Obviously, it's a different product than what you find in any other restaurant... However, it's still just a bread roll with a basic filling of cold cuts, vegetables, and seasonings... I think the products are OVERPRICED, which is why you never see the restaurant busy, not even half full!!!

Why do they ask what bread they want if from the beginning they can comment on what and which breads they have available, because someone asks for a certain bread and it turns out they don't have it, as if they knew they were already out of stock...

It's a very nice and clean Subway, the food is excellent, and the most important point is that there are few parking spaces so you might have to park on the side.

Customer service is good, the products are well prepared exactly as you order. You don't have to wait long for them to take your order and prepare it. Only once did they fail to fill out the entire order. I ordered three subs and only received two, so I get a point for that detail since it was the store's fault for not getting the order right. Clean facilities, everything well organized, and the store and staff are well presented.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Subways' "chicken" menu is more like ground chicken, like sausage or cold cuts. It's so processed that it's no longer a healthy option. Plus, they added dressing without me asking for it. (Delivery)

They offer extras without mentioning that they are extras, and even though the order is already bagged, they don't bring it. The criss-cut fries were more soggy than a bread roll soaked in water. Terrible service, barely edible food. I'm only sharing my experience at the Brasil Street branch.
