The girls the work there are so rude. I was ordering at the drive thru and they cut me off. Didn’t let me finish ordering. They have no matters. If you want to enjoy a donut don’t go there. They are mean and rude. Didn’t even give me a receipt. That place should start looking it to there employees.

sucks that this is the dunkin closest to my house. more than once ive waited 30 plus minutes in DT to find out at speaker they arent serving food because they are under staffed. i end up getting getting coffee but what about all the people planning on eating here and wait that long line for nothing. no sign or anything. and the fact they allow sandwich station to be closed is insane, ive worked for restaurants and closing down a station would not be allowed. their was sandwich bags when i pulled up to the window soooo were they just picking and choosing what to serve ??donuts are stale. coffee is a gamble.

Their bathroom has been “out of order” for over a year now. If they can’t even fix the bathroom in such a long time, imagine how poorly maintained and unclean their kitchen must be.

Title They shut down the bathroom. Their Matcha green tea and donuts crappy taste. Bad customer service. We purchased 2 drinks and 2 donuts and they won’t even allow us to use the restroom. I had to find another restaurant near by to use the restroom. They are rude Hispanic guy working there. The matcha green tea was horrible not even sweet. Their donuts were dry. Not worth it. This is the Donkin Donut in La Sierra, Riverside Ca. I give them a 0 review.

Always so weird here I go through the drive thru and for one the speaker volume is terribly low and every worker has a weird aura the one that screams I don’t wanna be here n they will do the bare minimum to get u out the drive thru. I ordered a tea with steamed milk and I could just tell he wasn’t gonna do it I got a apprehensive n lousy “sure” when asked if he could steam the milk N low n behold I was correct and the sweetness level was sickeningly sweet yuck if I wanted a tea with plain ol milk I would’ve just made it at home. Weird experience every time here. Customer service is lacking and drink consistency.

Dunkin’ has the worst customer service when it comes to getting a refund. I ordered a dozen of donuts 3 weeks ago for pick up using mobile app. I didn’t get nothing because they were out of donuts. Call the number on app and email them and they just tell me someone will reach out it’s been 3 weeks.

ordered 10 for my kids and received an inedible hard mess. The order was short, and I didn't even get 10! When I requested a refund for this trash, customer service was insulting: they just counted the items and added more! I stated clearly that I DON'T WANT THEM—I WANT A REFUND! Unacceptable product.

Customer service is lacking , they’re slow and rude. Probably best to go to your drive through as they will at least act like they want to help you .. if you’re working with customers and the public you need to learn how talk and treat all customers.

I usually have no problems except for the long waits but that’s the drive through. This time o went in ordered a hot Americano and a sandwich. I got my order and when I arrived home I noticed it was a hot black coffee!! Really! I tried calling no answer! So I am forced to leave a review which I am sure will go unanswered! My drive is 10 minutes so that’s no option either. All you have to do is match the numbers! Start to a bad Sunday!

Place is filthy, employees do not clean anything. No restroom available to customers probably because they don’t want an additional item to not have to clean. Breakfast sandwich had cold cheese and not toasted bread. Filthy place all around and it’s new.

Terrible services, yesterday I ordered some items, they handled the wrong item, too late I found after driving away. Today...I ordered a sandwich and after waiting for 16 minutes line in the drive-thru she said that I won't get the item because the food prep person is on break, no sorry, no apologies, careless. I went inside the store asking for the manager, no manager onsite, there were 5 people working there and none can make a sandwich???? Is that real???, one of the girls was very rude and unprofessional, so I left and will probably never come back to this place, so sad because we were repeating customers. I noticed that this place changes employees very often, nothing to do with covid19, it's an old situation and management is terrible, they don't work as a team, bad vibe inside the store. I will be escalating this to franchise level.
