Just ordered 40 boneless wings. Arrived 10 minutes early and food was already sitting there. Got home, everything is ice cold. The wings were rock hard and completely dried out. I eat take out from here 3 times a month. I called store just to inform manager, I wasn't going to ask for anything ie, discount or refund. After 10 minutes I had to hang up. Manager never got on phone. Whoever is the manager and cook today, I would question their integrity. Lost me as a customer

Horrible Service! 40 minutes of wait for our food, when only another couple was in the building. Server Alyssa has a horrible attitude, clearly isn’t even capable of taking an order which is mind blowing because that’s her job to do. We are human so small mistakes are understandable. But the attitude and constant laziness is insane. Our order was wrong since the beginning. We went ahead and just ate it. Wasn’t a big deal, Ordered our fries multiple times stating we didn’t recieved them. Finished our wings, still didn’t recieved them. Charged us for it, no apology. Asked her to remove the fries from receipt. Wasn’t capable of doing that either. Still charged us the fries. Instead of the back and forth, we went ahead to pay. Horrible experience.

placed an online order, app told me it would it would be ready at 12:40pm after 20 minutes of waiting and no one so much as greeting me in the takeout area, i asked to speak to a manager who had previously ignored me to interview a potential employee. When I told him i had been waiting for 30 minutes he declined to refund me for my meal and instead offered me 6 free wings, when i told him no he should cover the cost of my food he reluctantly agreed. He then brought my order out rather quickly but my drink was missing. when i brought that to his attention and also asked for utensils, he brought out the drink but no utensils. As someone who has worked in the food industry and orders takeout daily I have never seen anything quite this bad as far as lack of concern for customer satisfaction. This manager needs to do more to help his employees when they are short staffed. It took me complaining to get him to pay any attention to the lobby.

I’ve never been so disgusted in the customer service here. Got my appetizers after I already finished my main food. Got yelled at by an employee and manager didn’t help for crap but defend his employees. Got my drinks 30 minutes after arrival, was dying of thirst, food was crusty and lacked cooking. Worst franchise ever.

The service here was terrible! Our food took so long to come and we didn’t get our appetizers till we got our meals. The waiters were all talking and hanging in the corner and the one waiter was doing all the work I felt bad for her. Also the wings were way too salty and had a funky taste. Definitely will not be coming back!

Came on a Saturday after the football game so i wouldn’t have to wait as long to get seated. I walk in and it’s pretty empty, cool, they still say it’s a 25 min wait to get seated. HOW!? The place was about 25 percent full. Every time i want to give BWW another chance I get reminded why I don’t go here. Be prepared to wait 45-60 minutes minimum (on a slow night) to get your food from the time you check in to the time you get your food. Our server Brooklyn was super nice and awesome. I think it’s a staffing issue. Sadly I will not be coming back anytime soon until something changes

Literally writing this review as I wait more than an hour for my take-out. My order was 20 wings and onion rings totalling to 27.99. Extremely simple order, and so far it's taken more than an hour and a half to prepare. By the time I get my food, it'll most likely be cold and stale. Never get me a gift card for this place again please. Edit: Yup. Food was cold, stale and chewy. And they forgot my veggie sticks. The task could not have been easier, and they still failed. Embarrassing.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. It took over 30 minutes just to get our food, and when it finally arrived, the boneless wings were served bone-in, forcing us to wait even longer for a correction. The fries we ordered never arrived at all, even after reminding our server multiple times. We finished our meals and still never received them. To make matters worse, the bill was a complete mess. We were overcharged by $50, and I was incorrectly charged for a birthday reward that should not have been applied. Both errors had to be pointed out and corrected by us, which is unacceptable. The food itself was just as bad—dry, poorly prepared, and not worth the wait. Between the incompetent service, billing mistakes, and low-quality food, this place completely failed. Extremely disappointing. I will never be coming back

My food came out relatively fast, but my girlfriend with the same exact order had to wait an additional 30 minutes and the side of tots was an extra wait too. It’s a shame, I love the food! Crazy slow service in an empty restaurant. My waiter, Alyssa, was on her phone the whole time. I assumed that maybe the check was taking so long because this place was like Denny's and u had to bring the receipt to the front to pay. Also, I know she was on her phone, because while I waited at the host stand, every time I glanced to the side I'd see her in the small waitstaff room. I asked the front if we could get the check, and she said she'd grab our waiter to do it....Our waiter did indeed get up, only to take the food orders at the single other table on our half of the floor… which was a party of like 10 that sat down after we already finished our food. And I know she was taking their food orders because I also watched her take their drink orders 😭😭 After 10 minutes of waiting, again, I went to the front stand to ask if we could just get our check bc i wanted go home, man 😭 In total, it took two hours to leave when all we ordered was two entrees that we finished within 20 minutes. Other waiter was super super sweet but she seemed to be in charge of the opposite side of the room. This food was so expensive, and for what💀 Music was also super loud so it was difficult to sit and chat while waiting. It was playing terrible, terrible, country music.

The two of us sat down and after a fairly long wait, the server took our order. Twenty minutes later, she brought just one of the orders and told us that they were out of the cheese steak my friend had ordered. When I asked why she didn’t say something before bringing out my food, she just apologized and asked if my friend wanted something different. He ordered a chicken sandwich and the server said it would be “on the house.” Now keep in mind that the food she did bring was not fresh - cold fries and some warm wings. Thirty minutes later she finally brings my friend’s order. When she brings the check, the sandwich was not actually on the house. What she meant — and this truth — is that the item my friend ordered and which they didn’t have would be taken off the check. Never again! And I’m only sorry that I couldn’t give a no-star rating!

Spent two hours here, I’m okay if things are busy,but there’s a point where things are a little unacceptable. I asked for water twice, didnt get it either times. I asked for silver ware. Never got that either, I ate with the sticks that come with the burgers. Server was late to coming over and over or just never came. Check took forever. This is is my first review I’ve ever done. Either I’m getting old or this was just a terrible experience. I ate with a stick. I’m going with terrible experience. November 9th, 2025. Came at 9:18 barely paying check and leaving at 11:30. Waste of money coming here. We said no mustard in the burger as my partner is allergic. Now she’s leaving with hives. And I’m footing a bill I shouldn’t have paid. Then we ordered lemon pepper wings there was lemonade pepper 2/15 wings with seasoning on it when we asked the waiter she took the plate we had already ate from and took it back to the kitchen and said they would retoss them idk how sanitary that was butttt any whooo We ordered pink lemonade since the water was definitely a no go and it Taste funky as well we pretty sure because the ice is made of the same water . Now im having a stomach ache and my husband threw up when we got home.

Don’t waste your time and money. Every single time I come to this location, the same issue occurs — an almost empty restaurant with a waiting time of 15–25 minutes. I can understand delays when the place is busy, but not when it’s only about 30% full. After finally being seated, it takes another 15 minutes just to get drinks, regardless of what’s ordered. I visited on 10/29/25 and have attached a photo of my arrival time, the time I started writing this review, and my receipt showing when I paid. It’s absolutely unreasonable how much time has to pass just to get a meal here. Now, regarding the food — even the water had a strange, almost bleach-like taste, and the wings had the same unpleasant aftertaste (this isn’t the first time this has happened). The fries were fresh and crispy. And the lemonade was alright. After today’s experience, I can confidently say this was my last visit.

Came to have lunch with family. Wasn’t greeted just some guy with dreads stared until I said something first. Sat down waited for about 15 mins before getting menus and order taken. Finally got our food after an hour FOOD WAS COLD!!!!! So I complained everyone else ate I waited for some fresh wings I was hungry so I ended up just eating the cold ones and waitress was nice but the service wasn’t good. Had to get up to ask for napkins, ask for check. Another table even asked if we had good service he experienced same thing. It’s sad they don’t care or value customer experience. Also went to use restroom and I used a walk way everyone else uses and some worker made a scene and told me to walk all the way around when others walked right by. Anyways avoid at all costs eastvale location is 10/10

We ordered chicken wings (bone-in and boneless) and a burger. The experience was awful. We waited over 40 minutes just to get our food, when it finally came it wasn’t good. The bun was hard, the chicken was tough, and the mac and cheese for the kids was loaded with way too much pepper. Our server was a mess, and the whole place felt unorganized. To make things worse, it took another 20 minutes just to get our check. This was crazy… Won’t be returning.

This location has extremely poor service. The wait time to be seated was unreasonably long, and to make matters worse, the delay in receiving our food was just as bad. It took nearly two hours before our meals finally arrived. On top of that, basic requests were ignored or delayed. My water was never refilled during the entire meal. I asked the server for another glass, and it wasn’t brought out until the very end—after I had already finished eating. I also requested marinara sauce, and that alone took 20 minutes to arrive. This has been some of the worst service I’ve ever received. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident but a recurring problem. The question is: what is management doing to address these ongoing issues? Customers should not have to dedicate half their day just to be seated, served, and have simple requests met. The lack of efficiency, attention, and accountability is unacceptable, and until real improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location.

They need more staff or something, the waiter rarely came to our table. She was busy but still. I got a refill 1 time and I had to ask for it. It took us 10 minutes to be seated at 12pm, it wasn’t busy. Then another 25 minutes until our drinks were taken, and that’s the last time we saw our waiter. I have ordered delivery from this Buffalo Wild Wings numerous times and I don’t believe I’ve ever gotten the correct order. You can see in the attached image that they didn’t get either of the traditional wing sauces correct. Whether it’s forgetting items, mixing up sauces, or even wing types they just can’t keep their orders straight. I have given them multiple tries to get this right but they just can’t seem to pull through. My wings usually come cold and under sauced. This is the worst BWW location and they should just close their delivery service if they’re going to operate at such a subpar level. I will be taking my business elsewhere the next time I’m craving wings.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my family, food wasn’t bad. But the service was terrible. It took us 30 minutes to get seated. Even tho restaurant was nearly empty. Then it took an hour and a half for us to get our food. After we got our drinks, the waitress didn’t even come by to give us refills. We had nothing to wash down our food. There were a few people sitting in front of us that got mad and walked out. we didn’t want to be rude so we patiently waited. But…. La verdad we will never be going back to that B.W.W. Location.
