Love this place i have tries almost all their smothies on the menu and customized a few and have yet to be dissatisfied

I came to this location yesterday afternoon, there was only one person working, I felt bad for him, however those of us in line had Patience. I have to say that this worker, had a very pleasant attitude, he never let on if he felt overwhelmed. He still acknowledged everyone that came through the door, and said “ I will be right with you!” And to top it off ( for me) my smoothie was delicious! Because sometimes it could be a hit or miss. Thank you for excellent customer service🏆🏆🏆🥇 ( it was Saturday January 8th afternoon around 12:30ish)

Just visited Smoothie King for the first time. I had the Daily Warrior and it was great! The staff was kind, quick to make the order, and wearing masks. I will for sure be going back again.

Never been dissapointed with this spot. A quick in and out if you’re running on a time crunch. The workers always suggest some of their personal favorites when I don’t know what I want, and they always turn out great!

The place is for super healthy vegan fitness maniacs and I don’t feel like I belong at all! Haha but I still go here for the delicious smoothies. The staff was very friendly and I got a Strawberry lemon twist.

I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager and I must say he amazing. Not only did he do an amazing job while out marketing for his location but when I stopped by this morning he was actively training a whole new staff. He was very hands on and encouraging to his team. Recently I was on a lunch break when I need fuel and stopped in to get a smoothie. The staff of two were nice, one said nothing, which was ok, the other staff member was very friendly and made this location stand out even more. I got a 32ounce protein, fuel pack with veggies and fruits for around 10bucks with banana in it. Eating healthy is crucial, and this was 10$ well spent for lunch. Im going to back for sure, as I really liked the layout and the overall vibe of the store.

Great place for a healthy smoothie. Wish they had an easier way to manage points but get the app to get better discounts they generally have Friday $5 32 oz smoothie especial. Americans need to have this more to be healthy instead of big gulps

You only lost 1 star b/c of that issue. They are the BEST smoothie makers at this location, in my opinion! More specifically, Shay, he is the BEST! Smoothies are great, one person working at a time is not great if you want your smoothie within 10 minutes of ordering. Waited like 25 minutes for 2 smoothies.

Normally the smoothies are great. Haven’t been in several months. Ordered the banana boat as usual. Got mostly slushy ice with a SLIVER of banana flavoring. Disappointing especially considering how prices have only gone up

Usually my food is great and the options are plenty, but today I found these little black strands in my drink. These aren't hair, it's much too thick.

I just left the smoothie king location, and honestly, I had a pretty disappointing experience. I was the only customer there, and when my drink was ready, I was on my phone and not immediately paying attention. When I noticed a drink that looked like mine, I politely asked the barista if it was mine. Her response was rude, she told me, “Well, you’re the only person here.” If she doesn’t like her job, that’s not my problem, but I definitely didn’t deserve that kind of attitude. Overall, I don’t think I was treated fairly at all. This just happened, and it left a bad impression.

Not the best first impression: Trouble with the card reader Trouble with the receipt. Stood there for 4 min at the counter right in front of the young lady and she didn't greet me or ask me if I was ready to order. The smoothie was wrong. First time visiting this location 🙁

Used to come here all the time but the last time I went, the employee definitely forgot that I'd asked for almond milk as I am lactose intolerant. Caused me a lot of discomfort for about two days. I would not write off a place for an honest mistake but then, when I reached out via email, I didn't get any response or acknowledgement. That is just poor customer service.

I love smoothie King. Not this one. It was dirty. There were 2 employees there at 1 on a Saturday and the room was packed. They weren’t prepared and were in no rush. I got my smoothie finally and it was the worst smoothie. Wrong order. And no ice was used so it was warm.

I gave my daughter a 20 and a 10 to get her and her friends smoothies. The woman would not take the money because she said she thought the money was fake. She gave her no reasons as to why she suspected it to be fake but refused to accept the money, I checked when they got home the only thing about the bills is they were new, so very crisp as they say but nothing else off. This is absurd.

I placed an order for 3 smoothies, they only made 2 smoothies, I told these two high school kids they screwed up my order and refused to make my 3 rd smoothie, they acted liked they didn’t care. I didn’t Eve get an apology from them.

Smoothie was great but the store not requiring customers to wear mask during this pandemic of Corona 19. I will not come back if this continues.

Waited over half an hour after placing my order at the counter and people behind me in line got their order before mine not to mention my order was a 20oz not 32oz. I felt bad this person was by themselves but this is not acceptable at one point they seemed confused why I was still waiting as if they forgot I had even ordered.

This location has gone down hill within the past couple of weeks. The new employees have no idea what they are doing. They charged me for additives I didn't even ask for and when I told them what I wanted they asked me what was in it. I ordered a protein pineapple smoothie and all I tasted was protein powder no pineapple whatsoever. I also purchased a blueberry strawberry smoothie that tasted sour. It took the 2 employees that were there 20 mins to make 2 smoothies because they stopped to have a conversation. I'm not sure what the manager is trying to accomplish with these new employees but it's tragic.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. First time to this location and I was excited to try a smoothie. I didn’t know what I wanted and asked for a recommendation for my husband and was told I can add peanut butter to anything - not really a recommendation. I ordered two smoothies. They only made one smoothie. I was standing there for an additional 15 minutes I told them I was missing a smoothie. You would think after standing there so long that my smoothie would be made next since it was forgotten. NO. I had to wait for 3 other people’s smoothies to be made before mine was made. Plus my husband’s smoothie did NOT taste good at all. I’ll never come back to this location. Do better!

Just left for a different location because the only employee working refused to speak to me. I was the only one in the store. It looked like he was working on to go orders. I eventually went and sat down after about five minutes, figuring either he would let me know when he was ready, or maybe someone else would come out? After five more minutes of him saying nothing, I walked up and asked about ordering, or if it would be better if I went through the app - I’m not exaggerating, he wouldn’t look at me, and he just kept working. I literally went “hello??” after i realized he was really just going to keep ignoring me, he still didn’t look at me. I felt invisible, it was such a strange interaction. He finally looked up when I said nevermind and left. Drove 15 extra minutes to the Parker drive location. They were lovely. But I am in disbelief that in an empty store, I couldn’t get the one employee working to acknowledge that I was even there. So freaking weird. Pics to show how dead the store was lol

On 9/17, we arrived at 7:45 pm with an open sign. There was 2 people inside and a locked door. When we politely asked if they were open, they were rude and extremely aggressive. We will never return to this location
