Mr. Bravo

We decided to this corner bakery for the first time here in Texas, and it turned out very well. We had some veggie scrambled eggs and a egg sandwich, which were both very good and reasonably priced along with a coffee. we also tried a raspberry cream cheese pastry. That was very good and they warmed it up for us. I will definitely be coming back to try a breakfast bowl and maybe some lunch food in the future.

Stopped in for simple bagels and cream cheese and was really impressed at how complete this breakfast place is! They have full breakfasts, not just bakery items. The service was very nice. I recommend getting an extra cream cheese if you're used to bagel places that really slather it on. I have to do this at Starbucks too for their bagels and cream cheese serving sizes. They had a decaf latte which is awesome and it can be hard to find decaf for espresso drinks.

Service was very slow, only a handful of people there, other than us 3. Food took so long and was served only half the meal, which was slightly cold. The other half took a while as well. But the food was very good. The place is cute and quiet.

Food was good, as usual. I called in to pick up. Dessert was missing when I got home so I called.. they offered to refund which was nice but they did not. Either way, good place for a quick lunch. Lots of variety even for picky eaters.

Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken so I didn’t get hot coffee. The menu said entry comes with potatoes and 1 bread slice, but potatoes never appear. The eggs was too watery for me. The service by the girls at counter is really good!

Even for a non American these portions are tiny. The sandwich was great, but again if you’re hungry order 2.

I love this place. The BLT is one of the best. The round cressants and cinnamon muffins are really good. I tried a slice of cinnamon cream cake and it was old stale, dry and crumbly. I told the staff on my next visit and they just said thank you. That is an expensive slice to be served old.

Breakfast experience was not good today. Coffee was nice and hot but my order took over 15 minutes to be served. Not many people in the dining area. My All American Scrambler breakfast was disappointing. Eggs and bacon were cold. I requested to have them microwaved. Croissant was fair. Fruit cup was fresh.

First time there, I ordered shrimp scampi to go, got home its all linguine noodles with a few shrimp and NO sauce. Dry noodles. It's like eating a pile of cooked noodles with a few shrimp placed on top and bottom If I didn't live so far, I would take it back. I should have just stuck with the desserts

I really wanted this soup to be comforting, but it missed the mark completely. The texture was thick and gluey, more like mashed paste than soup. The flavor was bland with an odd aftertaste, and whatever chunks were inside felt undercooked and random. It looked unappetizing and didn’t taste much better. Definitely not worth it — I couldn’t even finish the cup.

Googlin Stuff

I used to come here at least once a week with my friends. We sat down and enjoyed the food and the ambience and great coffee with fast and friendly service. However, the coffee has degraded in the last year to basically 7-11 grade filter coffee that has been brewing for who knows how long and provided vis a large thermos flask and served in a paper cup. They used to have a really nice professional grade barista machine that served up high-quality delicious brews of caffeinated delight. No longer. If I think what my friends and I used to spend here once a week; that alone could have covered the cost of replacing or repairing that machine. Very sad that we can’t come here anymore. Don’t call yourself a café if you don’t serve real coffee.

I did not have a good experience at this location. I asked for a sandwich without tomatoes and thank goodness I didn’t bite into it first since I have an allergy. The second time it came out it was soggy and falling apart. It was only a bacon egg and cheese, I’m very disappointed.
