My partner and I come to this location every month or so. We have NEVER been disappointed. Our most recent trip we had the triple dipper and new watermelon margaritas! with reposado tequila. Kyle was an excellent server. 👏

Ordered curbside to go, had a horrible experience. I ended up having to call because I didn't come home with half of what I paid for. The manager was so kind and warm hearted comped my entire meal without me asking. She ended up convincing me to give them another try. I did eventually and I was so happy with my food and the convenience of it. Check your food before you leave and ur good. Super kind staff. Shout out to Jen and Sarah made my experience great.

We had an early lunch there today everything was fresh and hot . Thank you for wonderful service Alyssa. She was absolutely amazing, I look forward to going back and having her as our server again . My favorite place to go! Food is so good and service is so fast and friendly. My favorite server I’ve gotten so far is kris, she’s so bubbly and kind and took time to explain and pick through the menu.

Oh wow! Was really good, I recommended you the President margarita (strawberry) and the burger bacon rancher. The server was really nice!

Our server was super friendly and sweet. She did a great job even making our kids feel awesome. She got our orders perfect, and the food came quickly and without issues. Drinks were refilled in a timely manner, and we enjoyed our time as a family at dinner.

Please managers and owners you all have to take a good care and keep Joshua the kitchen manager for ever working with you all I have an issue last night that I was really mad and even did a review taking a bad view from the restaurant and the company. I come today asking for a manager and Joshua was the one this guy is the more professional person I ever meet nice personality and attitude take the best care of us me and my husband and I was really comfortable about to explain everything to him. Chili's on a Sunday? 😬 TONS of people (duh) and suuuuuuuper loud (DUHHH), but very worth it 😁 Honestly, I only make reviews when the people working are cool. We had a couple different servers (shift change) and im pretty sure the manager was checking in on us at one point. Friendly people rule 💪💪

Food was delicious, portions were large! I did my takeout order at the restaurant and had a margarita while waiting. The margarita was DELICIOUS and the bartender even gave me a glass of water along with my drink. The girl who took my takeout order was a bit curt, so no tip for her. The bartender however, was really nice so she got the tip for both 😅

I was at this location 7/9-12 2024 I had Olivia, Ethan, Alissa and Sydney as servers. They were all wonderful to have, they were attentive to my needs, ( ok, really they were awesome but we cant let that go to their heads) they stopped and had a conversation with me and made my time with them super enjoyable. The last day I even spoke to the General manager Emily. We found out that indeed it is a small world.( we knew the same people) This location i found out is on the list for an over haul. The food was good as always but what made my week was the people! It felt like we were family and I had just met them. So go check them out, you won't be sorry! (Psst, CHILI'S I should really get paid for this, do you know how many Chili's I practically live at? ..I mean go to.)

The first time I came to this location the waitress was really new and attentive. When lunch hour started and people were coming, I was expecting the service to slack a little. I was really surprised that it didn't. I have been going back to this location for the last 3 years. Service has not changed for the lunch rush. Doing a really great job and I keep going back.

We eat at chilis pretty often and there service is hit or miss. It usually starts with the hostess taking awhile to seat us. The last 2 or 3 times, it’s has improved but still not consistent.

My favorite chilis in the Austin/Round Rock area. Genuinely love the staff here. It's just a chili's but when there's a noisy area I know I can ask to be moved and I'll be accommodated. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Lovely place.

Update: We’ve come back just about a million times by now! Alyssa is always so lovely as ever and the rest of the staff is so very nice and welcoming. The food has always been fresh and it’s definitely our go-to comfort food spot ♥️ Original review: I love coming to this location, it is close to home and the food is always fresh but I had never felt compelled to write a review until today. My sister and I came by to have lunch and we had the privilege to be waited on by Alyssa (I think) She is absolutely phenomenal and attentive and just the sweetest personality. I haven’t been to a Chili’s in a while and the experience here was great! The service from Fabi was outstanding! Five stars for her alone!. I ordered the Big Smash Burger (it was delicious) and a side salad instead of fries. She pointed out the 3 for me deal. That was hard to turn down considering it saved me a few bucks. Overall, great experience. Thinking this is the true chili’s on 45th St.

l use Chilis a lot for catering lunches. I have had a run of bad experiences with other Chili's restaurants around Central Texas and have just about given up on any of them getting it right. You'd be surprised how many Chili’s restaurants don't give you big spoons or tongs to serve a salad. It's like they expect the people you're serving to dig the salad out of the bowl with their hands. I told my work associate that the last Chile's would be the last time I ever catered from them. I decided this morning to give it one more try at a different Chile’s. The Chile’s in Round Rock Texas has a super catering team led by Traci. Traci was absolutely awesome! She did not forget one single thing. From plates, to cups, to serving utensils, to regular utensils, everything was perfect and delicious. I don't know, maybe give Traci a raise and make her in charge of all the Central Texas Chile's restaurants catering departments because she absolutely nailed it. Thank you for such a great experience!

Best drinks of the month!!!! The food was good, our server was great and the adult beverage was excellent. If u haven't had a chance to try it, get it before the end of the month (Summer Spritz $6). I got the Big QP and added some garlic butter mushrooms. Mmm, mmm, mmm. Yesss, yes. And I don't usually eat fries but I got the loaded fries. They were tasty too, however, I forgot to add green onions. My daughter went right for the triple-dippers...and I triple-dipped too. She enjoyed it. I always have to prepare myself for a noisy restaurant. I love the food choices at Chili's, and the service is always good! But the bar area has a lot of TV screens going at once and it gets a little noisier (other customers) than I'm comfortable with. I did enjoy interacting with the bartender, she was very helpful and worthy of 5 stars.

I havent been to Chili's in a long time so I decided to go. The place was clean and kind of empty but I still had to wait to seated. Didnt understand that. Once seated the waiter was prompt. He wasnt fantastic but he did his job. He was decent. I ordered the Cajun pasta with chicken. The pasta was right the chicken was seasoned well and the sauce was delicious. My only complaint was that I had to wait for my garlic bread. He brought my pasta but said the garlic bread would be out shortly. I didnt want to eat until I had my full meal. I didnt like that. Im not sure how long shortly was because I was full of disdain watching the mens bball squad losing to Spain. Eventually the little piece of bread came and I was able to eat. Im glad it was still warm. The food was good.

Food was pretty good. Their menu has changed a lot since the last time I've been to a Chili's. I forgot our servers name but he was down to earth and quick to take care of anything we needed. My only complaint is they are a little pricey for what they are. And the booths I saw (I may have missed some) only really seat 4 and hostess started to seat us at one (party of 5). Import beer ~$8/ea. Margarita is very small, brought in a shaker loaded with ice. It was good, just very little for the price. Considering you can go get a margarita that comes in its respective glass for the same price elsewhere, here you get a martini glass you can fill 1.5x from the shaker.

The restaurant was severely understaffed (no bartender and about only half staffed). There were quite a few people here to eat. Despite that, we got our food quickly.

Service was good he just rushed and overwhelmed us. Food was super disappointing the chicken was super tough rubber feeling just very nasty in general. Super sad because we love Chilis just never again this location.

This is a difficult review. I love Chili's food and the experience in the restaurant has always been good. But take out is rarely good. I've only had one order be wrong but many are not as good as in the restaurant. They don't take the same care. Burger thrown together with less toppings. Fries sat too long and I literally sat in the car outside and waited for order to be ready. The worst is my favorite, the Quesadilla Explosion salad. Half the normal ingredients. The quesadillas were burned. I would visit so much more often if I could trust their take out. Oh, lastly. They no longer bring it to you car. You have to go in but don't know when it's ready. It does text you but I have found the text arrives at least 10 mins after the ticket time says it was ready.

The food is ok, but only worth the price if you get the 3 for me. Service this time round was a little lacking, but honestly could've been worse. If you go by yourself you might as well leave after you get your food. Only thing to watch is quiet sports, and the angles aren't particularly great.

So I order steak and fries. On the table ( all tables) they have a bottle of ketchup....good. They DO NOT put salt and pepper on tables. You have to wait (about 5 minutes to ask someone to bring it to you) Asked mgr why no salt and pepper. He said after COVID, they took it off the table for health safety reasons! Germs don't get on ketchup bottles? They serve mashed potatoes, but NO GRAVY? ARE YOU KIDDING?? Guess that's because of COVID!!!! Chilis as a company has gone down the tubes!!!

Staff were awesome. Dishes were dirty, I got sick that evening and it continued the day afterwards. I told a coworker and he informed me that he had the same experience and that he would never visit that location. He also stated that it's not all of them, just this location but the Pflugerville location is orderly. I just don't think I'll return to none of them, especially not this location. I gave two stars for atmosphere because there were several bday parties and they seem to be enjoying themselves and that broughte joy. I even joined in with the bday song and conversations with one of the parties. But I will never return.

Went to this chili's location on Friday around 2pm. There were plenty of empty tables yet they were still telling the 2 people ahead of us and my 2 person party that we will.have to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated. Nope. I said, I'll find a restaurant that is ready to serve customers. We left. May not go back. Service is everything.

restaurant was not very busy or packed but nobody was at the front to seat us. our greeter & waiter were very nice but, it took way too long to get any food, which has never been the case before. the food itself was delicious as expected. we then had issues trying to use some gift cards, which took a bit since the servers had to help. the machine also adjusted the tip down, which I noticed when I reviewed the email receipt. I told the waiter & he was so patient & professional but, it took very long. we were there easily 2 1/2 HOURS. my guess is that they were short-staffed or overwhelmed with online/to go orders - or both.

We were told by 3 different people they were our waiter. Strange. All three of them were slower than a river of molasses. The one who took my order, I requested of him to please be sure my chicken crispers were very tender and soft or I would be sending the order back. Of course someone else brought our food to the table about 45 minutes later...gosh they were so slow and 75% of my chicken crispers were hard and crispy, and 25% little better than raw. My double fries were nothing to write home about. However I must give you credit somewhere so that will be that you had exceptional honey mustard sauce. 50% of your tables were occupied so there was no reason for the kitchen to be so slow, the service and the food to be so bad. I remembered why it has been a good 5 years since I've been to that location. I was not greeted nor thanked by a manager on father's day nor did I even see a manager on the floor. Chili's of Round Rock Texas. Still the pits.

Two interesting experiences here. First: it was raining and the floor inside this restaurant was flooded. I was on crutches so it presented a slippery situation. I told our waiter that water was all over the floor. He literally said "yeah, it floods inside every time it rains". Second experience: ordered fajitas and it tasted like burning plastic, not exaggerating. I told the waitress about this and asked if they hear this comment often. She said yes. They do hear that fajitas taste like plastic often. The waitress assured me that plastic was not involved, and the smell is a product of their "sizzle sauce". Further commentary probably isn't needed in this review... Edit: in response to chili's's response. Feel free to pass my review along to the appropriate personnel. I mean this kindly, but it's not really my responsibility to do that for you. Thanks.

The food was pretty mediocre. I got the Cajun pasta and it was underseasoned and over cooked. The drink special at the time and it was just juice. There wasn't a trace of alcohol. I know it's chilis, but I've had much better from other locations.

They burnt and over cooked my salmon (removed two bones) and the steamed broccoli. But, the loaded mash potatoes were good. My husbands potatoes were good too, but they didn't fill up his egg rolls. Instead, he had to discard the extra dough. It was not worth the price $40.

I usually like chili's, but my experience on this particular day was horrible. I ordered online and still ended up waiting almost an hour for my food and when I received my food it was disgusting. It was cold, they gave me sauce instead of salsa and the chips were very stale. The chicken was dried out and stale and cold. The corn was mushy and nasty. The tortilla soup was mushy. It was very busy that Sunday evening, but still no excuse to serve nasty food, give the customer the option to cancel the order or replace items not available.

Very disappointing. The food was mediocre at best, which was unusual as it was around 1130 or so in the morning. Sadly, my food also made me sick. On a side note, when a customer asks for sugar for their coffee, please don't just hand them the pink packets without making sure that was what they wanted. Ask if you aren't sure. I am on the bigger side, and that kind of offended me. I am hoping it was just an innocent mistake. My husband said his burger had no flavor and his fries were not very good. Not the experience i am used to from Chili's, especially being a former employee in CO.

Chilis used to be one of my favorite places to go but lately we have had such poor service that we have been going less and less, after tonight I think I'm done. My husband didn't get his beer until we asked management for it (waitress would not stop at our table would just blow by or go around), I never got my water, our appetizers (chips and a salad) didn't come out until our food did and the food was either under seasoned or over cooked. After several disappointing visits I am starting to think it is not just a bad night and just a staff that doesn't care anymore.

We have visited this place 2 separate times and the 1st time we waited 15 mins to get our drinks taken and everything after that was down hill we spent 2 hours here total eating just for 2 adults and 2 kids . 2nd time took over 30 mins to get told our appetizer was next, we ended up paying for drinks and leaving after seeing everyone get there food before us even though they were after us . Idk if it’s just us or what but man This specific chilis location is horrible . Avoid at all cost .

The food here was a major disappointment. My boyfriend and I got the 3 meat fajitas to share and the meat was so small. It didn't look anything like the picture on the menu. Plus the chicken, shrimp, and steak was all burnt. On top of that, the food made both of us sick. No joke, I was in their bathroom vomiting after eating one fajita. And our waitress didn't seem to be bothered to do her job. Another waitress brought our food and checked on me after I got sick. The manager told us not to worry about the check, that she'd take care of it. I was literally sick for 3 days after that. The manager called the next day to make sure we were alright, but our actual waitress was rude and disappointing. As much as we appreciate the manager, we definitely won't be going back.

Horrible experiences, first time they were extremely short staffed no one acknowledged us for a good five-ten minutes. When they finally did acknowledge us they didn’t sit us for another fifteen- twenty minutes. We understood they were short staffed, we waited patiently and didn’t complain. We decided to give them a second chance today. We waited again to be seated no big deal, it’s understandable, even though they weren’t busy. We just assumed short staffed again. We were the first to be seated yet the third table to actually place the order. When our food finally came they brought the wrong appetizer, no problem they corrected it there. But when we asked the server for the items we asked for on the side she roller her eyes and walked off. Then we get our entrees, three of us ordered big mouth bites. All the buns and burgers were completely burned. We didn’t ask for them to be replaced but we did ask for new buns. They brought out one pair of buns and they were completely cold, not toasted at all. The waitress never came to ask if we needed refills or just to check on us. I don’t plan on coming here again. It’s unfortunate because we love us some chili’s and go often.

Having just left what was supposed to be a nice Saturday night dinner I am soo very disappointed in this place. After being a regular at Chilis for so long I have to write a concerningly bad review. I found an acrylic nail in my drink. Yes you read that right. An ACRYLIC NAIL, FAKE NAIL, ETC. We were seated in the bar section in the corner booth around 7pm. Our server was patient and noticed I was almost done with my drink and brought out my second one. I ordered a Mango Sweet tea. Once we ordered our entrees, I finished my first drink and took a sip and stirred my second drink with my straw when I noticed something at the bottom. At first I couldn't believe it. I asked my boyfriend and brought it to the top of my drink and it was indeed a link pink chrome finish nail. I should've took a picture but it took everything in me not to puke right there. They brought us our food and we told the expo to take our food back showed him the nail and to get an manager. Again I was trying to not puke and wanted to just run out but both my boyfriend and I are previous restaurant managers so we knew we had to tell them so they could figure out how it got in there. The manager came out finally she was a female wearing a purple shirt I didn't catch her name and she looked shocked but also confused when we showed her the nail. Her answer "i don't know how that happened my drink runner is a boy, would you like something different?" In my professional and personal opinion there are a million different ways to handle this encounter. Especially on a busy Saturday night. We kindly told her to comp our appetizers that I was going to throw up and had lost my appetite. My worst fear for everyone who has made it through this far, is that they didn't investigate where the nail came from and how it got into my drink, it could have come from their ice bin, in which the ice is all contaminated. I don't think I will be coming back to this location or chilis for a while which is very upsetting.

Dirty! Broken glass all around our feet at our table! Service was horrible our server was rude and we had to ask for plates and then weren’t even brought the right amount of plates. Weren’t asked where we wanted to sit and our table has glass on the floor underneath it! First time at this location do not recommend.

Ordered food. Some young girl brought my food at the bar. I asked her to bring me another white gravy. Brought me a small cup of gravy for a 5 year old with my ORIGINAL food. Never saw her again. Sitting at the bar and I have to FLAG the bartender down to get another drink. 1 ⭐️Service ‼️ Will NEVER come here again. Not even an APOLOGY. #PATHETIC 👎🏻

Table for 12 people A totally Night mare 1:45 minutes waiting for the order Regular burgers looks like burgers a la carbonata(burned) one order missed and just show up the server and say the kitchen is closed one of my guests with out dinner!!no silver ,napkins the simple things what a waste of money Horrible actitud and zero costumer service starting for the lady who seated us !!! Displeased and disappointed my big mouth bites where raw and had to get sent back to get cooked took so long I lost my appetite I at least try to end on a good note with a molten and they have none definitely not one of the best locations

If it weren't for my wife, I wouldn't return to Chili's. We waited a few minutes to be seated by a host who seemed inexperienced and made us feel uncomfortable. We were not provided with silverware or napkins. Although our waitress was pleasant, that was the only positive experience. When our appetizers arrived, we didn't have any plates, so I had to go ask for them. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I think we deserve at least a couple of free meals for the inconvenience.

Was seated and sat there for 15-20 minutes and no one came to even take our drink order… the couple next to us left without paying because they said the waiter hadn’t come to see about their payment since before we arrived so they were tired of waiting and left. And when we left the girl at the stand had the audacity to say “have a nice night” this place is a joke

So, me and my wife travel for work all over the country and we have been to plenty of chilis with no issues. When I went on January 10th in the evening, I ended up leaving only buying two beers. I should have known there was going to be trouble because the entire draft section of beers was shut down. The bar was almost completely empty on nfl playoff night which is also not a good sign. I am on a keto diet so I keep my carb count down as low as possible. I tried to order my chicken fajitas with no tortillas and no beans and rice with a substitute of grilled asparagus and was told it am not able to do this. I am not sure if the bartender was just incompetent or lazy, I really could not tell you. I have ordered this exact same meal at various chilis all over with no issues so I do not know what to say. I do know I will never come back to this location. Also, 6.50 per bottle of beer? Seriously? Go to twin peaks across the street and get a 22o draft for the same price and scenic views. I think the staff at this location needs better training.

I ordered soup and salad. I only got one salad. I received 2 of the same soup. Baked potato when I asked for one of each. And the soup i received should not have been sent out. I get it was close to the end of the night. But real life. I rather you cancel my order than give me the wrong order or less than. What i paid for. To be sick and needing relief to end up with grief is........... Monday night crew it was a team effort.

I don’t expect fine dining. But when there’s a hair in my food I definitely expect that specific item to be remade and free on my bill. That was not the case, my server joked about how it’s just a hair and he would eat it, then said yeah I can only comp the one with a hair in it, if you want a good one it’ll be $9. When I complained to the manager, he just said sorry it won’t happen next time. I’d hope not! Additionally, my friend ordered three margaritas, and not a single food item. Server never introduced himself so I don’t know his name but that alone is borderline illegal.

Check your order before you leave!! Paid extra for mac and cheese and instead they gave me cold, limp, disgusting fries. They went straight in the trash. As you can see from the receipt, it clearly says mac and cheese. The staff obviously does not care about customers enough to get orders right. It's not rocket science. What a rip-off!!!
