Who doesn't love the Boneroo? Cozy. Divey. Cheap nachos that can prevent you from hurting yourself too badly. Velvet paintings, pinball, and a pool table that's the right amount of eccentric. Taps are generally clean and there are some fine choices. Cozy corners and friendly locals.... And it sure beats the stanky dance hall that once brought cockroaches to this corner.... And as long as you hold the railing you can almost pour yourself directly on to the Manhattan bound L train... Convenient? Dangerous? Yes.

Ok here's my review. Love the dive bar atmosphere. Shot and beer for 6 bucks!? Can't go wrong. Would this be a first date hell no! Unless she just wants to use me and lose me. Overall ok food better when you had a few and great dive bar.

Great neighborhood hang. Really friendly bartenders and prior to the pandemic, they played amazing garage, punk, rock, etc. Though in substitute, they now have a decent little food menu. Very happy these guys are still around.

When I was visiting New York on holiday we stayed close to Bonus Room and visited the bar on a few occasion. Bonus Room was definitely our favourite bar during our trip due to great atmosphere and friendly staff. Next time we are in New York we will definitely visit again.

The perfect dive bar experience after one year of being inside! The Monday night Burger special was bomb - only $13 for a burger with tots and a beer. So greasy and flavorful and just perfect.

One of my favorite bars in the area. Drinks are cold and cheap. Crowd is very laid back. Cheap pool and pinball great decor. An excellent place for after work drinks or a sloppy night out.

Possibly my new favorite dive bar. Bartenders are super knowledgeable, friendly, and non-intrusive. Food is tasty and smells great. And most importantly, drinks are cheap, and there is always a decent crowd. Patrons are also always happy and kind.

Food was astoundingly good. I thought it would be a little overpriced, but I had the best BLT I’ve ever had, and a phenomenal chicken wrap. Drink deals are reasonable and in high quantity, and Tuesday trivia was fun with a ton of personality! Would recommend to those in the neighborhood.

Bonus Room has got some really cool vibes. They’ve got solid beer-and-shot deals, a super nice bartender, and surprisingly good food. We tried the grilled cheese with bacon and the loaded fries, both were really good. I definitely want to come back and try more from the menu. There’s a pool table and a big screen for watching sports, which makes it a great hangout spot. At night it gets pretty packed, but that just adds to the energy. Overall, it’s a fun bar and definitely worth a stop if you’re in the neighborhood.

Amazing vintage style bar promoting inclusivity! Some of the best bar food I’ve ever had! (Shout out to the caramelized onions on the patty melt) solid beer list with some local options highlighted and a nice bartender. Can’t wait to come back!

Neighborhood bar with green leather everywhere. Pinball and pool for the Hustlers. Drinks are pretty cheap and there is a city special. Right next to the subway so it's super convenient for people to meet you. Beer selection is small but pretty okay. Cocktails are mixed fairly well.

Accidentally ended up here, but was a great dive bar to try out. Drinks were cheap and there was plenty of seating. Super loud, but we also went on a game night so that made it louder.

Honestly, don't order their nachos. They skimp on proteins. Stick to sandwiches or appetizers.

My friend and I thought this bar would be much bigger and have way more games the way yelp made it sound. But just one pool table and 2 pinball machines because one was broken. The bartender also didn't seem to interested to be at work just seemed like alright lets get this night over with it. So if your looking for a bar that at least has some excitement stay away from this one.

Long story short i was going to buy drinks and play pool but I played pool 5$/3 games and then got the “ if u dont buy a drink u cant play” i already paid 5$ and my friends play hours n hours so we pay more than 15$ just in pool. Amazing burito btw. As a customer that always go that was salty and it is what it is…. Enforcing that is not smart for business fyi your table leaning to the bathroom side fix it

Person picks and chooses price based off your appearance , been to this bar 2 times before going again I never paid passed 8 dollars for a Long Island at this bar he had the nerve to charge 14 dollars for a Long Island on top of that tax when on his menu there isn’t a drink past 10.00 . Guy must of thought I was stupid or something . Cheers never comming back to this place again .

I am a lawyer and as of October 3, 2024 will be filing a lawsuit. There is a racist bartender who has “banned” me from the bar despite me asking to see the manager/owner. This is a good place drinks-wise but they do not vet their employees. Btw, lawsuit will be under the NYC Human Rights Law 8-107(4)

Blonde Bartender is very rude to customers. Does not know how to make drinks and gives an attitude.

Bartender was super rude. It was myself and 2 friends, in a mostly empty bar,maybe about 8-10 people in total. Waited a solid 20 minutes for the bartender to take our drink order, while standing at the bar the entire time. He literally served people right next to us, like he went out of his way to not take our order. Ill def drink elsewhere.
