Fantastic restaurant!! Great atmosphere, attentive staff, excellent selection of beer, and wide variety of food options. We drove 50 minutes to try Yard House and I am so glad we did! We had the Wisconsin Cheese Curd appetizer, followed by the Nashville Hot Chicken and Vampire Tacos entrees. Our boys had the kid's pizza meals. Everything we had was great--hot, well-seasoned, and super tasty. And of course, we had to try a local brew flight. When the manager found out it was our first visit, he came to our table, personally, to check on our dining experience. Then, our server Jay gave us a free mini trio dessert plate and gave our boys free rice krispy/Oreo bars--all as a welcome and thank you for trying this establishment. I cannot even describe how scrumptious the desserts were. Yard House genuinely cares about the happiness and satisfaction of their customers. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the volume of the dining area--It was loud enough that we had a difficult time carrying on a conversation. Although the volume did cover up the racket our very boisterous boys were making! We will definitely make the trip to visit again.
My family and I had dinner at the Yard House and it was delicious. I had the 20oz Bone in ribeye and it was perfectly cook (medium rare for me). The service was also excellent, unfortunately I didn't get our servers name or I'd mention it. The only problem was the music was ridiculously loud and we felt like we had to shout to be heard.
I have celiac disease and they were very knowledgeable about cross contamination. They could also make a majority of the dinner menu gluten free. We had the BEST cheese dip ever. Weeks later my husband and I still rave about it!
Good food. I discovered the Korean Philly cheese steak sandwich it was the bomb !! It had a Korean sauce, onions and some other topping. Great flavor.
Darden-owned franchise like Olive Garden, but much newer and much higher consistency and quality. Most beers on keg tap of any establishment I have ever seen. They have a large dedicated refrigerated keg room (with windows) with hundreds of varieties of beer in kegs, all piped across the ceiling to taps on the long central bar. Full bar available with beer, wine, and wide liquor variety. Consistently great quality kitchen with a varied menu. Reliable quality food. At least 50 TV's in the whole place, maybe even 100. TV's always playing varied sports or the featured key game. 80's Classic Rock on the audio system. Many servers and many hosts.
I love Yard House and was happy to see that there was one in Roseville. The drinks, service, and atmosphere were great— just like at any other location. Anthony was wonderful at the bar. He answered all my questions, gave me great recommendations, and adjusted drinks to my liking. I tried 3 drinks: Pineapple Express (I wasn't a fan of all the pineapple chunks sitting at the bottom), Dragon Fruit Cosmo (perfect), and Malibu Peach (beautiful and perfect). It was interesting to see they had both mocktails and alcohol-free beer. I didn't eat this time around, but I'll update my review when I do. It was pretty busy at 10 pm on a Thursday night, but there were still booths, tables, and seats at the bar available. People were very lively— laughing and chatting, but nothing obnoxious. There were some hockey, basketball, and football games playing on the TVs. The bathrooms were gorgeous and very clean. Toilet paper and paper towels were stocked.
Great restaurant for family for traditional meal or to come for lunch or appetizers. I've come on a Thursday for lunch with my mother in the courtyard outdoor and recently for an early dinner with family. The service is excellent from the hostess to the server. Each time there was no wait time and parking was great. I've been at other Yard House locations but this is my favorite because the atmosphere, service, food and drinks have been awesome. This is also a very clean location, bathroom and tables which is always a key criteria for my rating. Appetizers ( great variety for all pallets) Salad ( Love their kale/Cesar with Salmon) Waffle & Chicken ( tasty and spicy) Mac & Cheese ( sooooo good, great shareable dish) Mixed fruity drinks ( great variety) I highly recommend for lunch date with a friend or family meal.
This place was beyond our expectations. First time visiting and we loved everything. Really good buffalo sauce on wings. Best queso Blanco we've had for a long time! Burger and steak temperature cooked to perfection 🤤 Service was also great! If you don't like a loud atmosphere it won't be for you as it's a sports bar.
We had a 15.minute wait time which was not bad at all. This is my second time here at this location in Roseville. Our server Oskar was very patient and attentive. We ordered for an appetizer the Cali roll Stack. For our entree we ordered the Vegetable Burger with Gluten free buns & fries, Philly cheesesteak & Fries and Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna. We will be back
My first time and we had a great time. We went I Friday around 3:30 pm and eat on the porch. Perfect day and weather. The service was good. I felt taken care of but not smothered. We got Cobb Salad. It was great with a good mis of ingredients. I highly recommend Yard House. BTW - A good place for groups.
Great lunch time experience, the wait staff is excellent and attentive even on a busy day. Calamari, truffle fries and Brussels for appetizers. Followed up by fish tacos, Mac and cheese (amazing!) and burgers. The brownie and chocolate cake for dessert. The drinks were on point! Not a single misstep and that’s why we love it.
Great atmosphere and delicious food. There’s lots to choose from, and everything I’ve tried has been tasty. The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit tricky.
We're never disappointed when we visit a Yard House! The beer selection is mind blowing, the food is always amazingly good and the service at the bar was fantastic. Great job!
We've been to many Yard Houses throughout the state, including this one, and have always enjoyed the food. But the dishes we had at this particular outing were EXCELLENT! I had the Thai Grilled Pork Chop, the wife had the Sesame Shrimp Noodles. Both so flavorful and satisfying, and lower in calories than nearly all other dishes. I can see getting these dishes repeatedly.
Last night 11-10, my server was named Brandon. Brandon was AWESOME, Very friendly, funny and nice. He would make sure we were ALWAYS taken care of. I would give him 10 stars. He deserves a raise. But he had to go on break. So some girl took his place. NOT GOOD! She NEVER came to us, we had to get up to get help, not friendly, not good service. But Brandon came back, serving us. Very friendly guy. The night went good after that. Thank you Brandon, your AWESOME!
We sat in the bar, and it wasn't too busy (we came at open on a Sunday, though). Our server Michelle was great. We ordered the cheese curds to start, and split the bacon turkey sandwich. The portions here are huge, and everything we ordered arrived hot and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Our server was attentive without being smothering. Love that they have a ton of beers on tap, you're bound to find something you like.
This is our go-to date night spot. Great selection of beer and drinks. Food choices are good too and its an added bonus if you make it for happy hour. Bartenders are awesome and make you feel like it's a neighborhood spot. Love this place!
Had a really good experience here last visit on presidents day weekend. Happy Hour prices are great. Didnt have to wait at 4 pm for 2 adults and 1 kid. Food was really good. Service was exceptional.
You can hear the fun from the parking lot! There is talking and laughter, sports on TV and great music in the background. Its not too loud~ its perfect. My husband and I had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner and delicious beer with outstanding service! No pics cuz we had too much fun. Our waitresses, Jade and Kristen (? We think?) we friendly and fun and a perfect team so one could take lunch. The food, as always at Yard House was so tasty. I had the garlic lobster noodles. Perfect amount of garlic and the noodles were hot but the lobster and shrimp and shitake mushrooms were fresh and not overcooked! My hubby had the bacon BBQ burger and the fries were cooked perfectly and the burger was juicy and yummo. And of course, the beer. House Amber for me and the giant yard Pilsner is fun for him to let loose for a fun meal. Never disappointed here. Its our new go to place.
Fabulous restaurant in a great location. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about menu items and what beverage to pair items with. Food is consistently excellent. Can get very busy in the evenings and on weekends, so reservations are recommended. Fun atmosphere with clean tables and restrooms. Recommend the Turkey Club, Cheese Steak sandwich, truffle fries and onion rings. Yum!
A great spot for casual dinning. The drinks were on point, and menu is extensive. I’ve been to a Yard House before & loved it, and this location didn’t disappoint. For an appetizer we got the nachos; they were good but each bite was slightly different. As an entree I ordered the Lobster Garlic Noodles - these were awesome. I loved how much shrimp and lobster there was, I didn’t get left with just a bowl of noodles. My colleagues ordered the Poke Nachos and the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. We all enjoyed our meals.
We've been several times and always love the food. Our server Cory was amazing. The best service we've had. The food is so well varied and unique. The vampire tacos, wings, fries, cocktails, and huge beer selection are fantastic. I love the Korean fusion within a lot of great dishes. They are some of my a solute favorites, like the steak sandwich, and gochuchang wings.
This was maybe my third time here, but it was the best experience so far. Spent the time per Father's Day for a Thursday it was pretty busy, but we were seated right away for a table of four. The waiter. Josh was very friendly, and offered. Good advice on menu options. We got a mix of food, tacos, Korean cheesesteak, jambalaya, and a few others. The pokey nachos were very good. Reminded me of sushi but with tortilla chips. The cream cheese steak was way better than I would've thought and it's a pretty large portion for the price. I had a good Korean sesame meat, but then was wrapped in a nice soft bun topped off with the strawberry lemonade. It was a great meal. Everyone enjoyed, and there was nothing left, except for a few fries, would recommend.
I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my meal here. Really good game on TV, really well done menu (not just typical pub fare), and some of the best service I've ever had. My advise is either call ahead or go to their website to get on the wait list. We waited for about 30 minutes, but there is comfortable seating outside. The atmosphere is vibrant and engaging, and I was impressed with the look of the place. The food was extremely fresh and well executed, my Hot Chicken was crispy, spicy, and flavorful. For apps, we got fried cheese curd, and sweet potato fries. They were served with a hot honey sauce that was life changing! Everything on the table was hot, fresh, and we didn't have to wait very long for the food to arrive. Our server was the star of the show! Very attentive, genuinely friendly, and insightful. Our glasses were never empty and plates were removed promptly when finished. She was an absolute joy.
The Real Deal is the Yardhouse which delivers on atmosphere and draft beers plus food! The atmosphere is fun, lively, always good spot to grab a drink. Good social spot or good to grab lunch. They have like 50 beers some ciders on tap! The service is always good about delivering food and drinks but each server will deliver their own type of service and personality of course. Now onto the main event: The Food, I’ve had the Shrimp Tacos and salad which were solid, good flavor, seasoned well and balanced (8.5/10), I also had the Vampire Tacos those are amazing as well (9/10). Another person in my party had a BBQ salad delicious rated at 9/10. All the times I’ve come to the Yardhouse always happy with the food it’s just high-end dining but just right for socializing. Cheers and onto the next one!!
Enjoyed first experience to this location. Waiter and helpers were awesome. Parking can be a challenge so if you have reservations give yourself some time. Reservations recommended as it can get pretty busy. Food was delicious and received in a timely manner after ordering. Vibe was great. Decor and table set up matches the vibe.
Awesome!!! The Food, Staff, and the overall service was excellent. We will definitely have Lunch or Dinner here again. The 40oz Steak Dinner was delicious. Parking was easy and use of the Waiting list for easy seating was a plus, with indoor/outdoor availability. Coach Eric 👍
If you enjoy beers, then the yardhouse is the place to go. Great value during happy hour and enormous selection of beers. If you've never been to a yard house, check it out; you won't be disappointed.
Undoubtedly the best happy hour in the entire area. Me and a group of friends went in for happy hour and were pleasantly surprised when the check arrived. The experience has always been good there. The service is outstanding, the food arrives on time. And the happy hour prices are unbeatable. But there is one small detail, they really should call it the half yard house. As they don't serve full yards. Only half yards. Therefore they should name it the, "half yard house." I did ask this question when I was in there. Why don't you serve yards, full yards? They said there was too much risk of breakage. My recommendation would be: "we do serve full yards, however we need a deposit for the glassware. If you're okay with that we'll bring you a full yard."
I have lost count on how many times I have taken my wife here for date nights. Be prepared for a long wait on Friday and Saturday nights but there’s always a good energy and their food is always consistently delicious. My favorite dish is the seafood garlic noodles Without that gross oriental sauce. My second favorite is probably the spicy Tennessee crispy chicken sandwich. They always seem very well organized and I don’t think we have really ever had a bad experience when it comes to the quality of food or service.
The Yard house is a very nice resteraunt with an outstanding selection of craft beers and variety of mixed drinks to choose from to get things started, then the appetizers are very hard to pick just one. We opted to add the truffle fries, which were amazing, to our meals. The shaved rib eye pepper steak had reaaly great flavor and just melted in your mouth. The fish was fresh and tender. Highly recommend a visit if in the area.
It’s a great place for beer lovers! Tons of beer selections from local and cross the country. $2 off for the beers for happy hour. Foods I would just okay….better than average, and price is okay, not too expensive. Fried chicken sandwich is good! In addition, it’s my first time having fried tofu in America that is good! It’s definitely a good place for drinks, food and hanging out.
It's loud, but with good music. Cheese curds.. get them. They are everything you never knew you needed. Nashville Hot Chicken brought tears to my eyes- literally and metaphorically. The sweet potato pancakes nearly made me swoon amidst those tears. Seriously, I never realized my life wasn't complete until those sweet potato pancakes. I could write a novella about them... And finally, Brendan. Our server. He deserves all the accolades. He should teach courses. He was perfect. Never let our drinks run dry while not hovering in that overbearing fashion typical of some inexperienced, overzealous waiters. He was friendly and just really deserves a massive shout out. It's often crowded and you might have to wait for a table, but it's worth it.
Excellent first visit to Yard House. It's all about beer here but they also have a full bar with cocktails and wine. We enjoyed several of the appetizer dishes and some main courses. The ahi salad was incredible, as were the tacos, shrimp and rice and the barbecue wings. I think the chicken wraps might have been the highlight but the service was great the atmosphere is great I loved it and will be sure to return.
This is my third Yard House I have visited on my journeys. As with the other two, Food, Service, and Atmosphere were top notch...had a great dining experience! Staff were on their game and checked on us often to ensure we were taken care of. Food was prepared to perfection had the specialty beverages were spot on from the bartenders. Overall, wonderful experience and recommend everyone give Yard House a try!
Loved their tacos pretty much love everything that they do very polite. Great service have gone the last three nights in a row. I think I'm obsessed with this place. Lol 😂 Guac and veggies very good Pasta fantastic Barbecue cheeseburger, black and white sesame seeds on top off the charts barbecue sauce is wonderful for dipping and french fries and onion rings. Yum Yum Yum see you guys tomorrow.
Visited this restaurant many times on special occasions, including one of my birthdays and one of my Dad's birthdays. I highly recommend this place for people who enjoy classic American favorite foods, BBQ dishes, burgers, pizza, and so on in a laid-back atmosphere and great customer service.
Wonderful atmosphere and delightful food. The Yard House is a wonderful restaurant but the real reason to come is the people. My server Jake was fun, attentive, and went well beyond my expectations I've ever had for any server at any restaurant. Any place with a kitchen can make exceptional food, but for my money the service is what matters and The Yard House provides the best.
Great lunch experience today for a business meeting. Not too loud, quick seating, phenomenal customer service. Will continue setting up lunch meetings here! Food was delicious, server kept refilling drinks before we could ask.
We loved this place. We ordered the BBQ Chicken Salad and the Cilantro Lime Chicken, and both dishes were very well cooked and flavorful. The service was kind and helpful throughout our visit. The atmosphere was pleasant, with good music and a noise level that made conversation easy. Overall, the ambiance was enjoyable, and we had a great experience at Yard House, Roseville.
A Gluten-Free Burger That Actually Tastes Good? For someone that is now gluten free (yes, apparently that’s a real thing), finding a spot to grab lunch is a bit like a treasure hunt. But I found a winner. First off, the service was awesome. They weren’t just nice, they got it. They even had gluten free beer, and I’m not saying it was life-changing, but it didn’t taste like old socks, so that’s a win. Most GF beer is trash, let’s be honest. Now, the burger. Damn. I think I inhaled it the second it hit the table. I didn’t get a photo because I had zero chill and just devoured it. Even the food runner said it looked good, and he sees burgers all day. The bun? One of the best gluten free buns I’ve had. And if you’ve ever had a GF bun, you know they usually crumble like a sandcastle at high tide. This one held together and tasted like an actual bun. They also have a separate GF menu (didn’t even need it because the staff was on it), and there are GF desserts, too. But after the burger and beer, I couldn’t do it. Next time.
Yard House is more than a port in the storm ~ Alex more than likely we greet you with his brightness and sincere enjoyment as a host ready to be of service……he’s stupendous. Jackie I felt welcomed to enjoy your hospitality and you did such a magnificent job, wonderful amazing nostalgic feeling completion and contentment, having received exactly what I asked for and more….. I walked in the door with a cloud over my mind and it lifted the moment I came through the front door. Alex kindly gave me directions to the ladies room with a huge welcome smile but confirming he’d be right there to help me with whatever it was when I returned, and he made me confident that no matter what it was that I’d want when I returned that he would be willing and able to handle that that’s confidence that’s a good thing. Not long after I returned to the front desk entered Jackie with a proud smile to present and demonstrated before me what she had the pleasure of delighted me with. My first glimpse of what I called and search for a veggie burger with cheese and fries and a Coke zero and tickled this opportunity does not come often we all know that but here’s a place where that opportunity is more likely to happen than not do not do yourself a disservice. Make sure that you come to the yard house experience at least something to go if I didn’t have a long drive back to Paradise and it was at 9:12 in the evening I had just gone and sat down for Wally. Enjoyed the environment that I’ve got way too much on my plate for that, but I will be back .Jackie chances that phone will you call him and say AI said that you have the best burger closest to my current location that I can stop and pick up and have a veggie burger and fries on the way home I was across the street at the mall just coming out of Nordstrom‘s. Haven’t been lost in the parking lot for over an hour and a half in the rain. I was drenched I have curly hair so it’s not that big of a deal but as an old woman, I’m like any other cat I really don’t like being drenched for no good reason I live in Paradise and this is my sixth trip to Apple Store and more than a dozen calls from Idaho, Montana, and California and just couldn’t get anyone to fix the problem. One of the very beginning. They should’ve just given me a new iPhone 14 Pro. They should’ve exchanged the earbud pros and they should’ve exchanged the iPad because they all had issues that were manufacturers defects, but they made me have a run around. Redding store is 160 miles round-trip and Roseville is 180 mile round-trip. shame on you, Apple shame on you, Tim Cook. If we weren’t for this last time, I wouldn’t have found such a great place the Yard House.
I am extremely impressed with how great this place is. Family and I have been coming for a while now, and it is truly great. Servers are extremely attentive and caring. Great attitude and environment, delicious food with innovative and tasty options, attentive managers walking around ensuring all is well on every visit. More recently I noticed their "To Go" team is also fantastic! They pay close attention to your remarks and requests that you make with online order, which is rare in my experience. They are also very polite and military friendly which I greatly appreciate. Outstanding all around. They made me a true fan of this place. Keep up the great work guys!
had an amazing time at Yard House. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The food came out fresh and full of flavor—especially the appetizers, which were a hit. I also loved their huge selection of drinks; there’s truly something for everyone. Overall, a great place for good food, good service, and a great vibe.
Yard House - Review Yard House is a popular American chain known for its extensive beer selection and diverse menu. Pros: - Huge variety of draft beers (often 100+ options), great for beer lovers. - Eclectic menu with American classics, from burgers and sandwiches to seafood and steaks. - Modern, lively atmosphere with a sports bar vibe. - Good for groups and casual hangouts. - Friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially about the beer selection. Cons: - Can be loud and busy, especially on weekends or during sports events. - Prices are a bit on the higher side compared to typical casual dining. - Wait times can be long without a reservation. Overall, Yard House is a solid choice if you want great beer variety with dependable American fare in a fun, upbeat setting. Rating: 4/5
This place gets busy! You can’t make reservations online, but you can join the waitlist ahead of time. Just be sure to check in when you arrive — we still had a short wait even after joining online about 30 minutes earlier. Thankfully, it moved quickly. The staff here is fantastic: friendly, helpful, and there are plenty of them keeping everything running smoothly. The restaurant itself is huge, lively, and has a great atmosphere. The menu is impressive with a huge variety of options and tons of beer choices. We ordered the beef noodles, the taco trio (fish, carne asada, and quesabirria), plus onion rings to start. Everything was excellent. The beef noodles were full of flavor with perfectly charred beef. The tacos were all great, but the birria really stood out — surprisingly authentic and packed with flavor. The onion rings were crisp and delicious. There’s still so much on the menu I want to try, so I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend Yard House for both the food and the fun setting.
I really enjoyed the food here, especially the nachos — they were flavorful, well-prepared, and definitely worth trying during happy hour for the best value. I ordered the Two Pepper Jack Burger, and it exceeded my expectations. The patty was cooked perfectly, and the pepper jack cheese added a delicious, bold flavor. On top of that, the service was excellent — my drink was refilled before I even had to ask, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great spot with quality food and attentive service that I would highly recommend.
First time dining alone at a restaurant. Decided on YH because of the Brussel Sprouts 🤣. I was quickly seated at a table-middle of the day. My waitstaff was amazing. Started with the above mentioned Brussel Sprouts! All I can say is WOW! Then ordered some cheese curds and again WOW. Both appetizers came with awesome dipping sauces. Then I ordered the BBQ chicken salad and substituted salmon. Great flavors in the salad. Everyone was so friendly and I had such a great experience dining alone. The food was soooooo good! I will definitely be back and if you haven’t tried this spot you definitely should!
Noisy, but good food. If you like the bar scene, this place was active and happy. For me, a bit noisy. Great service. I really recommend using their website to get on the wait list ahead of arrival. We logged in when we were about 49 minutes away. When we arrived, lots of people waiting to get in (Friday evening). We arrived, checked in, and had just a 5 minutes away wait. Very nice! My partner had the Cobb salad, half size. She enjoyed it very much, and it was plenty big. I had three tacos. You can mix:match styles, which I liked. All were good. Korean chicken taco was interesting. Burria taco was what you would expect. Carnitas vampire taco was best. All were relatively mildly spicy, which was ok for me. Only disappointing thing was the sad pinto beans on rice, they were just out of a can and not great. Pouring the burria consume over them helped
I’ve been coming to Yard House for a couple of years now, and it’s consistently been a great experience every time. The staff, especially the waitresses and bartenders are always friendly, attentive, and notice the little things that really make a difference. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a casual dinner or a family outing. One of the things I love most is that they serve raspberry beer (Rubaeus), which is hard to find anywhere else. It’s one of my favorites! I do wish they still allowed you to take it home like they did during the COVID period, but now it’s dine-in only. Also, a small but thoughtful detail that stood out to me: the women’s bathroom has a small metal shelf where you can place your phone or other items. It’s such a rare and considerate feature that shows they really care about their guests’ comfort. Overall, Yard House is an amazing place with great service, tasty food, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to enjoy good food and good company!
Yard House is a great place to hang out in a lively bar, enjoy a few cocktails, and snack on some appetizers. I love this spot for its authentic American pub atmosphere. They often show American football, and it gets pretty busy on weekends, so it’s always lively. I highly recommend reserving a table in advance, or you'll have to wait around 15 minutes for a spot to free up. But overall, it’s definitely worth it! This isn’t my first time here, and I’m happy to return again!

Always a good time at Yard House. I highly recommend sitting at the bar if you are by yourself or with 1 other person. We always get great service by the bartender. Not only do they have a good beer selection, but they have amazing mixed drinks.
Been here twice in the past two weeks and haven't been disappointed. This area is pretty popular, as there's a ton of restaurants. Parking can get a little tricky as there are a ton of stores in the area but there is a satellite lot across the street. We pretty much only ordered appetizers, but definitely ordered enough to make it a meal. Some of the things that I would highly recommend are the cheese curds, poke nachos, and the brookie. These are for sure my go-tos and are SO delicious. The pretzel is also a great appetizer! The second time we came, was the day of the NFC divisional game. It was pretty exciting watching the games on their many TVs. There are a ton of Niner fans, so it was a great atmosphere. The staff did not rush us to get out of there, and even though it was busy, food was coming out at a great pace. Shout out to April and Emma who were fantastic waitresses! All of the staff is very friendly and pretty attentive for how busy the place is.
It was Thursday night and a little crowded, I was asked if I wanted to eat inside or outside dining. I said a table in or out would be fine. I was then told it would be 30 to 35 minutes. I gave the hostess my name and number, she said that I would receive a text. After 35 minutes of waiting I was texted to come to the hostess stand. One of the hosts a gentleman said are you okay with dining at the bar? I said no I prefer a table, he then said that you will have to wait for a table. There were several tables and booths available inside and out. I told him never mind I have wasted enough time here and will choose another place to dine. My Friend talked to the host and called me to come back inside, they happened to find an empty table. We ordered 2 drinks a Crown Apple Ginger Beer and an Irish Car bomb, with a glass of water and a glass of ice tea. The Crown Apple drink had something dark floating in it after one sip and they promptly got a new drink for me. The Irish Car Bomb was a shot drink with probably a half of a beer with the shot. I ordered Crab cake sandwich with fries, my friend ordered Steak rare, with asparagus with mashed potatoes. My Crab Cake sandwich was great and the fries seemed to be bits and pieces, without any flavor. My Friend steak was actually cooked rare and his vegetables were cooked nicely. Overall the dining experience was alright not extravagant. The Customers waiting outside could have been more respectful or controlled. They hovered around the front door making it awkward to enter after we were texted to come inside. The question is? Would I eat there again, possibly although I recommend calling ahead and being placed on the list to have dinner.
It was a decent experience, the food and drinks were good but I was in a party of 14 with only 1 server. I feel like any party over 6-7 people should be assigned at least 2 servers to ensure fluid service. Our server did an amazing job but was, once again only 1 person and could only do so much. So our experience in my opinion was not worthy of 5 stars.
First time going to this restaurant, its huge inside with outside seating. Friendly staff. Many come to enjoy with company a good meal or drinks an watch your favorite sport on the tv that is playing. Outside does have plenty of heaters in case you fear it will be cold an feel cozy, more TVs are there too to watch your favorite sports. Great table service, good variety from menu to choose from even for those picking folks. Kids will enjoy it too.
Lovely atmosphere. We had a huge party and still my food was served hot. I had the Tennessee spicy chicken which was delicious. I didn't care for the pancakes but I just don't care for pancakes. House salad was very good, loved the colors of the tomatoes. Everyone's food looked delicious. Will attend again. Our server was A-plus! 2/17/25 went for my 50th birthday dinner with family party of 6. Was not disappointed! And our server Jordan handled us and a larger party table effortlessly.
This place is another wonderful restaurant I definitely recommend. Only a 3 star on service because they were extremely busy. Other then that it was excellent. I also recommend sitting on the outside patio, there are warmers outside. Great atmosphere, good vibes. Keep up the good work Yard House. We will see you soon agian. 😊 😋 🍻
Sure the exterior is big but it hardly tells the story of the inside of this establishment. Yard House is massive with abundant seating and a central bar that may actually have taps in the triple digits so expect to spend a money reviewing the beer list. Food is decent, pretty typical new-American bar food but done well. I enjoyed the Blue Cheese & Bacon Burger; the blue cheese and bacon chunks were made into a mash on top of the patty which worked impressively well and something that pretty much every other burger place some takes notes on. Our server was attentive evening during a Saturday dinner time and he was not only courteous but knowledgeable of the beers on hand to confident provide recommendations.
When you have half a yard of beer sitting in front of in a tall glass it's hard to say anything bad. When the food comes and you realize how good it is and how perfect it looks sitting next to the half yard beer then it becomes an experience. This was the top surprise on my visit to Sacramento. With more than a hundred beer on tap, great selection of food and really great staff I'll definitely go back again
Good food, good environment, great waitstaff. I ordered poke nachos and korean BBQ cheesesteak sandwich and a honey blonde ale. Poke nachos were really good! A tiny bit spicy but you can flick off the peppers. The korean cheesesteak sandwich was filling and tasty, comes in a banh mi style bread. Very rich flavor. The ale was hoppy. I liked the atmosphere and waitstaff was great.
Very nice Yard House experience. It was clear that all employees, from front desk to the wait staff, were highly trained. Not only extremely polite, but every single waiter/waitress were out to please. One of our party thought the calamari was too spicy-- we're here to please, the waiter said, bringing back a replacement. We all felt that there were sizable portions. Both salads were fresh with extra tasty chicken. Kinda weird margherita pizza, which had a pronounced barbecue sauce taste. Sorry, but you don't messa with da pizza. All in all, a terrific night out, and very special.
Great food. The chicken was juicy, unfortunately, it seemed like the servers seemed really uninterested (like they didn't want to be there). Other than that, I enjoyed the experience here.
The wait is worth the food. Good service. Prices are a little high. You may want to avoid the fish tacos. They fry a piece of fish and lay inside the street taco. They do have a full bar and outdoor seating. Parking outside the restaurant is a challenge. If walking is no issue, I recommend parking at the lot behind the restaurant- free parking.
Food is great and big servings! We’ve got half the price of appetizers that time, also ordered fish and chips, and lobster garlic noodle (love it!). The server is great and knowledgeable!
We recently dined at Yard House to catch a game, and we were thrilled with both the atmosphere and the food. I ordered the spicy jambalaya with Mexican rice, and it was absolutely delicious! The spice level was just perfect—enough to keep me coming back for more without overwhelming my taste buds. My husband opted for the salmon, and I think it's safe to say that it left him speechless! He was so engrossed in his meal that he hardly said a word the entire time we were eating, which is a testament to how good it was. The drinks were expertly crafted, complementing our meals beautifully, and the service throughout our visit was top-notch. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Yard House and can’t wait to return for another game day feast! Highly recommend this spot for great food and a lively atmosphere.
I’ve always enjoyed coming to this location for Happy Hour. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful. The food portions are generous—not skimpy at all—and everything always tastes fresh and comes out hot. They offer a solid Happy Hour menu with great drink options. I’m definitely bummed that the tuna tartare tower and buffalo wings are no longer on the HH menu, though. One tip: try not to sit on the patio if you’re wearing shorts or a dress—the mosquitoes will eat you alive.
Ambiance- Large bar and restaurant with heated patio. Seats 700 if full, likely 500 tonight. 30 minute wait on a Friday night. Patio was nice and a little quieter. Except for the 21st Birthday girls doing shots lol. Full bar, pages of beers to choose from. Service - friendly and efficient. Food - above average. Turkey club was stacked high. Cut in fourths, she took 2 home. Me, whiskey Salmon was sweet and delicious with mashed potatoes mo leftovers for me, perfect portion.
I ordered the carnivore pizza and my partner ordered the steak house with onion rings. Overall we really liked the food, great tasting, the pizza paired well with the fat tire I ordered with it. We felt the music could have been dropped down a notch. The service was okay, our waiter was productive in the beginning but then kind of fell off to the point another waiter picked up his slack. Eventually when we were waiting for drink refills and boxes for our dinners we got the impression we were forgotten about, waiting over 5 minutes to be seen. For the food we would come back to this location.
The greasy, salty lobster garlic noodle was a miss. The hummus appetizer was great and so was Jake the server. Thanks for making me feel special on my birthday. Overall too dark at the dinner tables and the food was just ok.
I’ve been a couple of times in YH. The place is spacious. And we like the variety of foods. The energy of the place is fine with me and group of friends, (late lunch and still quiet) But the last time, with my husband (last minute plan and happy hour - dinner time), for a non-drinker person, the place is busy and noisy. Food is great and big servings! We’ve got half the price of appetizers that time, also ordered fish and chips, and lobster garlic noodle (love it!). The server is great and knowledgeable!
The Yard House is a good consistent restaurant for several types of occasions. They have a large interior with an equally large bar displaying all the sports games all around you. Then there is the huge covered outdoor atrium which is awesome. There too you will find several large monitors showing the sports games so you don't feel like you have to be inside. During the cooler months the atrium has heaters and even firepits along the perimeter to keep the chill out. It's a popular place and gets very busy just about any day of the week. And, parking is not good only because you are sharing with several other restaurants and stores across the lot. Sometimes you have to park in a different county and walk...LOL. Servers have always been very friendly and helpful every time we have been here. And ALL are welcome here. Food is your typical bar grub, burger faire with some better choices and better quality than other places. They do a good job so it only makes sense they are always busy.
We hard an early dinner and happy hour menu. Overall everything was good and there was eight of us including four teenagers. We had four appetizers as meals and four regular menu items and the only complaint was the pork burger was a little overcooked. It’s a great place to fill up hungry boys at a fair price. I had the Thai pork chop and it was amazing and it will definitely be my go to. Two had the salmon and it was slightly overcooked but not bad.

I always considered Yard House to be a bit more of fancier place than BJs and such, but last night's experience brought it way down. A few girls and I were meeting there, we had a reservation, when I mentioned I'm hear with them- the staff did not walk me to the table, they just said "I think they're on this side of the restaurant" pointing to the indoor seating. The place is huge. So they would have me walk around and find my party instead of walking me to the table. As always it's super loud and dark in there, it's hard to have a conversation. You can't eat and listen at the same time, you have to watch the person's mouth sitting across from you in order to hear them. Service was good though. I had the Poke Nachos which were delicious, but the fish did not look fresh. I didn't give it much though until I couldn't fall asleep because of nausea. Thankfully red wine helped and I didn't have any worse consequences of the raw unfresh fish. Also ordered the parm truffle fries, did not see any parm or taste it, only herbs and garlic. And they were bland, should have ordered sweet potatoes fries, those tasted better (had some that my friend ordered).
The food is decent but because they keep the open atmosphere approach, we were fighting flies while eating. The design of the restaurant makes for alot of noise from other guests so you may have to yell at each other. I was there on a Friday and it was packed. They do not take reservations so be prepared to wait for a table if you go on the weekends.
Food was great. It was super busy when we went. The environment was chill semi noisy, but we were able to hold conversation and laugh 20 minute wait for the food. It is yummy.
Enormous place! Huge indoor area and outdoor area. We could not find parking anywhere close by and then waited for 25 min for a table for 2. Staff was nice and friendly but our server was very very slow. We waited 10 min after we got seated to order drinks and then got 1 of the drinks another 10 min later. The other drink was dark beer on tap, which first we were told is coming then that they were changing the beer barrel and then that they are out of it. Food took forever probably because of our server since the table next to us got seated after and got food and even dessert at the time when we got our food. The food was ok. Cobb salad was a little changed from the well-known ingredients but still good. But their Sangria was top notch!!
We came here on Thanksgiving. Arrived for dinner at 345. No wait, seated immediately. Service was fine. Food was absolutely underwhelming. Two of us ordered the Thanksgiving platter and the food was cool to the touch. My husband ordered a pizza that was burnt to a crisp. The Thanksgiving platter was supposed to come with cheesecake. We had to ask the waitress for it, and she only brought one out. Had to chase her down to get the second slice. Based on this experience we won't be back. Very cool vibe in the restaurant.
Not Very good at all to be honest. Rice was not cooked. Salmon was Dry as a bone, Server not too friendly, and food took forever to come out. Jambalaya was not good either. Rice isnt that hard to cook. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this place wasn't too good at all. I wanted to like it. Sorry 😞 I left 3 stars which i feel is generous

What used be a comfortable atmosphere in the booth area has been ruined by the absurd decision to cut the booth walls. Now you can hear and see your neighbors. This was done because Covid is not longer an issue but the new issue is you don’t have any privacy. Stupid move on managements part.
Austin held my food and wouldn’t give it to me because he thought my bill was fake he acted very racist toward me for the 2nd time. I come here frequently never have issues always tip good everyone knows me. This is the second time I have a negative experience with Austin.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the restaurant. The service was terrible – our server was disorganized and made several mistakes. I am not one to complain, but I feel the need to share my experience. I went there with some friends on a Saturday afternoon, and I didn't even know where to start. I have never had such horrible service before. I ordered fish and chips, and it came out very greasy. I had to wait 15 minutes for my server to come back, and by then, my friend's food was gone. Every time she took a drink order, she would throw things over and create a mess. She even threw a cup that hit the gentleman next to me with a huge chunk of ice. When someone ordered another beer, she threw the dirty cup in the tap slot. She never cleaned up after herself, only kept piling the dirty dishes everywhere. She made me put my napkin on the bar counter because it was easier for her to clean up, but made me feel like a child in a highchair. In the end, when I asked her to fix the bill because she didn't remove the fish and chips we didn't eat, she explained that it was cheaper for her to just charge me for it because she didn't add the tuna nachos and the other beer. I found this unacceptable, and I insisted on a correct bill, but the server seemed reluctant to do so. It was frustrating to encounter such poor service and a lack of attention to detail. And……No one from Yard House contacted me!!!
Jerry Garcia was the manager this evening. We were sitting at the bar and ordered a meal and a customer next to us proceeds to spray perfume on himself. More than one type of perfume was sprayed. He was sitting at the bar with Candy all over the bar, So we asked Jerry Garcia to ask him to not spray perfume because we were trying to eat. He said he could not do that. So it’s ok to spray perfume all around a restaurant? We left!
I had the worst experience there ever. I have come here for many years and never had an issue. The staff are usually very kind and personable. However, when I went to the restaurant for Super Bowl, I experienced the worst service I ever had there. The waitress was extremely rude and consistently had an attitude with me. The mashed potatoes that came with my meal tasted sour like the ingredients used was expired. The waitress asked how my meal was and when I told her about the taste, she immediately got an attitude and was very rude as if I was lying about the taste. Then when I ordered a mint tea she brought out the wrong tea and immediately got an attitude when I asked her to bring the tea that I originally ordered. She was so rude and unkind throughout the experience that I lost my appetite and became concerned about the new tea she brought out because waitresses with very bad attitudes can take the enjoyment out of the experience. Her attitude and demeanor was so bad and rude that I felt the need to tell her manager. However, her manager stated she is typically kind. If she is typically kind to customers and the area is a predominantly white area (with predominantly white customers; I did NOT see any Black customers when I was there on the side of the restaurant where I was sitting), this leads me to conclude that the waitress racially profiled me as a Black woman and preconceived me as a Black woman in a negative way. It was very clear she disliked me simply because of who I am and how I look. If she’s kind to predominantly white customers, yet suddenly is unkind to me as a black woman who simply was asking for good tasting food (that I am paying for), and the tea flavor that I had originally requested, it’s very clear she racially profiled me and did not want to service me. Her preconceived prejudices of minorities, does not excuse poor quality service and rude behavior towards a customer unwarranted simply because I was asking for quality food and a drink that I originally ordered. I have been coming to this yard house for several years (over 6 years now), and after this horrible experience I will never return. It ruined my Super Bowl experience so much that I ended up leaving before the game has ended due to being so upset. The manager at least was kind and professional and took a portion of my meal and the tea off to make up for the bad experience. I appreciate that kind gesture. However, I didn’t like the fact that he made repeated excuses for her behavior by claiming she’s this typically a kind person as to make an inference that I was not being honest or trying to infer “I must be the problem,”when I know for a fact, I was not. I clearly felt I was treated poorly and deserve to have a positive experience like any other customer. I was not asking for much, but simply what I paid for. If you’re a Black person, I would caution you about this place.
