Tip: Monitor the wait time on Yelp, especially on Friday nights. The cheesecake is large enough to share with the whole family.

Was there on a Friday night at 5p. Seating was no problem, staffing was very good, and food was served rather quickly & was hot.
Good food, excellent service, nice selection of cocktails. But the seats are hardwood which is unfortunate. Otherwise I’d definitely recommend
Sports pub with a family vibe. Service was excellent, food was well prepared and tasty. TVs everywhere but not intrusive to conversation. We are planning to return. Would recommend Tully's.
While waiting for my take-out food with some family, There was another customer that backed into my vehicle and being that I was traveling from another state (FL). The MANAGER on duty Shay came to assist and reassure us that everything would be ok. While speaking with her, she was very easy to talk to, understanding, and positive. Thanks for having good Management! Team TULLY'S :)
Great spot to hang out. Friendly staff and great comfort food. A++++
Tully's was a great experience! I went with my partner for our 2 year anniversary and had a good time, it was nice and homey feeling. Our server, Cheyenne, was extremely nice and almost made us feel like we were just old friends. Overall, highly recommend, great food and amazing service!
I could die...but I'd be unhappy if I did because I wouldn't be able to keep coming here. I had the California Fish Tacos...Amazing, also my brother and his wife were fawning over the chicken strips and I tried some and both he and myself ordered a whole other set to take home...2 hours away. These leftover are even amazing if they are cold. Eat here or die of regret. I'm coming back soon.
I like this place tenders are amazing and i like the honey mustard to 5 stars
Best tenders on Earth. Very big draft selection. Service is always great at the bar. Just very loud, which is fine for a sports bar with a huge amount of tvs dedicated to all sports, nice selection of modern arcade games, pool tables, and dart boards.
OMG what a surprise this place was. Food was great, the prices are phenomenal and the staff was extremely social.
Wonderful service and a wide variety of food choices. My wife and I have been there a few times and have never been disappointed. The server we had during our last visit there was sensational. I recommend checking this place out!
A few of our managers went here for lunch the other day. I ordered the Asian tenders dinner with Ranch dressing on the side. The cole slaw and fries were good. The tenders were absolutely delicious. I usually finish all my food but I took half of the tenders home. They were still delicious for lunch the next day.
Very big establishment, good for big gatherings. Food was well portioned and the value was great. Very nice staff.
Great sports bar and restaurant, foods delicious, staff is great and they get meals out quick, free popcorn and a nice alcohol drink selection.
First visit. Everything was awesome. Can't wait to go back for more good service and food.
I love Tully's Asian tenders, I hadn't been to this location before but I was in town and wanted to stop here. Had a lovely lunch. The menu has many options and it's a great spot for the family. The music/tvs are quite loud so I don't recommend it for anyone who has auditory sensory issues. But otherwise it's a nice spot for lunch or dinner. Portions are very large
Great prices for what you get! Lots of TVs so you don't Miss your game, chicken tenders and chicken Parmesan are my gob to
Excellent service and delicious food. I highly recommend the lemonade which can have a variety of fruit flavors added (you can even have vodka added if you're so inclined) and the shrimp rice bowl was fantastic. Love that they have popcorn as an appetizer which was warm and fresh. Great food and good times all around!
We had burgers and they were outstanding! Fun atmosphere lots id tvs with sports. Great service!
Just this year I actually visted Tullys for the first time! But this review is based my recent experience. This appetizer SUPER NACHOS is a MUST! Not only is it tasteful but its filling. My wife and I have to get our entrée to go. Great customer service, kid friendly enviornment and would definitely recommend to visitors.
My son and I enjoyed our trip to Tully's. The last time we were there it was so busy we decided to go elsewhere. We just happened to go at the right time and were seated immediately. The service was great and attentive. I always try a Reuben when I see it on the menu and I was not disappointed in the Reuben at Tully's. It was excellent, the meat was tender, the bread was toasted to perfection, I was very happy with my meal and the service and atmosphere.
My family and I came here for the first time about a month ago, and we’ve been back at least once a week since—it’s that good. The food is consistently excellent, and clearly made with care. Every dish we’ve tried has been a hit, and we always leave looking forward to the next visit. The service is top-notch every single time. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They make you feel like regulars, even on your first visit. And the atmosphere is just perfect, inviting, comfortable, and full of great energy. Whether it’s a family dinner or a casual night out, it hits the mark. This restaurant gets everything right—great food, great service, and a great environment. We’re grateful we found it, and we’ll definitely continue coming back.. Highly, highly recommend!
Tullys in Henrietta is thee place to stop by for lunch, dinner or have some fun!! The food is DELICIOUS!! The service is EXCELLENT!!! The TV's are EVERYWHERE......you will not miss your team in action!!! The atmosphere is sporty, fun and relaxed.....☆some servers will even show you the latest dance moves☆ (really.....check out my FB for the video!). Great music selection as well. The staff here want you to enjoy every minute of your visit and go above and beyond in making that happen! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Waitress was fantastic even with a packed house on a saturday. Tenders were great as always. Even with a full restaurant we could have a conversation without shouting. 👍
Good food and service. Great Tully bloody Mary's. Their Asian chicken tenders are delicious and so are the stuffed shells. Good size portions.
Local sports bar, with a pretty nice menu and great quick service. Totally enjoy the numerous times I've been.
Total video overload Sports Bar with full menu Restaurant. Food excellent. Careful, can fill up to rafters in the blink of an eye.. But you won't care because the service is very good and food excellent value.
Always a great time at Tullys, love that they play the football games. My kids enjoy this place and of course the popcorn too.
Place was packed on what I thought would have been an off night. The chicken fingers are the best I've ever had. Serving size is generous to say the least. I've ate two meals at home since and still have fingers left. My wife's meal was also generous. Although the place was packed we could still carry on a conversation.
Everyone here was such a sweetheart! We had a food allergy and they double checked everything. Service was fast and friendly. Chicken was great!
Had a fantastic time at dinner! Drink recommendations were perfect and Infinity went above and beyond to fulfill our custom orders (I can’t believe Tully’s doesn’t have Vodka Mudslides on their menu)! Steak was medium rare, salad was well seasoned, and the fish tacos had the perfect amount of spice, but the atmosphere and attention of our server, Infinity, is what made the night!
We celebrated my birthday here with a reservation for a table of 4 changed to 7 people unexpectedly. We only waited a few minutes longer for our table even with a very full restaurant. The staff was awesome and the food was very good. I had the famous chicken fingers with a gold margherita. Everyone enjoyed their food and had take home boxes also! I was surprised with a birthday sundae.
The kids love this place! Went here on a Sunday afternoon. With all of the football games being displayed near our table, the complimentary popcorn, & great beer selection, I felt like a big kid too! Everyone loved the chicken tenders. They also have video games and pinball machines. Great place for a family, or for buddies to hangout and catch a single game, or all of the games!
As someone who didn’t grow up in upstate NY, I never had the pleasure of eating Tully’s chicken tenders. Apparently they are the best chicken tenders in the world and I believe this statement is true as I cannot get enough of them. The first time I went to Tully’s I had their chicken tenders and it literally has been the only thing I’ve ordered the times I’ve returned. They are that good. My mother ordered fried seafood and I got to taste another meal for once and it was delicious. The prices are reasonable and I always am able to bring some food home for leftovers the next day. 10/10 would recommend for the tendies alone.
My first time here and... Absolutely delicious, 10/10 on the Buffalo chicken dip! Their chicken tenders are so crunchy and that honey mustard recipe is mouth watering! I love the subtly but powerful horseradish taste! Will be returning 10/10 all around!
Tully’s truly has the best chicken tenders ever, made even better by their homemade honey mustard. If you haven’t tried them yet, you haven’t lived. So much of their food is made fresh in house, not frozen, you really can’t go wrong no matter what you order. The desserts are also incredible. If the seasonal apple crumble is on the menu when you’re there- get it, trust me!
So glad to have tried those chicken tenders, delicious. Mashed potatoes, divine. Atmosphere wonderful.
Im not a sports guy and I dont think ive ever actually sat down in this restaurant. BUT, they have the absolute greatest chicken tenders in all of rochester. They're honey mustard is an excellent and original taste. The food always comes out hot and fresh. I get take out here all the time because these are my girlfriend's favorite chicken tenders, hands down.
Sports bar and restaurant atmosphere. Had drink at bar and short wait for a booth for dinner. Server was very busy but attentive and pleasant. Food was hot and plentiful. Prices were reasonable.
My husband and I arrived at 6:45 knowing it is always busy for a Saturday night. The wait time was 45 minutes. Since there were only 2 of us we took 2 seats at the bar. There were 3 bartenders who were very attentive to us! All of them helped with drinks and food service. They even changed the channel so that we can watch a football game. I gave 4 starts for Atmosphere because something smelled funky at the bar but it came in waves. We each ordered Tully Tenders. Mine had Buffalo seasoning. IF you like more Buffalo flavor maybe ask for more on the side. Mine was perfect. They accidently brought out 2 orders of Buffalo even thought my husband ordered plain. They were quick to replace and very nice about it. I love this place and will go back to hang at the bar!
Tully's is a sports/family restaurant. Great food and quick service. The chicken tenders are breaded with an amazing seasoning. Tenders are even better as leftovers. The crab dip with tortillas are delicious! 🔥🔥
It tells you never get really bad food. I've never had any experience where my food's been bad. The servers are servers. There's nothing great about them. There's nothing horrible about them. It's just okay. That's why I gave them a four atmosphere. Depends on when you go. Can be very loud if there's sports on. So if you have somebody that's hard of hearing might not be the time to go. Other than that it's a good place and a good time
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’re visiting New York from North Carolina, and Tully’s was a highlight of our trip! The chicken tenders were the best I’ve ever had – perfectly crispy and juicy. The crab dip was amazing too, full of flavor. Service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience a 5-star visit all around. Highly recommend!
The food is definitely not bad, but also nothing special. The French fries are good! The garden burger is average, it’s definitely not bad, but also could be better. The fish tacos are ruined by the amount of salt, the fish tacos would be amazing if it had less salt. The service was amazing.
I haven’t stopped thinking about their healthy lifestyle bowl! It was SO GOOD!!! My son loved their chicken fingers and that they bring fresh popcorn to your table. I wish there was a tullys in Canada! I will definitely be visiting everytime I go to the states. Staff were super friendly. Speedy service even though the restaurant was packed. Honestly other restaurants could learn from your staff. What a great experience.
First time to Tully's in almost four full years! The chicken tenders are famous for a reason! They are moist and just so delicious. While we did wait for about 15 minutes for a table, our food came out really fast. Service was quick and efficient! This is a sports bar/restaurant with so many screens, I wouldn't be able to count half of them. So if loud sports commentary is overstimulating for you, I'd recommend a to-go order.
Very good blue cheese, most of the time very good free popcorn, their wings n tenders are solid. Tried the Cajun dish; the cook overdid it with some type of yogurt(?)/cream they added to the dish that overtime overwhelmed the dish, not in a good way. Made even my fortified stomach have issues that night.
Typical sports bar atmosphere. Floors around bar were not well maintained as viewed from our seat. Had the steak and tender combo. Was impressed that the steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Chicken tenders were good and a huge portion. Service however was extremely slow and barely had interaction with server and took awhile to replenish drinks while waiting for meal to come out. Despite slow service for me this restaurant is worth a visit.
Pretty good place to go. Chicken tenders were great and I highly recommend trying them. They have a decent collection of draft beer and some local brews. I enjoyed the flight and some of the local flavors. I'd definitely try it again. Update: Back in town and wanted to give them another try because it was opening day. Have to say the food was good. But our waitress seemed to be very distracted and not very attentive. She wasn't horrible. But it was a very long time between her coming to refill drinks in a place that wasn't packed to the brim. But maybe she was having an off day. I would still recommend giving them a try.
Handicap friendly door but quite cramped. I don't recommend for most wheelchair users. It's also very loud. The food was very bland but the staff was very friendly.
The bartender I had was great. The manager kinda killed the tullys friendly vibe. He was saying a lot of rude things to the staff and made us feel really uncomfortable waiting for a table so we sat at the bar.
For dinner they weren't that busy and we had a spot at the bar. Our bartender (there were 3) wasn't as attentive as she could have been. Waited a really long time to place our food order even though she was just standing around. Food was good as always and we can check another Tully's location off our list. Was excited to find out they had Kona Big Wave on tap. Great place overall. On to the next Tully's!
Haven't visited Tully's on Jefferson Rd in a while but we were seated quickly in the bar area which was ok since a Sunday. Autumn was are server, love her name, she was pleasant and served us quickly. The Good was great 👍 Their Chicken Tenders Delicious and weren't the "crispy" type which my husband and I prefer when eating out. I had the BLT which was Delicious as well, bread just toasted enough and not too hard which I like. Both took some of our meal home. We shared their Peanut Butter Pie with just enough light whipped cream and a chocolate topping. It was Delicious 😋
Haven't been here in almost 10years! Chicken fingers and ranch are still as good as I remember. Service was ok. Got a Martini that was 3/4 full and asked about it, she said "it depends on the bartender.." so I asked if I could just have a little more mango puree to fill it and the manager brought it over (which was only about an ounce more and I laughed) and he didn't say anything. Crab dip was good as well.
Tully’s is a great place to go for a fun sports bar with plenty of tables for large groups and a family friendly atmosphere. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly, and there is even a small arcade area to play a few games while you wait for dinner or after eating. They are known for their extra crispy battered chicken tenders and tangy honey mustard. They are always cooked perfectly and are genuinely my favorite tenders. My wife swears that the bacon cheeseburger is her favorite she’s ever had. We ordered it medium and it was cooked perfectly. It was juicy and delicious. All around the food here is fantastic classic American bar food. It is a little tough on the gut if you are sensitive to fried foods, so be warned. In the past I’ve tried the tender salad and it’s a great deal that just hits the spot. I highly recommend, if you don’t need a lot of food, my wife and I have shared a bacon cheeseburger and you can add three tenders on the side. It’s a great deal with plenty of food to share. The place is always clean, even though you get free popcorn there’s never any on the ground.
We came with a group of 8, including 1 child and 1 baby. We knew there would be a little wait and that was ok. The irritation came when we watched the table prepared for 8 given to a group of 6 that arrived after us. Some further waiting, we asked and got a lot of run around from the staff. This whole time another table for 6 sat empty, we were eventually given that table. The worst part came when the staff member told my wife that we could place our baby carrier on the nearby table... Not at ours. My wife ended up using the chest carrier instead so we didn't have to sit out baby across the aisle at a different table. The rest of the service was fine and food was decent.
I found it lukewarm; you know, neither good nor bad. The Crunchy Mexican Salad looked promising but it was bland. I asked to sub romaine for iceberg; friendly, vigilant staff came out to check the order (yep, romaine please) and still it came with iceberg. To the good, service was relatively quick and there was plenty of free parking.
♿️ accessible paved lot & building. Casual sports bar & restaurant, loaded with tv's, that has multiple locations in wny & been around for many years. Most of our lunch & dinner meals were delicious, large portions, average prices & very good... EXCEPT my huge BLT sandwich, which had plenty of cheap MICROWAVE BACON! Ruined it. Yuk! Use real bacon or scrap it from the menu... 🤮 Negative 3☆s Their chicken fingers are highly recommended, though! Fish fry dinner & salad meal were all 4 ☆ meals as usual.
The food itself was fine, but the night we were there, there was lots of screaming and arguing in the kitchen. When you walk to the bathroom you can see into the kitchen, and there was a chubby guy with glasses just yelling yelling yelling. Jeez!!!
I've been to Tully's many times so I decided to try something new there the birra rice bowl when it was delivered to our table it looked good I took a bite and it was cold I was disappointed the flavor was good, it wasn't even luke warm very disappointing. I don't send my food back because I just don't trust what they might do to it seeing it's a lot of young kids that work there.
Good food. Restaurant opened at 11. The doors did not open at 11 on the minute, customers left outside wondering what was going on. I went inside and had a coupon and was obvious about it. Seater sent me over to someone else to take my to go order. That person refused the coupon and sent me back, saying I had to eat in to use it. A employee standing by the seater said "yeah you have to eat in for that coupon." Then I had to wait for the seater to seat everyone then got seated. I will say it again. Good food. They give you popcorn on the house too while you wait. When it was time to check out, I picked up the bill and went right to check out. Yes I was in a hurry. The same lady that refused my coupon the first time who seemed very slow at cashing out another customer was very happy to tell me I had to wait for my server to cash me out. Again. Good food. But the customer service is lacking.
We've always lived Tully's but was disappointed the last time we went. Their famous tenders had hardly any crunch, the slaw on the chicken sandwich was nearly inedible (tasted spoiled) and even our app was just ok. Our server was amazing which was a bit of a saving grace but we likely won't be back unfortunately. With so many great places in Rochester, Tully's needs to step it back up.
We walked in to a wrapper on the floor right in front of the door, and when we were seated there was a used fork on the bench. Husband was starving so turning around and leaving was not going to happen. Took a little bit to get drinks and food ordered but it came out in a reasonable time and once it did the server was attentive. The food was tasty! I went to scoot over some fries to add ketchup and my finger hit something sticky - I didn't order anything sticky. There was also something dried under the rim of the plate. I tried to ignore it, it but was turning my stomach. Server was quick to get me a new plate once she saw it. They have lots of TVs and some fun things for kids to do, I've attached photos.
Food was ok, not great but not horrible. We started with a very nice guy as our waiter and then he was bumped and we had some girl for a waitress who was not good at all.
Wow what shame. If I were you I’d stay. Tully’s wasted my hard earned money for their own gain. I came here for food, and to listen to music. So I ordered their lunch recession buster deals. I got the 12.99 soup and sandwich deals which was tuna sandwich extra onions no tomatoes and instead of soup I got chili which was .99 more. Then I ordered a Long Island and play some music on TouchTunes. While waiting for my food I noticed they started skipping my song? Now why Tully’s Employees skip a customers song they played on Touch Tunes? I paid to hear something and they started jumping many of my songs. If they don’t like these songs then why don’t they simply opt out of them? They know how to because they opted out of a lot. Finally got food and they messed up. They gave me tomatoes and barely any onion. So she sent it back and it came back correct. Tuna fish was ok. I prefer cold tuna then warm tuna. The chili was mediocre. The melted cheese on top was so hardened and made it hard to scoop the chili without taking all the cheese in 1 scoop. Again this is my personal opinion. They skipped my music in the Touch Tunes which leads to them making money off me because when they skip your song they take your money. How rude and disrespectful of an establishment like Tully’s to skip a customer PAID songs.
Awful food. I've been to other locations and this is by far the worst location for food quality. Service is good and the atmosphere is nice which prevented a 1 star review. But the food is zero stars. The crab dip smelled bad like it was turning. Stale popcorn and tortilla chips. The Mahi Mahi dinner special was terrible. The fish wasn't seasoned at all. "Seasoned" rice was over salted and had no other seasonings. Steamed vegetables were served ice cold. Do not recommend this location, sorry.
Overall, pretty disappointing. Ordered online with a specific pick up time that was about 2 hours in advance. Arrived at time of requested pickup and had to wait about 30 minutes for my food to come out. Order was correct, but food was fairly cold, so it clearly had been sitting there while I waited. Chicken tenders had excessive breading but were crispy. Fries were unseasoned, but well cooked. Staff was very nice and did apologize for the wait. Food was not really worth the price. Likely would not return....
I ordered garlic parm chicken wings from Tully’s Good Times in Rochester on April 30, 2025, and unfortunately, it was far from a “good time.” I hadn’t been to this location in over six years, and after this visit, I won’t be returning anytime soon. The wings were overly oily, had an odd taste, and shockingly, two of them were undercooked. I called the restaurant to express my concerns and asked if they could be remade. The manager I spoke with was not helpful at all. He stated that their policy is to cook wings for only 13 minutes—regardless of requests for “well done.” We did ask for well done when ordering, but it seems that note was either ignored or never entered. Between the quality of the food and the dismissive customer service, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I checked a few other reviews and noticed I’m not the only one who has had issues with their wings. Unfortunately, I won’t be giving Tully’s another chance.
My wife and I planned on going to tullys for a nice dinner. On arrival the hostess was nice and friendly, when we requested a booth she took us immediately to the back. My wife and I waited for at least 15min and not a single person came to our table. My wife counted 6 servers standing around talking. One server gave eye contact then continued talking. Of all the years we have been going to Tully’s, this has got to be the only time service was horrible!
We stopped by last week because we love Tully’s chicken tenders. We were seriously disappointed. The tenders were covered in batter half an inch thick. We also had the crab dip that was basically imitation crab with cream cheese. It was barely cooked or mixed. The taps were not working properly so all of the beer was warm and flat. It’s sad because we have been going to Tully’s for years, but we won’t be back.
UNHYGIENIC. I ordered take out for lunch. My to-go drink looked like someone had drank out of it. I notified an employee who went and told someone in the kichen. The employee came back, took my cup, added a scoop of ice, and handed it back to me. This is disgusting and unhygienic on multiple levels. Do NOT eat here.
Don’t go here to watch sports. Game 7 of the NBA finals, they close 20 minutes early during the 4th quarter. Claim to be a sports bar. Been going here frequently since I was a kid to watch sports and get food. There’s plenty of other places to go. Won’t be back
Had a party of 10 people, I called ahead of time to ask if they can accommodate and they said yes. When we arrived, the wait was unkown... we waited for 30 minutes and still nothing. So we had to move our company dinner to.another place
Spent $15.99 for breaded shrimp. I got 5 small, cold pieces atop a bed of lettuce. Real joke of a portion. Other than their chicken tenders, the rest of the Jefferson Road branch menu is garbage.
I came along with a couple friends of mine who are also deaf and hard of hearing for the NFL season opener games. We managed to reserve a row in an area with 8 TVs. I was wearing Giants’ hat and shirt. However, in that area, the only TVs that are duplicating are the Buccaneers vs Falcons and Raiders vs Patriots. Usually, there are 8 live NFL games happening simultaneously at 1pm on Sundays. So, I told the waitress that my game isn’t being televised in the room we’re in. Told her this twice. Still didn’t get addressed. It got to the point that I stood in the threshold between the areas for at least 10-15 minutes, trying to watch my game which’s much further away in another area. Yet, no one has the empathy to check in despite walking past me several times as it’s not typical for a patron to stand unusually long in the booths area. I just saw the guy that changed the channels on the TVs in front of me for the booth right in front of me, anticipating that he’d come to work in the room we’re in next. Nope. Didn’t happen. I asked the people in the booth how they managed to get someone to change the channel for them. They said they simply asked their waitress. At that moment, I knew I wasn’t welcome there. This is rather insulting, considering the Giants game is televised locally on Fox and we’re a NY team. I walked out of that place with poor customer service as they were oblivious to my want, which led to this post. Do better next time, Tully’s! We were nowhere near the bar area.
Came to Tully’s on a Friday Night. There were 5 of us. Waitress started off with an attitude and then only got worse from there. She waited on the table that came after us first and never came back for refills. We waited almost an hour for our food that still had not come. After asking to speak to the manager the waitress came back to the table like nothing was wrong asked for refills and was told the lemonades were not free refills. Never was the cost of anything an issue. Then we were told our food was taking so long because we ordered a well done hamburger for one of us? Really over an hour for that? Beware of the waitress Amber who then proceeded to go and talk about us to another waitress. Maybe she should go through some more training on customer service!! That really is a turn off to your establishment.
Server was excellent... Kitchen food and manager? negative. Arrived at 12:20pm (not that busy). Seated within 15 minutes. Server attentive... after that? All downhill. We waited 40+ minutes for a burger and a tully's sandwich. People coming in after us received their food. Server saw we didn't have food and he immediately went to see what was happening (***** for him). He brought the food. It was horrible. My sandwich was toasted bread with bacon, cheese, turkey slices and ham slices. It was literally just tossed together and 1 piece of bacon for the entire sandwich. I had to build it myself. Fries cold. Husband burger? He asked for medium it was rare (i mean close to inedible). Bun was soaked with grease. His fries were hot. He ordered a mac salad? Never got it. Server brought our check and told us he notified the manager that we had issues (we didn't ask) and that the manager was too busy doing other things. We won't be going back there any time soon with today's prices? This was ridiculous. If they had been busy? could of understood. But for the food to not be cooked correctly or even TRY To put it together correctly? Not acceptable.
I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Tully’s in Henrietta. The chicken I ordered was undercooked, which is a major safety concern. On top of that, it took forever to come out—way longer than expected, especially for a simple dish. The service was friendly, but unfortunately, that didn’t make up for the poor food quality and slow kitchen. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. Tried crisping them in the oven, into no avail.
