Great place for a good healthy meal on the go or eat in. Staff is great and will go beyound to serve you your meals piping hot or cold. With delicous warm soup of the day. I give them a thumbs up.

I used the app to order 2 subs using the bogo free discount. Our order was ready and waiting and tasted wonderful.

I don't know. I enjoy subway. The sandwiches are always good. I just think they need a better system. Like for to go orders they should be done on a different station. When one employee is working on to go orders and another employee is working on an order for a customer that has come into the store, they seem to get in each other's way. Plus the lines gets backed up. They should also put the new employees/the slower employees on to go orders rather then have them working the line for in store customers. Let them get some practice in so they can help move the orders thru faster. I do not understand why the location in Hutto STILL only accepts credit cards. No cash sales allowed. We are past the coin shortages here and some people prefer to pay cash considering there is so much credit cars theft these days. Again I enjoy a good old subway sandwich. I don't get them as often as I used to since the prices have gone up so much, but I will go back.

The young lady was very sweet. HOWEVER, the sandwich were not balanced. Very skimpy of vegetables. Example my daughter got a small peice of lettuce every 2 bites. And 2 pickles on on half. Barely visible. We ate them because we were hungry and in a hurry but they really were not up to subway standards.

Have been here before---things were usually very good, but this time I had to wait for change for a $20 bill and received no napkins which I needed because I did not eat there. The ends of the bread were very 'tough' to bite into.

I ordered on the app. Yes the order was ready when I got there but when I got home it was the wrong bread( order foot long Italian herb and cheese received plain) it was supposed to be the Titan turkey but it was smaller amount of meat. I ordered mayo there was NONE at all. Also ordered more banana peppers but there were literally 3 in the sandwich. I would have paid extra if asked. I called the store but no answer at all. Disappointed since I do order here pretty often.

She refused to say hello in response to my husband and I both. She was surley and extremely hateful. After toasting my sandwich she just stood there and looked at me instead of asking what I wanted on my sandwich. Finally she asked “what do you want” in a hateful voice I could barely hear. Subway if you cannot hire people who greet your customers, actually ask what they would like on their sandwich and say thank you for your business then please just close down and board up the windows! I was hungry and tired and didn’t need to have to deal with a pouty, hateful, ungrateful employee just to eat a mediocre sandwich. I won’t be back, ever!

If you can find another subway go there! This is not worth it. To the ladies if you don’t like what you do get another job!

First of all they didn't have seafood.And the lady preparing the subs was extremely rude. My boyfriend asked for tomatoes and she went to the back and when she came back she said "the tomatoes aren't made" not like it was so hard to get a knife and get some tomatoes.
