What better place to enjoy an authentic, old fashioned American breakfast than Cracker Barrel? I brought my son here for the first time since he’s a huge breakfast fanatic, and he was completely impressed. From the moment we arrived, he loved sitting in the rocking chairs while we waited for our table. Even better, the wait was only about 15 minutes on a Saturday morning, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was wonderful, exactly what you expect from Cracker Barrel. I especially can’t get enough of their pancake syrup. It’s so good that I had to purchase two bottles to take home! Cracker Barrel is definitely a breakfast staple for our family, and we’ll be back again soon.

We made the 2.5-hour drive and let me tell you—it was worth it! The food was flavorful and comforting, especially the chicken fried steak with eggs and hashbrowns—Southern breakfast done right. Service was warm and friendly, and our server made us feel right at home. The gift shop was a fun bonus with a charming mix of candles, toys, sodas, and vintage-style finds. I even left with a cute decorative green bottle! Wish there were more locations closer to home, but this little road trip was a delicious adventure!

This was our first time at a Cracker Barrel. We happen to see one in Rialto, on our way home from a nearby hospital visit. The location is very welcoming. We were seated right away. Our server, Natasha was wonderful. She was very attentive and warm. She treated us like family. The food was delicious and comforting. We're very glad we tried it out. If we're ever in the area, we will definitely come in again.

I enjoyed the New York steak it was tasty, family members also enjoyed their food. The friend chicken dinner was too dry for my taste. Be prepared to spend some cash here everything here adds up on your bill, and avoid the main lobby , kids and wife might want the novelty items .... It will also add up.

It's ok it was the 1st time going here and it was good for the experience but me personally I wouldn't go out of my way to go back 1. It's too far from my house 2. Food isn't that great 3. Menu doesn't have a good amount of variety in my opinion.

Nothing like my experiences in AZ, so different. I don't think they were prepared for such a rush. Took for ever to sit, to order to get out food. Our soup was cold sent it back. My daughter's chicken and dumplings were watery like a soup. The store was still about the same as Arizona.

I was excited to take my husband to try Cracker Barrel for the first time since my first time experience was amazing ( Bakersfield location) and this visit was a flop. Food took 55 minutes to come out. He ordered steak and shrimp. Steak was ordered medium and came back super well done, the shrimp. I ordered breakfast because their pancakes are delicious but mine came back cold. The server was very sweet and did keep checking in. She tried her best and kept apologizing. She offered us a free desert for the long wait. When I ordered the dessert we wanted they no longer had it. This occurred at the Rialto location. I think we will give it another try at the Victorville location.

Went on Monday December 22nd. The place was virtually empty at just after 5pm. The hostess was the most apathetic person. No hello, no greeting just a “ how many? “. Then she asked if a window seat was ok. It was. She then seats us at a wall between two windows. The floor of the restaurant was filthy. Food, wrappers, game pegs everywhere. Tables had not been cleared from previous service. We thought about leaving but did not. Our waitress was great. She was warm, friendly and asked all the right questions. There was hope. The biscuits were fresh and hot so we thought it was just a rough start. Our food came after a longer than normal wait. My dinner that I split with my kiddo was virtually inedible. The only part edible was the corn and it was cold. My husband’s fish tasted and looked old. Turnip greens were so dry they were shriveled. Clearly the kitchen had problems and there was a general lack of oversight by management. A manager should never allow the dining area to look like that. Staffing was not the problem. There was plenty of staff on the floor and they all seemed attentive to their customers and doing exactly what they are supposed to do. The dirty tables around us were never cleared while we were there. We could not get out of there fast enough. And unfortunately the indigestion we have now is an ever present reminder of this meal. It will be a hard sell to get us to return to this location.

Had the country fried steak. Not great, but not the worst. Gravy is as thick as mashed potatoes; bland with no taste as well as green beans. Fired okra was decent. Not a recommended restaurant.

We went to Cracker Barrel and had an awful experience. The floor under our table had trash that no one cleaned. I asked the hostess about it and her reply was "well, I don't know who can clean it up". Then she put the menus on the table and walked away. We never saw her again. The waitress came over to see if we wanted something to drink and we informed her of the floor and she said ok. Of course, she forgot about it and nothing was ever done. The waitress delivered 3 biscuits to our table and we asked for butter, honey, and jelly. Well, she forgot about it and never brought it over. I stopped 2 other waiters and asked them for butter, honey, and jelly and never received same. Our waitress delivered our meals 15 minutes later and I asked her again for butter, jelly, and honey. She brought butter, however the biscuits were cold by this time. We never received the jelly or honey! We felt like we were putting her out by asking for the butter, etc. She never checked on us throughout the meal. In fact, I had to share my water with my husband because no one came to our table for refills. We got ready to leave and wanted to take the chicken home so we asked 3 more waitresses/waiters for a container. Finally, our waitress brought us the container and basically through it on the table. When paying at the register, the woman asked "How was your meal?" I responded, "our experience has been awful." Her reply was, "Well, we hope you will try us again." AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! Not happy with Cracker Barrel!!!

Update, That's it? That's all you have to stay. Send me to a website, lmao why waste my time? For more bad food and poor service? Cracker barrel you have gone down hill from what I remember cracker barrel being like. You don't care what your are doing or the food you serve people. I work hard for my money do you? Wife and I stopped here first time ever. 8pm on a Thursday. Ordered the country sampler, what I got was cold wet mushy uncooked pink in spots all through out the meatloaf, and The chicken and dumplings, was coagulated sauce that was lukewarm with clear water all over it. Like it been sitting forever and they just added water to it but didn't care enough to stir it. I had a coke that never got refilled had to as someone else to do it. And that cup sat empty on the edge of the table as well never was asked to refill my drink. Didnt ask how the food was just have a good night. All we got. I fill this experience was a lot of asking others to help and waiting

The worst experience ever at a cracker barrel waited 45 minutes to get our food only for the order to not be complete or correct. We ordered 2 steak and shrimp only to not get our shrimp wife got a baked potato no cheese with cheese only to then get a raw potato the broccoli was cold under cooked then got our shrimp and of course that was over cooked to the point my wife hurt her tooth eating it we spoke to the manger Rachel who did fixed the situation and even offered us 2 free meals but sorry to say we most likely will not be using at that establishment

This was my first time trying here. I paid over $100 . I bought their family meal package and a plate on the side. I’m not sure what family they’re feeding but this wasn’t enough food for a family of 4 lol. The steak tray barely had steak. There’s only about 10 tenders and the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese tray were about empty as well. I would’ve been better off making it at home.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received, which I believe is the worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Our steak was prepared incorrectly and we were missing our sides. Despite requesting butter twice, it was not provided. We have been waiting, and our receipt confirms our timeline. We arrived at 7:15, received our food at 8:06, and are currently waiting to settle our check at 8:22, but there is no staff available to process our payment. I would like to contact corporate as this is unacceptable. It is astonishing that three tables received their food before us, despite arriving after us. The lack of teamwork among servers is evident, and we had to visit the host desk three times. The issues here indicate a need for management to intervene and for corporate to be involved. A review of online reviews suggests that this establishment needs to improve its customer service and teamwork. We even offered to pay full price to demonstrate that our dissatisfaction was not about the cost, but about the service. Clearly, this restaurant requires improved management and corporate oversight. Prior to my visit, I wish I had read reviews, as I would have avoided this establishment altogether. For a moment there, I thought we were being punked . It was just unbelievable. If investors or management or even corporate read this message. I highly suggest seeing the video recording . And the woman in the photo below the waitress we had called her three times and she walked away from us every single time it was so odd.
