Love that I no longer have to drive to Eastvale for Capriottis. Everytime I’ve gone to this location it’s been a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend going within the last 30-40mins of closing unless you’re picking up a called in or mobile order (you may or may not be serviced). That’s not a complaint just an observation.

Fantastic vegetarian options. The bread is soft and fresh. Had the Impossible Philly Cheesesteak and it was amazing! Friendly customer service. They were super busy and understaffed, so there was a long wait. But it was totally worth it. And staff did apologize for the wait.

I'm cheating here. I'm a huge Capriotti's fan since I found them in Vegas. I had lunch just a few hours prior and when I dropped off my car at the mechanics in Riverside I just happen to notice the Capriotti's on Magnolia. I was bummed or I would have definitely stopped and got my usual hot Bobbie with spicy peppers. This is my fave sandwich hands down. I'm giving high reviews simply out of past experience. You won't be disappointed. Find one and go try them. You'll be happy you did.

The pastrami is nice and the sandwiches are flavorful. Fries were a bit too greasy. The service has always been quick and welcoming. Overall, it's nice having a solid sandwich shop nearby!

I hate to leave bad reviews. But I have to say our visit today was very underwhelming. We walk in & there’s 2 guys working. (This review is only reflecting the guy working the register). We had never been here before and we’re excited to try something new. I ask the guy ,”Can you tell me if they use white meat for the Chicken cheese steak?” He said, “Who knows? It’s frozen in a box. Could be anything”. I look at my husband in disbelief by his comment. So I then decide to go with a turkey sandwich. I ask him if he can do no onions on 1 side of the sandwich? His reply: “If I remember”. Like whaaaaat?! Why would you say that?! This guy is not the person to work the front counter. His attitude alone would make me not want to go back. The guy in back making sandwiches was actually really nice. But overall we just thought the sandwiches were ok. My husband thought it was dry.

Ordered a 5" sandwich $10.89, delivers to me 3.8", manager says impossible. Stay away! Unless you order in shop, do NOT take a chance on their deliveries. They just do not seem to care!

We went for our kids' school fundraiser and got 2 Large subs and 2 small subs, we originally wanted to get 2 minis but our host Cory told us "I cannot give you the minis because you reached your inch limit" when I asked for clarification he told us that if we were to have got anymore sandwiches it would have turned into a catering order and that I would have to give them 12-24 hour notice to get the sandwiches made? I asked him, what if I were to leave and come back to place another order and he told me he could not serve me anymore that day, he would "literally" get in trouble if he served me anymore food. All in a very condescending tone. We were the only customers there at the time and it took them no more than 10 minutes to make our 4 sandwiches. I was very disappointed as the food was very good but I do not think we will go back based on their staff's demeanor. We also caller another location and when we told them what happened he let me know that this was not any rule they had ever heard of so I am not sure why the host Cory yesterday would not sell us anymore food?

So we went to your establishment we arrived at 8:30 p.m. and some young kid had already locked up the doors and everything This just happened today which is a Saturday and it's crazy because your time says 9:00 p.m.. I drove all the way from Colton for nothing! and I'm very disappointed because I heard nothing but good things about your food, but now I don't get the opportunity to try it because somebody didn't want to do their job or they didn't want to work makes me completely sad ..hopefully someday now I'll get to try you guys!
