Great find all the way out in Wading River. Cashier was helpful and friendly. Food was hot and made to order. Really can't ask for much more at a fast food location. 🌮 🔔 Is a favorite any time I find one.

This Taco Bell is not particularly fast, and it costs a little more than other locations. However, everything is literally better from this location so I don't mind at all. They give you more food for every item, everything is always correct, and being things are stuffed with more contents it's just better overall.

I was out of town, and I ordered from the app on my phone...it was fresh and it tasted great,,,the cinnabon doughnuts were perfect temperature and the iced coffee tasted perfect...didn't need to add anything to it. Yum 😋

I love how it hasn’t been renovated and has the old school design, gives it more character and nostalgia where these new ones lack that. Service is solid at this location as well, can’t complain. Food was hot and didn’t make me sick, what more can you ask for.

This is the quickest and cleanest Taco Bell. They rarely ever mess my order up and make sure the sauce and sides are in the bag. Contactless and temperatures take when using the restroom is necessary. The staff are kind and very efficient. I don’t ever eat fast food but this place is my choice this specific restaurant.

Whoever the man working tonight is: 5/26/24 at around 12am, deserves a raise. Line is insane and he is the only one working, poor guy deserves a better management and team. Y'all should be shut down for that, give him a bonus.

This is hands down the best Taco Bell I have been to. Sure every once in a while they have their days but other Taco Bell’s should take note on the food quality this place puts out. It makes me really dislike any time I go to another Taco Bell because I didn’t know what I was missing at this one!

First of all, I had a great experience here. I’m not sure why the store doesn’t have more stars this coming from someone who’s in surface industry for a very long time managing as well so I know quality of food and I know service like the back of my hand. Let me just start off with saying that I was greeted very, very, very, very warm and welcome by a gentleman who was doing the takeout orders by himself during a peak hour, and he greeted me properly and then I had an all my order and let me tell you about my experience. Again, let’s just go back to the warm and welcome greeting down to the big smile when I arrived at the window and the quick and speedy service that he did solely by himself. The kid I’m sorry, not kid the gentleman who graded me I’m not sure his name but it is 4:20 PM on Friday the 28th and whoever that was he was a younger gentleman I would say about 5 foot eight dark hair dark eyes I wanna say Hispanic descent, and I can say that because I am Hispanic Latino myself. He was extremely efficient. My food was extremely fresh and hot. Kudos to the cooks. Kudos to the store for having an online order and I was 15 minutes away that was perfect. My order was completed exactly how I modified it. The food was hot and fresh. The chips were fresh. The cheese cup was actually filled on like a lot of other stores where you barely get any, and you can’t even finish your chips. Usually, I cannot finish my craving box and I almost finished the entire thing because it was so good and had such a good experience. Here’s a good saying for you guys a Taco Bell. It’s not the taco that makes the store it’s the store that makes the taco. Thanks again whoever the manager is at this store needs to know this and district management and everybody higher up above as well. Please keep in mind. I do not know anyone or any employee at the store and I go to Minnie Taco Bell cause it’s one of my favorite and I actually have the app on like a lot of people the store rocks thanks again.

Every time we come here the food is always right and always so fresh tasting. This team works great together. I had the pleasure of meeting Jen last night with my husband and she is incredible. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to make sure everything came out okay. It’s rare for me to review a fast food establishment, but this store deserves some good things written about them. Everyone here has always been so friendly and welcoming and we can’t wait to go back.

Bro at the drive thru was so cool, 4:30ishPM 12/3/23, let us take our time ordering, staff labeled everything w a marker on the wrap so we knew what was what (half was veggie so it really helped) also gave us sauce when we forgot to ask. Amazing staff give them a raise.

Finally a sane person came out, followed orders well, made you beautiful and directed the staff there. Satisfied, sent immediately. He prepared my order. I've been here before, waited half an hour and no one cared. Finally someone sane came along. Don't miss this middle-aged lady anywhere. Stay there, work there. Do you know who this lady is, she is a short blond woman of 30, 35 years old with glasses. Thank you Let's come to the boy who is Chinese. It doesn't make me happy when he looks down on people. I don't know if I'm wrong, maybe he needs to change himself. He should value the person in front of him and look into the eyes of the customer while talking. It's like there's a wall, not a client.

I just wanted 3 soft taco supreme. Not the meal, this seemed to cause some confusion, as I didn't want a drink. We went drive thru, but the window was open so I heard our order being discussed. We got what we wanted and it was good.

*Edit They have turned it around! New interior, parking lot! And the service has improved greatly, efficiency and speed. I've gone about 5 times since my last review and have watched it improve! Its still very busy occasionally, but so much better! This place is an absolute mess. I've never seen a more regularly dysfunctional food establishment in my life. On the off chance I feel desperate enough to come to this Taco Bell, there is a 50% chance you will be in the drive-thru for 30+ minutes. That is not an exaggeration. I am writing this fresh off a 30 min wait with only 3 cars in front of me. There are regularly police at this place for weird issues. The quality of the food is super inconsistent, and often missing key ingredients without notification. Also they don't follow their own hours, and will regularly close the drive thru HOURS early without indication online. When you're spending an average of $15 per meal here, this is just unacceptable and its no wonder I don't want to come here. The owner of this place should feel shame.

Went inside on a Saturday around 11:30am, read the reviews here first before going but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. The place is kind of run down, and the food was pretty good. I wouldn't rate the food quality excellent though. The part of the kitchen that I could see looked clean.

Food is ok. They just never get your order right, and asking you to read the monitor to make sure your order is correct doesn't work. Nothing more frustrating at dinner time than opening bag of food and not having what you paid for.

not gonna lie yalls cooks need to lock in, this taco bell is a huge 50/50 and on certain days the food is decent while on others its absolutely disgusting. dont know what the issue is but u need to be more consistent if u expect ppl to actually come back

Food isn’t bad, usually fresh tasting. Wait times can be improved upon. One thing that bothers me is they never have Baja blast zero. They don’t seem to have the options other Taco Bell’s in the area have. I don’t get it.

Staff is rude and incompetent. How difficult is it to put the order together correctly? We're not talking brain surgery here. Sad for our future with the kids they have working here. I know mistakes can happen, but it's consistent here.

This particular taco bell is VERY slow. On average it takes about 20 minutes to go through the drive thru & even longer if you go inside to order. And that is when the place isn't even busy, like 1 other car in the drive thru line & 1 or 2 people ordering inside. They seem to have trouble handling both the counter ordering & the drive thru. I have also seen them give food to the wrong customer, to which the customer opened & returned when they realized it was the wrong order. The employee then tried to give that food to the correct person. Once food leaves the counter it is no longer safe to give to anyone else according to health standards. When the person told them they would not accept that food & wanted everything remade the employees seemed incredibly annoyed (mind you this person had already been waiting for their order for AT LEAST 30 mins).

Seriously... you had one job. Put food i ordered in bag.. I ordered 2 meals. And they couldn't even make sure it was all in the bag. I get people make mistakes but Seriously... now by the time I get all the way there and back the rest of my food will be cold... Update.. I will add a small update that they tried to make it right when I came back to get my food abs gave me a little extra. But guys really. Pay a little closer attention when you pack an order. Its frustrating. And I see a lot of reviews about the same thing.

The customers expect and demand to much from this taco Bell . The service is bad and the food is never fresh. I live near by so I put up with this location . Keep in mind taco Bell is known for low prices and low quality. I have been to better locations such as Boca Raton and Melbourne Florida. This taco Bell will have to make do until I can get my new appliances and do my own cooking

Tried Taco Bell again... Was not impressed but I will say this time it was a bit better. I cannot stress enough on how much the staff and the premises were top notch. Its just my personal opinion on the food from the chain itself rather than this outlet.

I just tried to walk in to this TB at 8:15pm, walked over to kiosk and didn’t even begin to place an order before some employee comes busting out of the back, screaming, “we’re closing in 5, don’t you see the lights off.” Extremely rude. Maybe the doors should’ve been locked. Or she could’ve just told us they were closing the dining room in a normal manner. This place sucks.

Went to the drive thru, ordered 5 burritos and 1 nacho bell grande and a cinnamon twist. Got home with the food and we got 3 of the burritos and the nachos. Tried calling to notify the restaurant, and I got some crazy number and to leave a message. This is ridiculous, You all need to learn to read. Was charged for it all but missing the other 2 burritos.

Ordered through the app for pickup and selected In-Store pickup option. Got there 7pm on a Sunday night and the restaurant was locked up. Had to wait 25 minutes on drive up line to get my food. Food was cold when I got it, and I ordered a crunch wrap with no sour cream and it had sour cream on it, which I cannot eat. So, that was $7.49 for something that went in the garbage. I reached out to Taco Bell via the app to share this feedback, and 3 days later haven't heard anything back. Will update review if they reach out

I only give 2 stars because it is somehow better than the dreaded Farmingville location. The woman that works the window in the morning (or did, Saturday morning may 6th) is typically very short, callous, and closes the window before she can even finish her dry "have a good day." Sentence. Bag was leaking at the corner and didn't notice till I made it home, too. Food tossed carelessly in bag, damaged food.... Wrong type of coffee..... Wrong meat in my crunchwrap. I used to defend this place but now.... Man, Taco Bell as a whole, DO BETTER!!! THIS ISNT ROCKET SCIENCE. Coming from a former food service worker, too. Probably just going to stick to McDonalds down the street, they actually have morale/concern. EDIT: I'd like to add that I only ordered about 4 items, unaltered. This wasnt even a big order.

The store is always dirty inside and around the parking lot. The employees are usually rude, especially during the nighttime. Lots of employees going outside to smoke when there’s work to be done. Store is constantly understaffed which means it usually takes a while for the food to be done.

Horrible. The food looked and tasted disgusting. I will never be going back to this place again. I know it’s no 5 start restaurant but I’ve been to plenty of Taco Bell’s and never once have I experienced such disgust. Please do not go here.

By far the worst Taco Bell on Long Island. I have yet to successfully do business with this establishment. Orders are always incorrect and service is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go to Shirley, Riverhead or Port Jeff Station for Taco Bell. Don't waste time going to Ridge, you won't be satisfied.

If i could give zero stars I would, absolutely by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, I spoke with the manager and she gave me the most disgusting attitude I’ve ever came across in my life if you’re a manager you shouldn’t be able to role your eyes with such disrespect then give a nasty attitude just because a costumer is asking about prices, i also heard her yelling and cursing at the employees in the background. That lady needs to take a therapy session her attitude is not normal. ill make sure i never come to this location again and i would strongly advise others to turn away from this location as well

Tonight the line was just as long as we all know it can be and seems to never move. But, that's just the half of it! After you order and drive up to the window be ready to feel disrespected as you get rushed and talked down too. I understand that they are underpaid and endless line but this isn't my fault as a customer looking for the best service i can get fast and warm. After being rushed and the girl at the window forgot to give me utensils to be able to enjoy my food warm and on the move. After calling to speak with management i was in short terms told in a nice way to get over it and if I want a utensil to come back; this isn't an answer you give someone but this must be why the staff is rude since they learn that it's okay from a supervisor! After being over talked and not allowed to tell the supervisor how i feel she said I'm done and hung up. This is not okay! I will be calling corporate and emailing them the voice recording of the conversation i took of this...

They really don't know how to handle customer problems especially when it comes to their app. I mean we drove down there to show them exactly what was going on and telling us they don't have the items but it was confirmed by an employee that they have everything and said let me get my manager. The manager comes over looking confused of what the issue is and isn't helpful at all. We walked out and gave them no business. The manager was like yeah we have been having issues with door dash as well. So we tried another location and had no issue with our online order.

The servers refuse to take your order, they make you use the kiosk. The kiosks does not allow me to print a receipt, I must give out my email or my phone number in order to obtain a receipt or I get no receipt. And then we asked for the cops bar order the lady behind the kind of waved her arm at me and looked away

Came in 1/1/2023 at 2:30 p.m. Rap music blaring from the back with every other word a curse word. I don't mind the music in other environments but I'm in there with my 6 and 7 year old boys to sit down and enjoy a meal. Is this a family dining establishment or a club? Every other Taco Bell I've been to has music authorized by corporate playing over the dining area speakers (wi-fi too), not someones personal radio in the prep area with everyone singing along trying to pass it off as a normal working environment in front of my kids. I said something and they turned it down, not off. Area/Regional manager/franchise owner should drop in more often (manager was working at the drive thru area and didn't even mind the situation) and something has got to be done about the main window that has a smokey/blurry effect from age. Been like that for years. Nobody comes to the front register because they expect you to use the self order tablets. On another visit I asked to use the restroom and was told it was out of order by one employee. Another guest came in after me, asked to use the restroom and a different employee buzzed him in the bathroom. I confronted the employee who denied me and was told that they forgot it was working. Half of the dining area is always taped off and used to store new display signs, Halloween or Christmas decorations, etc. The place could really use a makeover and maybe corporate training and visits. Otherwise tear it down and put a Chick-fil-A or an Arby's up.

Every time I come here I am always missing items and have to head inside to grab them. Staff is usually great but my last time in the Manager/Supervisor had such an attitude and seemed to get upset when I informed I was missing items. No worries though. I will head out to the one in Port Jeff or Coram instead from now on.

Placed an order online. Got a notification that it’s done but they told me to wait on the drive thru line to pick it up because they closed the inside at 7pm and wouldn’t open the door. I waited on line for 30 minutes to receive cold food. Great customer service 👌

Food was good. Girl at window was awful. I asked for sauce packets didnt get any. When I went back she gave me attitude. Then as I was trying to leave parking lot there was a big group of kids playing football in the parking lot blocking everyone from exiting. They started mouthing off to the guy in front of me because he beeped to make them move out of his way. Wont be going back there.

Probably the worst Taco Bell on Long Island because the management at this location seem to think they are better then all other Long Island Taco Bell’s and don’t follow company ads and decide to charge $5.99 for a box that’s supposed to be $5 and they charge for most $1 craving menu items $1.29. A word to management your not better then any other Taco Bell on Long Island and your not better then what Taco Bell suggests for pricing. Your food is almost always cold and the orders wrong. You ask for 2 sides of say chicken and you like combining it into 1 dish. This is not the way to run a business. If you can’t follow company suggestions you should just close your store.

The Worst Taco Bell.Always takes a very long time to get your order, definitely need all new staff & management. Also their prices are higher than other Taco Bell Restaurants, when I asked why they said because they are a franchise and can charge different prices.Example the $5 Box meal is $5.99 so this is now a $ 6 Box Meal?? This will be my Last Visit to this Taco Bell.

The Taco Bell in Ridge is the absolute worst. The food always sucks, you will wait there for 15 minutes before anyone notices you need assistance, the dining room is in desperate need of a remodel and to make your visit just a little bit crappier The Taco Bell App, to order your food, Wants Nothing To Do With The Ridge Location. If I could give this place no stars, I would. I have already sent an email with no response as of yet. My most recent experience was at your Ridge NY location. The new manager not only did not have any clue how to do his job but his professionalism is severely lacking as well. My fiancé and I frequent this location as it is only a few minutes down the road from our home. My experience started with the manager, Jesse. As we walked into the establishment he pushed his employee aside in order to help us. We ordered our usual items which includes a Baja Blast freeze during happy hour. Jesse handed me the freeze with the incorrect cap on. I understood at first, assuming that maybe he was new. I asked him if he had the correct lids available for the freeze and he said no as I was staring right at them. I pointed it out and he said okay with an anti use while replacing my lid. I’ve paid for my drink that is now 3 quarters full... I asked the employee that usually assists us if she could fill my drink the rest of the way. She said no because the manager would yell at her. I then turned to the manager and asked him the same question and he said no and that he was saving cost of the happy hour drinks by not filling them the way they are supposed to. At that point, my fiancé and I were disgusted and asked for our money back and his name so we can make a customer complaint. He laughed in our faces and said to make the complaint, he doesn’t care because it was going to go to him anyway. He then refused our refund and tried to make us take our food. We said no, and that’s where he touched me... and told me to take the food. I asked him to never touch me again and to step away from me. As he was behind the counter, there was not reason for him to touch me at any point of time. We finally received our refund in disgust. If we don’t hear back, we will be reporting this establishment to the Better Business Bbureau. I will not be returning for as long as he works at that establishment and I will warn everyone we know of what occurred as well. I don’t appreciate being baited and switched because “you’re trying to lower cost during happy hour.” Thank you.........

Decided to go “dine” in to eat with my cousin… I like the old school style of it but I quickly realized it wasn’t done on purpose and the place is just extremely run down and old, every table was filthy and had obviously not been wiped down at all for the day, half the inside was blocked off with caution tape and used for storage, on top of the rude and overworked employee behind the counter it really made for a pretty comedic experience all around, will definitely go again

Completed messed up entire order after sitting in drive through for 20 minutes. Called store, phone off hook. So my entire meal was thrown in the garbage. Fix up your management or shut the store down. God awful. Don’t recommend. Don’t come here.

Just placed an order on the app and went to pick it up. Front doors are locked. Cannot enter the dining room at all 7 PM at night got to the window to pick up my order, which was supposed to be picked up inside, and was told they do not have the order, and will not give me the order that I am showing them is paid for on the app. The manager flat out refused to give it to me And was very rude. I am now out $10. I highly suggest you all find another Taco Bell. This one is the worst.

Absolutely ridiculous this Taco Bell has been run into the ground. The staff completely incompetent store is dirty food is never accurate. Can’t order food at the counter. Have to use the kiosk then they tell you that they cannot accept cash you have to use a credit card which I find. absolutely ridiculous why we waiting for 20 minutes to order our food at the front counter. Employees are in the back just shooting the bull It is said I have lived here locally over 40 years. This is the worst Taco Bell. Absolutely the worst I’m going to say it’s so bad that I think I’m going to write Taco Bell off my list of food to eat.

This taco bell is continuously getting worse. I am very lenient for public service places such as a TB. I even used to work at one 5 years ago. However, this has to be one of the worst TB's I've been to for the second time. I first came here when I started working in the area at the beginning of the summer. It was the same deal. The drive through line is very inefficient and apparently they can't get change or cash for their drawers for like months now, so if you go inside the cashiers apparently don't work, but the kiosk do. If you use cash it has to be through drive through and exact change. This was around May June and now here in November is the same deal. This time I tried going at a less busy time around 230-3pm and tried dining in. It was not good. The lobby is half closed off and for a major fast food chain it just looks like a run down corner chinese place in comparison. The Soda machines are always dirty and the bathrooms as well. The men's bathroom has been out of service since the first time I went and the same deal with the cashiers issue apply as well as the lack of change for cash. The atmosphere is terrible is like they don't want you there. There is only one lady in there that seems nice enough to care, but everyone else is so unmotivated and depressed that it feels like you are bothering them instead them giving you a service. The kitchen employees do not wear aprons, but they atleast had gloves. For the food, on both occasions I had the same thing. A cravings box with a med, diet Pepsi. Swap the 5layer for chicken with fries inside and black beans and grilled. Swap the chalupa for steak add rice and nacho cheese with no sour cream. The dorito taco is default. Both occasions the fries were very soggy almost cold. The dorito shell was also cold/soggy. The chalupas on both occasions were wrong they either miss an entire item or don't even change the beef. For the 5 layer they got it right except on the first one they didn't change it to chicken. On both occasions I saw people going back to double check their order for accuracy which delayed the service even longer. Imagine waiting 16 minutes when there are maybe 3 cars on drive through and 2 people in the lobby me being one of them. That aside, it does not even matter that you want to dine in as the packaging is lack luster or just not appropriate for the order. Atleast this time around the bathroom was decent. Overall, the food keeps getting misplaced/just made wrong. The pov is inconvenient and often very annoying as per the made up restrictions. The crew is unmotivated, bothered just not approachable for the most part. They also don't wear aprons on the kitchen line The drive through is inefficient and inconvenient.

Worst place ever. First told we can order inside have to order at the window so we did only to come inside and see them taking other peoples orders. The manager on duty at 4pm was very rude telling certain people they can’t be in there with out an adult.( all people of color). All they wanted was to get some food and leave. Never in my entire life have see such rudeness. The Mgr should not be running this place. I will never come back here again. She needs to be fired

I USED to like TB for a good cheap taco. IDK if it's just this location that desperately needs a makeover or what, but when I pulled in parking lot I wasn't even sure it was still in business. The food quality has hit rock-bottom and I doubt I will be eating TB in the future. To add to the insult the bathrooms were supposedly out of order, but I suspect lazy employees don't want clean them.

85% they get your order wrong at drive thru, manager lady is rude most of the time, the inside of this taco bell Half sectioned off with a rope/caution tape and is used as a storage closet for there materials that should be in the back. So only half seating. Also There drivethru outside mic doesnt work properly, if you ask for a moment on your order they usually tell you to let them know when you are ready, and then when you are ready you can never get in contact with them again beeping car horn doesnt work only thing that works is backing up and repulling up to the window, which doesn’t work if there is a car behind you. Ive been going to this taco my whole life and it is a disgrace.

This taco bell is horrible. The prices are higher than other locations. The employees are always outside smoking. I was told that something I ordered hasn't been on the menu in years, but it is available to order online at this location. Tonight, while the employees were outside smoking, we were told there was a 5 item limit at the drive through. There was no line, they are just lazy.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place has ZERO respect for food delivery drivers. I arrived to pick up an order for my customer and they didn't start the order for nearly 20 minutes after I arrived. They were completing dine-in and drive-thru orders of people that came in 10-15 minutes after me! Do these geniuses understand that delivery drivers lose money for every minute they are waiting in stores for the food to be finished! Not to mention then our customers get upset thinking it is our fault that the order is taking so long to deliver! GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER AND HAVE THE FOOD COMPLETED ON BY THE DRIVER EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME! I pick up at restaurants that make far more complicated dinners that are always and on-time and then I come to your fast food place and wait nearly 30 minutes! Embarrassing!!!!

Stay away this location is horrible. I don’t like going there but my husband ended up going there for a quick service. First they said at drive through we had to have exact amount of cash or only card. Then we look at menu and they have on the menu displayed as they have it the craving boxes kid says they don’t have them anymore .. we are stuck in the line because they don’t take customers inside because u have to order food thru a kiosk only. Then we have to go thru so we wanted to ask him a question show him you offer this on your web site . He nasty replied they do not make and offer them anymore . My son asked him “so you don’t have tacos and burritos?” Because that’s what came in the combo advertised. He replied to my Son so rude and nasty. I said to the kid not to speak to my son this way . He was nasty and rude to me trashing my 15 year old son. Why are they still in business there. They clearly don’t want to be there or work. They do not want to put together meals. I asked for a supervisor, he replies he is a manager. I said to him then why do you have it up in the menu if you do Not offer it anymore should not be up there. To take it down. He nasty kid says I don’t do that. This means he lied and is not a mangers he is nothing but a snot noise kid who don’t want to work. So we go to coram Taco Bell we were able to get the craving boxes. I asked the kid at coram that they at ridge said they do not offer this item anymore but still have it on menu as they do offers it. He states and I agree they need to up their inventory.. I think they need to update their employees get rid of them all and hire new. But this whole thing I will never go there and order food. I would rather drive to coram with better customer service and they have what their menu says. They had the craving box for $6.99 ridge wanted us to buy the box for $11.50 each just to make us buy the more expensive one. Nasty crew never go there.

This place is outdated and needs a complete redo. Advertised deals are not honored at this location and the prices are high. The dining area and food prep stations are a mess. The windows are filthy and the bathrooms are labeled “out of service”. When I received my order, it was incorrect. Won’t be coming back !

By far the worst Taco Bell on Long Island. I’d rather drive to stabby Coram Taco Bell than go to this one. The employees are rude and lazy. My favorite experience at this Taco Bell so far is ordering over $30 of food and asking for water and being told no since it was too many waters for the drive through to handle 👌🏽 Drive a little further for better quality and service

At first I gave this place a three star review and gave them a chance but now this is the last and final chance. I'm giving this Taco Bell location a one star review because of the workers that don't know how to properly make a meal the right way, the out of the control long drive thru and no manager around to guide these new teenage workers. This location needs to change their attitude, direction and need new people that need to know what their doing.

Slowest "fast food" I've ever gotten. From the moment I got in the drive-through line to the second I got my food took almost 40-minutes. There was at most six cars a head of me and each one took almost 7-minutes to get there food once reaching the window.

Place is not good what so ever! Placed an order early afternoon at exact 12:51pm but the order #6 chalupa was cold, stale, hard and expired past the 30 minute window. Tried calling twice one at 12:57pm then again at 1:14pm both sent straight to voicemail as if they took the phone off the receiver. I return close to 9:30pm after work and was told at drive-thru because inside is closed that “we do not accept refunds” i used to work at a location of Taco Bell before to know policy has not changed and customers can definitely get refunds for unwanted food. Not only did the girl in drive-thru faked the refund with taking my card, but I did not get the original receipt back. Calling corporate a second time on this store because they’re the worst location…This time once I receive a coupon credit I will drive the distance just to avoid this one like Coram since they’re much professional, clean and organized

I went order inside at 9am which the sign said! The woman came out and said we will be ready in a few minutes! She didn’t acknowledge the sign that said open 9am! It was the woman with a glasses and brown curly! This happened on 12/11/21 at 9am! Even couple of months ago she gave an attitude when she messed on my order! She wasn’t be honest about her mistake! I am not coming ever again to that tacobell!

Drive thru was backed up throughout the whole parking lot like usual at night, decided to order from inside none of the employees knew what order they were on then they started to curse and yell at each other one guy got told to leave and go home. I waited a half hour for 6 items. It was unbelievable, Taco Bell was my first job when I was 16. It's not that difficult. These are the same people that complain that they're not paid enough but they can't even get a simple order out right and on time.

Stopped by for a quick lunch break. Imagine my suprise when it took about 30 minutes to get food despite there only being 1 customer in front of me and 4 or 5 people working. Drive through cars were flying by no problem though, unbelievable and late going back to work. I get fast food isn't as fast as it used to be, but this is just ridiculous

Stopped by there last night for dinner and was so disgusted and disappointed when I got home. Opened my Doritos tacos and all of them were soggy, thrown together, meat on the OUTSIDE of the taco shell. It was obvious that the people who work there hate their jobs and don’t want people to enjoy their meals. Such a waste of money.

Insane. Lots of employees coming in and out of the building to smoke while no one was in the kitchen making orders. Waited so long which I don’t mind waiting but when most of the employees were outside smoking, that’s a problem.

Horrible. Place is run down and looks like it's from 1990. Manager is doing drug deals in the parking lot. Staff is cursing and yelling at each other. Absolutely filthy inside. Waited over 20 minutes for food inside.

Stay away! I went inside today around 3:10pm instead of using the drive through because many times there are mistakes with my order when I use the drive through. I have not been here in a while and was blown away that they still have part of their dining area blocked off and used as storage and it looks like trash. How can this be acceptable to their DM and Regional Manager? They would not ring me up inside. They told me I have to use their kiosk only to place an order. And if you are paying cash you have to use the drive through. I refuse to use a kiosk as I prefer to talk to someone when I am placing my order. Why do I need to do extra work and be inconvenienced when I am paying? Ridiculous!!!! I went through the drive through and was told if paying cash it has to be EXACT! The woman employee - Jennifer Anne S - said for 3 weeks they have been trying to get change from their bank and she said Taco Bell corporate is aware of the situation when I told her I was going to call corporate. Jennifer Anne S was not friendly at all and should have been appreciative that a customer would call corporate to help them. I tried calling corporate and was on hold waiting over 43 minutes today to speak to Customer Service and file a complaint. It makes sense why this location looks like trash inside, can't take an order in person inside, and can't make change to a cash order if their corporate can't even have employees in Customer Service to pick up the phone. I have a life and after 43 minutes of waiting I hung up. Bye Bye Taco Bell - you won't be getting my money anymore. I told my kids we won't ever be back. Taco Bell clearly doesn't care about customer service and that is why this location can get away with all their issues. Corporate clearly doesn't care if they expect someone to stay on the phone for over 43 minutes waiting to speak to Customer Service! This location needs to shut down. Order # 351397 taken at 3:17:15 PM. Order amount $27.93.

The evening/night manager by the name of Jenny; Extremely rude & an embarrassment of presenting customer service. I have never experienced such neglect & discrimination in my life. The presentation of customer service she presents and atrocious! No customer should ever have to experience what I experienced this night! I am the only customer inside the dinning area & it was if i was invisible to her. Her approach was: "you looking for something " ... clearly I am here to place an order. After she presented that form of hello. I proceeded with confirmation of her name! Next Is better business bureau. People of that sort should never be able to provide customer service in a fast food enviorment.

Countless horrible experiences with management, I’ve been overcharged before and kicked out without getting my food. Multiple times the employees have given me “burritos” that were only a tortilla. Manager needs to be fired.

This taco bell needs an upgrade in everything. It is outdated (it still has the 90s decor inside), ugly (again the 90s decor inside and the old stucco on the outside), no lights on the building are working so it looks closed at night and unsafe to be in the drive thru for as long as you are. The workers constantly forget items. I just went there and in the middle of ordering the worker working the drive thru just ignored me. I had to say hello into the speaker several times until he came back. Once he came back half my order was off the screen and I had to reorder everything. When I got to the window my grilled cheese burrito wasn't on my receipt and they substituted the beef in my beefy 5 layer with chicken, he must have thought I said beefy 5 layer with chicken instead of beef and in reality I was ordering my grilled cheese burrito with chicken. This taco bell has gone down hill in the last few years. I am seriously considering driving to shirley or coram to those tacobells instead. This taco bell needs training for their staff and a complete renovation. I would highly recommend going to a different taco bell. Which sucks cause there aren't many food options in ridge to begin with but do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. ***NEW AS OF 5/17/25*** I don't know what happened but this is the 2nd day in a row where I am sitting in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. This has got to be one of the worst taco bells on long island.... which is bad cause the one in coram gave moldy tortillas.... this one is still worse. Last night I heard the workers say "focus on the doordash and uber orders and not the drive thru orders." The workers need to be re-trained.

Went here last night at about 8:30p in the drive thru. We spent 20+ minutes with three cars ahead of us, stuck in the drive thru unable to get out of line. The other person in my vehicle went to the front door, but the doors were locked and they were unable to get in. Worst Taco Bell ever, and I’ll be writing to corporate.

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru window, I waited 20 minutes at the window for a Mobil order placed an hour ago. The girl at the window did not say anything and handed us our drinks. After a while a manager came over and eventually gave us our food. Save your time and money. Go to a different location.

Went on a monday at 5pm after ordering and paying on the app and their supply truck was blocking the drive thru so after going inside the employee said “delivery no cook.” They couldn’t give us a refund and the app conviently kept crashing and having errors. After DMing TB on twitter and waiting 2 months we finally got our refund. I guess I like to torture myself bc I still go back bc it’s the closet to me and just went again and only one drink was working in the drink machine in the store and overheard a customer complaining that he ordered a taco with no lettuce and got a taco with only lettuce. Please get better taco bell i love you but can’t keep supporting you if you can’t change 💔

This is my last time ordering from this taco bell. The quality and presentation is garage. I ordered through Uber eats. Crunch wrap were just lettuce and tomato. The beef burrito tasted like garbage. Beef was old. Missing my two drinks as well, nachos were so soggy. Literally I ordered a good amount with my money and not even worth it at all. And I did get a refund from the drinks drinks missing, so can't do another report on this issue. But the rest of my order is so bad. You would think after they re did the decor in the place they would delegate proper orders and make sure their products are freshly made and not out so it turns bad. I will be calling corporate with this issue though. It's very very annoying.

I think this Taco Bell might be the worst one on Long Island unfortunately it’s the only one near me. Everytime I’m there the line takes 30min to an hour to order and receive my food it’s absurd! It’s supposed to be a fast food place! The food is often not fresh either, so I don’t understand why it takes so long. And my order has been messed up numerous times, missing items, wrong order completely. Worst Taco Bell ever

drive through is actually so horrid. i’ve been in this drive through for over 15 MINUTES. do NOT come here ever. trust me when i say this, it is NOT worth it, they also get orders wrong 24/7. they will have you at the window WAITING for ALMOST A HOUR. my family who comes here always says the same thing we just use the taco bell in coram. way faster.

every time i come to this taco bell i am disappointed. not only is it more expensive than other locations i’ve been tobut the wait is so long and the food is always just… gross i live 3 minutes away so this did not happen sliding around in my car. it’s literally liquid the box is soggy.
