This place is amazing. Good food, hot and fresh. Okay, Don't tell anyone this... The food is so awesome that I've other patrons blowing their horn at me because there's been multiple times that I came to a complete stop 🛑 just to start eating 🤣 quick service even though the Drive Thru. Tip of the Day You've gotta try the Carne Asada Natchos with the Green Chili🤢 Verde Sauce! Your choice 🔥🥵,or Mild and your meal is not 🚫 complete without a Large Jamica Drink

I ordered the 2 Taco plate. I am disappointed with the tacos, the beef had a slimey texture and tasted a bit spoiled. The beans and rice were decent. The atmosphere needs an overhaul. Some music is needed.

The workers are really nice but I wish I saw the reviews before coming here because the nachos are the saddest plate you'll ever open :/ not worth 16$

Got the carne asada fries today. everything was good but the fries were under cooked. It was so bad I couldn’t even finish it.

The food is good but the customer service is lacking. While taking an order they act as if you're an annoyance. Multiple times where the drive thru lady will let the order sit while having conversations with customers (not me, I was inside), and while ordering, don't expect a total, just an abrupt and vexed "thank you" now that's you're finally done. I get a 14 with wet burritos. That's it, one item.

So I see my review was deleted...⛔️the way they serve there nachos is the same way they serve there animals.. they put beans on one corner, cheese on a other corner, and the meat on the othe... that's not how nachos are made you should serve ur kids like that not paying customers⛔️

Worst nachos ever dry meat and they don't use nacho cheese just melted cheese so gross

I was heading home from work and I saw this place was open I was hungry I stopped in for asada burrito halfway through the burrito there was a bone in the meat broke one of the Toots in the back of my mouth I brought the bone and the rest of the burrito back to them the next day they wanted to give me a free soda stay away from this place

I went to Alberto’s on my lunch break today 2/21 I ordered carne asada fries and 1 carne asada sope I specifically asked if fries will be fresh and the meat will be fresh. She said yes I got my food. I went back to work. I started eating my food number one. The fries were so cold. The meat was cold and dry and the soap it was so hard you cannot even buy through. I think it’s unfair that we have to pay for something that you’re not getting your moneys worth. I don’t mind paying whatever it is, but I expect my food to be fresh, not old and nasty. I was so upset. I threw the food away. I did call them and told them that the food was very dry and not fresh. I explained the lady that I had thrown it away that I only had 30 minutes for my lunch break and she told me we’ll bring the food back I didn’t have time and besides, I had already put it in the dumpster. I was so upset. I spoke to the supervisor and she said well. The only thing I can do is bring the food back and I’ll give you your money back. I said I already put it in the dumpster manager said I’m sorry that’s all I can do for you I was not asking for my money back at all. I think it’s a shame they serve such nasty food. Don’t go here. Don’t waste your money here go anywhere else and get your moneys worth whether it’s five 10 15 $20 whatever you spend just don’t go here.

Worst Albertos ever. Just moved to the area and was hyped I had a Alberto’s close to me. I think Taco Bell has more authentic Mexican food. 1. Ground beef tacos…. (lol I paid extra for carne asada, then got ground beef. Then for the adobada tacos was thinking it was going to be a bit better. It tasted worse and was also ground beef.) 2. Expensive (How are you going to charge more than the El Monte Alberto’s and serve way worse food.) I can nit pick more but this was enough for me to never return.

First off the workers here are very nice. However, the food was horrendous. Sixteen dollars for carne asada fries and the meat is as dry and chewy as inland empire summers. Would not feed this to my worst enemy. The owner needs to figure out portion of fries to meat ratio for the pretty penny they are charging.

I come here for only one thing, so my review is pretty much based on that alone... And that's a Asada Burrito with Adobada, salsa Mexicana/Ranchera, guacamole, no rice no beans.. so delicious... That being said good luck coming and actually getting service. Seems like the employees who are actually nice, are doing who knows what and not actually serving people.

The beans taste like they've been sitting out all day they were cold the cheese was not even melted the rice was very very hard and the tacos just didn't taste right.
