Fast 5 Pizza

Good food but they seem to open whenever they feel like it. Been there multiple times when hours on door stated they should be open and both doors were locked. Other than that they're worth a try if you're a pizza lover(and if they're open).

It was hotter than hot in this place i understand its hot outside but please! My order took longer than usual. I ordered extra sauce and was charged, I made sure he understood extra sauce, and I got way to much cheese with very little sauce. It was so so so greasy and salty. Lately Fast Five Pizza sucks. I couldn't even finish a slice and who can't finish a slice of pizza! The pizza wasn't good and I want my money back. When I went to pick up after 10 minutes of ordering I waited in the store for 8 minutes before I seen anyone. A girl came out and was taking pizzas out three of them to be exact and not one was mine I left and came back 5 minutes later and my pizza wasn't out. She then pulled a pizza out while her coworker was sprinkling alot of idk what on a pizza ALOT. I now believe it was salt by how my pizza tasted...SALTY. I also think the two workers were doing things they weren't supposed to be doing in the back by how long I waited before anyone came out. I will go to corporate.

I honestly hate coming here, my daughter can’t get enough though i don’t know why. Personally think the pizza is a good 3/10 . The location is terrible. I also dislike paying over the phone. Over all I avoid this place like the plague.

Food is decent. The price is not a big deal breaker the phone ordering process is where the real issue is at. Usually it's optional if you want to pay over the phone or at the store. Not Fast 5 its mandatory to have to pay over the phone or they won't make it at all. There's nothing like heading over to a pizza place picking up a pizza and finding not only that its not ready they haven't even started. I can't count how many times especially new customers having to deal with this at this place.

The Mexican lady that picked up the phone is absolutely rude! I have been ordering here for years. I’ve lived down the street for about six years. I’ve always been able to place my order and go pick it up and paint store for some reason now the force should pay over the phone, which is hard because most of the time you’re driving, about three weeks ago I was able to place an order and pick it up at the store and it was ready without having to pay over the phone. So I called today that same lady picked up the phone and said that for two years, they’ve been charging over the phone. I explained to her last time I was able to put my order in and it was ready by the time I got there and I paid . She straight up, tried to call me a liar when she in fact is the liar. She’s the one that told me that her boss was getting mad at her for taking orders because people aren’t picking them up. She’s actually the one that brought the order out to my car and everything that day so she’s a liar herself and she’s extremely rude, you need to fix your attitude. I am so upset that you treat somebody that way horrible customer service.

Update 08.31.24- can't order over the phone unless you pay ahead, pizza quality is not as good as it used to. Wings are still really good. Update 07.14. You can't order over the phone unless you pay over the phone. I lowered my rating because I have been buying pizza from this location for more than 5yrs and theirs new ownership, flavor wise is still ok not like before, the amount of cheese has been cut in half so the cheese pizza is not even close to what it used to be, very little is put in to. ~I honestly this place used to be good and affordable now it's just like pizza hut and domino's, $8.99 for cheese or pepperoni. $14+ for Hawaiian and other specialty pizza.

Was our favorite pizza place for years up until recently. We would get pizza from here every week. The big thing that set them apart from other places was the ability to call them on speed dial and order a couple pizzas for pickup quickly while on the go. Now they don't do that anymore. Now they want the credit card number, backround check, fingerprints etc etc etc. just to order a pizza. If they don't trust me to come and pick up the pizza anymore, then I don't trust them to make food for my family anymore

The lady who only speaks Spanish is lying all the time bout the orders I ordered. Manager special only to charge me 10 dollars 11 am - 3pm is only 8 dollars but be careful make sure they understand you cuz it’s only Spanish

The food was OK however, the wings were very dry. I do not recommend this place. Please don’t waste your time. This establishment shouldn’t even be open given all the reviews of the rude service.

I drove 20min and got to the location and she was still processing my payment. Walked in hung up the call and told her I could just swipe my card, she looked at me and said I would have to repeat the order all over again because she disnt have it down.😅🤣. The attitude and entitlement was just to the max!!!

Can’t call in an order for pick up. The man there is super rude and cocky about it too. Instead of finding a solution he just walked away and threw his hands up . I run a 5 star business this is not how you treat your customers . I’ll take my money elsewhere moving forward no wonder the place is lonely and there was no orders in 🤷‍♀️ btw we were never told we had to pay over the phone , we would have gladly done it !!!
