This is the best place to dine in Piazza Navona! My parents and I visited several times, and the service was exceptional, thanks to Rocco, who made our experience enjoyable and fun. As you can see in the pictures, we tried a variety of dishes during our visits, and all of them come highly recommended. The restaurant's location is lovely, and it takes on a magical atmosphere at night. love this restaurant. Aglio e olio was outstanding, pizza Diavalo was excelent. Staff very nice. Great for people watching on Piazza Navona. Mrs had Cannoli which was also very good.

Read the reviews and was amazed. The cleanest toilet I’ve seen this vacation. Staff couldn’t have been more pleasant. drinks only.

Location ottima, giusto affacciato su piazza Navona. Buona la pasta alla carbonara, porzione giusta e rapporto qualità-prezzo in ordine (€18), visto il luogo. Sicuramente una tra le porzioni più abbondanti tra i ristoranti della zona. Non ci è stato portato il pane, ma suppongo sia sufficiente chiedere per farselo arrivare.

Situato nel cuore di Piazza Navona, è un bar che gode sicuramente di una posizione invidiabile. L'atmosfera è incantevole, grazie alla vista mozzafiato sulla piazza e alle meraviglie storiche che la circondano. Tuttavia, la qualità del cibo e delle bevande non è all'altezza delle aspettative, specialmente considerando i prezzi. L'aperitivo non mi ha convinto del tutto: i cocktail erano piuttosto deludenti, con alcol non di ottima qualità e sapori poco bilanciati. Nulla di memorabile, e sicuramente non all’altezza dei prezzi richiesti. Anche i dolci, pur essendo piacevoli, erano abbastanza nella media e non offrivano quel tocco speciale che ci si aspetterebbe da un locale così storico. Non si può negare che parte del conto si paga per la location, e questo è evidente. La vista è spettacolare e godersi un caffè o un drink seduti all'aperto, guardando Piazza Navona, è sicuramente un’esperienza unica. Tuttavia, per chi cerca qualità nei prodotti, potrebbe sembrare una “trappola per turisti”, dove l’attrattiva principale è la posizione più che ciò che viene servito. In sintesi, un posto accettabile per una pausa, ma non aspettatevi grandi cose dal menù.

Ristorante in piazza Navona, quindi una posizione ottima, così come per il servizio, rapido e gentile. Sul cibo sono restato un po' deluso considerando che a Roma si mangia sempre bene, e qui in particolare la pasta non mi è sembrata all'altezza. La cacio e pepe insapore quasi in bianco e la amatriciana discreta ma sotto la media. Discreto il vino bianco, non mi ha convinto il rosso. Prezzo caruccio.

Siamo stati adescati con un menu “speciale” da 18€ con una bruschetta (tra l’altro un altra non è mai arrivata) un piatto tipico romano (primo) è una bevanda. La carbonara era decisamente scadente non aveva gusto e il guanciale era bruciato, il cameriere molto simpatico forse anche troppo (spoiler ha offeso un mio amico e dava più importanza alle ragazze del tavolo) tra l’altro si sono dimenticati di posate è passati 5 volte e chiedere la conferma dell’ordine, consiglio da cliente medio: perfavore date cibo mangiabile si clienti magari senza questi menu turistici (perché vi ricordo che tanti clienti sono italiani.)

The restaurant should disclose 25-30% service charge/tip .. we ate around €130 and we got charged extra € 30+ for service charge and tip.. And we all know that in Europe - service charge and tip included in the menu prices .. total rip off.

The service was okayish, the atmosphere is dictated by the location which was great at piazza navona. The food was not great, chicken was just chicken no pasta or fries.. the pizza was blend and very light on topping. Yes that is one half egg and 1 1/2 slices of ham covering at most two slices.. I won’t be going here again..

Quando si dice “trappola per turisti” ,si intende proprio un posto come questo, gran peccato perché gode di ottima posizione e sicuramente un grande afflusso di gente ,ma questo non giustifica il loro listino prezzi, del quale cito 1 cappuccino 9€, vergognoso. Una presa in giro alla nazione e ai suoi abitanti senza tener conto di quei poveri turisti che ci mettono piede. Io e la mia amica una volta sedute abbiamo deciso di ordinare dell’acqua e il cameriere si è messo pure a farci i conti in tasca sostenendo che non fosse conveniente (io ordino cosa voglio,se ho sete bevo acqua punto ) 6,50 di acqua oltretutto. Veramente sconsigliato

Quando si dice “trappola per turisti” si intende proprio questo. Personale molto scortese e soprattutto sfacciato. Peccato perché é situato in un bel posto ma questo non significa i 6.50€ di acqua da 600 ml che ho ordinato. Se volete farvi prendere in giro é ottimo. Fossi in loro mi farei un esame di coscienza.

​Siamo entrati in questo locale per un semplice caffè e un tè al banco, ma l'esperienza è stata surreale. ​Al momento del pagamento invece di battere il tè, sono stati inseriti tre "biscottini da tè" per arrivare alla cifra finale. Oltre a essere poco professionale, il prezzo totale è risultato decisamente sproporzionato per una consumazione veloce al banco. ​Dopo aver già pagato un conto salato, all'ingresso del bagno abbiamo trovato un vassoio per l'offerta libera. È vergognoso richiedere un ulteriore contributo ai clienti paganti, specialmente in un locale che si vanta di un certo livello. Bagni non ben tenuti e soprattutto per asciugarsi le mani l'inserviente ti da una salvietta misera, dopo aver pagato l'offerta e anche per bere qualcosa mi sembra allucinante ​La delusione più grande è stata il loro famoso tartufo. Nonostante i numerosi premi di cui vanno tanto fieri e che espongono con orgoglio, l'abbiamo trovato letteralmente immangiabile. Un prodotto eccessivamente decantato che non rispecchia minimamente le aspettative.

vergognosi! due cioccolate con panna (pessime) al tavolo senza neanche un tovagliolino 26€. Assurdo. da quella posizione non si poteva godere neanche piazza Navona! pure la mancia per il bagno bisognava dare seppur clienti! per la cronaca c'era un gran temporale, non abbiamo avuto scelta!

Che peccato! 50 euro per due gelati, di cui uno al granola che in realtà era solo cornflakes. Le spese di servizio alla fine si sono aggiunte a un conto già salato. Ma il top è stato il servizio: freddo, persino sgarbato. Per un posto come questo, è triste...

Fate attenzione a quando vi sedete ai tavoli, potreste uscirne spennati. Un cioccolato caldo al tavolo costa solo 10 euro, se ci aggiungi la panna 12 euro una bottiglietta di acqua da 1/2 litro costa 6.50 euro. Quindi 3 cioccolati caldi di cui uno con panna e una bottiglietta di acqua da 1/2 litro sono costati solo 38.50 euro. Le tazze molto piccole, una via di mezzo tra una tazzina da caffè e una da cappuccino. Dopo aver consumato i cioccolati, gli abbiamo chiesto un bicchiere di acqua, hanno risposto che hanno solo le bottiglie da 1/2 litro, forse l'acea gli ha chiuso la conduttura dell acqua!!! Vedo che non sono l'unico a dare una sola stella, sono in buona compagnia!!! Sicuramente, tutte le recensioni con più di tre stelle le hanno fatte gli amichetti loro.

Non do mai brutti voti, ma stavolta mi tocca. Purtroppo è solo un ristorante turistico dove la qualità non esiste. Polpetta e amatriciana con sugo crudo per non parlare della carbonara.... Deluso. Ci sono trattorie e osterie molto piu buone a un prezzo sicuramente minore

L’ambiente è bellissimo, in piazza navona, ma purtroppo solo quello.. siamo stati per fare colazione un sabato mattina, due cornetti e due caffe (se così si potevano definire) 21€.. mi sembra una rapina..

Una trappola per turisti, niente di cui lamentarsi. Siamo venuti in tre a fare colazione. Siamo stati truffati per 86 euro. Il cameriere ha versato una mancia di 14 euro e ci ha presentato la ricevuta al termine della transazione. Il cibo non è altro che yogurt in vasetti, pancake riscaldati nel microonde e un cappuccino schifoso per un caffè italiano. Non andateci, scappate a meno che non vogliate rovinarvi con persone che non hanno vergogna di fregarvi e non hanno coscienza. 0/10!!!

Servizio pessimo. Abbiamo ordinato due pizze e due porzioni di pasta. Non sono riusciti a mettere tutto sul tavolo e volevano mettercelo in testa. Servizio semplicemente disgustoso. Non consiglio questo ristorante.

Anywhere in Rome you can get an espresso for €1, maybe €1.20 and if you’re really unlucky it will be €2. Wonder of wonder at this establishment we were charged €5 and when we asked why their prices are such a rip off, he answered with 2 questions, namely “didn’t you see our menu?” & “didn’t you notice that all the coffee shops in Piazza Navona charge the same?”. Of course we didn’t….we are gullible tourists who were enjoying the Eternal City sights and we sat down for a quick coffee. It turned out to be the Italian Rip Off - it’s just a coffee - can you imagine eating there? RIP OFF!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE! I cannot believe how disgustingly rude the staff were here. I was walking by with my two young babies, desperate to find somewhere to sit for a moment, so I ordered gelato just to have a seat. The second we sat down on the terrace, the staff started pushing us out — apparently because they charge extra to sit down. We were never told this! I explained I just needed a moment to feed my babies, and that the tables were completely empty anyway, but they insisted we leave immediately. At that point my babies had started crying, and instead of giving a mother with crying babies a minute to get organised they started hurrying me to get out faster. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. We should have recognised the red flags when the older man serving icecream began hitting on the young women in front of us. These places are everything that is wrong with the world. Avoid this place at all costs!

My first one star having reviewed places from various countries. Exorbitant prices but I accepted that when I looked at the menu, but forcing a 9 euro tip to be paid in cash for a 40 euro bill for 1 ice cream and 2 drinks is just absurd. Easily the worst place I visited in Italy.

Such a terrible experience. First, the pizza came with hair in it. They replaced it, but the second one tasted awful. When I mentioned this to the staff, instead of apologizing, they rudely asked “where we came from???” Like seriously? That’s unacceptable. Bad food, bad service, and zero respect for customers. Totally disappointed. Not recommended at all — please don’t waste your time here.

The service and food was good, but I was not happy with the way the tip was handled. At the time of payment, the waiter added €9 as a tip without asking me or giving me a choice. I believe tips should be voluntary, not pushed onto the customer.

We ordered one Aperol Spritz and two Affogato al caffe. And the waiter asked us to pay €9 as a tip. We were not sure if it’s mandatory or not so we paid (€52!!!). Then we went to have lunch at the famous restaurant and they only charge €2 per person which total was €4 (total bill was also €52 with two pasta, drinks and nice view), that when we we’re realised we got fooled by the waiter. And the affogato wasn’t that good :( So disappointed

Unfortunately I didn’t see reviews before…. But now I’m not surprised. Service was horrible. They’re RUDE. They charged us 6.50€ for a tiny bottle of water. Also, we ordered something with anchovies. I’ll attach the photo of the soaking wet bread we got, if you find an anchovies- 10 points ! Hahaha . We didn’t touch it and of course they still charged us for it. We kindly asked to cancel our main course as we didn’t want to eat here any longer and he said it’s ready so we couldn’t cancel it. However, we only got the dish 15 minutes later… so obviously it wasn’t ready. Won’t be back

Be careful with the prices of the ice cream listed there!!! It shows 2 small scoops in cup 3,5 euro , actually it means 3,5 euro per scoop, and the ice cream on pic 2 with 2 small scoops costed 7 euro. The price list shows 2 small scoops in hazelnut cone 5,5 euro , but actually it means 5,5 euro per scoop and the ice cream on pic 3 with 2 small scoops costed 11 euro. Of course you will never visit this place again but they don’t care because there are too many tourists who don’t realize their price tricks at once. 🧐🤨

Mediocre to say the least. Extremely expensive food for what you get, definitely a tourist trap to avoid. They refused to give us even a glass of water so we got a little bottle of water which was 6,5 EUROS and the waiter was quite rude about it. The pizza was actually nice but then the Navona salad didn’t even have cooked mushrooms, they were raw. I guess that for 17 euros we expected at least cooked ingredients and some dressings All in all, it’s just a restaurant which takes advantage of being in a touristy area to have exorbitant prices and low quality of food.
