It's in a quiet strip mall that never gets crowded. This place is a nice one to chill and have a sip of coffee without a noisy atmosphere that is present in most other coffee shops. Personally I love their donuts and coffee, 5 stars across the board.

Whenever i come i always get an iced vanilla latte and they never disappoint!! Starbucks always messes them up so i stopped going dunkin has yet to mess up any of my drinks! The bagel breakfast sandwhiches are great as well!

They used to mess up my order a lot but i think they hired different people now. Great donuts, i personally like them better than krispy kreme, they do fun donut designs/themes for holidays, and their iced lattes are great!! The hash browns are also decent. Cant complain!!!

This is my favorite place to grab a quick hot breakfast sandwich or a delicious donut. The grill cheese was so good, hot, cheesy and you have the option of adding ham. I almost always get a black iced tea because they make the best. But the green iced tea is also good and never bitter. Dunkin is my favorite place for a quick stop anytime of the day!

Today a friend of mine and I visited this location after visiting her husband at a near by nursing/rehabilitation center. It was a long day for her and so we needed a guilty pleasure before driving home. The young ladies Bryce and Genisis had no idea how our day was going. They were patient, friendly, and helpful with us. Just what we needed. Thank you to these young ladies for their kindness.

I LOVEEEE this Dunkin Donuts!!! I go here (at least) 3 times a week. I know; I can't help it though! The donuts are 'melt in your mouth' addicting and the hot cafe latte (with caramel flavoring, and extra caramel flavoring, with whipped cream) is a must! The people that work at this location, are so sweet and thoughtful. The only issue I have ever had is: the owner (a late middle aged-middle eastern descent) is really REALLY rude. I will wait til she steps away from the register to order. This is, because a couple months ago, I was in line and when I got to the front of the line to order; I was treated like I was a transient and was given zero respect. She said: "Do you need to use the bathroom, because it is locked...so you can be on your way now". Granted, I just woke up and was in my pajamas.... Being judgemental like that to a customer who comes in 3+ times a week (don't judge me..lol); is NO WAY to treat ANYONE! So now when I see she is working: I just wait for someone else. This is so that I don't receive rude comments first thing in the morning. I really don't like having a day based upon being insulted. That is NEVER a good way to start your day. Other than that, the young adults that work there have always got my orders out promptly and perfect!

It's nice to see major corporations supporting causes such as the Special Olympics. The police were out there with Special Olympics athletes asking for donations and spreading joy, just like the good cup of coffee and comforting donuts of Dunkin'.

It's like a party going on inside. The music is so loud. If you came here to try to work or do anything then you're out of luck. They definitely don't want you hanging out here inside. And possible to carry a conversation or even place an order.

I love Dunkin so much and they are always busy! Drive thru can be quiet the wait but I'll do it, the coffee, blueberry munchkins, egg bites, and avocado toast are delicious 😋. Unfortunately they run out of materials a lot but that's a management issue, the poor employees are the ones who have to hear it from the customers. I hope the management knows that the employees are amazing they are constantly working hard there. Last week there were no hot lids for 2 days in a row that I went in. I had to buy a travel cup for one of the drinks I ordered because it wasn't mine( last one left too) plus that meant I had to order a smaller size just so it wouldn't spill in my car with the larger cup. They have been out of said travel mugs now for the last 2 weeks too. Again this is a management issue not an employee problem. Please help your store employees more they don't deserve to be yelled at (not by me but I've seen it) because of an ordering issue. I will continue to come here because I do love the coffee and my favorite food items plus my kids love to come get their special treat at the end of the week for being good in school.

First time at Dunkin'. (I'm a Starbucks girl) the guy who help me seem like he didn't want to be there or as if I was bothering him, however the drink itself was pretty good, but I think I'll just stick to Starbucks from now on.

The girl working the window was very slow and most of the time who ever is working the window is very slow and at times rude, but on a better note: the donuts are always perfect and the quality is top quality! The drinks are always great and the music is always upbeat and fun!

Stopped at the beginning of a long drive after visiting someone in a dreadful skilled nursing facility. Ordered a drink and donut for me and a coffee for a person asking for coffee. No problem. Then I asked if I needed a key for the restroom. I was told that both were locked from the inside, apparently not a new circumstance. When asked what bathroom the staff used, I was told the pho restaurant next door. I generally don't like Dunkin' Donuts but needed to use a restroom. THAT is why I stopped AND bought $8+ of merchandise. The store was messy. And if there is a dress code, no one knows. The counter help doesn't know the store number, and said they don't have a msnager, only a district manager. That is most likely true. Dunkin Donuts - anyone paying attention?

This place looks nice but I'm not entirely sure what they are going for here. Is it a donut place, a coffee shop or a wanna be starbucks? I'm not sure. I went in for some donuts, coffee etc etc... not really knowing what I wanted and when I went in. So we looked at the menu and they had a digital menu, which I usually am a huge fan of, however they had the menus switching so fast you read 1 item and it switches. In the end I just ended up leaving feeling empty inside

I've gotten donuts two times here. Both times the donuts tasted like they were 3 days old. I dont know if that's just the way Dunkin donuts taste or if they were old but go somewhere else if you want donuts. The drive through is always 10 cars deep.

I am a huge fan of the Dunkin brand and there products. Simply the best coffee and doughnuts. This location is very nice and inviting. It would have been nice if I could have enjoyed the atmosphere. This was not possible because the MUSIC was so LOUD that I could hardly hear myself talk. My visit was at the nine o'clock hour on a Tuesday evening. We go here frequently (2-3 times per week) for coffee. I love their coffee but they unfortunately get our order wrong at least once every other week. We tolerate the lack of accuracy because we prefer their coffee to the other well-known chain.

I know a lot of ppl who love it here, and I'm not very negative of any place I go. But I don't really get the hype. The donut menu is very scarce, the coffee isn't great & too sweet..I can get fantastic food & drinks in the same category from my local donut shop for a cheaper more personal experience. Just not for me.

The donuts are generally good . The coffee is over rated IMO. I don’t like that the donuts sit out in the open with no glass or anything protecting them from dust, flies, cough droplets if people cough near the register. ( does up to ten feet) It’s unsanitary. My family members seem not to care. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The employees are always nice. Today though, we ordered a cream filled. My son found no cream until halfway through the donut and it was just a drop. It isn’t the fault of this particular location. I believe the donuts are brought there fresh each morning from where they are actually made. I definitely won’t pay extra for cream filled again. I prefer the crispy cream one that you can get from Ralphs. I had to edit after tasting their hash browns. They were soggy, cold, and greasy. You could probably wring the grease out of the nasty soggy things. Three of us tried them before tossing them in the trash where they belong.

I do mobile ordering occasionally here. Not a regular. The food and donuts are good. The issue mainly is that even with a mobile order I still don't always get everything. This particular time I did not get the banana chocolate chip loaf. My frozen coffee was okay, but I didn't taste any coconut in it (I added it). So after waiting in a line I still had to go park, get out and walk in to let them know what they forgot. It's a hit and miss every time. Of course mistakes happen, duh. But more often than not? And the girl who assisted me was anything but "sorry" for the issue. Just another reminder why I don't come here. I can't imagine why the wait in line would take 31 minutes. They don't make the donuts from scratch. But my wait took a half hour in line. I wasn't able to back out to run inside cuz there were cars behind me or else I would've done that. This was insane. Definitely not worth the wait and will not be returning here.

Service was great moved quickly even with it being a little busy when we got there. The strawberry Watermelon refresher was really good. The donut was free with the National Donut Day special. I went with the butter pecan donut unfortunately that didn't taste very good. It tasted old, which for the day it was would have thought they would have been more fresh. My kids got a basic sprinkle and they didn't even care for it. Will come back for the drink but disappointing I didn't care for their donuts

Just went to DUNKIN to try the Maple Pecan Ice Coffee, A Pumpkin Macchiato and a 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches. The Sandwiches were very tasty. But the the drink were very sub par. The Maple Pecan tasted nothing like advertisement. It was very Pumpkin Spice heavy(which was not what I order) The Pumpkin Spice was NON-EXISTENT in the Macchiato. It was just a BLACK coffee... really?! Beware of the Promotional stuff from here

The customer service is great...however the only down fall I experienced is the homeless people that hang out in back, in front and sometimes inside this location. So for that and safety reasons I give them 2stars.

First let me say I really like Dunkin’ food. Better than Starbucks on some days. I have met the owner of this place, she does own another one in Corona on Ontario Ave. If you ever see a nice Indian lady in any of them, please address your concerns to her. Hopefully she will take it seriously, reprimand and fired those who are not illustrating good customer service. Because you never know what someone could be going through that day or have been through recently. It took me a while to write as I have been trying to give this particular Dunkin’ a chance to get it right. Some days I’m impressed but then they take 3 steps back with the horrible customer service, nonchalant attitude or forgetting something on mobile order (most times). I’ve definitely gotten attitudes when I made a slight mistake on not asking for almond milk or there was too much ice in my drink, when I’ve ordered numerous times where it’s supposed to be half full. A simple “no problem, we’ll fix it, it happens” with a smile, like Chick-Fil-A does, would be nice. The cooks making the sandwiches are pleasant people but the ones making the drinks, coffee, working the drive-thru or cash register are mostly rude with no personality. This location needs a whole new revamp. Maybe it will happen if the owner takes time to read all the comments and knows she only has to make a few changes with some employees and have better training on great morale.

Small donuts, no ceramic cups for drinking coffee there. No plates, not even paper for eating the donut when eating there. Must use a paper bag for plate! Donuts taste like,....well like doughnuts.... but nothing special. And the Donuts approximately 30% smaller than the average mom and pop donut shop AND 25% more expensive!!!! Staff are nice and helpful. Coffee is very tasty, Espresso coffee surprisingly good but must be drunk from a paper cup!!

This store could be better but right now it's not. The staff seem I'll trained in customer service. Too robotic and not much energy going on. When you call the store you get a Magic Jack answering message. What's up with that? I wanted to like this store but I think I will pass and visit a donut shop that is more focused on being great and not run by people who don't believe in empowering their team. So I ordered a medium latte and ended up with a small latte in a medium cup. By the time I got to work to take another picture all the whipped topping had melted but you can see that the coffee level is about the same as the small cup I had ordered as well.

No Manager on site early in the Morning. Employee Adriana didn't allowe me to utilize the Restroom, California Law states all dinners open to the public shall have a working Restrooms Open. Adriana please have your supervisor train you in some proper People skills!

First Dunkin Donuts to not have any refill discount when I brought in my DD mug to buy some iced coffee. Never had this happen to me before.

I asked the clerk if the restroom was open their excuse was someone took the key and they have no access to it. The only reason I came here is to wash my hands and get a coffee. I guess it’s to Starbucks I go. Please look else where to shop since this place can careless about its customers.

Employees very nice and friendly. I ordered a strawberry splasher on a 100 degree wheat weather day. I ordered this drink before at the yorba Linda location and the drink was premixed in a nice looking drink machine that made it look appetizing. Riverside locatoon came in a box and looked very unappetizing and tasted terrible. I am extremely disappointed. Very gross.

People working here are hella rude. I came in to order and they completely ignored me. They saw me standing there for like 10 min and just completely ignored me even though I greeted them. Staff need to learn basic customer service

I am a relatively frequent customer of this location and I can say I've placed at least 10 - 12 orders over the past couple of months. EVERY SINGLE ORDER has had a problem with it. They charge for stuff and don't include it in the bags and employees do not understand that there's a difference between a croissant and a bagel. Tonight, yet again, I was charged for 2 donuts and was only given one. Had this been the first, second, or third instance, I would just call the store and have them refund the money. But due to the high percentage of food that is not included in the meals, I believe it might be intentional. If any of you have a similar experience please reach out to me and maybe we can file a formal complaint and get some money back for time wasted driving to and from this location.

This dunkin is DISGUSTING! THE WORST DRINKS MADE! Tasted like rotten milk with loads of sugar. The donuts were stale and gross. My kids are the reason for our visit but this location was the most disappointing even for them! Ewww, never again!

My very first visit there and my last. If I could rate a 0....I would. I went into the location with my son and the guy at the counter seemed annoyed having to even be there...much less to have to wait on me to take my order. I ordered a half dozen donuts and a milk for my boy. I ordered a hot coffee as well. An iced drink was set on the counter by the manager just looking at me… because I didn’t pick it up & the manager was like… Ohhh you wanted it hot. I said yes please... I ordered it hot. He grabbed it off the counter hatefully & very irritated. I then informed him of my experience with the original guy at the counter when ordering. I told the manager that I had just lost my mom a couple days ago...so some kindness and regular courtesy would have been nice. He proceeded to say to me...you don't need to insult him. I only mentioned my experience and how he came across...because I never called him any names, I simply was just telling the manager of my not so good experience. I then proceeded to tell this manager that this was my first time here but it would also be my very LAST visit. He said well GOOD!!!....SO glad you won't be coming back in here. We don't want to wait on you again anyway! WOW!!!! JUST WOW!! I will never walk into any of these shops as long as I live. Ever. Horrible customer service and the donuts were not all that either. Like worker, like manager. The manager was horrible at customer service, so why would any employee there be any better than it’s superior? I’ll never forget this day. Was awful.

they are bad at orders and deliveries. if you are ordering online or doordash be warned they forget to give the dozen of donuts to the delivery guy/dasher. ordered a dozen donuts, munchkins, fritters, and coffee roll. guess what i got just the munchkins and a smelly sandwhich. this dunkin location gets the order wrong and cant even deliver the items i ordered.

"Average/okay" customer service. One of the staff members there completely forgot about my order and i waited 15mins just for a coffee. And the girl taking my order had a bad attitude, not very welcoming to customers. The establishment is clean, and looks nice.

Dunkin’ Donuts you need to train your employees to start greeting their customers. It’s all about customer service at the end of the day. . Lost my business! Second time that I come to this location. I basically ordered my donuts , waited a few minutes (didn’t receive my order.) and then asked your employees if I have to get the donuts myself. Not sure when it became a customer job to tell an employer how to do their job.

sucks that this is the dunkin closest to my house. more than once ive waited 30 plus minutes in DT to find out at speaker they arent serving food because they are under staffed. i end up getting getting coffee but what about all the people planning on eating here and wait that long line for nothing. no sign or anything. and the fact they allow sandwich station to be closed is insane, ive worked for restaurants and closing down a station would not be allowed. their was sandwich bags when i pulled up to the window soooo were they just picking and choosing what to serve ??donuts are stale. coffee is a gamble.

Always so weird here I go through the drive thru and for one the speaker volume is terribly low and every worker has a weird aura the one that screams I don’t wanna be here n they will do the bare minimum to get u out the drive thru. Terrible services, yesterday I ordered some items, they handled the wrong item, too late I found after driving away. Today...I ordered a sandwich and after waiting for 16 minutes line in the drive-thru she said that I won't get the item because the food prep person is on break, no sorry, no apologies, careless. I noticed that this place changes employees very often, nothing to do with covid19, it's an old situation and management is terrible, they don't work as a team, bad vibe inside the store. I will be escalating this to franchise level.
