All I can say is the food is good, but the ladies behind the counter need to check their attitude at the door. The last two times me and my wife visited same attitude didn’t matter who was serving us.
Love coming to this location lately! Dakota is incredible with service and the team that took care of me today made the best subway sandwich ever :) good job hiring this team!!! PS make sure you tip your sandwich artists.
Connor and Zach did an amazing job Zach was very respectful and understanding and great on the phone for a replacement sandwich that I got for replacing the mistake things happen I love this place they're so great other than some places where people just don't care it seems like whoever is managing this place to get along great and understand

The 2 boys that were working today were the best in a long time. They made 9 footlongs without any issues and every sandwich was amazing 👏 I left a 20 in the tip jar!!!

I really do enjoy this subway. However, this location will not accept coupons through the app. An due to that I'm giving this location 2 stars. The app makes thing easier and faster for both the customer and the employees. For some reason though this particular location wants you to to have to come in to use a coupon which takes longer for both sides and seems ridiculous.
I have not been to Subway in Ripon for years. I ordered the foot long steak and cheese and was surprised as I watched it be assembled. I received two "scoops" of what appeared to be processed meat that looked nothing like any advertisement for the sub. Even toasted, the processed taste was evident. Add tomatoes that were not ripe and this was not a great sub. At least the bread was fresh. The worst part was the sub was just under $11.00. I'll stick with subs using sliced deli type meat from now on when I go to Subway.
Orderd a spicy itlanian, no jalapeños no oil and vinegar. Everytime I put a tip on my mobile order the order is incorrect. Dub is very dry hardly any mayo. Wished I could post a picture!!
This Subway makes a good sandwich, but they did not properly process a $9.99 12" combo-meal coupon. After a couple minutes of fiddling with the register, the sandwich artist (no nametag, but working alongside Bonnie) assured me that the coupon had been applied and then took my auto-payment. A receipt was requested and placed in the bag. When I returned home, I reviewed the receipt and found that the coupon was applied, but the combo-meal cookies and drink were charged in addition to the coupon price. Credit card records corroborated the mischarge. This is not the first Subway I've visited where staff lacked proficiency at the register, and I have not returned to any of those shops.

My experience consisted of 2 young men, likely high school age as the employees. 7:30 pm. 01/25/2024. One was sitting next to the window, eating and messing with his phone. No acknowledgement from him. Understandable?? Yes. The kid behind the counter... Saw me when he came out of the cooler and walked towards the order area. Didn't even make eye contact with me. Didn't acknowledge I was in the building, picked up a receipt and started throwing food in a bowl,.. No, " I'll be right with you," no "Hello", NOTHING, zero eye contact for at least 30 seconds. I turned and walked out. As I drove by the window when I left, the loser behind the counter made sure he went to the window to wave at me as I left. Management better think twice on who the closers are. Absolutely pathetic service or lack there of.
Service was friendly, but the male employee had hair hanging in his face. He kept using his forearm to lift his hair to see. We left the restaurant, and upon taking three bites from the sandwich I had a hair in the food in my mouth. The hair matched color and length of the male employee. We were traveling and was already 20 minutes from the restaurant. My brother called and reported the hair. We were told that the manager would call him back. No return call 4 days later. Are food service employees not required to have hair pulled back or have a hair net?
Horrible management for new employees... Not sure of the managers name, but who I assume was 2 new employees, got treated like garbage right in front of me. The 2 young men did just fine with my sub. But everything they did right, seemed wrong for the manager. She was plain rude to them. It's no wonder nobody wants to work anymore if they are getting treated like that right in front of customers... Sub was great though!

You order the steak and cheese with extra steak and pay for it dont get extra, the other toppings also very little also when it clearly wrote "more" some people should just sit on their butts at home instead and not even go to work to try to do their job when people are paying good money. We for sure will not be back! Subway if you are smart get rid of these losers who cant handle following a order!!! You are losing alot of customers. WAKE UP!!!
Just ordered subs here thru the app. Once we got home we found that one of our sandwiches was missing the bacon, the other smoothed. When I walked in to pickup the order I asked where I could get our drinks and the two young employees working who were tossing something around when I walked in, looked over and said you can get them yourself. Felt like my need for help was a burden to them. Bad service, very disappointed in their food quality now.
I called the Ripon location twice, to inquire about catering for a large sporting event at the local high school. Both times I was told a manager would call me back—no one ever did. Needless to say they lost a potentially large order and I am happily using a different local business.
Have to change my review. Their service is always sloppy, and a little too rude. Today I got my mobile order and I walk in and I'm greeted with a, "we messed up your order but instead of fixing it or making a new one we put the missing ingredient (guacamole) in a to-go cup". Definitely the wrong way to handle this as you have now lost my business. Ripon is really going down the hole. I honestly can't think of a single friendly, nice place to eat here anymore and it's pretty pathetic.
After my poor experience at the berlin subway, I came to ripon thinking it would be a good experience as it has been in the past only to find out that the people working were unable to perform the duties of their job. One of them couldn't even put gloves on. The other informed me that they close an hour earlier than what they should do to the fact that they can't staff. I regret having spent the 15 minutes to drive over here because it was nothing more than a waste of my time. Even though I was in the store an hour before they were supposed to close, I was still informed that because they close in 5 minutes due to staffing issue they could not help me even though that's not what the hours on the door say. Get your house in order.
Why can't this place shut down already so a new business can come in and thrive? The employees don't give a damn, so obviously they don't care for their jobs. So it would be better if the place just closed.
Today is the last time i order here. They keep messing up my orders. Ordered a sub club #11 and got no roast beef. They find ways to mess up my sandwhich every time i order. So long subway
I have never been disappointed by this Subway, until today. I ordered a 6" Honey Mustard BBQ, toasted with pepper jack cheese. What I received was bready soup. I couldn't pick it up. It was liquid mush and went right into the trash at work. Upon my inspection, I also noticed that it was not toasted and it was lacking cheese. I counted 3 cubes of chicken. 3! The lettuce was very wilted and the sandwich wasn't even slightly warm. I was the only customer too. You men behind the counter need to do better. What a waste of $7.48.
