Been waiting 45 minutes for 4 cars to move through the drive-through. Still 5 cars in front of me. Not worth it for one medium blizzard

My blizzard had a few chunks of chocolate on top and 3/4 of the blizzard was just plain vanilla soft serve. It was supposed to be chocolate flavored. With the price of blzzards now you should get what you paid for. Not the first time this has happened. Will not be back.

What ice cream place don't have chocolate Ice cream. All other DQs I've been to I could get Chocolate. The guy wouldn't even put chocolate syrup in it.

I honestly have never been to a dairy queen that takes so long to order or get your food in my life. On average without exaggerating I spend at least 30minutes to an hour in line with only 5 or 6 cars in the line. The drive through is THE WORST!

We were totally ignored by the workers. We stood at a the counter for 5 minutes and were not even acknowledged. There were four employees behind the counter trying hard not to make eye contact while they hung out. We left and will not be back.

Slow. Orders wrong nearly every time. Filthy gross inside. Employees not wearing gloves. Rude manager chick. Overcharged me, then yelled at me when I asked about the charges. I'm done with DC.

Order took 30 minutes to make. Ordered a 6pc strips and only got 5. Lady who was giving food out even counted before handing it out. The food was cold!!! Worst place ever!!!!

Absolutely worst fast food meal in at least a four years. Chicken strips were pre cooked and served cold , French fries were lukewarm and dry, bread was dry and cold. Waited in the drive thru line for almost half an hour. Seriously disappointed….

We parked planning to go inside and get some ice cream. I guess the lobby was closing because the moment we parked, an employee stared us down while she locked the door. She could have been nice and said "I'm sorry, the lobby just closed," or something, but no. She just stood there and locked it while scowling at us. We left and went elsewhere.

I had my daughter go buy me some buster bar . Very disappointed you expect ice-cream peanuts and hot fudge . Well I got the ice-cream and peanuts but the hot fudge there was only like 1/4 of a teaspoon not good. Been eating them for years for the price we pay should be able to taste it. I don't think I'll be buying anymore from Dairy Queen 😕

The lead gal was horrendous! I waited inside 20 min for an online order. No one waited on me at all. People were getting their orders who ordered after me. I had to flag someone down. When they finally completed my order after 10 more minutes. they forgot the sprite. I asked the girl for the sprite and she didn’t hear me so I repeated that we still need a sprite. The lead girl slammed down the cup and said “I heard you 5 times”. She was extremely rude.

I came her on a nice day in March with 3 of my friends and we had to wait in line for 20 minutes or so just to ORDER. We then ordered medium blizzards, and 10 minutes later after sitting down at a dirty table, we received SMALL blizzards and our server didn't tip them upside down or anything. So I asked her, "why didn't you tip them over? Does that mean we get a free one?" She yelled back saying "do it yourself" I guess she just was having a bad day. (We spent 28 dollars on 4 kids)

Ordered a large strawberry cheese quake blizzard and my girlfriend ordered a medium chocolate brownie extreme blizzard and we both could've drank them with a straw as they were more like shakes. Was mostly milk in both and the top ¼ part of the SCQ Blizzard is where all the strawberries/crumble/cheesecake was at. Drank them regardless as I had paid for them to go already.

Absolute nightmare, came in ordered 6 blizzards, 2 minis, a small and 3 mediums..$40+ , got 5 mediums and a mini..2 that weren't even what we ordered 1 wasn't even ice-cream it was milk w chunks of fruit, the drive threw lady was so quick to hand everything threw the window and shut it as fast as possible..had to honk the horn to get her to come back, she didn't even come back, another lady did, i asked for lids as the ice-cream was already melted..DID NOT flip a single blizzard as all 6 would have been on the ground, and asked her what 1 of the blizzards was because 2 weren't right and she asked me what I ordered..couldn't even tell me what they were supposed to be.

Terrible service. Staff is unprofessional and slow. Waited half an hour for food and the order was wrong, which happens every single time. Also ordered a few blizzard cakes several days ahead, called to make sure they would be ready at 11:00. Got there at 11:30 and they still weren't done. Waited in the store for another half hour and this is the cake they gave us...
