anyway I wasn’t even greeted at the window… my order was a apple pecan salad… my total was $9.11 and I gave her a $10 she sat there and looked at me like I was stupid.. Absolutely 💯 fell off my whole order was garbage. Not to mention the grouchy female at the window. 2 large orders of chili that turned out to be bean water nothing but fluid in the cup. The service and the food was an awful experience. Save your time and choose somewhere else if you wish to enjoy your food.

We drove into Redding late and after checking into our hotel room, my kids were hungry. My husband went to order our food and frostys. My bake potato did not come with butter and sour cream only a big handful of chives. I couldn't even eat it. All 4 of our frostys were so melted...almost like chocolate milk. They didn't have a the habannero ranch that my son always gets and his chicken sandwich was dry and hard. Worst Wendy's ever. Tried calling them, but they were closed so no one answered.

Fast food? Nah… Slow service, waited 10 mins and then was told it would take even longer for my Classic Chicken Sandwich… Probably 7 cars in the drive-thru that didn’t move, even in the time it took me to eat my meal in the car. Friend orders the chili and part of a bun was in it? Definitely would never come back here, you shouldn’t either.
