N entire atmosphere n decor is greaT..it's like scene from.."happy days".. even has the lil Juke box at tables you can put quarters in to play music(well they did at Foxwoods) love it

My experience at johnny rockets was positive. I could tell that the cashiers were trying their hardest even with the long lines and the uncomfortable temperature. The food there was decent and is what i expected from a water park. The cashiers were very helpful and worked hard to accommodate my large order for 11 people.

Food was good fresh love the butter on the brioche buns cheese was well mounted Fry's could be a little better wasn't a great selection of choices but the food was well-prepared and tasty

Burger is good. Chicken tender is good. Fries is good. My experience is particularly bad because of two other reasons: 1) I waited for 1 hour in a seemingly short line. The reason is that a few guys before me were buying food for their family like 20 people. They occupied two windows for probably 30 mins. 2) My wife's salad, some leaves are bad. As a "formal" dining store in this water park on a very popular weekend (Saturday in mid-July), Johnny rockets should have some temporary ways to increase their sale efficiency. For example, having extra staff walking around to take orders. This is what I saw at Chick-fil-A or Disney. Because I do not see burgers as a bottle neck because I can see through the window that the burgers are just sitting their for cashier to pick up. It is not good to keep customers here for 1.5 hrs, who actually want to play at water park.

Don't be fooled. Boardwalk area has shorter lines and the same food. This is only in name alone. You have the same college kids making the same food at each location in the park. Good service but don't expect the johnny rocket experience.

We usually love Johnny Rockets, so we were happy when we went to Splish Splash in Riverhead, and decided to eat at the one at their water park . We we very disappointed. The food was way over priced and greasy and there were very few options and nothing really for young children . We should have went to the food court. Much better options and prices.

Don't be fooled. Boardwalk area has shorter lines and the same food. This is only in name alone. You have the same college kids making the same food at each location in the park. Good service but don't expect the johnny rocket experience.

We usually love Johnny Rockets, so we were happy when we went to Splish Splash in Riverhead, and decided to eat at the one at their water park . We we very disappointed. The food was way over priced and greasy and there were very few options and nothing really for young children . We should have went to the food court. Much better options and prices.

Burger king taste better than this. Burgers were so gross, couldnt even finish it. Its premade already, nothing like the original Johnny Rockets.

One of the worst dining experiences I've had. The lines were enormous and I spent over one hour waiting in 90 degree weather. The food portions were ridiculously small (you could literally count the number of fries on the plate) and we ended up spending over $75 in mediocre fast food. (The crew "leader," Ashley, was rude and severely lacking in any customer service skills and invited me to take up my complaints with the corporate office. I did but they never returned my call). Eat before you get to Splish Splash.

All the fries, burgers, tenders are pre-made and stale by the time they serve them. The only thing made to order were the shakes. 8 employees standing around doing nothing in the back while 3 cashiers work the lines. The kid that helped me was okay but they need an adult manager to run the place.

Took 35 minutes to get served. Another 12 for the food. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken sandwiches. Got food went to beach chairs. We got 3 burgers no chicken sandwich. 2 fries. Clearly no qualified worker to even talk to. Will go to splish splash, NO MORE JOHNNY ROCKETS FOR US.
